I bought a cupboard there, after 2.5 years the hinge on a door that was very rarely used came loose. In my opinion it is a design flaw because the door hinge was only screwed into the plywood with a spax. I have already written to xxxl Lutz support several times. Unfortunately, all of my emails are ignored and there is probably no prospect of a solution to repair the door. It's a shame, I would have expected more from a renowned furniture store

So I contacted the shipping company directly and it happened extremely quickly. It was somehow at the furniture store. Oh well. I was there again recently. I don't know if I'm sensitive but holy fuck the employees look grim. Hey especially in young living. Frankfurt Bahnhofsviertel received a friendlier welcome. And then they look at you for so long. Is this supposed to be a staring contest? Duisburg Marxloh was nicer. Say hello and smile to people. I completely understand, you have a difficult job. Hey, full understanding. And thank you for your commitment. But it would be cool to buy a bed without getting the attitude straight away. Yes, of course that's an exaggeration. I'm sure you're all nice, but let's show it. OK now I realize it may have been hard for you. Also 3 stars for your employees. And the bed is awesome. Thanks.

Topic restaurant opening hours... Saturday evening, November 2nd, 2024 is advertised as a long shopping night until 9 p.m. Unfortunately, at 6:00 p.m. sharp, the restaurant was already closed and there weren't even any more drinks! Tens of people were like me... stunned astonishment! After almost 2 hours we wanted to look around and get advice, have a quick drink and something to eat so that we could then get rid of a lot of money.... unfortunately nothing came of it! Unfortunately, my experience with XXXLutz was not satisfactory. Processing was extremely slow and the internal processes appear to be ineffective. There were several delays and overall I didn't feel well looked after. It seems that there is a need for optimization here to provide customers with a smoother experience. Despite the poor overall organization, I would like to expressly praise Mr. Ulusoy and Mr. Bulut. We wanted to look for a kitchen on Saturday and took the opportunity to have breakfast there. We got there at 10:05 a.m. and had to wait 50 minutes for our breakfast. The fried egg was already cold, the service was rude and shortly before paying I noticed that the ham was missing. We were at the xxl in Fellbach again today. Last year we just bought some furniture and today we wanted to buy a new kitchen because there are/were such great offers. It started off with no consultants (I didn't know you needed an appointment). Then we were lucky and got one I found it very nice that he took his time. Conclusion; You could tell that he was listless, but he was “trying.” In the end, the price was shocking with alleged vouchers and discounts. Afterwards we went to the restaurant, so we didn't expect something so dirty, disgusting and unfriendly. The food was cold, in the end we had the drinks returned (Stale, non-carbonated Cola/Fanta). The service was rude and rude. Annoyed then to the checkout, where the saleswoman was extremely unfriendly. That's it. After so many years, you just have to look elsewhere. Sorry..

Large furniture store with a very large selection of all kinds of furniture. Additional items are also offered such as: bed linen, carpets, towels, dishes, cutlery and decorative items etc. There is a restaurant in the house. The toilets are clean and are constantly checked for cleanliness. In my opinion, the outdoor parking spaces are relatively narrow. Disabled parking spaces were not visibly marked there. However, it would be advisable if there were railings on the stairs from the parking lot to the shop. There is a lot to see here. Recommended to take a look there!

Outrageous high three. Deserved 0 stars. Bought a couch there for €2800. Delivery took place in 8 weeks. Everything was fine until then. The couch was damaged during delivery. Because it was sanded along the floor, the cardboard cover was burned, the front part of the armrest was brown and there was a large hole. Complained that I wanted a new one. It said, no, because the manufacturer has the right to repair it. Only then will it possibly be replaced. Ok, waited 5 weeks for an appointment. Meanwhile spent on folding chairs and suffered physical difficulties. It was repaired, I wasn't happy as you could clearly see it. They wanted to fob me off with a €199 voucher. Despite this, I received a new armrest. Waited another 5 weeks. And the hammer is still to come. I have a new armrest that I have to install myself because I didn't include assembly when I ordered. A couch that you just put together. Bottom line: I have a defective couch and a new armrest that I can't get installed myself for €2800 and Xxl Lutz doesn't give a damn. No feedback, zero. I've never experienced anything like this and I won't be shopping there again. Juice shop to the power of three.

