Today, I wanted to buy a motorized TV chair in Fellbach with my parents (90+). The saleswoman treated my parents as if they had the word "stupid" written all over their foreheads. Instead of asking what their needs were, she tried to sell them a chair for €5,000 in an extremely flippant and arrogant manner. Praiseworthy for the company, bad for the customer. I would like to pass on one thing to the lady: If you have no respect for old people, try the children's department. We then went to another furniture store and bought a comparable chair. It was even made of real leather, not the faux leather you advertised, and the saleswoman was friendly and appreciative. Sales revenue: €2,258. Snapping at my father just for asking a legitimate question was the culmination of a terrible consultation. For the CEO, if you want to follow up: Today, September 16, 2025, approximately 11:35 a.m., second floor. And for the CEO: If you want to sell TV recliners to older people, invest in sales training and ensure that electric TV recliners can be plugged into a power outlet without being tampered with. It's also not helpful if the salesperson says it's stupid customers who are damaging the batteries. We've never met such a haughty and arrogant salesperson in our entire lives.

According to the sales representative, it was supposed to be delivered at the end of July, but the delivery was postponed to September 26th because production never started. I've been living without a proper kitchen for months and have to cook with a small electric stove. Internal communication was very poor. I'd like to share this experience with other customers.

When it comes to advice, you're treated like a king, but when it comes to complaints, you're treated like a beggar. A corner bench was ordered in January 2024, delivered in June after a delivery delay, defective, and the complaint dragged on until October. A replacement was delivered in February 2025, but partially defective again. The freight forwarder took it back immediately. The star goes to the complaints department, which tried to remedy the situation. The salespeople and department heads are a no-brainer. Verbal promises turn into lapses in memory, which cost us several hundred euros. Fortunately, there are many other good! furniture stores in the region. Update May 2025: We're still waiting for the remaining delivery of the complaint. It's been 16 months! now. One is simply speechless at such incompetence. Update July 2025: The remaining delivery of the complaint has still not arrived. But the remaining furniture is already scrap again. Emails are no longer being responded to at all. Update September 2025: After three more promised delivery dates... We are still waiting for our chair, which was ordered in October 2024. To be continued...

Unfortunately, I have to give it one star – actually, none would be justified. From the kitchen planning by Mr. Gentile to the delivery, it was a complete disaster: The installation took place on June 16th/17th, and parts are still missing today. The promised date for subsequent delivery and a complaint meeting in week 33 were canceled again because the factory apparently delivered defective goods – not our problem. For a purchase price of almost €20,000, we expect service and reliability, not delaying tactics. Our complaints are known and documented, and the matter is now being forwarded to our law firm. For us, one thing is clear: we won't be going back to XXXLutz. What they offer is better, more reliable, and often cheaper elsewhere – without any hassle.

Yes and no. We were there for another piece of furniture. But then we saw a sofa we'd been looking for for a while at a great price. We ended up buying it as a display piece. We had actually scheduled a pickup date for next week, as we had the wrong car with us, and an appointment in the afternoon. This appointment came quicker than planned, so we considered picking up the sofa later, as opening hours were extended that day. We called specifically, but they only gave numbers for the head office. After some back and forth, they said, yes, we could still pick it up. Once we got there, we made the remaining payment, but in the department, they said: "No, that's not possible today..." After some discussion, the salesperson finally agreed to help us. We drove there, more than 30 minutes, and picked up a trailer beforehand... only to find out that the call to head office hadn't helped. Please, these employees need better training, maybe let them get through to the department and stop approving false statements. I was very, very disappointed at first. Thanks to the lady in the department who held the fort and was able to help us.

Addendum August 2025 I would have been tempted to buy wardrobe furniture and order it from the store for pickup. Unfortunately, this inflexible store can't manage it. Some of it. The rest is delivered to my home for logistical reasons, curbside, of course. How the furniture gets in? I don't care. I happen to be in logistics, so I won't comment on that now. Guys, you're as rigid as a rock. If you keep going like this, you'll disappear from the market one day. Well deserved, I'd say. Prices are terrible, inflexible, customer service is nonexistent. Thanks for nothing. Unbelievable prices... Found a beautiful wardrobe, white, country-style. Total price including wardrobe panel, chest to sit on, shoe cabinet, and mirror: €1,002.00. Supposedly, there's a 40% discount on top. Found the exact same furniture at another furniture store, total €528.96. This is truly outrageous and a merciless rip-off of the customers. Not that we had the same case last year with a sofa. They wanted to talk to us because of the bad review. Instead, they should have reconsidered their pricing policy. Perhaps they can blame it on the coronavirus or the increased price of wood, but that probably doesn't affect all areas in the Stuttgart area. No words!

