I am very impressed but the hospitality and the service. We did not want to eat the pre set menus. The gentleman changed it and replaced the rice with Bread. The serving size was quite good. The best part taste was just like home. Definitely visiting again next time.

This restaurant refuses to give you receipts or receipts when you pay! I was there 2 times in 1.5 years and both times there was no receipt, no receipt and no "receipt pad" in the store. The store refuses to give you a receipt. I asked for a long time - nothing. It's a shame, the food actually tastes very good.

Harrowing experience at Zamar My time at Zamar was simply shocking. The hygienic conditions in this store were catastrophic and the food quality left a lot to be desired. After consuming the food, I immediately experienced severe health problems, including massive diarrhea and severe vomiting. It's hard to believe that such blatant hygiene deficiencies exist in a restaurant. The entire condition of the kitchen and the way food was handled was absolutely unacceptable. This experience shocked me deeply. I strongly advise against visiting this place if you don't want to endanger your health.

My experience at Zamar was absolutely shocking and upsetting. The hygienic conditions in this store were catastrophic. The food that was served was not only unappetizing, but obviously not fresh. Immediately after eating the food, I suffered severe health problems - diarrhea-like discomfort and severe vomiting, no doubt caused by the lack of hygiene and the poor quality of the food. It is hard to believe that such blatant violations of basic hygiene regulations are taking place in a catering establishment. The state of the kitchen and the handling of food was simply unacceptable. The whole experience left me deeply shocked and I can only warn against entering this establishment. Anyone who is concerned about their health should definitely avoid Zamar.

Delicious Afghan-Persian dishes with well-balanced spices. The employees are polite, friendly and accommodating. Price performance is appropriate. Overall I liked it and definitely worth visiting again soon.

Great HALAL Afghan food & great staff. The meat and chicken were spiced deliciously and went very well with the fragrant rice. I also recommend the bolani as a side dish.

One of the best Afghanistan specialties restaurant I have visited. Been here three times and always satisfied. The dishes taste good, clean and balanced (protein, vegetables & rice) Kabuli Palau and Chicken Tandoori are my favorite dishes.

I tried the kabuli pulao from there, but the taste wasn't good. Firstly authentic kabuli pulao is made out of lamb or goat meat not chicken. The chicken legs given with the kabuli pulao had some sort of smell in them.

I walk one hour to arrive here. I arrived late , but the guy give me the food after the closure. Really nice food 🤤🤤🤤. I really enjoyed Kabuli , Kofta and Dough. I recommend to everybody.❤️❤️

The food of this restaurant was not Afghan food at all, it had nothing in common. Tasteless and very expensive. In the end, I do not recommend to clients at all. It was the first time trying Zamar's food, everything was perfect. I had chicken with zaafran rice (see picture below) and asked to add spicy sauce to it, the food is so delicious and the chicken is so tender. In terms of drinks, I had ayran which is very different than a typical turkish ayran, it's more sour but still good and refreshing, the Guy at the counter even asked me to try and see if I like it, otherwise he can throw it, really appreciate that. All in all, you'll have a good halal food served in the best way 😊

Very good Qabuli Palau. Chicken Fillet pieces were dry, next time I will try ckicken with the sauce. The Mantu "dumplings" were excellent!!!

Had kabuli pilav with beef curry, it's best food. Spice is upto Indian food. I really suggest this place, wish to visit again. It is food court Alexa mall.

Zamar is definitely an asset to the ALEXA Center's dining area. The portions are large and at a good price, the food is authentic Afghan/Persian. We particularly recommend the Kabuli Palau and the delicious Ayran. A pleasure!

A true delight of Afghan cuisine! Very friendly and hospitable staff. The taste of the food is excellent, the hygiene is A1 and the price is very fair compared to the quality! If I visit Berlin again, I won't miss the pleasure of eating at Zamar.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Afghan Imbiss in Berlin and ordered both Qabuli and Kebab. The food was extremely delicious and exceeded my expectations. The preparation was authentic and of high quality. I would particularly like to emphasize the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Every member of staff was extremely courteous, which made my experience even more enjoyable. The owner himself was particularly nice and personally made sure that we were served homemade ayran, which was simply excellent. All in all, my visit to this restaurant was extremely pleasant and a culinary highlight. I can recommend it without reservation and look forward to returning there soon.

The restaurant is located in the Alexa mall food court. We tasted the chicken tandoori and the chicken kebab. With a naan and 2 drinks we got it for €29. The meat is excellent. The rice is very good. The plate is generous. The service is great. I recommend

Sehr leckere und authentische afghanische Gerichte, die es sonst hier nicht so gibt. Die Sambosas waren frisch zubereitet und die Preise waren top!!

Unglaublich lecker!! Zu den Gerichten gab es noch Hummus und scharfe Paste u.a. Auch diese beiden Extras waren geschmacklich absolut klasse. Die Portion war groß. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut 👍 Sollte man ausprobieren!!

I had the Qorma beef - succulent chunks of beef in a curry served with a choice of either white or brown rice (I had brown) and a side of salad. Service is very quick and food is very tasty, upon playing you can ask for specific elements- I had to stop them piling on rice (portion size is mammoth). Seating area in the shopping centre is loud but very clean. Guess that’s synonymous with shopping centres. Is halal which is a huge plus, very hard to find places that advertise halal in Berlin. Soo is located on the second floor on the food court and closes at 9pm (came on Wednesday)

Definitely a 5 out of 5. We ordered Qorma Sabzi and Chicken Kabab. The taste was perfect (a little different from the traditional Iranian taste but we loved it!) The people are welcoming and awesome, and the service is perfect. I highly recommend it!
