New owner (for a little over a year), and it shows. The quality and taste have improved significantly. The lahmacun with meat is the best we've had in a long time. A true treat. The man behind the counter is very friendly, and you feel welcome. Unfortunately, I found the doors closed again today.

Let me put it this way: Once you've taken a look behind the scenes at the store, you'll think twice about ordering anything from them again. I delivered for the store for a while and regularly saw how things work there. And honestly: Hygiene? None. Everything seems chaotic, dirty, and somehow irrelevant. The freezer is filthy, cheese is rotting in the fridge, the storage area smells – simply unpleasant. One incident was finally enough for me: While packing, the Lieferando receipt falls right into the fresh salad. And what does the guy do? He just pulls it out again, closes the box, and sends the whole thing out. No joke. No exchange, not a word, as if it were completely normal. It really makes you wonder what you're eating. The doner kebab is also grilled, complete with plastic wrap, without batting an eyelid – for several minutes. The argument after a customer pointed this out: "It has to be like this, otherwise the meat falls off." Yeah, right... The tone is anything but pleasant – neither with the delivery people nor with each other. If you're looking for surprises in your food, feel free to order there. I'm out.

I worked there as a delivery driver for a while – enough to know: Stay away from this place. The conditions behind the scenes are absolutely disgusting. There's not even a hint of hygiene in the kitchen. No handwashing – neither after touching money nor while preparing food. The doner kebab skewer is sometimes grilled with the plastic around it – yes, you read that right: the plastic stays on for 5-10 minutes because "otherwise the meat falls off." What the hell? The refrigerator is a joke. Cheese can easily rot in there for a week. The warehouse stinks horribly, everything is lying all over the place, the freezer section looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years. Simply disgusting. And then the way the people there are treated: Suppliers are treated poorly, employees don't get paid on time – or not at all. There's no respect there. The main thing is sales. This place may have a clean exterior, but behind the door there's chaos, filth, and total disrespect. I wouldn't even touch a napkin there, let alone eat anything.

This is just a great shop, it is always delicious and the staff is always in a good mood, I go here all the time, I think this shop is the best in Recklinghausen

We had to wait almost two hours for the food. After calling several times, we were always told "The food has just been sent out." When it finally arrived, we were disappointed again. The kebab was very wobbly and there was hardly anything on it. Just meat and a bit of salad. The meat was also a bit wobbly. I won't order from there again. For that price, you can get better and faster food elsewhere.

The food arrived quickly, but it was in a six-in-one bag. I returned it and got a new one. This time the delivery was wrong, for example, a kebab with just meat and cheese, and I paid extra for one with salad on it and no cheese or sauce. First time and last time ordering from there.

I've had two kebabs. Both times I wasn't satisfied. The kebab bread was extremely thin and ripped open. The lahmacun was also full of holes. The people at the shop were very nice, and the taste was great, but it's inedible without getting completely messy.

I've been here several times, and the seller is super nice and the service is always fast. Unlike other kebab shops, I think you're treated very well here ^^ The kebab always tastes amazing and fresh. I highly recommend it!! I was there last night too, greetings 👌🏻

I really enjoy getting a kebab here on a regular basis. I am very satisfied with the quality, speed of service and price. I always like to come back.

The meat was undercooked and very wobbly. The bread was way too full with the wobbly meat and salad. The occupancy was not optimal, so half of them fell out when unpacking. Unfortunately not a good kebab.

Ordered at 1:30 p.m. Called at 2:39 p.m. and said that it would take about an hour because he didn't know where his driver was, although he was very nice on the phone, but unfortunately niceness wasn't enough. Man could have called earlier and not stupidly made the customer wait so that the few euros in remain in the cash register.

Hi, I ordered today but the drink was forgotten again and instead of bringing me a chilled drink the driver drove to Aldi and brought a can of unrefrigerated River Cola. It's a shame, I'm thinking about ordering from you again.

I've been there several times on my lunch break. The food is great and the price/performance ratio is absolutely top. While you wait for your food, you can have a great chat with the gentleman behind the counter. I like coming there!!!!