We bought a sofa from XXXLutz in Fellbach in February 2024. The model delivered appears poorly made. The complaint process is lengthy and unsatisfactory. We had already read online reviews from other customers and knew of some typical defects. We thought you had to have that much bad luck and the dissatisfied people tend to be overrepresented on the Internet. But unfortunately the defects also appear on our copy. Transitions between the sofa parts don't fit, the seat upholstery is not homogeneous and there is a clear depression in one area. The seating comfort is poor, the material makes waves. Despite many phone calls and correspondence, the sofa was only partially repaired. Responses to inquiries are often defensive and agreed callbacks do not materialize. A company commissioned by the manufacturer, but probably independent, denies the defects, points to differences in construction and "typical" properties, which do not correspond to our personal impression of quality given before the purchase.

Corner bench and chairs are. But the dining table is cheap, poorly made. It had to be replaced after a complaint because the filling in the large holes immediately collapsed (first 2 photos). The new table is better, but also has some very rough spots. The fillings at the bottom of the frame were not even sanded smooth. The crossbar cracked when the screws were tightened. I would have expected more quality from a solid oak table and the price. Especially since the table in the exhibition was immaculate. Too bad.

When I ordered and picked up the furniture I wanted from XXXLutz, I was extremely satisfied. I am now aware that the XXXLutz Group does things that can have legal consequences. My office chair broke after a few weeks (broken since the beginning of August, picked up in May). I also contacted you directly using the contact form in the online shop. By mid-August I hadn't heard anything about my defective goods. Several emails and phone calls later, still nothing has happened. By phone they said they were already taking care of it, but there was never an answer by email. My deadline for correcting my defective goods will soon expire and I will then withdraw from the purchase contract. If there is no reaction from XXXLutz here either, we will take legal action against it. Defective goods (within the guarantee and warranty) should then be repaired or replaced. First and foremost, XXXLutz just has to request the spare part from the manufacturer... it can't be that difficult.

I ordered a table that already had a delivery time of 12 weeks and was supposed to arrive at the beginning of August and unfortunately it is now being pushed further and further back to October. When you ask the employees and come by or call several times, you are always told that the department head has to take care of it, but apparently he doesn't even exist. Sometimes he's on break and when you call 30 minutes later he's suddenly on vacation. Very funny. And the whole thing has been going on for 3 weeks now. Unfortunately very poor customer service.

If I could I would give 0 stars... I'm stunned... before I buy another kitchen worth over €20,000 here, I'd rather put one together at Ikea... The level of unprofessionalism, ignorance and lack of communication with the seller is unbelievable. We waited 1 1/2 years for our kitchen, only to end up sitting at home on the day we took our vacation and waiting in vain for the delivery. After dozens of unsuccessful attempts to reach our seller or anyone, we drove 50km 7 times within 14 days to get help on site. We were then fobbed off with a dirty rental kitchen that was much too small and had to wait another 2 months for our real kitchen. To make matters worse, THIS was incorrectly assembled and delivered with the wrong design elements and devices. We received a discount of 5% of the total purchase price thanks to the department head, who finally played along after repeated persistent inquiries. What I lost in terms of life because of this kitchen doesn't make up for it in a long time. If you want to buy a kitchen, get it anywhere but here.

Last year we got advice about purchasing a trade fair kitchen at trade fair promotional prices at the Family & Home trade fair in Stuttgart. Since, after a rough kitchen planning, the price of the kitchen was below our price expectations at the time and we were promised flexibility with regard to the choice of fronts and worktops as well as the binding of the trade fair prices (2 years), we signed a purchase contract for our new kitchen despite a somewhat uneasy feeling. Our relatively quick decision based on “gut feeling” did not disappoint us at all. We were then given great support and advice at XXXLutz in Fellbach by the department manager there, Mr. Kog. He took a lot of time for us and implemented our wishes in all areas with his incredible specialist knowledge. In retrospect, the kitchen price only increased very slightly (compared to the rough planning at the trade fair) because we switched to slightly more expensive built-in appliances. We can absolutely recommend XXXLutz in Fellbach and its kitchen department manager Mr. Kog as well as the rest of the kitchen installation team. All conditions and promises advertised at the trade fair were 100% adhered to. The advice, the kitchen measurements, the kitchen installation, the installation of the ceramic worktop by the stonemason and subsequent repairs (e.g. scratched handles or moving a drawer) were carried out extremely professionally and carefully. We were always informed by XXXLutz about the next work step or follow-up date. Since we know from our own experience and also from many other people different experiences when buying furniture, we were really skeptical and actually prepared ourselves for obstacles and problems. But in this case we were surprised. There were absolutely no significant difficulties or incidents during our kitchen installation, so we will buy from XXXLutz in Fellbach again at any time.