This review refers to the restaurant in the furniture store! NO RECOMMENDATIONS The service is very poor. It wasn't busy, but we were seated for about 5 minutes before we were even noticed. It took another 4 minutes to order. The schnitzel was of poor quality, dry, and the breading was flaking off. The French fries on the plate were already cold. I complained, but I still had cold French fries on my plate. The portion of spaghetti Bolognese was poorly presented, not even a hint of Parmesan cheese on top. The icing on the cake came when I paid. I gave the waitress my money. She looked at me wide-eyed and said cheekily, "Is that right?" I said, "No, definitely not, because the service and the food were unsatisfactory. I've never experienced anything like that before, and I don't want to experience it again." Tips are still a voluntary contribution from the guest and I am happy to give them if the service and the food are at least reasonably good.

Unfortunately, I had to give it one star. We "tried" to buy a sofa, which ended in an absolute disaster. There really is no customer service at all; they just stall. The store manager at the Fellbach branch, Mr. B., is a complete disaster. ...You wait months for a call back from this gentleman; he has no understanding, no commitment, no interest in moving forward, and is extremely unfriendly. Something always goes wrong, but XXXLutz in Fellbach is truly terrible. We will never buy furniture there again and cannot recommend it under any circumstances. Update on XXXL's response: I don't think anyone was interested in a solution, otherwise things wouldn't have gone this way. I haven't even received an apology from the company. No need for further clarification. Thank you.

I have to say, I'm totally satisfied with Lutz. I was there recently and I'm super happy with my purchase. What struck me as particularly positive were the employees. They were incredibly friendly and gave us such good advice. You could tell they really knew what they were doing and weren't just trying to push something on us. ​The manager himself also took the time to give us great advice and was incredibly helpful. He gave us excellent advice, and we found exactly what we were looking for. And the prices were fair too—we got some really great bargains. I ordered my wall unit (consisting of three components) from them over 18 weeks ago – nothing has been delivered yet. To be fair, they said from the beginning that delivery would take 18 weeks. However, last week I received an email stating that delivery was delayed by another four weeks. I then wrote a message saying that it was unacceptable to me that after 18 weeks they hadn't even managed to arrange a partial delivery, and lo and behold, about six hours later I received a call saying, "We would like to arrange a date for the partial delivery with you." It turns out that two-thirds of the delivery is already available (God knows how long). I certainly understand that there might be delays here and there, but what particularly annoys me is this: I paid €90 each for the delivery of the three individual components, so a total of €270 (delivery only, without assembly)! I'm wondering why I can't get the items individually as soon as they're available, or rather, I'd expect an offer from XXXLutz after these 18 weeks at the latest, but nothing! The lady who scheduled the appointment with me promised to forward my request to a salesperson, who would then get back to me. Unfortunately, this hasn't happened yet. Next week (at this point, 19 weeks after the purchase and down payment), two-thirds of my order will be delivered, and to make matters worse, the day before yesterday I received an email asking me to please remember to pay the remaining amount, even though a part worth approximately €1,400 hasn't even been delivered yet... You can certainly understand the extent of my disappointment... Edit: Unfortunately, there hasn't been any response from XXXLutz, not even via the email address listed in the reply. I've been trying to reach someone since Thursday, but apparently no one there is interested in finding a solution. Two-thirds of my furniture is arriving tomorrow, and I don't know how the payment will work out. I would advise anyone not to buy their furniture there!

Dubious and Uncommunicative In December 2024, we purchased a very expensive bed from the now-insolvent company Schlaraffia, or Aquinos Betten GmbH. I'm assuming XXXLutz wasn't aware of this yet, although I personally know whether my suppliers are threatened with insolvency and will no longer be able to deliver at short notice. So be it. Apart from the standard emails in which the expected (not guaranteed!) delivery period (not delivery date!) was repeatedly postponed, there was no response from XXXLutz. No offer of a solution, e.g., a cheaper delivery of a bed from another manufacturer, etc. Zero, nada, nothing. After we tried several times (!) to make contact, XXXLutz received a written notice of default and a request to repay the deposit. That was about four weeks ago. The deposit of over €2,000 is still in XXXLutz's account (hopefully), and it remains unclear if and when it will be refunded. Thank you very much for the experience, dear XXXLutz sales team. Once and never again.

We are customers at Xxxl Lutz because we "unfortunately" bought a kitchen here. Two stars are truly the maximum and only possible because the price is attractive. Kitchen advice was mediocre. The installers were very good. Unfortunately, after purchasing the kitchen, you can't reach anyone by phone anymore and you don't get a call back as promised. Thus, two very important points that were agreed upon at the time of purchase were not met. You have to drive there yourself to resolve the issues, with no apology or understanding! In short, pay €500 more and get decent service, which is abysmal for a purchase price of at least €20,000. My last time at this store!