Bottomless. Doner kebab meat was almost raw and salad/vegetables were dry as hell. Edit: I walked past yesterday and a rat was sitting in the entrance area eating the leftovers. Excellent!

Food itself is okay, but simply extending the waiting time by an hour after an hour is NOT possible! I completely understand why there is a lot to do, but then you should specify the waiting time in advance and not just change it and extend it again by the same amount. Unfortunately it wasn't the first time.

I always find it frightening what demands some people have. We're talking about a "döner kebab stand" with an attached delivery service, and not about a three star restaurant. Unfortunately, many Google reviews suggest that personal frustration simply needs to be compensated for. As for me, I have to say that when I've been there, I've always received friendly service. The chicken kebab that I always eat there is also very good and really tasty. Keep it up and don't let the constant complainers annoy you.

Bin da sehr geteilter Meinung und verstehe nicht wie dieses Unglück passieren konnte?! Mein Falafelteller war ja lecker und die Pommes sogar noch etwas knusprig, was bei Lieferungen eher selten ist. Bin also sehr zufrieden. Meine Frau ist allerdings sehr sauer. Sie hat sich auf den Kalbsdöner sehr gefreut. Geliefert wurde aber ein noch teils gefrorener! Sie hat noch versucht in der Microwelle das Teil zu retten aber es hab nicht geschmeckt und so musste der Döner komplett in die Tonne entsorgt werden. Da war wohl nicht mal eine Soße mit bei. Folglich möchte sie nie wieder dort etwas bestellen. Schade. :(

Haben mit meiner Frau dort bestellt und waren im großen und ganzen zufrieden. Der Bauernsalat war ok. Der Grillteller gut gefüllt. Adana wäund Köfte waren zwar etwas zäh, aber geschmacklich in ordnung.

Sehr lecker dazu noch ein hübscher pizzafahrer also Appetite bekommt man auf Pizza und auf den netten Mann 😉😘

Mein absoluter lieblingsdöner!! Immer genügend soße und Preis Leistung ist auch Hammer. Besonders das Schülerangebot welches einen döner und ein Getränk beinhaltet ist sehr gut! Schmeckt super und nur zu empfehlen.

Ich habe hier einen Kalbdöner für 6€ gekauft und gegessen. Der Laden wirkt von Außen modern und gepflegt. Von Innen macht er ebenfalls einen sehr sauberen Eindruck. Der Dönerspieß sieht optisch nach niederer Qualität aus, fraglich ob die "Döner" Bezeichnung da wirklich zutrifft. Es gibt eine große Auswahl an Gemüse/Salaten. Der Döner wird im klassischen ¼ Fladenbrot serviert, was für mich das beste Brot für einen Döner ist. Das Fleisch wird ebenfalls gleichmäßig verteilt, wobei oben noch gerne ein Stück drauf kann, so ist es aktuell vor allem Oben sehr salatlastig. Generell ist ausreichend Fleisch drin, aber die Salate sind von Geschmack her so dominant, dass der Döner mir nicht so gut geschmeckt hat. Die Salate sind lecker und super frisch, aber sollte schon im Verhältnis zum Fleisch und dem Rest stehen. Möhren und Rotkohl gehören für mich nicht auf einen Döner und die Zwiebeln sollten auch nicht so scharf sein, dass man Tränen in den Augen hat. Die Zatziki Soße war gut, die scharfe Soße hatte keinen Geschmack. Das Fleisch war geschmacklich ebenfalls maximal im Durchschnitt. Ein Laden der Potential hat, mich momentan aber mit dem Döner nicht überzeugen kann.

Döner Calzone mit Sauce Hollandaise und Zwiebeln. Dazu extra viel Fleisch und Knoblauch. Der Hammer! Mega Portion, gut gefüllt. Nur zu empfehlen!

War überrascht das es schnell kam (Bestellt). Leider war es etwas kalt, aber sonst war ich zufrieden.

Zum ersten mal dort einen Döner XL bestellt, schnelle Lieferung. Der Döner war sehr lecker einfach spitze. Wir werden wieder dort bestellen. Wir können diesen Döner Imbiss nur empfehlen.