Waiting times for the right colleague are far too long. You are sent back and forth instead of accompanying the customer to the appropriate department/employee. Customer service can't even take an order. The classifier doesn't redeem coupons; it's often said that only that one colleague in a department who feels responsible for just one square meter can do that. From the customer's perspective, the company seems to be incredibly poorly structured as employees only seem to have one area of responsibility that can be counted on one hand. Me and my parents now feel uncomfortable shopping with them.

I also wanted to briefly give my review. I can only report positive things about my kitchen consultation on September 7th, 2024. Of course, it always depends on who is doing the consulting. My wife and I went to Ms. Bukmeer and the advice was great. As already described by some other customers, Ms. Bukmeer was very solution-oriented and put in a lot of effort. We talked for a total of 2 hours. If possible, we were shown the various kitchen components in the exhibition and so we were able to clearly imagine and examine the points discussed. We were also in various kitchen studios and were convinced by Ms. Bukmeer's advice. The next time we buy a kitchen we will definitely go to XXXL Lutz in Fellbach.

Just Bad Experience!! We bought our kitchen there, worktops were ordered incorrectly twice by the seller. Customer service and handling of the complaint was catastrophic. It took a week until someone even took care of the matter... they were just brushed off late. When the wrong delivery was made again, no one contacted me at all, neither responded to emails and only promised daily callbacks from the head office on the phone, which never came. All other furniture we ordered there arrived at least 4-5 weeks later than was guaranteed. Definitely NOT a recommendation.

If you could give 0 stars I would do so immediately without thinking. The store itself is great, don't get me wrong, good selection, etc. However, there is a problem with the employees or the audacity of making people wait for several hours and then just leaving at the end of the shift without coming to the customer and telling them advise/help. I came on 4 different days and it didn't work each time. an absolute waste of time. If there is a shortage of employees, just hire more and don't give you false hopes.

The problems start when there is something to complain about. I was looking for a flower cabinet and found it at XXXLutz in Fellbach. Cost: €109. The part was on offer online for 69 euros. When I asked, they said I could get it for the online price - they just couldn't put up new price tags every week. 🙈 So it's better to check every price before buying in the store. I took it with me and found at home that the door was completely scratched and one corner was chipped. I then wrote an email, described the damage and asked if I could do the exchange in Ludwigsburg - because it was closer. Never got an answer. So we drove to Fellbach again (60 km there and back). First I waited at the checkout and then explained my concerns. The lady at the checkout sent me to the department where I bought the cabinet. Wait again until an employee had time. Unfortunately there was no replacement. And none was in stock in Ludwigsburg either. It must be ordered and takes two to three weeks. I would have liked to have it delivered to my home to save me having to make another trip, but that was refused too. The department sent me to customer service. Waited again. There I received a transaction number for the new order. Afterwards I had to go to the goods department with the rather heavy package to hand in the defective goods. (No one in customer service could do that for me 🤷) I felt like an employee of the house. Again I had to wait. A rather perplexed young man finally gave me a return slip and wanted to send me back to customer service........ This is how you can spend a day on vacation. Now I'm curious how long it will take until the cabinet is available. Hopefully without any damage - I don't feel like doing a marathon like that anymore. Does customer service at XXXLutz mean that the customer has to provide the service themselves? I'm pretty disappointed with the store. The reason I give it two stars is because of the restaurant. Good food at fair prices and... The staff there are very friendly and provide good service.

