Wir gehen sehr oft Sushi essen und Yozora Fusion ist eine der besten Läden in Wiesbaden. Sowohl frittiertes Sushi, als die normalen Rollen und auch das Maishähnchen waren sehr gut. Wir hatten 3 Sushiplatten: zwei von den bestsellern und fried dynamite, alle überragend. Sehr weiterzuempfehlen.

Unser Besuch in diesem Sushi-Restaurant liegt bereits etwas zurück (Frühling letzten Jahres), dennoch möchte ich meine Erfahrung gerne teilen. Leider waren wir insgesamt sehr enttäuscht. Die Preise empfanden wir als deutlich überteuert – sowohl beim Sushi als auch bei den Getränken. Geschmacklich war das Sushi nur mittelmäßig, da haben wir schon bessere Qualität zu günstigeren Preisen bekommen. Besonders die Limonaden standen in keinem Verhältnis zum Preis – sehr kleine Menge für vergleichsweise viel Geld. Was uns jedoch am meisten gestört hat, war der Service. Obwohl das Restaurant halb leer war und es noch lange nicht Richtung Feierabend ging, hatten wir mehrfach das Gefühl, mit Blicken zum Gehen gedrängt zu werden. Bei der Bezahlung kam es zu einem Missverständnis, da wir die Bedienung akustisch nicht richtig verstanden hatten und den Betrag falsch aufgerundet haben. Statt Verständnis ernteten wir lediglich einen sehr unfreundlichen und genervten Blick. Auch auf unsere Entschuldigung reagierte man nicht, sondern verhielt sich weiterhin abweisend. Trotz eines Trinkgelds von 10 € gab es weder ein Dankeschön noch eine freundliche Verabschiedung – im Gegenteil, wir hatten eher das Gefühl, möglichst schnell „abgefertigt“ zu werden. Für uns leider kein Restaurant, das wir noch einmal besuchen werden.

Wirklich lecker. Allerdings hat es im vorderen Sitzbereich so stark nach Chlor gerochen, dass wir uns zunächst umsetzen mussten um dann doch noch den Abend genießen zu können. Die Preise sind hoch, die Qualität aber entsprechend ebenfalls gut.

Gutes Sushi. Es gibt keine Suppen soweit ich gesehen habe. Alles sehr teuer (8€ für Limonaden und Säfte)

Schönes Ambiente mitten in Wiesbaden. Das Sushi von sehr guter Qualität. Dazu hübsch angerichtet. Preise schon weit oben angesetzt. Preis Leistung gerade noch so ok. Die selbst gemachte Limonade echt lecker, jedoch mit 7,50€ für 0,25L zu teuer. Service - Da muss man ehrlich sein. Unterirdisch. Wenn man nicht 3-4 selbst ruft, kommt niemand. Die nachbestellten Getränke sind nicht gekommen trotz Nachfrage. Haben es dann wieder storniert. Da muss dran gearbeitet werden. Sonst waren die Leute aber sehr freundlich.

Leckeres Essen, freundliches Personal

Ich war von diesem Lokal nicht begeistert. Es ist zwar innen wunderschön und die Einrichtung ist sehr liebevoll gestaltet, aber wir warteten anderthalb Stunden auf unser Essen, ohne dass sich jemand um uns kümmerte oder fragte, ob wir noch etwas trinken möchten. Als das Essen dann endlich kam, war es in Ordnung. Aber da war ich schon ziemlich genervt. Ich hätte es so gerne mehr gemocht.

Ich habe von diesem Restaurant einen Geschenkgutschein bekommen und war total begeistert! So leckeres Sushi habe ich noch nie gegessen. Die Getränke und das Sushi waren himmlisch. Ich kann dieses Restaurant absolut empfehlen. Die Toiletten sind blitzsauber und riechen auch so. Das Ambiente ist ruhig und wunderschön eingerichtet. Ich war rundum zufrieden!

Dieses Sushi-Restaurant ist einfach wunderschön! Die Einrichtung ist traumhaft. Es schafft die perfekte Atmosphäre für einen romantischen Abend zu zweit. Die Bedienung ist aufmerksam und professionell. Das Sushi und die hausgemachten Früchtetees sind köstlich und frisch. Es gibt eine große Auswahl für jeden Geschmack, sogar viele vegetarische und vegane Optionen. Mein Favorit war die Angel Roll, aber ich freue mich schon darauf, wiederzukommen und mehr zu probieren.

