Most of the food was very tasty, even if the meat was often a bit dry. Some of the breaded items were so oily that it was hard to enjoy them, but otherwise everything was really good. The ambience was relatively normal and nice as usual for an Asian shop and the waitress was very friendly and humorous. It's better to keep an eye on the chocolate fountains; after a boy spent about 15 minutes stirring them around with his grubby hands, I unfortunately lost the desire for them. The parents weren't interested in anything, but you can't blame that on the restaurant. So all in all really good for the all you can eat price.

When we go shopping in Aschaffenburg, we always stop at Asia Paradise for lunch. We last ate there a week ago. We always take the buffet. There is a plentiful selection of hot dishes and the teppanyaki buffet. There you take fresh meat, seafood, fish, vegetables or pasta and choose a sauce. Everything is freshly fried at the cooking station. It is good. The floor and tables were clean. The staff is also very friendly.

Restaurant clean. The staff are all friendly. I have been there often enough and not just once and can only report positive things. The food is always fresh, warm and delicious. Meat is tender and fresh new food is constantly being supplied. There is a large selection of everything :) Everyone who gives 1-3 stars seems to have big problems with themselves or privately. If you come to the table and it was supposedly sticky or dirty then why don't you talk about it there!???? Then there's the matter of the dishes supposedly being over-spiced etc. I'm the only person in the world who probably eats dishes that are so spicy and the food there isn't even remotely seasoned and most of it isn't seasoned at all anyway?! I've eaten there often enough and I've never had gastrointestinal problems there, although I do have a stomach ache after just one coffee. Some are really just looking for something to badmouth the restaurant.. ridiculous and sick..

We get excellent food and friendly service every time we go. I definitely recommend it.

Total failure...dirty tables, food had deteriorated massively - you chewed it like rubber and it tasted strange. The drinking was not as described. I have severe stomach pain afterwards. That was the culmination of the bad visit

That was the biggest impudence I have ever experienced in an Asian restaurant. First, the table was dirty and smeared with sauce. Secondly, the staff didn't want to clean the table and instead moved us to another table. And thirdly, the food was apparently so bad that I had a severe stomach ache after the first plate. Of course, that spoiled my appetite for dessert. There were also mobile air conditioning units in the middle of the walkways, so much so that you almost tripped over them. For me this is a juice shop!!!

Maybe it was because it was during the week or we just had a bad day, but we definitely won't be going there again! The hygiene leaves a lot to be desired, no matter where you walk it sticks, the tables are sticky, even the drinks menu was sticky. It wasn't busy either, so at least the tables could have been clean. The buffet was “clear” and the taste was very over-spiced. Lots of flies on fruit. Conclusion: I've been struggling with my stomach since yesterday and unfortunately we were there for the first and last time.

Everything is wonderful and delicious

Went there again for dinner with my wife yesterday. The food itself was no longer so exciting and the service was completely overwhelmed. We wanted to pay separately by card. My wife was undercharged for one drink, which we then added to "my" bill. The waitress couldn't handle it with her cell phone, the boss came over and the two of them had a loud argument right at our table. Sorry, that's an absolute no-go. We will definitely not lecture this restaurant with our presence again. As always, very good. Only exotic types of meat such as zebra, camel, kangaroo, ostrich, crocodile, wildebeest - please leave it; the meat is super tough, like the sole of a shoe.

I was recently in Asia paradise and unfortunately my experience was rather disappointing. The service regarding clearing the plates was inadequate. Our plates were often left on the table for a long time, which spoiled the overall impression. It was difficult to keep the table clean and tidy. The buffet was another disappointment. It was only partially refilled and when it was refilled it took a very long time. These delays meant that you were often left with empty bowls and had to wait for the next round. A big problem was that many children were running around the buffet unsupervised. They grabbed the food with licked fingers, which is extremely unhygienic. This made it impossible for me to eat anything from the chocolate fountain due to concerns about cleanliness. Overall, there is still a lot of room for improvement. The service should be more efficient, the buffet should be replenished regularly and promptly and measures should be taken to ensure hygiene. I hope that these points will improve in the future so that the restaurant can reach its full potential.

Unfortunately it's getting worse and worse. The toilet rooms are in need of renovation, really need to be renovated, a lot of things in them are broken (faucets, mirrors, ceiling lights, soap dispensers...). Some of the lampshades in the restaurant are hanging completely crooked and overall, a lot of things no longer look new or of high quality. Despite a very high price, the taste of the food has deteriorated and the waitresses look over you, even when they see that all the glasses are empty (we would have liked to have ordered something more). Instead, they prefer to constantly chat with each other at a makeshift office table full of random stuff in the middle of the restaurant. Too bad! I've always enjoyed being here, but now I've had enough.