It won't be my shop in the future either, very expensive. The restaurant has been leaving a lot to be desired lately, whoever advertises at the entrance that this and that is on offer as a daily recommendation and Dan doesn't exist, Dan should also remove the sign at the entrance. Update 08/2024: The final and final rework is scheduled to take place on September 4th, 2024. We had ordered a freezer via the online shop - parallel to the kitchen. After less than 6 months it has a technical defect. The display is at -18 °C. However, the entire contents of the cupboard had thawed. We sent an email to the Lutz company to complain. The only positive thing was the speed of reaction: We received a call that we should take action with the manufacturer ourselves in order to shorten the waiting time!!! The seller (XXXL) is completely out of the question here, we are allowed to communicate with the manufacturer directly. We didn't say anything more about it, we just took action. Anything else would be correct, but to save our nerves we took it into our own hands. 02/2024: Endless catastrophe! 9 weeks after paying the deposit, we are still without a final planned kitchen. One problem after another occurs. And XXXLutz finally shines through silence. Not recommended.

….xxxl Lutz Fellbach, unfortunately the nightmare never ends. We bought our kitchen here, the consultation with the customer advisor was very competent and pleasant and the later conversation about prices and deliveries with the customer advisor and the house manager were also really good, However, from the moment we signed the contract, chaos began. The seller made changes to the measurements, but these were not reflected in all documents. After none of the craftsmen on our construction site knew what to do next, I tried for ten days to reach someone who could give us clarity about the measurements, unfortunately in vain. At some point I got the lady on the phone who sold us the kitchen and said she had been sick (but she couldn't tell me who was supposed to pay for the downtime of the craftsmen). Well, the kitchen has been delivered (I'll now spare myself details such as the impudent, boorish and uncouth behavior of the assembly team leader. The team has caused so much damage here that the following now has to be replaced: the entire worktop, sink, two base cabinets and they had forgotten to remove the assembly aids on one cabinet. After I complained about this unprofessional installation, an expert came promptly who confirmed the chaos and arranged for the above-mentioned elements to be reordered. A few days later I came into the kitchen and there was a huge puddle of water. Now another assembly team came and discovered that, among other things, the hose from the tap to the angle valve was not tightened. Ok, you never stop learning and we still wanted to expand the kitchen by adding two cupboards. I tried again to reach the customer advisor and was repeatedly informed in writing that she would call me back immediately and on the same day. I am still waiting for this call about ten days later. In the meantime I was able to speak to the team leader on the phone, who unfortunately couldn't give me anything other than friendly lip service. With his promise that the customer advisor would take care of it, he went on vacation. The lady also wrote to me by email and I tried again to reach her by phone in vain. After several calls and requests for a call back, I'm still waiting for this today, Conclusion: It felt to us that as long as nothing was signed, people were wooing and trying hard for the customer and then the time was used to get more signatures from new customers (I was also told this when I tried to reach the lady, she was in sales talks and had no time for me right now) and ongoing projects were secondary. As a customer, you will find a well-maintained exhibition here, which gives you a good overview of the pieces of furniture. I had bought furniture for my new apartment, and as soon as I entered the store I was approached and given competent and reliable advice from Ms. Daniela Thalacker. The customer service is always friendly, although it can take a little longer for individual items to be picked up, but if you plan for it, this isn't a problem as you can pick up the rest of the goods at a later date after arrangement. The condition of the goods is also perfect, no damage was found after unpacking/assembly. So overall a very positive experience.

We found our table, didn't talk about it for long and ordered this table despite the 18 week delivery time. Now 18 weeks have passed and without any message or suggested solution, the delivery tracking says that there is a delay of another 8 weeks. The email to Service@xxxl-lutz went out weeks ago and we still have no information or suggested solutions or anything else…. Went there for breakfast today, November 2nd, 2024, totally happy! Until you arrive! Waiting for breakfast took a long time! Service has been very neutral so far! When paying, I was very cheeky and shouted at me and my family because we hadn't handed in our vouchers beforehand! Neighbor table was shouted at before! Same problem!!!! 11:15 a.m As a shop owner, I would be ashamed of such service. It's a shame but it's the last time! Every customer secures your jobs! Food is good here!
