Yoko Sushi in Hamburg

Unfortunately, the avocado pieces in six of the eight "Mini Yoko Roll Avocados" were almost completely black. The remaining two also had a few black spots. Since we assumed they were from the same batch of avocados, we unfortunately threw them away as well. So €10 of the total was unfortunately wasted. The remaining three-quarters of the order were fine, although I had a skeptical aftertaste.

I love Yoko Sushi. I order several times from Bergedorf and Horn. Both are my favorites. Every time, it's a culinary delight—simply a 10/10.

We ordered a salmon menu from Yoko Bergedorf on July 29, 2025. It was delivered quickly, and inside was a real surprise: salmon floating in cream cheese. This cheese was all over the salmon, the sushi roll, and the entire package. When ordering, consider whether you might also get a Vitality menu.

We ordered three bowls – unfortunately, all three were absolutely inedible. The teriyaki chicken bowl contained only two pieces of chicken skin, no trace of meat, no sauce, no sesame seeds – simply unlovable. The teriyaki salmon bowl was a disaster: a sad, old, dried-out piece of salmon that wasn't fresh and even posed a risk of food poisoning. In all three bowls, instead of fresh meat or fish, there was only rice, some iceberg lettuce, and two small, dried-out pieces of old ingredients, the freshness of which we had serious doubts about. For €15 per portion, this is simply outrageous. Charging people for this kind of food is simply shameless. After contacting us by phone, we were offered a gift card that would supposedly be sent by mail. Simply embarrassing, because as a customer, you just get sent this kind of thing (you get €3.50 vouchers all the time). Even that's little more than a small consolation. Paying €15 per portion for crappy rice with iceberg lettuce. Scam level hardcore! Conclusion: Absolute disappointment – never again!

Bergedorf/old Holstenstrasse Disappointing after 8 years of loyalty - disrespectful treatment of customers I have been a big fan of Yoko Sushi for many years - the quality and service have always impressed me. Unfortunately, this picture has fundamentally changed due to a very disappointing experience with the current management. Specifically, it was about a poke bowl order where we asked to receive the teriyaki sauce separately. That was rejected. We were told that the sauce could only be left out completely - if we still wanted it, we would have to order and pay for it additionally. The sauce is a regular part of the dish. We also asked – as has been usual for years – to swap the seaweed salad for ginger. That was also denied this time. The lady on the phone was snippy and unfriendly and said we could order somewhere else. Since she constantly interrupted me and a normal conversation was impossible, I also became annoyed and suggested discussing the situation in person on site. The phone was passed on - and I was informed that I was immediately blocked as a customer. The conversation ended abruptly. When I tried to call again I was ignored. At this point I had already placed a paid order through Too Good To Go. I was then made to wait for 25 minutes on site - not to hand over the order to me (the employees were expressly forbidden from doing this), but to start another discussion and accuse me of making false statements. Only then was the order handed to me by management. This kind of treatment is completely incomprehensible to me after eight years of loyalty. A respectful and professional tone could have easily diffused this situation. It's a shame it had to end like this.

Super dissatisfied! The colleague on the phone simply wanted to finish work early and therefore didn't want to accept my order...! He then wanted to explain to me that the delivery address was too far (10 minutes away and in the delivery area)!

My first time at Yoko Sushi was an unforgettable experience! The friendly welcome and the cozy atmosphere made you want more. The chef transformed the freshest ingredients into true works of art. Every bite was a surprise, full of flavor and perfection. Even as a newcomer, I felt welcome and pampered. **Highly recommended for every sushi lover – a real stroke of luck!**

I am extremely satisfied with the order. The food was fresh and very tasty. What I liked best was that the chicken was halal. Can only recommend it!!!

The sushi was really delicious, but it's a real shame that for €30 they didn't even throw in any salad garnish or anything. It was bland and monotonous... 3 times wasabi and one time ginger. And 2 soybeans. A bit of a shame. And the rolls are really small... You can get a bigger one at Edeka for less. Really a shame. I'll gladly order somewhere else next time for that kind of money... It's a shame, I would have expected more for that kind of money...

I am very convinced of Yoko Sushi. In Bergedorf you can only recommend yoko Sushi Bergedorf again and again Not Fun, these are the best 👍🏽👍🏽

Yesterday we visited Bergedorf/Alte Holstenstrasse and read the menu posted at Yoko Sushi. An employee dressed entirely in black stood outside the front door of the very classy-looking store, lit a cigarette, spit disgustingly on the ground directly in front of the store and then staggered back into the store (drunk!?). I stood there with my family and was so disgusted with something to eat from this shop that we drove home. Such behavior is simply NOT a sign and you simply DO NOT do something like that! UNFORTUNATELY I had to give 1 star to even be able to write a review here. I hope the employee washed his hands after quartzing...

We have ordered from Yoko Sushi several times and we are always satisfied. Everything is super delicious, whether sushi with fish & shrimp, chicken or vegetarian, everything is super delicious and is always prepared fresh and delivered quickly, so the warm sushi dishes arrive warm. The sauces are always delicious too; especially the cranberry teryjaki sauce and the homemade cocktail mayonnaise. The lunch menus are also worth mentioning. Food intolerances are taken into account. If you have any unanswered questions, the friendly, nice employees will call and ask. Thank you for that! We can't judge the ambience because we've used the delivery service so far, so three stars. We will happily order from Yoko Sushi again. Thanks for the good service.

