The food was good, but the kebab man was unfortunately very unfriendly.

The sandwich was completely covered in oil and cold/at most lukewarm. It used to be better.

Very good food, the problems are there aren't many places to sit and the order can take quite some time if there are some people ahead of you, around 15 minutes.

Blood in the meat bought for nothing the seller was cheeky and disrespectful

The order wasn't as requested, and the tram wasn't polite. I told the employee I didn't want it, and he said it was already in.

I swear I threw the food away. The employee cut the meat thick and unripe, I saw the blood on the grill, and the meat was white. Two years ago, it was different, but today isn't like it was then.

This was pretty much the worst kebab I've ever eaten. Both the meat and the sauces were relatively tasteless. The kebab isn't worth the money. Zaddy's can't compete with the other kebab shops in Berlin.

I visited your shop for the first time today, October 17th, around 8:00 PM, because it had been recommended to me. Unfortunately, my experience was anything but positive. The man at the counter was so unfriendly that I felt truly uncomfortable – I've never experienced anything like that in the service industry, where I work. I actually felt like the kebab was about to fly in my face – an absolute disgrace. It's a shame, because the shop is apparently doing so well that they think they can afford this kind of behavior. But in the end, it's the customers who make it successful. Very disappointing – I definitely won't recommend you to anyone.

We were there this morning: incredibly delicious lahmacun, and the Zaddy's menu was also great. Plus, the shop is well located, and you can eat in peace. The man who made us the doner kebab was really friendly.

Unfriendly, rude, racist service staff

The cashier, named Azad, was very customer-friendly and helpful. He disinfected all the tables after each customer use. I found this very hygienic, something that's lacking in many fast-food chains in Berlin.

Why don't you warn that the main ingredient in your doners is raw onion? 100*dosage of raw onion per portion, really? Meat? A couple pieces of it was buried under the tones of raw onion.

Portions are relatively expensive and too small.

The food is good, seating is limited, and the wait times are averagely long. But overall, it tastes good 👍🏼

Without a doubt, one of the tastiest kebabs I've had in Berlin. The meat is buttery tender and juicy. The sauces are perfectly seasoned, with a kick of spice that's truly enjoyable. Add to that fluffy bread and fresh ingredients—everything just works. Sure, there's no seating, and you mostly eat standing in front of the shop. But honestly, the taste makes up for everything. If you're near Bahnhof Zoo, you should stop by for a bite.

For 10 Euros we got a doner sandwich which was enough to keep us full all day. And it was delicious!

I paid and then waited in line for 15 minutes. There were three employees behind the counter, and three people in front of me. They were mostly serving Uber Eats orders (Saturday night at 11:30 PM). Small kebab, round bread, way too much iceberg lettuce, and no red cabbage (although there was one on the counter). The little meat that was on it was quite good. For eight euros, I would have expected more.

Very unfriendly staff, they barely speak German. Despite having a number, I wasn't called, and four others were called after me. Only after repeatedly asking for my kebab to be prepared was it prepared reluctantly and unfriendly. Never experienced anything like it. I didn't even get a bag for my kebab. The employee said it wasn't his problem. Please don't go there.

But this wet dream will remain denied to you here. Because unfortunately, you won't find this kebab here, because what you get here is the most average kebab in the history of average kebabs. So average, like when Jane Doe and John Doe have a child – SO INCREDIBLY AVERAGE. Basically, what this kebab shop did right was to go viral with their kebab master on Social Media. Besides that, you'll get nothing exciting here. Staff - poorly trained, unfriendly people. Period. Food - most average döner kebab I ever had. It's a waste of 8€. Ambient - nice and dirty, like we love it in Berlin. If you guys read this. Fix your poor attitude. Customers are supposed to be welcome, not treated like parasites. After many years, I returned to Zaddys – a kebab shop that used to be known for its quality meat and bread. Unfortunately, in my opinion, it has declined considerably. Today, much of it seems to be designed for a quick turnaround to cater to the large number of tourists. Positive: The ingredients are fresh, the service is fast and friendly, and, considering the central location, the prices are high but not completely exorbitant. Nevertheless, you can get much better kebabs in Berlin for the same money. What's disappointing: The bread is no longer a classic flatbread, but a soft, small wheat bread parcel that isn't toasted properly and quickly falls apart when eaten. The meat, too – although of acceptable quality – isn't cooked crispy or with a roasted flavor, as it apparently just has to be done quickly. The sauces are standard (spicy, garlic, herbs), with no special creations or fresh extras like feta, sumac, or lemon, which many modern kebab shops now offer. Overall, the kebab seems pragmatic but not lovingly made. Conclusion: Absolutely fine for tourists in a hurry – but no longer a highlight for Berliners or true kebab fans. It used to be great, but today it's unfortunately rather average.

I don't usually write reviews, but this time I had to! I really wanted to try a Berlin doner kebab and have never been so disappointed. The atmosphere was totally uncomfortable – far too small, with far too many people, and it was incredibly dark. The staff were rude and irritated. The doner kebab had barely any sauce on it and was way too dry. I almost choked on the falafel too! The doner kebab was overloaded with sour red cabbage and there weren't many other vegetables. Not recommended!

The sandwich kebab was definitely not good for takeaway, as it completely fell apart while eating and everything fell out. It tasted okay, but for €8, I expected more. Otherwise, the staff was friendly, and the food was ready quickly.

