Al Nada Restaurant مطعم الندى in Stuttgart

Went to this restaurant to eat mandi, and it was far different from what is shown in the pictures. The food did not have the proper sides with the mandi and instead me and my friends were provided with Siracha sauce instead. We were totally disappointed with the food and at the end when we were about to pay, they did not accept card payments for some rsn. Will never recommend this place and it is totally different from what is stated in the reviews and photos.

It was one of my favorite restaurants, but it falls down a little every time. I'm actually a regular customer, but I'm not sure if I'll order from Al Nada next time. Service, food and quality have deteriorated significantly. Although I have ordered from them at least 30 times, the last three times have been relatively disappointing.

Food portions are generous, but taste could improve. A bit too expensive for what it offers. I am leaving one star because people started arriving from the street (friends from the owner perhaps?) and entered the restaurant and the kitchen while evidently not being part of the staff. This is possibly unhygienic and I see it as unprofessional even.

They served us the food by bits and it was hot and the shawarma was cold and the shawarma sandwich tasted rancid and the bread was very burnt and even the fries were very cold and the food was rancid and not good at all. The food was heated and stale and it was cold and it didn't taste good at all. When I came in the spit wasn't turning but they gave me food anyway. The food smelled. I can't recommend this, I read through other comments and saw several comments that had the same problem.

I ordered a family dish shawarma but was not at all satisfied as it tasted very salty and contained excessive amounts of spices. I expressed my displeasure but there was no response from her side. My little daughter wanted to wash her hands but was told there were no toilets where they lived. Unfortunately it was a bad experience and not how they were rated.

Food was cold after the long wait, meaning fries and meat were cold and not edible. Service wasn't good, we weren't even asked what we wanted to drink. I was hoping for more from the rating on Google. Even the store is very cool.

I ate there 3 times. 2 times shawerma was very tasty, but once wasn't so good. That's because of 4 stars. The workers are very nice, that's why 5 stars. Often there was music on, which wasn't so good, but once the Quran was on. I liked that. Hopefully next time it will be better so I can give it 5 stars.

The food doesn't look anything like the pictures, on the starter plate we got completely different dips than what was on the menu, including coleslaw that wasn't mentioned anywhere. Our visit to Al Nada Restaurant was a disaster. After the falafel we had severe stomach problems - just disgusting. One of the worst chiefs they have, yesterday i was there for the third time, they served us the smelling awful rice from three days before all just cold. We tell them and ordered schnitzel but its all full of so much salt 🧂 The restaurant full of smoke and smell of grill them makes one sick. Never going there again.

The service was warm and attentive without being intrusive. The staff were friendly, helpful and always willing to make recommendations, which made the evening even more enjoyable. The price-performance ratio is also very fair, especially for the high quality of the food and service. Overall, I can recommend Al Nada to anyone who wants to experience the best of Arabic cuisine in Stuttgart. I will definitely be back and can't wait to try more of the diverse menu! What's more, we were even welcomed after the store closed and were able to get something to eat at 1 a.m. It's very hard to find something like that in Stuttgart!
