I have rarely had such a great sushi experience as in this shop! Everything was just perfect – from the food to the service. Food: The quality of the sushi was absolutely outstanding. The fish was incredibly fresh, buttery soft and of the highest quality. The rice and fish balance in the nigiri was perfectly balanced. The creative special rolls were a particular highlight - with a fantastic combination of taste and texture. The selection was also huge: from classic maki rolls to innovative variants that you can't find anywhere else. Even the side dishes such as miso soup and edamame were excellently seasoned and rounded off the overall package. Presentation: Each dish was a work of art in itself! The plates were lovingly arranged and decorated - almost too good to eat. You can tell how much attention to detail goes into this. Service: The service was exceptionally friendly and attentive. The staff took a lot of time to explain the menu to us and even gave us personal recommendations that really impressed us. Drinks were served quickly and our requests were immediately fulfilled. Ambiance: The ambience was modern, clean and inviting. The decor was stylish and created a relaxed atmosphere - perfect for a relaxed meal with friends or family. The subtle music in the background was pleasant and not disturbing. Price-performance: For the quality offered and the excellent service, the price was more than justified. It's not run-of-the-mill sushi, but a culinary experience worth every penny. Conclusion: I can fully recommend this sushi shop. No matter whether you are a sushi lover or are trying it for the first time - you will be amazed here. I'll definitely be back!

very good restaurant! The food there is really incredibly good! I had sushi as my main course and my companion had a bowl. Both were very tasty and beautifully presented. The dessert was also very tasty and beautifully presented. The service was also super friendly, we had to wait a little longer twice, especially when we wanted to pay, but it looked as if the service was understaffed, which is why it was still 4 stars. Unfortunately, the paper dispenser in the men's toilet didn't work, but that wasn't the end of the world. Any time again and I look forward to the next time.

Rating for Yuma Restaurant, Aalen I was recently at the Yuma Restaurant in Aalen and absolutely loved it! The concept of sushi and tapas is an extraordinary combination that is perfectly implemented. The dishes were consistently tasty and creatively prepared, and you can tell that quality is important here. The ambience is simply beautiful – stylish and cozy at the same time, which creates a pleasant atmosphere. The music fits perfectly and completes the experience. The service also leaves nothing to be desired: the staff is friendly and attentive!

That was the worst sushi experience I've had. We waited an hour for the food. The sushi was carelessly prepared. We paid €130 for the record… the best on the menu… What arrived wasn't worth €60 Everything fried tasted like old oil. The sushi rice was totally bland and wet. No decorative elements like dry things. Now all that's missing is the tapeworm and then we had the full experience.

Deluxe, it's pretty good. Fantastic service, ate the original Japanese udon soup for the first time. Extremely close to the udon soup in Yaotome, Sendai. Excellent choice to choose these as starters. Afterwards I had salmon and tuna brought to me raw, a culinary delight. Yesterday I was treated to sushi, my selection E7, S8, C5, E4 and seaweed salad...It was like being back in Sendai...a taste experience. I will come again. Special praise to the chef and the service, very friendly and he was able to answer any questions about dishes. A highlight is the sake that goes with the sushi. Thank you for two unique evenings. Recommended with distinction 🏆🏆🏆🏅🎖

The Yuma in Aalen is really an insider tip if you like Asian-inspired fusion cuisine. We've been there twice now and each time the food was just great! The dishes come to the table super quickly and taste really delicious. What makes the visit even better is the team there. The employees are really friendly and attentive, you immediately feel at home. For me, Yuma is the tastiest Asian restaurant in Aalen.

We liked it a lot. Everyone enjoyed the food, not everyone was full, the statement “slightly spicy” turned out to be “pretty spicy”. The prices are still acceptable. It's not just sushi or fish. Everyone will find something from the menu here. The service is good and friendly. The ambience is pleasing because it has an Asian touch, but is not kitschy. All in all, a recommendation for anyone who wants to try something new.

Unfortunately, our visit to Yuma Sushi was very disappointing. For the main course we ordered crispy duck on rice, curry beef and a sushi platter. The sauce for the duck was way too salty. The sushi didn't convince us at all, neither the rice nor the fish were good. The rice was dry but sticky at the same time - definitely not the quality you would expect from a sushi restaurant. The service was terrible, we had to wait an extremely long time for everything, from ordering to paying. The good reviews we had previously read are completely incomprehensible to us. It wasn't until we saw that you could get a 10% discount if you took photos of the food and shared them on social media that we realized why the reviews were so positive. It seems that there is more emphasis on the appearance and social media presence than on the actual quality of the food. Overall, the experience was unfortunately disappointing and we probably won't be back.

