Food from the buffet was ok, but nothing special. Staff quite unfriendly.

We were there in the early evening and it wasn't that crowded, the buffet was very good and there was plenty of food available. The staff was friendly and very accommodating.

The food is very tasty, service is almost nil, mass processing, even the little robot can't handle it.

Unfortunately, my visit to this all-you-can-eat restaurant was anything but satisfactory. First of all, the service was poor. The waiters seemed disinterested. The staff were quite unfriendly. We had high expectations for this all-you-can-eat restaurant, but unfortunately, we were very disappointed. The selection was extremely limited, especially among the hot dishes. Many dishes were not freshly prepared, but seemed to have been sitting there for a while. The sushi rolls were mushy, and the meat dishes were tough and flavorless. We won't be coming back.

Yanida is an all you can eat and drink restaurant. When I was there it was Sunday evening. It was quite crowded. You could even have something fried, which you had previously put on a plate and clipped from the table. For my taste it was nothing special. The bedside table was a bit poor. The price was also quite high for what was offered. All in all it was okay. Not particularly good or bad.

I've been here many times and I always really like the food. The service is great, the concept is good. I like that drinks were included in the all inclusive. The selection of drinks is ok - I used to think it was better with bottled drinks - now there are only syrup drinks that you can tap yourself. I also particularly like that you can choose your own ingredients and then have them freshly fried. You will get them served after a short time if it is not super crowded. The only thing that needs to be improved in my opinion is the vegetarian/vegan range of ready-made dishes and the very clear labeling of what is in it or the labeling "vegetarian" (even if there is no meat in it, the product could not be vegetarian). This also exists in other restaurants of this type and by 2025 it should actually be normal for something like this to be labeled. That would definitely help a lot of people.

As always, the buffet was full of all kinds of Asian cuisine, which we couldn't complain about at first. Unfortunately, the second no go came when I asked the waiter for a white wine spritzer, he asked me if we hadn't received any tickets. I said no and he went to the counter right next to our table and said in a very flippant tone that he had already asked us if we would like to drink our alcoholic drink, which we said no when we first arrived. Will I be told when I have to drink the drink that is included in my "all you can eat & drink price"? Well, I then got a card and was able to pick up my white wine spritzer at the bar. In the end, two people paid a whopping €67.80 for Asian food and sugar water. Unfortunately, the spook didn't end after our visit because I unfortunately discovered that there was something wrong with the food there, whole and garnished. Two hours after our visit, I was allowed to think about the entire meal again for almost the entire night. There is a plus point for the nice ladies and gentlemen from the service in the black T-shirts, the plates were always cleared quickly and they were all very friendly. However, we will definitely never visit this restaurant again! Food poisoning is enough for me.

The rest of the food wasn't that great either, it wasn't very warm and tasted bad. Unfortunately, everything is under video surveillance, which makes you feel like you're watching. For me it was the first and last time tonight, so I'd rather go to another Chinese restaurant.

The hall itself is not stuffy, and the “KITTEN” ROBOT WAITER is also pleasing... Although the price is a little expensive (than in some similar establishments), there are soft drinks in any quantity. And also a glass of wine or beer of your choice. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THE ESTABLISHMENT!

Some of the meat tasted spoiled and my daughter was hanging over the bowl a day later. The ready-made buffet was relatively small and a lot of fried vegetables were not refilled. Sauces have little taste. Drinks to pour yourself were too warm. In the evening they also charge 10 euros more than at lunchtime. I can't say whether there is less choice or whether you just want to get more money out of people's pockets in the evening as this was my first and last visit here. Otherwise very loud, very narrow. Empty plates were quickly cleared away without comment. The employee who accompanied us to the table was friendly and came every half hour to ask if everything was OK. Unfortunately there were no parking spaces and you had to go towards the city center and search. Certainly not easy for people who are not local.

For 5* the only thing missing is decorative presentation and preparation, which a buffet often cannot offer. Unfortunately, the online reservation via Quandoo did not work (reserved on November 25th, 2024, confirmed again by Quandoo on December 31st). Yanida says they don't have a reservation because... Fortunately, there were enough places available. Clearing the table works great (quick, regular, attentive), the teppanyaki delivery robot is quite funny. (Service 3*) It's bad that we got the table (80) directly in front of the "loudly screaming children's entertainment area". The constant sound level is very unpleasantly loud, especially since the corner is so far away from the "parents' tables" that they don't even notice it. (Atmosphere 1*). But you learn from it. Despite this, or actually because of this, the overall experience was rather disappointing. Recommendation to the operator: Please sit the parents close to their playing children and the other guests further away. All you have to do is rearrange the tables and not just place large tables around the gaming area. And repair the turntable on table 80. It is extremely stiff. Typical Chinese restaurant on a grand scale. When there's a lot going on, there's quite a bit of noise. The food itself is the usual buffet you would expect from such restaurants.