Der Rest war nichts besonderes. Enttäuscht hat die Vorspeise marinierter Lachs sashimi ca 15€ … war einfach nichts besonderes hatten das mit Ingwer oben drauf …

This is a truly beautifully decorated restaurant with a very pleasant, stylish ambiance. You immediately feel comfortable and well taken care of. The service is friendly, attentive, and unobtrusive—just as you would want it. The sushi is outstanding: fresh, creative, and truly delicious, with a great selection of variations. I also particularly appreciate that they accept the Schlemmerblock (a discount voucher booklet), which is unfortunately no longer a given these days. Overall, a very nice restaurant with a great atmosphere, good service, and really good sushi. We will definitely be back.

It tasted good, but the individual pieces were far too small for the price. I paid €63 for a medium-sized box. We weren't even close to being full.

The food was truly excellent, and the service was friendly and attentive. The ambiance is also very tasteful. However, you can only reserve time slots online, which is a deal-breaker for me, as I wanted to stay and enjoy my meal with friends for longer than 1.5 hours. I arranged this by phone beforehand, and then my friend and I sat there for almost three hours without any rush. Since I'm not a sushi expert, I ordered a mixed set (No. 4) and found it simply wonderful. I highly recommend it!

The paneer soup was okay—I personally wasn't happy with the green seaweed and its resulting flavor. The service was very good. The fried roll was good, but not outstanding. Perhaps it's a good place in Wiesbaden in general, but from what I know, it can be much better. Everything was very bland, but still okay. I would recommend just going and trying it; everyone has different tastes.

It used to be incredibly good here, but since the staff has changed four times, they've managed to fire all the good sushi chefs and servers. It used to be the best sushi in town, but yesterday it was just disappointing. My sushi was served with a generous smear of mayo underneath it and then another layer on top! No fancy sauces, just an unimaginable amount of mayo – any Japanese person would have had a heart attack. The tuna wasn't raw anymore, it was overcooked. Let me put it this way: the sushi tasted more like a bad American hot dog with way too much mayo than anything Asian. On top of that, not a single person on staff can speak a coherent German sentence. It's not a big deal if something doesn't go through, but am I supposed to download a translation app? And then to charge the highest prices in town for this? That's a crazy restaurant concept. Good luck on the hard shoulder.

I went to Yozura 17 and was absolutely thrilled! The food was delicious and fresh, the prices were absolutely reasonable, and the drink selection was excellent. The ambiance is also incredibly beautiful—a real cozy place! My order was missing a dish (avocado with seaweed, sesame, and teriyaki sauce), but the staff was super friendly—the chef even came over to ask and prepared the missing dish for me to go. Really attentive and personable! I don't live in Wiesbaden, so I probably won't be back anytime soon, but I highly recommend this restaurant! 🍣✨

Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing for my wife and children's birthday. We were expecting something special! I reserved four places well in advance and announced them in writing for the birthday party. When we arrived, I mentioned it again to you right there on the spot, but nothing had been prepared and there was no surprise either – none of that! It's a shame. If you had said that, I would have preferred to celebrate somewhere else with my family – so we could have made some wonderful memories! It's a shame... the food was okay. But I've had better sushi in Wiesbaden. I hope things pick up again and the standards of service rise.

The service was very friendly. The ambiance isn't as nice in reality and doesn't look as inviting as it does in the Instagram pictures. The food was excellent, although there were some differences from the pictures. We didn't like the homemade lemonades; they were much smaller than in the pictures and completely overpriced. They tasted like mineral water with syrup. We tried four different ones, and four people agreed that they tasted bad.

Overall, a great sushi experience - there are a few minor things missing for a 5. ⭐: - The music in the women's restrooms is incredibly loud. A quiet background should be sufficient, although I certainly won't be having long conversations there 😉 - The prices for the homemade lemonades are outrageously expensive; unfortunately, I can't say otherwise from our perspective. A good €8 for 0.25 l is quite a lot, although we would have liked to try one or two. - The sushi tasted very good, only the nori sheets in the maki didn't taste quite as fresh. Visually, the platter could have been decorated a bit more. But that's probably just because we're used to it from other restaurants. The ambiance itself, the selection from the menu, and the quality of the food are very appealing. A great plus was the free edamame because we ordered a platter. Why not include this information on the menu? Your guests will definitely appreciate it. 😉 We'll definitely be back; there are simply too many dishes and sushi variations we want to try (the sweet dessert sushi alone sounds tempting) 😁🍣🍣

My wife and I stopped by Yozora-17 after leaving the airport. It was definitely worth it! The service was amazing and the workers were also very welcoming. The sushi was next level we enjoyed every bite. We also ordered a few different appetizers, which were also very tasty. Overall wonderful experience would recommend to anyone and everyone.

