Good experience, would do it again

The price-performance ratio and the central location are simply unbeatable. Sure, there aren't a huge variety of sushi options, but it's enough for a good range, and everything tastes great. The drink prices are also excellent, and the place is clean. The only downside is the noise level, but that's to be expected given the location.

Sorry, but I've never eaten such bland and carelessly prepared sushi. I got up and left after just 10 minutes. What a shame.

Very loud and crowded, the sushi was tasty but unfortunately not very varied, and upstairs where the hot dishes were served, they hardly replenished the food despite the number of guests. Otherwise, it's decent value for money. 30 minutes for just under €12 is fine for a quick lunch snack (if you don't have to wait an hour for a table).

Anyone who loves fish and is in Hamburg should definitely check this place out. It's just under €16 for all-you-can-eat for an hour. I personally think that's perfectly reasonable. They offer a huge variety of dishes and a great atmosphere.

It would be nice to have more variety, especially among the hot dishes. Sweet dishes or desserts on the conveyor belt would also be a great addition. Overall, the visit was fine – the food is good, but a wider selection would significantly enhance the experience.

Good value for money for the sushi specialties. €11.90 for half an hour. As a family, it was quite fun and delicious. Of course, you only sit there for half an hour, so the atmosphere can't be any different. The service is friendly, and everything is clean and fresh. The only thing I would be careful about is the drink prices. It seems like they're making up for the cost here. An Estee from a plastic bottle costs €4. Otherwise, everything is really excellent and I recommend it.

Simple running sushi in the Hamburg arcade "Meine Perle." Around lunchtime, it's often crowded and crowded. The sushi types don't vary much. You can choose between 30 and 60 minutes of all-you-can-eat service at reasonable prices. Drinks are only non-alcoholic and served in plastic bottles.

The three of us sushi fans were thrilled. Yes, we had to wait about 15 minutes. But the sushi was good. The tuna and salmon were good, too. They charge based on time. We booked for an hour, so you can eat in a relaxed manner.

If you want good sushi at a reasonable price, this is the place for you! €15.90 for an hour of all-you-can-eat + a drink (€4 for a 0.5l) is completely fair. Yes, it's not high-quality sushi, but it's not bad sushi either. Totally balanced, and they serve not only sushi, but also other dishes, Asian noodles, spring rolls, and so on. The chairs aren't the prettiest anymore, but that's just complaining at a high level. The highlight, of course, is the conveyor belt; you don't find one everywhere and it's an experience in itself. You don't have to keep getting up for the buffet; instead, the buffet moves past you the whole time. We were satisfied and will be back!

Poor quality and rude treatment for free!!! We've been there several times, and for the price, there's nothing to complain about - really! BUT the last few times, it just wasn't worth the money. The sushi rice tasted fermented. Some of the mussels were cold. You don't expect proper service at a food court, as it's more about mass processing, but a certain amount of respect should still be expected - which wasn't the case last time!!! There were several tables free and we could choose our own seats, but the staff still wanted to assign us a table. When we politely asked, the employee responded with rude swearing. In return, another restaurant in the same center gained new customers.

I had a 30-minute buffet. That's right: I paid €10 for a full 30 minutes. The food was delicious and served on a conveyor belt, so you can simply pick up whatever you like. CAUTION!!!! I was at Aki Running Sushi Hamburg yesterday and I was very disappointed. I used to enjoy going there, but the quality has declined significantly. I had stomach cramps during the evening, followed shortly afterwards by severe diarrhea. Apparently there was something wrong with the food - which is not only unpleasant, but also worrying. Apart from that: Many dishes seemed old or were only lukewarm. The selection was poor and hardly anything was convincing in terms of taste.

Good food, though portions are very small, but to be fair, you can take as many portions as you like, so it makes up for it.

Disappointing and definitely not a recommendation – never again! I was looking forward to a relaxed sushi evening at AKI Running Sushi, but unfortunately I was completely disappointed. The menu on the conveyor belt was shockingly unimaginative: always the same, boring and mediocre dishes. Many plates looked as if they had been there for far too long - the fish was anything but fresh, some dishes were cold or even dried out. No trace of variety or creativity. The quality was particularly disappointing: the sushi had little flavor, the rice was soggy, and the fried foods were dripping with stale grease. Once there was even a piece of plastic in a dish - absolutely unacceptable! For the price, I've eaten much better - both in terms of selection, freshness and atmosphere. If you appreciate good sushi, you should definitely avoid this place. AKI Running Sushi was a bitter disappointment for me and a visit that I will not make a second time.

Quite nice as an attraction, but not a place where you can really eat well. Half an hour is enough - it's not worth staying longer. It is located on the first (German) floor of a shopping center. Everything fried in batter tastes the same. You don't even want to think about how often the oil is changed there. There are also pasta, rice, mussels in sauce, shrimp in sauce, sushi, mousse and oranges. Drinks cost extra.

Good evening! I regularly visit different sushi restaurants and have tried many, but Ani Running Sushi was by far one of the worst experiences I have ever had. The food was absolutely tasteless and unappetizing - I had no desire to try anything else. The staff was unfriendly and seemed annoyed with the guests. Nobody cleared the tables, everything was cluttered and chaotic. There were three of us there and all of us were dissatisfied. In addition, it wasn't clean. The windows, as you can see in the video, were dirty and streaked. Everything seemed unkempt. I absolutely cannot recommend this restaurant and would never go there again. A total disappointment – ​​a waste of time and money.