Rather mediocre Asian... The food at the buffet was cold and therefore not easy to enjoy. The selection was standard, nothing special. For dessert there was only a meager selection of fruit and the chocolate fountain was heavily mixed with butter, not tasty. We've been there once, but wouldn't come again for the price.

We've been to the Asia Palace several times and have always been satisfied... Now, for whatever reason, it's called Asia Paradise... To cut a long story short, it was our last visit there! After arriving we were assigned a table with plenty of leftover food on the floor. Then we were given a table opposite. The tables to the left and right of it were full of plates and leftover food, looked like a garbage dump... After our second plate, our dishes were still not cleared away. When I pointed out that this wasn't a nice atmosphere, the employee came (she was obviously solely responsible for all the guests), took some dishes with her, the rest remained dirty... After our first drink, no one came anymore, it stayed that way :( A single person who brings drinks, distributes food from the hot plate, clears away and collects!!! Incredible. Some of the food was cold, the seating was absolutely unhygienic and uncomfortable, and there was nothing to drink... But it was significantly more expensive than before... In short, an absolute outrage that we have never seen anywhere before. That's it, never again :(

The food is great and the buffet fills up quickly. In my opinion there is a very large selection and the price is easily affordable. The staff is very attentive and friendly. Everything is clean, harmonious and I particularly like the Asian feeling in the restaurant.

Service, atmosphere great, lunch ok. Not quite enough for 5 stars for me, light dried dishes for lunch, the fresh scrimps were great.

The precooked buffet food is not good, the only thing worth eating here in my opinion is the tepenyaki, at least it's kind of fresh. When we came to pay they charged us for the evening dinner because we paid a few minutes past 14:30. I would advise to avoid this place due to sneaky price tactics and poor food quality.

Very clean and tidy restaurant. The service is friendly and commendable. Midday buffet modest. A small selection of ready-made dishes, but there is certainly a grill of your choice that works constantly. The price is €13.90 from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m

Singapore noodles are highly recommended. Great staff. The buffet is very tasty and it's not just the children who like the chocolate fountain.

I was there for the first time today. To be honest, I've never experienced such bad service. First a waitress seated us and then the boss said that we had to sit somewhere else without asking whether we wanted to or not!! OK! Did we take cake and order coffee - the coffee isn't even there yet and she wants to collect -> okay! She says that only cash with a card is not possible! Such rude service Cake tastes like nothing! Dry! Cold coffee! Bad service zero The bill was 17, something I didn't really want to give a tip. But it's only possible from 20€ card payment (the wallet was in the car) forced me to give a tip I'll never come back there! And don't recommend to anyone

Were here for the first and last time. The taste of the food is OK but not more than that. My son threw up several times at home and I also had stomach pains. Service is not friendly, after paying you don't say thank you or goodbye.

Asian dishes are offered here as a buffet, most of which are already cooked. There is also the option of having freshly prepared seafood and meat. The quality of the food is satisfactory in terms of price-performance ratio.

We were there for the happy hour buffet and I have to say the food was very bad. Even the fries were horrible. The food selection was the same but the quality and the taste was not what it used to be. It was an absolute waste of money. Unfortunately will not go there ever again.

The lunch buffet was plentiful with a lot of different dishes. There is something for every taste. The staff is very friendly. I think the drinks prices are a bit overpriced. Therefore a star deduction.

On our last visit at the end of December, the buffet was subpar. Some of the food wasn't refilled, you could tell that the food that was there had been there for a long time and the food that was still there didn't taste good at all. We also reported this, but there was no response. For us, even one star is too many.

Some of the food tasted good, but a lot of it had been on the buffet for a long time and seemed to be mass-produced rather than well cooked. The restaurant was very crowded and cramped, especially at the buffet. The tables were hardly wiped and there were still squid rings from the previous person under our table. When paying, the amount was simply rounded up to the next higher amount without asking. In general, the visit was okay, but I would recommend visiting other restaurants in Aschaffenburg…

Were here for lunch. Well, what can I say, I've had better food before. You could hardly bite chicken in batter that hard. Other dishes almost cold.