I actually never wrote a review but now I thought I would do it as a suggestion for the owner and employees. Totally nice boss BUT!!!! Not a 10 minute wait, but longer. I've eaten a lot of sushi in my life, but I've never come across something like that in my entire life. Even the sushi from the Penny fares better. The soy sauce what was that? Old motor oil?The chicken sushi was inedible. Came straight into the trash, a shame. You were better a few years ago

The atmosphere inside is very pleasant, the food tastes excellent and, among other things, everything here is Halal, which is very difficult to find. The service staff is very kind and understanding. I really liked it here and would love to visit again and again.

It was okay. Nevertheless: Unfortunately, the salmon was not of Sahshimi quality, tasted a bit heavy and was far too thick and irregularly cut. The lemurs were all different sizes! The rice wasn't seasoned optimally and was too sticky. The ebi tempura roll was amazing! The summer rolls were also nice and crispy and freshly rolled. It was our first order but unfortunately there is still a bit of room for improvement. With the prices...

Habe 21:54 über die Website bestellt und mein Essen um 22:30 bekommen. 30min nach Ladenschluss. Der Laden ist spitze!! Ich würde mir beim Sushi mehr Abwechslung beim Fisch wünschen. Aal, Tintenfisch, Garnelen.

Sehr leckeres Sushi und die Angestellten sind auch sehr nett und freundlich. Die zutaten des sushis sind frisch und haben eine gute Qualität und es ist im laden alles sauber und gepflegt.

Bei unserem Besuch roch es im Restaurant sehr nach Toilettenreiniger. Bei der Bestellung konnte die Kellnerin leider kein Deutsch, sodas es schwer war, unsere Fragen bezüglich des Essens beantwortet zu bekommen. Haben dann doch mit Hand und Fuß bestellt und bekamen zum Schluss eine überteuerte Rechnung. Aber bei wem sollten wir uns darüber beschweren, es hätte uns niemand verstanden. Wir kommen nicht noch einmal.

Wir haben uns durch viele Sushiläden durchprobiert und Yoko Sushi ist mit Abstand der beste in der Gegend. Der Reis ist immer perfekt und nie zu klebrig durchgekocht oder zu fest, die Sushi-Sorten sind immer abwechslungsreich und alle top im Geschmack und Qualität. Die Preise finde ich für so gutes Sushi auch absolut angemessen. Da findet man wirklich viel schlechteres Sushi für den selben Preis. Alles in Allem das beste Sushi für mich ! :)

Ich finde das Sushi lecker. Abholen ist für mich die günstigere Variante, da ich nicht gleich um die Ecke wohne und der Mindestbestellwert daher zu hoch ist. Und vor Ort speisen finde ich nicht gemütlich. Wird aber sicherlich irgendwann mal anders?

Das Sushi war nicht frish und der fisch hatte einen seltsamen Nachgeschmack. 2 Sterne wegen den Nutella Biskuits, die wahrscheinlich als Entschuldigung vorsichtshalber beigepackt wurden. Eigendlich war Yoko nie so schlecht. KP was da los war \-_-/

Bin sehr zufrieden und positiv überascht. Es gab eine packung nutella biscuits gratis zur Bestellung dazu.

Heute das erste mal zur Abholung bestellt. Essen war nicht ganz pünktlich fertig aber ruck zuck in 5 Minuten stand alles bereit inklusive einer süßen Entschuldigung in Schokoladenform. Hervorragend reagiert und die Bowl war super lecker! Dankeschön. Große Empfehlung.

Am Anfang war es richtig gut 5 Sterne, mittlerweile wird man immer öfter enttäuscht. Man bestellt ingwer extra und zahlt es auch, mehrfach wurde es schon vergessen. Das Sushi sieht manchmal aus wie auseinander gefallen und wird zusammen gematscht. Sehr Schade.

Sensationell lecker. Frisch und hochwertig mit tollem Service. Wir lieben es. Heute einmal aus Versehen Chicken erhalten und problemlos neu bekommen.

Super leckeres und immer frisches Sushi! Wir bestellen unser Sushi immer hier und sind noch nie enttäuscht worden. Die Lieferzeit ist völlig OK. Und die Fahrer sind auch immer freundlich (kp ob diese vom Restaurant oder von Lieferheld sind). Also weiter so :)

Haben uns Sushi und Edamame über Lieferando bestellt. Waren enttäuscht, alles hat sehr stark geräuchert und nicht frisch geschmeckt. Außer die Lachs Rollen die waren okay. Edamame war kalt (bei einer Lieferung kann das passieren. Aus dem Ingwer war schon richtig Saft raus. Wir haben 61,90€ für 6 Rollen und 2 mal Edamame bestellt. Die Hälfte haben wir uns reingezwungen die andere mussten wir wegschmeißen. Kann da nur Sushi for friends empfehlen, da bezahlt man für solch eine Bestellung vlt. 8-10€ mehr aber es schmeckt alles frischer und ist auch nicht so viel geräuchert.

Was ein Scam. Ich habe mir das Menü mit 74 Stück geholt und kriege nur 66. Frech. Aber die Lieferung war sehr schnell.