Aki Running Sushi is centrally located in the Pearl. There is a lot of sushi selection, both inside out, maki and other delicacies. Hot food ran along the upper conveyor belt, including spring rolls, rice, mussels, noodles & shrimp. The portions were a good size so you could try a lot of different things. We ate for half an hour, which was enough time for lunch. If you want to chat a lot while you're at it, I would book a whole hour for an extra €5. The atmosphere was uncomplicated and comfortable given the circumstances. Make sure that the correct arrival time is written down. Would come again!

Solid sushi with great value for money. For 11.90 you can eat off the treadmill for half an hour. Even though it was very crowded, I also got some of the particularly good things.

Giving 4 out of 5. Why ? Because it has met my expectations. It’s running sushi so there are positive and negative factors you need to count with. For example, if you sit at the end of line, you get less variety of sushi. But I understand that it’s not easy to choose where to sit as there is in Saturdays evenings a queue waiting to sit. Not sure about other days. My opinion: if you are hungry and want to eat like a beast and you also don’t want to go to a fancy sushi restaurant and spend dozens of euros, this is the right place. For 12 euros you can sit there 30 minutes and eat whatever you like. Of course you don’t get 20 different variants of sushi but for this kind of experience it’s diverse enough. Afterwards you can talk with your friends about the amount of food you were able to eat and how full you were. And I need to say: there was no bad sushi. Or bad piece of food. Plus there are some spring rolls, oranges, pudding, fried chicken and noodles. Drinks are charged extra. I will definitely come again. But later. First I need to burn those calories I ate.

Aki Running Sushi – Fast, tasty and versatile! Aki Running Sushi is simply great! The ability to pay for half an hour or a full hour is super convenient. The selection on the treadmill is huge, the quality is top, and the price-performance ratio is unbeatable. I especially love the prawns in coconut sauce – simply heavenly! I'm often full after just 25 minutes because everything is so delicious. For sushi fans who like variety and freshness, Aki is absolutely recommended!

Of course it's not a chic or upscale place to eat because of the atmosphere, but you can't eat so much sushi anywhere for so little money. I also liked the selection. It's part of a food court in the shopping center. The staff were friendly and cleared away very regularly.

We went out to eat with our child around lunchtime. The staff doesn't seem to be very communicative or even friendly. We had to wait a few minutes for seats to become available. Cleanliness works like this... Food was ok for the price, nothing extraordinary, but quite good for our child to try out. The way to remove the food is of course a highlight for newbies. People don't eat there!!!! I ate there about a month ago and became very ill, but I didn't realize it was caused by that. I was there again 2 days ago and I got sick again, stomach pain, dizziness, severe headache, fever, bone pain, etc…. I feel really bad and I'm 100% sure that's where it comes from.

The all-you-can-eat is very affordable. Taste is fine for the price (considering that in proper sushi restaurant, for the same price paid you'll probably only get 1 roll). Variety of sushi & dishes is OK, but can be improved (it gets a bit boring / monotonous after a while). Overall I think there were probably only 20-ish different dishes, and most were not sushi. The conveyor belt is enclosed off by display case, ensuring food safety & hygiene, something that I appreciate. Staffs were quite friendly despite limited English. I had opted for the 1 hour at the beginning but decided to stop after 30 min. (due to the lack of variety aforementioned) and the cashier was understanding & let me pay for the 30 min. instead of the 1 hour.

The food quality is not so good , easy sushi and a lot of fried food. Looks like they don't change the food variety often and they have too less dessert options. Bad service, they are just waiting for you to go and sit more people.

I went here because my children were excited to see the conveyor belt concepts. But the food was not very good at all. The cost was high for poor quality/cheap food. It’s called a running sushi yet. They had Jell-O, Apple slices, a mini blueberry muffin, and mushrooms. The sushi selection was few and far between and it was mostly California rolls, avocado wrapped in rice with seaweed and rice with red peppers. They only had two additional sushi offerings one was squid and the other was octopus both of which didn’t taste good at all and was not fresh. It’s supposed to be all you can eat sushi and there’s not really much sushi to choose from. it is terribly disappointing. After eating, I attempted to pay for my meal, for three of us (52€) and the cashier would not except my currency because there was a couple little tears in the bill and she said it was no good. I was forced to go to the ATM machine to get cash to pay with a crisp new looking bill. Absolutely ridiculous and she held on to the money I gave her until I returned with the money from the 🏧, as if she expected me to cheat her out of her money. Mind you, I handed her (70€ & $20) I clearly was the one being cheated here. When I returned with the new money, she gave me back what wasn’t good enough for her, along with the rest of the access money. In short, I would never return here nor recommend this establishment.

My girlfriend and I visited the restaurant a few days ago, and shortly after eating we both started having health problems. We had diarrhea and severe stomach pain for three days, with my friend's condition actually getting worse. Unfortunately, based on these experiences, I cannot recommend this restaurant.