The Asia Palast in Aschaffenburg offers an exquisite selection of Asian cuisine in a pleasant ambience. The variety of dishes, from sushi to teppanyaki to traditional specialties, is impressive. The friendly staff ensure excellent service and the quality of the food is always first class. A great place to enjoy authentic Asian cuisine and a recommended address for Asian cuisine lovers.

Basically a very nice restaurant, but there are a few things that I think should be changed. I think it's a shame that the food that hasn't been eaten is thrown away after the store closes. To avoid this, To good to go would be an option. I also think it's a shame that meat from animals that are threatened with extinction is offered. In addition, some guests do not behave appropriately. As an example of this, I saw a man who used the fork that was explicitly only supposed to be used for frog legs for other foods. That really disgusted me personally. It's a shame that this isn't understandable for adults. Also change something about the prices and the quality of the food. Kind regards

On March 16, 2024 we visited the Asia Paradise restaurant (formerly Asia Palast) in Aschaffenburg. Some of the furnishings are already a bit worn out. Does not look nice. We then booked the lunch buffet for €13.90 per person (11:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.). The selection is ok, but almost all of the dishes were only lukewarm. The taste wasn't great either. One can get the impression that most foods are ready-made products from the freezer. Hunger drove it in. We ordered cola as a drink. The cola was warm and contained hardly any carbon dioxide and tasted really stale. When the bill came, it was 2:37 p.m., we were charged €19.90 per person. When we asked why the bill was suddenly higher, we were told that the lunch buffet price was only valid until 2:30 p.m. Maybe so, but no one told us that you suddenly have to pay by 2:30 p.m. It is not mentioned anywhere in the menu. We didn't get anything from the buffet! Despite strong complaints, they remained stubborn and insisted on the €19.90. That's what I call a rip-off. Friendly service looks different. Conclusion: We definitely won't eat there again. In addition, we can only advise everyone to watch the clock and pay on time. We will definitely not recommend the restaurant. Those responsible have to decide for themselves whether it is worth insisting on €12 in additional income.

We received a very unfriendly welcome and didn't feel comfortable right from the start. We were given a table where napkins were folded to our right (approx. 20cm distance) The food was definitely not fresh, raw meat was dark in color as if it had been there for at least 5 hours. In fact, we didn't like anything at all & we're really easy eaters. It's a shame, we both ate a plate and had to pay the full amount (€54) with one drink each. Unfortunately, the store is not recommended.

Unfortunately the price-performance ratio is no longer right. Buffet is now over €20 But the food is still not bad at all. Price is just very high. Unfortunately it was very hot that day. There is no climate and therefore not recommended on hot days

It was a spontaneous visit, without reservation. Despite the full tables, we still got a spot and were able to eat at the delicious buffet. Always my pleasure:)

The food and selection were quite good. The staff was very friendly. Unfortunately, some of the dishes were not completely clean. All in all, I would definitely recommend the restaurant.

It used to be good many years ago Food is now very greasy and inferior. Price/performance is absolutely no longer appropriate here.

We were there for a late lunch with a baby, they gave us a table and a baby chair. The atmosphere was amazing like in China, not just restaurant but country. Food was good it could be a bit better. But anyway I can recommend it because for me it was super case you can eat as much you want and whatever they are offering. The service was so kind, as my son was walking around the whole restaurant and they accepted it.

All-you-eat buffet is extremely greasy and tastes pretty boring. Vegetables are overcooked, meat and fish can hardly be distinguished in terms of taste, pasta is soggy, sauces only differ in color. The price isn't worth it. You just can't cook several Asian cuisines at the same time. Food from the menu is significantly better, although only average. Then again the price is right. The whole atmosphere has something of a redecorated train station waiting room, a typical German Chinese restaurant.

I paid 20 euros for the lunchtime brunch with a tip, and it took a long time before I was even served. The price has risen, However, I really liked the quality/quantity. Although there would have been a buffet for over an hour, nothing was refilled. Some of the food that was still available tasted tasteless and boring. If I didn't know what I was eating, I wouldn't have been able to guess. Some of the food was almost cold and therefore unpleasant to eat. Although I couldn't eat much because of it, I didn't feel well afterwards. I won't eat there anymore. It's a shame, it used to be good. For 20 euros (and even less!!) there are far better places to stop for refreshments in Aschaffenburg.

Complete overeating: every time I leave the store with a sore stomach because my stomach just can't handle it anymore. We were here on Sunday for a lunch buffet with a grill. The food was great, the service was friendly, the toilets were clean, etc. Everything was great.