We went to Yozora Fusion Restaurant today to celebrate my husband's birthday - unfortunately it was a very disappointing experience overall. Two of us received our food while the remaining three people had to wait a full 40 minutes for their sushi. When it finally arrived, not only was it cold, but it was also cooked incorrectly. The biggest problem, however, was that we couldn't eat together - which was particularly unfortunate at a family birthday dinner. While guests who arrived well after us were served their food promptly, we had to wait without a clear explanation. When we asked, the service staff were unable to give us any information and only referred to an “understaffed kitchen”. However, we found the reaction of one waitress particularly unprofessional: When we asked again about 8 p.m. about the whereabouts of our food, we were simply told that we had two options - either leave or continue to wait. Such a statement to paying guests who have already been waiting for a long time and are celebrating a special occasion is completely inappropriate and customer-unfriendly. A visit to a restaurant should be a pleasant experience - especially on an occasion like this. Unfortunately that wasn't the case today. We were very disappointed and unfortunately cannot recommend the restaurant under these circumstances.

Unfortunately, a clear failure! Went there with the family and were treated very badly. Two of the group got their food while the others had to wait another 40 minutes for their food. The staff was completely overwhelmed and had no idea. When we asked, we were told they were sorry, we could wait or go home if we didn't want to wait any longer. When the food came, it was prepared incorrectly and simply didn't taste fresh. Unfortunately a very disappointing evening. Not recommended.

The ambience is beautiful and before you can admire the floral ceiling and other furnishings, the food is there. The selection is really sophisticated and the sushi also impresses in terms of taste. Even the simplest sushi tastes extremely good and fresh. Another nice feature is the moment the bowl of steaming dry ice is placed on the table. The staff is very friendly and even let me in and sit me down shortly before opening time. Absolute recommendation.

A few weeks ago I left a negative review that only contained facts. Unfortunately, this was reported by the restaurant (the reason stated was deformation) and deleted. The food remained completely disintegrated and broken, looked unappetizing and was not complete. The restaurant only offers a 5€ voucher for a next order (which we definitely won't give).

I picked up my takeout. The environment was very quiet and cozy. The food was good, not my most favorite though. My husband, however, really liked it. We got the vegan 40 pieces, not too big.

The restaurant is very close to the city center, making it very easy to walk to. We were able to book online very easily. The decoration is very striking and tasteful, and the restaurant is large so there is space between the tables. Just don't expect a minimalist restaurant with 3 tables. The food was good, good quality but like almost all restaurants that offer Sushi, they are generally too expensive for the quantity they offer. In the end it's rice with things and not Russian caviar, but hey, focusing on the restaurant, it's fine.

We recently had the opportunity to visit the sushi restaurant "Yozora-17 Fusion Sushi" in Wiesbaden and we were really excited. Unfortunately, our experience didn't quite live up to the expectations we had for a restaurant in this price range. Ambiance and service: The ambience of the restaurant is modern and attractively designed, which immediately leaves a positive impression. The furnishings are stylish and create a pleasant atmosphere for a relaxing evening. The service was consistently friendly and helpful, but one had the impression that the staff was overwhelmed. We were warned that the restaurant was full and everything might take a little longer, which wasn't a problem for us at all, but even when the restaurant was only half full it took a while before we could place our orders. There is potential for improvement here - perhaps adding another person in service or reducing the number of seats. Prices: At first glance we were surprised by the prices - they seemed relatively high. The cocktails cost just under 9 euros, which is probably okay for the Rhine-Main area, but for the amount in the glass (after deducting the crushed ice) it is already at the pain threshold. In a restaurant of this category we expect more than just a few ice cubes in a glass. Starters: We chose several starters: Yakitori, Takoyaki, Ebi Tempura and Yasai Tempura. The taste of these dishes was okay, but they were served either lukewarm or even cold. This marred the overall experience considerably as fresh and hot food should simply be expected at a sushi restaurant. Main course: The main course consisted of the “Signature Rolls”, which tasted really good. The restaurant scored points here – the combinations were creative and delicious. However, these dishes were also at a high price level, which calls the overall price-performance ratio into question. Conclusion: In summary, we were unfortunately disappointed with Yozora-17 Fusion Sushi. We expected much better quality, especially considering the prices. Unfortunately, the friendly staff cannot make up for the deficiencies in the temperature of the food and the inadequate price-performance ratio. We hope that the restaurant works on these points in the future, because with better organization and more consistent quality, it could well become a recommended place for sushi lovers. At the moment, however, we can only recommend dining here to a limited extent.

The food was delicious, fresh and beautifully presented. The sushi in particular was excellent, tori katsu was good, and the ramen was a bit simpler. We must have had a bad day when it came to service: initially we were ignored at the door for about 5 minutes and the menus were missing at the table. We got them ourselves after about 15 minutes. After a friendly apology from the service lady, everything went faster. We found the prices to be quite high at times, but overall it was a nice experience - especially thanks to the great sushi!