Umm the food was nice but quite expensive for what it is, Everything was fresh and made to order. But unfortunately, I think being British, I wasn't very well liked. Tried to say I received my sandwich, when I didn't, All I received was my wife's doner box and some fries. I got my sandwich in the end after pleading my case, But i got made out to be a complete idiot, and in all honestly all three employees was quite rude. I am really sorry I don't speak enough German to order food. But at least have a level of understanding, that I chose to come to your establishment and spend some money there. In hindsight I wish I went somewhere else where business was appreciated. Most definitely won't be returning. There is a better kebab shop around the corner, where the older gentleman is super friendly.

Zaddys is my absolute favorite kebab shop. The bread is the best I've ever had, the sauces are really delicious, and the meat tastes great. You can tell the quality goes into it. The staff are friendly, too. My only wish: The prices could be a bit lower. Salt on the tables would also be nice for seasoning, and the kebab meat would be much thinner. Still: Highly recommended – if you want a great kebab, this is the place!

I've rarely seen such bad service. I can't say anything about the food, as we left because we were completely ignored at the counter, even though there was absolutely nothing going on. So we just got the next kebab around the corner (Hakiki). By the way, the people there were extremely friendly and the kebab was delicious.

Vegan options aren’t great, just passable. No sauce unless you get spicy and sweet. Guy complained when I asked for 2 napkins for me and my 2 children.

Don't use the pomegranate sauce; it's so sour that it makes the kebab unpalatable. Or maybe it was the excessive red cabbage. In any case, I just couldn't finish mine after half.

Unfortunately, I absolutely cannot recommend it. The shop was completely littered last night, with bags and aluminum foil flying everywhere, the staff was extremely unfriendly, and the doner kebab skewer is a minced meat skewer made of something similar to meat. The tables were dirty, the food wasn't tasty at all, and the fries tasted of oil. The staff weren't friendly, and they put two tomatoes in a thin, thin layer and barely any sauce. You mostly just tasted the iceberg lettuce. Not recommended at all. Truly regretted it.

The doner man doesn't seem to know the word "please." If he does, he's either extremely rude or hasn't been taught any manners at home. I didn't get a doner because of this treatment, as €8 for a doner is already cheeky and not worth it for this service.

The vegetables were fresh, but consisted only of lettuce, onions, tomatoes, and pickled red cabbage. At least on the day I was there, they were. The positive aspects were the large selection of sauces, the central location, and the friendly staff. Since there are limited seating areas, you might want to consider bringing your food to go.

I was in this store and ordered 5 kebabs and a box. Unfortunately the experience was very bad. The meat was cut from the bottom of the skewer and stuffed into the sandwiches, which is absolutely unacceptable. The meat was tough and difficult to chew. Zaddy’s by the zoo in Berlin deserves a 10-star review if it were possible! We arrived in Berlin close to midnight and, luckily, found this spot still open. It was our first time trying a döner kebab, and honestly—life-changing. I still regret not taking a picture because to this day, almost a year later, I’m still dreaming about it. The flavors were unreal, everything was fresh and perfectly balanced, and it’s now one of the main reasons I want to go back to Berlin. Biggest regret of the trip was not having more during our stay. I ordered two kebabs to take away. Since hygiene is very important to me when it comes to food, I was shocked when I saw that the man who was taking money with a glove on was touching the bread with the same glove, I was disgusted to death! Ugh! I don't understand it either! Everyone knows how dirty money is, why do you do that??? They say this or that is dirty, you can't eat it (which I totally understand!), then you understand but money on and bread with the same glove???Pfuuuuuiiiiiii! So of course I didn't eat the bread and neither did my partner, just the contents with a fork, i.e. salad and meat, which didn't taste bad, but wasn't anything special either, of course, because a kebab needs bread!! I believe this is the BEST DONER IN THE WHOLE CITY, I have personally tried many doner places but as per the taste , service and ingredients this is way ahead of all its competitors. But yes just to mention all their sauces are with Mayo which is the only lacking point and believe they should definitely include some yogurt based or some hummus based spreads which most of the other places are providing apart from that everything is brilliant. As an almost neighbor, I have often been here late in the evening to get a kebab on the way home. Solid in taste! - even if the meat is significantly fattier than in many other kebab shops in Berlin. I think it's particularly good that Zaddy's stands out from the typical kebab uniformity: its own branding down to the last detail - even the wet wipes have the logo - and an unusual, seemingly homemade flatbread that is available in different versions. This is definitely a unique selling point in the otherwise very uniform kebab selection in the area. However, the location right next to the Zoo train station also has its downsides: the store is often overcrowded, the queues are long, and the staff can hardly keep up with keeping the small sales area and the sidewalk in front of it clean. The noise level from groups of tourists, homeless people and poser cars passing by is enormous. If it's too crowded, it's worth just coming back another time. But now to my biggest point of criticism: the billing. In the last four years, I've been overcharged three times - and that just can't happen. Twice I was charged a larger amount when paying by card, which I only noticed afterwards when I checked my banking app. In both cases it was exactly €4 too much. The third time I was already suspicious and looked directly at the terminal - and lo and behold, the amount was higher than it should have been. When I raised it, the staff always apologized credibly and sincerely and offered me compensation in the form of free drinks. I give them great credit for that. However, the question remains: How can this happen to me three times? Was it really just hustle and bustle in the stress of business? Or is it perhaps a kind of “method” to deduct a few more euros unnoticed from tourists or occasional customers? I don't want to assume anything, but for a location with so many one-time visitors, this is a strategy that could add up quickly - without anyone noticing much. I really hope that these were just unfortunate coincidences and that the problem doesn't repeat itself in the future. Because I actually like the store and the idea behind it. I will continue to come here - but I will continue to pay very close attention to the billing and can only advise that to everyone else!

Presi 2 panini classici,entrambi ottimi. Pane croccante molto buono,carne sottile e morbida e gli altri prodotti di qualità e freschi.