Liked the food a lot, large food selection (sushi, sauces, desserts, etc...). The sinks in the restroom are really pretty. Restrooms also clean.

Quite modest... Some of the food was still frozen cold (beans)... The rest is already cold when served at the table.... Puke stains on the sidewalk definitely don't come from the disco-goers next door... Never again...

The service was fine. When you eat, however, you notice that the food is being served on a low budget. Despite the evening buffet, it was quite lean and a lot of things were replaced with cheaper options. For example, there were no shittake mushrooms, but mushrooms everywhere. Squid was only available at the Teppanyaki buffet and it was very tough. The shrimp chips were clearly old, one even had a dried mosquito on it. Most of the food was burnt. Unfortunately, I won't be eating there again as things have unfortunately gotten worse with each visit over the last few months. A pity :(

Das Essen war mal gut - vor Jahren. Wir waren am 2. Weihnachtsfeiertag nach langer Zeit mal wieder dort. Und waren sehr enttäuscht. Überteuertes Fastfood. Mehr ist es leider nicht.

Großes Buffet, viel Auswahl, gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis

Buffet ist reichhaltig. Zutaten können selbst zusammengestellt und dann durch einen Koch frisch zubereitet werden. Das Essen wird dann auch an den Tisch gebracht. Getränke recht teuer. All You can eat für ca 20Eur pro Person. Ggf. 5 Eur Zulage bei Verschwendung ist aus meiner Sicht auch gerechtfertigt. Lebensmittel haben einen Wert und sollten möglichst wenig in der Mülltonne enden. Kleine Löffel haben gefehlt und wurden selbst nach einem Hinweis nicht aufgefüllt, schade. Sonst ist der Besuch aber durchaus empfehlenswert.

der Asiapalast hat das Yanida beinahe schon überholt. Das Essen sieht dort frischer aus, und es wird schneller nachgefüllt, sowie suppen auswahl etc. mache vorspeisen wie das carpaccio waren gar nicht gewürzt und haben wässerlichgeschmeckt. hatt eich aber nicht bei viel speisen vor ort. am Service habe ich nichts auszusetzten der war sehr zuvorkommend und schnell obwohl viel los war. zusätzlich haben sie noch eine Eis-Bar und viel Auswahl an fisch und fleisch zum Braten. In zukungt gehe ich noch zum Asiapalast und nicht mehr zum yanida da es hier preisgünstiger ist, einen besseren service und besseres essen hat. Der Koch der das Essen brät sollte das Essen auch das nächste mal vielleicht nicht sooo lange auf dem Herd lassen.

Wir mussten heute feststellen, daß es Asia Paradies heist und nicht mehr Asiapalast. Service war freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Essen war schlecht, kein Vergleich zu früher. Wie werden nicht mehr hin gehen.

Hallo nun möchte ich auch mal hier etwas dazu schreiben. Wir waren an Silvester im Restaurant, ich finde es echt Krass was manche Leute hier so schreiben, hier wird nicht mit Glutamat gekocht, das essen Schmeckt für ein buffet echt richtig gut, an dem Abend war das ganze Lokal voll mit Warteschlange vor dem Lokal, alle, wirklich alle Bedienungen waren freundlich schnell und zuvorkommend. Ich kann nicht in der heutigen Zeit nicht verstehen das jeder nur meckert und nicht mal Zeit hat zu warten, der Preis war angemessen an dem Abend, es gab sogar ein Glas Marken Sekt für jeden Gast. Leute bleibt einfach mal auf dem boden, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Racism, racism, racism, racism. Meine Tochter wollte im Asiapalast in Offenbach essen, aber das war heute geschlossen, also entschieden wir uns, nach Aschaffenburg zu fahren. Wir saßen in einem separaten Raum, obwohl das Restaurant zu 30 % gefüllt war. Also bat ich meine Tochter, einen Tisch für uns auszuwählen. In weniger als einer Minute waren unsere Getränke serviert, was großartig war.Er teilte mir den Preis mit und forderte mich zur sofortigen Zahlung auf. Ich schaute mich um und fragte ihn, ob alle Tische bereits bezahlt hätten. Dann antwortete er mir, indem er den Preis wiederholte, den ich zahlen sollte.Ich habe ihn dann gefragt, was sein nächster Schritt sein wird? Rufen Sie die Polizei wegen mir und meiner Tochter?Ich habe ihm dann gesagt, dass wir erst bezahlen, wenn wir fertig sind. Dann ging er weg. Ich fragte andere Gäste, ob sie vor dem Essen bezahlen würden, und sie waren alle schockiert, als sie meine Erfahrung hörten. Es ist unser erstes und letztes Mal hier. Der beste Asiapalast ist der in Offenbach. Dieser Asiapalast sollte wegen eines solchen Verhaltens geschlossen werden.Wir wurden bei jeder unserer Bewegungen verfolgt. Es ist einfach ekelhaft und enttäuschend für so eine Kette.

