Food is ok but quality has deteriorated compared to before

Delicious kebab, various sauces to choose from, wholemeal or normal bread, very fresh salad. There was a lot of halloumi in the halloumi box. I didn't know that yet. The bread is very soft and yet crispy. Price 8 euros for kebab or box. It's totally fine for the quality! Waiting times can be longer, but that's okay because the people who work there don't let themselves get stressed out. :)

It might all look pretty nice from the outside. But that has little to do with good Berlin kebab. The main reason for this is the bad ingredients, which simply make the kebab taste like nothing. The meat itself is okay, but it's not fried long enough before it's cut off, the salad doesn't taste like anything, as do the sauces. The garlic sauce in particular tastes like sesame sauce. And of all things, there are lots of them on top of the salad. Thanks for the salad and sauce mixture. The bread looks really nice, but was served to me already broken and tastes more like rusks. No recommendation for €7. I'd rather have the kebab in the subway station, which rightly has a better rating.

It was divine! We chose this fast food just after our visit to the zoo. The kebab is generous in meat (we chose beef) and garnishes. The server was very pleasant and funny. Fast service even though many people come to order! Go for it !

Good tasty kebab with lots of filling and yummy sauce. Price is good - 7euros for a kebab. They have chicken or beef . Friendly staff. Place is always busy so you can see the food is fresh. Limited spots to sit and eat, but most people stand and eat. They wrap the takeaway really well so it stays nice and warm.

I had to wait a really long time for the kebab. This didn't even taste particularly good. Price performance is bad. While I was waiting for my kebab, I saw that they were sharpening the blade of the automatic meat cutter directly over the meat. The sparks/chips fall directly onto the meat that has already been cut off underneath.

If you look at the concept, you can see how you can sell a mediocre product very well with good marketing and a good catering concept. I make my comment and score as someone who is used to lahmacun and döner in Turkey. We did not like the lahmacun very much because it tasted different from the taste we are used to in Turkey. Doner was better. In terms of price and materials, it is very good compared to Turkey. A lot of ingredients are used, both lahmacun and döner are ordered with salad ingredients. A good choice for Berlin without expecting the taste of Turkey 👍🏼

It is not recommended just a tourist attraction the services were nice but a bit overwhelmed in my opinion. I waited in line for 30 minutes and ended up leaving 9€ there, 7€ for a kebab (which is currently the standard price) plus 2€ for an ayran which was too expensive and small. The kebab was also too small in my opinion, it was dry and tasteless, the meat had hardly any seasoning and the sauce was non-existent and hardly any taste P.S. My order was a veal kebab with regular bread herb sauce* and salad complete except for Rothko.

It’s my first time in Berlin.. This is my second time trying Kebab in Berlin. The portion size and taste beyond my expectation. I ordered chicken meat - Kebab style. I loved how generous vegetable and meat inside my kebab bread. The proportion between veggies and meat is balance. I would say 1 portion is more than enough for 1 asian person. I think we also can order different type of bread beside the standard bread such as wholewheat bread. I just hope the meat portion can be more a bit considering 7 Euros price point. The meat was cut way too big and way too thick. But most importantly, some of the meat was RAW. We couldn't eat the two kebabs and a kebab box!!

Great store. The kebab was super, very tasty and fresh. Really clean and really professional. The employee Yunus Emre was completely friendly and funny. Doner kebab is ok, had veal to take away in the menu. Fries very poor and limp. But the worst thing is that there are 4 men behind the counter but only one kebab comes out every 2 minutes. I was a customer of Zaddys on Ku'damm in Berlin for many years. Since the location is unfortunately no longer open, I bought the kebab (now called sandwich) at Zaddys am Zoo and ate it there. The music played there was rather annoying due to the poor speakers. Unfortunately, cleanliness wasn't the focus either. Unfortunately, when I ordered and ate the kebab, I was disappointed. Ordered a Döner box pictures show that there vegetables in the box also but when I ordered, I had no vegetables and ordering

It's a filling doner. It's very filling. They fill it with both meat and a lot of ingredients. Their sauces are very delicious. Both chicken and meat doner is available and they serve it with different breads. Their bread is also very nice. The location is very close to the Berlin train station. We preferred the meat wrap with lavash bread. We are leaving very satisfied. I recommend it.

There are better kebabs in the city and let's not kid ourselves, this shop wouldn't be able to survive in Wedding, Neukölln or Kreuzberg (without the hipster areas). Here, Zaddys benefits from the location advantage on the Ku’damm with many tourists and young TikTok people who are looking for the “doner kebab with love”. The Kaplan family is behind Zaddys and makes good kebabs. The service in front is sometimes subpar… rude and nothing with love. Since I usually go here during my lunch break and it's always quiet and without a line, the gentlemen behind the counter are still pretty unfriendly. Price for a kebab is €6 and for a “wrap” €7 aka Dürüm. I've been here three times now and don't need to come back.

Welcome to the world of tourist TikTok kebab! I would bet that 80% of all tourists stop by there because of the massive advertising campaign on TikTok and Co. Doner kebab with love, kebab with heart, that pulls. Unfortunately, this sandwich is not an exceptionally good kebab, but in my opinion it is in the lower middle range. I give you an extra point for the great advertising stunt “Kebab with love”.

So people say that this is the best kebab in all of Berlin, but it is completely overhyped, bread is delicious, meat is good too, but this is the only thing that sets it apart from the other snack bars, in terms of taste it's actually almost non-existent.

In this store there is shouting in a foreign language (presumably Turkish) between the staff and customers. Since I "only" speak German, I was actively ignored by the staff. You don't know when and where you can order because the staff jumps back and forth and no one is always responsible for taking the orders. When I finally managed to place an order, they couldn't give me a receipt, even though I asked for one - they don't have a cash register there, was the reasoning, even though the order was typed into a permanently installed device - which is probably what the responsible tax office said means???!? After the card payment was made, the merchant receipt was printed out, which the employee tore off and kept. Then the customer receipt came out, it was ignored by the employee and not handed over. I tore off the receipt myself and the employee then snatched it out of my hand and claimed it was for him. I then asked him for the customer receipt for the card payment, he looked at the receipt that he had torn out of my hand and handed it to me. The Dürüm only tasted like curry ketchup, no other taste of its own. The price at €8 is very proud and in my opinion unreasonably high for this quality and service. In my opinion not a recommendation.

I tried the kebab on Monday and actually only noticed the hype through the reviews.. so the taste was ok, more of a midfield for Berlin.. Employees were very friendly.. The shop wasn't very clean but with hundreds of guests a day it's difficult after each one Cleaning up guest.. overall not worth the hype. Taste 3 stars, 4 for friendliness and the long opening hours.