At the beginning it took a while before we were greeted and escorted to the reserved table, but from then on the service went very well. The food was great. Also very good in terms of price/performance ratio. Starters tapas for 4 people a feast for the eyes. Very well done. Recommended across the board Keep it up

Hassan Can was an excellent waiter. He was always friendly, attentive and very professional. Our needs were met quickly and efficiently, and he made us feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. We were here once before when the restaurant opened and this time we visited via the Schlemmerblock. This time we weren't disappointed either, everything from the service to the food was excellent. Since I can't eat raw sushi, the nigiris were cooked especially for me, which I really appreciated. On the subject of gourmet blocks, I would also like to mention that the prejudices that you get smaller portions are not true. We received the same generous portions that are regularly offered. Unlike other sushi bars at I Live Tower, you won't be pressured to leave quickly after your meal. We'd love to come back!

Four of us went there for dinner. I would have tuna sushi as a starter and grilled tiger prawns as my main course. So the food came, my main course came before my starter. Something like that doesn't work! When I asked where the starter was, I was told that the starter would come straight away. So both dishes came at the same time. The main course stayed put as long as I ate the starter. Which I couldn't really enjoy because the main course got cold! So I ate the sushi more or less quickly. However the main course was still cold!! In four out of six tiger prawns that were cut open on the back for grilling, which is absolutely true, the intestines had not been removed! Which isn't very appetizing!! After eating, I peeled the tiger prawns by hand, which is fine, I didn't have a chance to clean my hands! I got up with dirty hands and went to the toilet to wash my hands. I touched my chair and two door handles with my dirty hands. When my friend ordered another glass of beer, the beer was only poured three fingers below the calibration mark. When paying I was then asked if everything was OK, to which I replied in the negative! My complaint that both dishes came together as described above and the resulting circumstances were noted with astonishment. When I pointed out that when it comes to food that is eaten by hand, it makes sense to provide the guest with a bowl of lemon water to clean their hands and a small towel or, quite banally, a cleaning cloth, with the comment "I'll pass it on". . My friend complained that the beer wasn't filled enough and didn't have to pay for it. I left empty-handed, no apology, no discount, and we left the restaurant after we had walked a few meters ran to us and apologized for the incidents and gave us two vouchers worth €10 each with the hope that things would work better on the next visit. So the criticism was passed on and taken seriously! At least a glimmer of hope! But that came too late for the evening!

The food was good, especially the sweet potato fries. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said about the service. We arrived with a reservation at a completely empty restaurant, but were offered a cramped table close to the kitchen. Since the noises from the kitchen were too loud, we were later allowed to sit at another table next to the toilet entrance, while all the other tables by the window were unoccupied. The waiters just talked to each other the whole time and seemed to kind of ignore us. Only the one waitress who brought our food was very nice. After eating we didn't feel like having a drink here anymore and quickly went to pay.

Ramen soup was ok, I would have preferred the chicken breast in pieces in the soup instead of in one piece as a side dish. There was also a bit more fat eyes missing from the soup 😉

We visited on a Friday in the summer of 2024. The restaurant was well attended. Food came to the table without a long wait. All four dishes we ordered came at the same time. The food was very good, portion sizes were very good, staff were very friendly. We were really very satisfied. The only drawback was the flies, something could definitely be done about that.

Das Essen hat uns wirklich überrascht. Keine lange Wartezeit, total hübsch und ansprechend angerichtet, sehr leckere Geschmacksvielfalt sowohl bei den Vorspeisen, Hauptgerichten und auch Desserts. Auch die Auswahl an Essen und Getränken war sehr reichlich und für jeden was dabei. Service war super nett, nicht aufdringlich, umsichtig... Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder, weil auch das Ambiente in dem kleinen Garten gut gefallen hat. Trotz Straße war die Lautstärke gemäßigt und sie hat nicht gestört. 5 Sterne!

Were there for the first time today. The food was delicious, but I don't think the price-performance ratio is justified. The portions are normal and aren't really that special, apart from the presentation. The sushi doesn't have any special quality, which is what you should expect for such a price. The drink was tasty but not worth €7, and it didn't contain alcohol. What I found very good was that we ordered edamame, which unfortunately was forgotten and only brought after we asked, it was entirely on the house. The food was served within 10 minutes. The service was also very friendly. Personally, however, I would not undertake this route again.