Das Essen war reichlich was aber leider zum Teil nur lauwarm serviert wurde. Besteck war verschmutzt. Umliegend gibt es Parkhäuser. Parkplätze nicht vorhanden. Ambiente eher kühl als einladend. Wegen den großen Fenster konnte jeder von draußen auf unser Teller starren . Aquarium im Restaurant war das Wasser schon grün . Fazit, wir werden nicht mehr kommen

Das Essen war zu sehr gesalzen und hatte noch ein dreckiges Messer zu Tisch bekommen. Teile vom Essen waren nicht richtig warm.

Ware mit meinem Mann dort zu unserem Hochzeitstag essen. Leider hatten wir beide Magenschmerzen nach dem Besuch. Mein Mann musste mehrmals erbrechen. Fleisch war teilweise roh und es war alles extrem fettig zubereitet. Das Personal interessiert es überhaupt nicht !!! Wir waren das letzte mal dort !!

Wir waren heute mit der Familie zum Mitagsbuffet. Beim Bezahlen waren wir echt fassungslos, denn das Buffet hat pro Person (auch Kinder ab 11 Jahren) 29,90 Euro gekostet. Das heißt 120 Euro + Getränke. Steht in keinem Verhältnis. Wir kommen nicht mehr!

Super laden sehr greundlich leckeres hunde fleisch

War jetzt zwei mal dort innerhalb eines Monats und musste mich jedes Mal nach dem Essen übergeben.. seit dem hab ich Bauchkrämpfe usw. Das Fleisch (Hühnchen) war zum Teil noch roh, was gar nicht geht. Dann hab ich mir ein Teller zubereiten lassen, mit Froschschenkel usw. und die Schenkel kamen nie bei mir an, sondern ein paar Tische weiter. Angesprochen habe ich es beim Personal, was ignoriert wurde. Leider war ich jetzt das letzte Mal dort.

Sehr gutes Restaurant mit guten Speisen und engagierten, netten Personal! Insgesamt sehr sauber und an den Tischen ist genügend Platz, was ja nicht überall der Fall ist. Wir kommen sicher mal wieder.

Große Essensauswahl, Service teilweise gut, teilweise schlecht. Bei einer Bestellung wurde mir der Teller wortlos auf den Tisch geworfen, dass er über den Tisch schlidderte.

Très bel endroit et bien situé, malheureusement le comportement de certains employés est choquant, aucun respect pour le client. Je suis arrivé a 13:00 et la bouffe été fade. Je recommande absolument pas.

Wir waren an einem Dienstag dort mal zum Testen. Auslöser war die Werbung am Restaurant die einen Seniorenrabatt von 2 Euro verspricht. Da kann man nicht viel falsch machen, Fakt ist aber, dass wir den Rabatt nicht erhalten haben, es wurde trotz Hinweis der Normalpreis berechnet. Wir waren auch nicht die Einzigen andere Gäste haben sich beschwert. Wir nicht, wir haben es dem Kellner zwei Mal gesagt das sollte doch reichen. Wir gehen einfach nicht mehr hin. Schade um den Laden aber verarschen lassen wir uns nicht, es geht nicht um 2 Euro sondern ums Prinzip.

First time to this restaurant. Arrived at 13:30 for lunch, but restaurant charged us for higher price weekend afternoon tariff, because we stayed 10 minutes more. Waitress explained she informed to all guest but not our table. Restaurant apologized for their mistake but refused to refund. Food sections are not as good as Asiapalast Hanau. We learned mistake to go to this restaurant, will never return as they are not honest on charging bills.

Exotische Fleischsorten wie Känguru oder Froschschenkel (wer es mag) aber auch alle Standards, sowie Fisch und Garnelen. Freundliches Personal, viele Tische, keine Wartezeit. Gerne wieder!

Haben hier schon mehrfach gespeist und sind voll auf unsere Kosten gekommen. Eine willkommene Abwechslung mindestens einmal im Jahr!
