Did you see where the hair was inside the sandwich? This is the second time.

It's pretty dirty upstairs, the food is okay. But you don't want to sit and stay there; you just want to get out quickly because it's loud and especially dirty.

Today, November 1st, 2025, in the evening, my friend and I ate a terrible meal. I swear to God, my order was a chicken with fries and two shawarmas, totaling $40. The chicken was completely rancid, and the shawarma tasted like everything except the shawarma itself—it was rancid and tasted like bleach. My friend and I ate a sandwich and threw away half of it. Besides that, the table was like a Fifi Abdou (a famous Egyptian actress). The bathroom smelled awful, no matter how much you shook it. I swear I'll never go back.

Unfortunately, it was a bad experience. Hopefully, we won't repeat it. The shawarma was cold and the bread was all oily. Besides that, the music they played sounded like you were walking into a dabke party.

I only recommend the regular shawarma; everything else tastes bad and isn't worth it. The place is dirty and unhygienic – a very bad experience.

The restaurant is lacking hygiene, food is okay and not the best, crispy chicken had only flour taste in it and no seasoning and the atmosphere was very bad. Very very disappointing…

If I could, it would be zero stars. We ordered twice; the first time we got the wrong food, and the second time we only got half of what we ordered. The food was completely cold. The fries were soggy. Absolutely terrible.

Absolutely outrageous!! Avoid this shop!! This shop doesn't even deserve half a star. I went to this shop today because I saw a sign outside that said "€5 shawarma special." When I walked in, I told the salesperson that I wanted the shawarma for €5, but without the sauce. When I gave the salesperson €20, he gave me back €12.50, explaining that special requests like omitting ingredients would incur an additional charge of €2.50. This is absolutely outrageous. Firstly, because I wasn't informed of this, and secondly, the music in the shop was so loud that I couldn't hear the person across the hall. I only wanted salad, and they also put pickled vegetables on it, which I'm not a fan of at all. This shawarma is completely unacceptable, and my €7.50 went straight to the trash. I don't usually waste food, but here it was the only option. This was a real disaster. I haven't seen anything like it in a long time.

Best restaurant and best staff who are very nice

Today I ate grilled chicken. I go to this restaurant specifically for grilled chicken. Today the food was not good at all. I swear I went two or three times and told them that the children were very hungry. The fried chicken is as good as you want. Give me as much as I deserve. I want God to punish anyone who pays and does not enjoy the food. I did not eat well because of the rotten taste of the chicken. I hope the grilled chicken goes back to the way it was before. Of course, the chicken is smaller than it was. It was so small that it did not satisfy anyone. I have not paid yet, but there was chicken on a table that I did not have time to return. I still tell someone that it had been cooked the night before.

Unfortunately, I'm very disappointed. The shawarma simply tasted of nothing. Moreover, the bread was soaked after 10 minutes (to go) (totally oily and greasy). That was the first and last time.

The food is okay, the price/performance ratio is terrible, and there are mice in the shop. Plus, the toilets are in a disgusting state.

Great service If you can ask for changes they donit and also give you free mayo. So very heppy.

Good food but chairs need to be renewed

The food is okay. Pricing is flexible, so make sure you're actually charged the advertised price and not 50 cents more. You can eat outside at tables and chairs under umbrellas. However, the surroundings are so run-down (with all the people and smells) that you'll want to leave quickly. How the Hans im Glück restaurant across the street can stand this situation is a mystery...

A total rip-off! You order a sharwarma for €7.50, and there's barely any filling in it—literally, hardly any meat in it. They've simply spread it a little bit into the wafer-thin layers of the flatbread, but still in a way that makes it look "thick." In my opinion, this is a scam—you don't do that! I'll never order anything from here again!! It's a disgrace!

Best, I recently came from Munich. Way too late to break Iftar. Ate two sharwarma and a falafel shawarma there. So I drive the safe two hours again to be able to eat :'( it was so delicious and the man at the checkout was super friendly and accommodating! I didn't have any problems because I didn't want any sauce on it! Thanks again!!

There is cleanliness, there is a welcome, but the meal is not satisfactory for one person, the price is double, and there are no advantages for food eaten on the road.... According to my experience, two Arabic meals with two cola for 35€ is not reasonable and was not enough to satisfy one person. One person needs two meals to be satisfied... I thought it would be better than this for a Syrian restaurant.

I will never go there again. We were in Stuttgart yesterday and decided to eat here and that was the biggest mistake we made. We had food poisoning and haven't been able to eat anything since yesterday.

It was one of the best shawarma experiences in Stuttgart. I've been here for 6 years, and for the first time, I found better Shawarma. Of course, there are good shops in the north side like Berlin, Hannover, but in Stuttgart, this is the best mix you could ever have.

Excellent food, cleaner place with both indoor and outdoor dining facilities. Far better than the place next door. Shawarma Arabi is very good sonas Grilled chicken.

This is the closest thing to what we know as Lomito in Paraguay. So if you are in the area and miss. I recommend it to you. Very fast service and delicious food

Very good and friendly service, large portion (falafel plate). I was there on an early lunch break. But falafel plate with pickles? They were way too salty. On the other hand, the wrap bread is great. I would prefer a metal fork, unfortunately they only have plastic cutlery. Overall, however, my impression was good, plus points for the lots of seating upstairs.

I've been in Germany for the past 4 years now and I've visited a couple of cities so far, and eaten at a lot of Arabic restaurants, and this has to be one of the best among them. When I saw how good the food looked I knew the 3.8 star rating seemed odd, and sure enough it definitely deserves higher. I'm not gonna lie to you and tell you it's life changing food, nor is it the same as in Jordan where I'm from, but it is still damn good, very well seasoned, all around, shawerma does its job and the rotisserie chicken is extremely juciy and falls off the bone, and their garlic sauce is TOP. Highly recommend.

My experience with this restaurant was the moment I had the first bite I felt like I was in Iran.

Schawarma gegessen, muss man mögen meins ist das nicht. Ich werde immer Döner bevorzugen. Meinen schawarma hat man auch nicht so gemacht wie ich es wollte. Komme nicht mehr.

Ich Check nicht woher die schlechten Bewertungen kommen. Ich war gestern um 0:50 auf der Suche nach etwas zum Essen und obwohl sie schon am schließen waren haben sie mir noch etwas zu essen gemacht. Ne Schawarma und die war richtig gut . Fleisch war perfekt, Soße frisch, Brot knusprig aber flexibel und die Temperatur auch optimal. War auch sehr symphatisch alles und ich geh da auf jeden Fall nochmal hin

Das Fleisch war lecker, aber alles andere war nicht gut: Das Gemüse im Salat schien verdorben zu sein. Die Toilette roch ekelhaft und auf dem Boden war Seife verschüttet.
