Real tourist kebab... meat is not of good quality. Salad and sauce rather mediocre, not recommended. Price-performance doesn't fit here either.

As an almost neighbor, I have often been here late in the evening to get a kebab on the way home. Solid in taste! - even if the meat is significantly fattier than in many other kebab shops in Berlin. I think it's particularly good that Zaddy's stands out from the typical kebab uniformity: its own branding down to the last detail - even the wet wipes have the logo - and an unusual, seemingly homemade flatbread that is available in different versions. This is definitely a unique selling point in the otherwise very uniform kebab selection in the area. However, the location right next to the Zoo train station also has its downsides: the store is often overcrowded, the queues are long, and the staff can hardly keep up with keeping the small sales area and the sidewalk in front of it clean. The noise level from groups of tourists, homeless people and poser cars passing by is enormous. If it's too crowded, it's worth just coming back another time. But now to my biggest point of criticism: the billing. In the last four years, I've been overcharged three times - and that just can't happen. Twice I was charged a larger amount when paying by card, which I only noticed afterwards when I checked my banking app. In both cases it was exactly €4 too much. The third time I was already suspicious and looked directly at the terminal - and lo and behold, the amount was higher than it should have been. When I raised it, the staff always apologized credibly and sincerely and offered me compensation in the form of free drinks. I give them great credit for that. However, the question remains: How can this happen to me three times? Was it really just hustle and bustle in the stress of business? Or is it perhaps a kind of “method” to deduct a few more euros unnoticed from tourists or occasional customers? I don't want to assume anything, but for a location with so many one-time visitors, this is a strategy that could add up quickly - without anyone noticing much. I really hope that these were just unfortunate coincidences and that the problem doesn't repeat itself in the future. Because I actually like the store and the idea behind it. I will continue to come here - but I will continue to pay very close attention to the billing and can only advise that to everyone else!

One of the best kebabs I've ever eaten! Everything was delicious, from the meat to the rolls. Service very friendly and quick. I'd love to come back!

When I pointed out that I had ordered a whole wheat dürüm, I was simply told that there were no more. I was not offered an alternative such as normal Dürüm bread, although that would have been possible without any problems. I didn't get the change back for the price difference either. About the food itself: The sauce was really tasty and I also liked the bread. But the meat was extremely fatty and full of gristle - not my taste at all. The shop was also very cramped and noisy, which didn't make eating particularly pleasant.

Totally disappointing!!! The music was way too loud TINITUS, and the shouting from the staff added to the chaos. They argued in Turkish because they had lost track of the orders. The floor was dirty, the tables were smeared with sauce, there was no system, total sensory overload. When we finally got our kebab for €7.50 each, it consisted mostly of salad and the meat wasn't fully cooked. The Cola Zero was cool and good :) , but that doesn't justify the rest. It was my first and last visit to Zaddy's. I cannot recommend this restaurant under any circumstances. It's more like an Instagram shed, only go to the old school kebab babas.

Delicious kebab, various sauces to choose from, wholemeal or normal bread, very fresh salad. There was a lot of halloumi in the halloumi box. I didn't know that yet. It was divine! We chose this fast food just after our visit to the zoo. The kebab is generous in meat (we chose beef) and garnishes. The server was very pleasant and funny. Fast service even though many people come to order! Go for it !

Good tasty kebab with lots of filling and yummy sauce. Price is good - 7euros for a kebab. They have chicken or beef . Friendly staff. Place is always busy so you can see the food is fresh. Limited spots to sit and eat, but most people stand and eat. They wrap the takeaway really well so it stays nice and warm.

It is not recommended just a tourist attraction the services were nice but a bit overwhelmed in my opinion. I waited in line for 30 minutes and ended up leaving 9€ there, 7€ for a kebab (which is currently the standard price) plus 2€ for an ayran which was too expensive and small. The kebab was also too small in my opinion, it was dry and tasteless, the meat had hardly any seasoning and the sauce was non-existent and hardly any taste P.S. My order was a veal kebab with regular bread herb sauce* and salad complete except for Rothko.

It’s my first time in Berlin.. This is my second time trying Kebab in Berlin. The portion size and taste beyond my expectation. I ordered chicken meat - Kebab style. I loved how generous vegetable and meat inside my kebab bread. The proportion between veggies and meat is balance. I would say 1 portion is more than enough for 1 asian person. I think we also can order different type of bread beside the standard bread such as wholewheat bread. I just hope the meat portion can be more a bit considering 7 Euros price point. But, overall it was a good experience. Delicious food ! Thanks

I was a customer of Zaddys on Ku'damm in Berlin for many years. Since the location is unfortunately no longer open, I bought the kebab (now called sandwich) at Zaddys am Zoo and ate it there.