Our dream kitchen from next125 – planned with Mr. Bolat in Fellbach In November 2024, we had our kitchen planned by Mr. Bolat in Fellbach. Since the XXL in Heilbronn didn't have the next125 kitchen we wanted in their range, we opted for on-site planning. The result is a beautiful, open-plan kitchen with a spacious island and ample storage space. Mr. Bolat recommended the Blanco faucet with integrated filter – an absolute asset! Now we have boiled water, still or sparkling, at the touch of a button. For the kitchen appliances, we chose Bosch, which we are very happy with. A particular highlight is the built-in fully automatic coffee machine, which is intuitive to use. We also have a warming drawer under the coffee machine, where we can keep not only cups but also plates warm. Only two small requests couldn't be implemented: a special drawer for the Thermomix, which unfortunately takes up space on the countertop, and an integrated compartment for oil and vinegar in the island. As a special detail, our island was clad in Taj Mahal natural stone with a satin finish – a real eye-catcher! Experiences with the tradespeople – a mixed bag Initially, we were very pleased with two extremely friendly and competent tradespeople who not only did excellent work but also patiently answered all our questions. Unfortunately, we had to ask XXL twice to reschedule the workmen because various things weren't working properly. At the second rework appointment, a different team appeared, characterized by an unfriendly demeanor, loud talking, and an inappropriate tone of voice – which, of course, prompted us to complain. Another problem was that this second team barely spoke German, which, in our opinion, shouldn't have happened with such a service. Fortunately, the original, courteous specialists were subsequently sent back to us. Nevertheless, these incidents dragged on for several months until our kitchen was finally completely finished and to our satisfaction.

The kitchen planning went very well, except for the communication afterward... No one ever contacted us about changes after the measurements were taken. Until we tried calling several times ourselves, we were transferred to a consultant where we discussed the changes and signed them. Then, two weeks later, we had to sign the same changes again because the internal communication was broken... We wrote many emails, including to the kitchen department manager and the branch manager, and never received a response. Therefore, we definitely wouldn't recommend this kitchen. We've never had any problems with our other furniture, which is very disappointing.

I visited the Fellbach store and ordered online – unfortunately, neither was convincing. Online shopping is very difficult: There's neither an enclosed return slip nor an easy way to request one. Instead, you have to contact XXXLutz directly and then often wait several weeks for a response. Delivery times are also extremely long – whether for lamps, dressers, wallpaper, or chairs – everything took weeks. Our biggest frustration, however, was the purchase of a large wardrobe worth €2,300. The advice in the store was uninvolved, almost irritating. The size was particularly important to us, and I had the impression that we had agreed on it. Unfortunately, the wardrobe was delivered in the wrong width (2.95m) – apparently due to an incorrect entry in the order. I couldn't verify this because everything happened so quickly. Now the wardrobe is sitting there, it doesn't fit properly, and no one feels responsible. Overall, I'm very disappointed – both with the service and the organization. I cannot recommend either the store or the online shop.

Our experience with the kitchen we purchased from XXLutz Fellbach on November 30, 2023, was a complete disappointment. We paid a truly high price, and it took a full 14 months to complete the kitchen. During this process, we were told an incredible number of lies, made countless mistakes, and delivered incorrect products. We had to reschedule for each individual part, which significantly impacted our work and caused us serious damage. ​The last part didn't arrive until May 2025. We regret not having involved a lawyer, as they continually promised us compensation—both in phone calls and in emails—just to keep us from getting involved. Because there were paint defects in many parts of the kitchen, it was decided to replace it, and we were told we would have to wait another two months for the replacement. ​The person in charge of the kitchen (department head or other responsible person) responded to our emails with an arrogant attitude, as if we were responsible for all these problems. They informed us in an outrageous email that they normally pay €1,000 in compensation if the installation deadline is exceeded by two months, but the compensation they paid us was for the 14 months they made fools of us. We warn anyone considering purchasing a kitchen from XXLutz Fellbach: Think carefully! There are dozens of other companies on the market that are both higher quality and more honest. Be careful, so you don't experience the same hardship we went through.

Kitchen consultation – a unique, special experience? Unfortunately not. That was completely robbed of me. As a mother of two small children, I went with my baby (3 months) to a booked appointment. I had to wait almost an hour on site, wasn't offered anything to drink, and wasn't given an alternative date. When it came to planning, no apologies, and my wishes weren't taken into account. The lady said she'd plan the way she liked it... The budget was also exceeded by almost €3,000. It makes you wonder why so many people go elsewhere. Absolutely not recommended.

Stay away from Respekta kitchens. Absolute disappointment. The countertop arrived damaged, the cabinet doors were of the cheapest quality. The complaint was a disaster. I received no responses for months, or only very late ones, and I was constantly put off on the phone. Only after threatening legal action did I receive a new countertop. However, the cabinet doors were again defective. To this day, I haven't heard from customer service. This whole process has been going on since May of last year. Now I have to live with a kitchen that bears no relation to what I paid. I expected much more from XXXLutz. It's disappointing that they even distribute such manufacturers. Never again Respekta. Never again XXXL. I would have liked to leave a second review, but unfortunately, I can only change my original one. Anyway, after receiving a reply to my review asking me to contact customer service again, I of course did. After a few emails back and forth, I explained my situation again. ``` Guess what happened next: I sent the pictures of the damaged and poor-quality kitchen for the third time, claiming they never arrived. And again, I haven't received a response for over a month. This took away my last hope of ever receiving even a hint of compensation for this kitchen. Thanks for nothing.

I was very satisfied with my visit to XXXLutz Mann Mobilia in Fellbach! The advice was competent, friendly, and not at all pushy. I would particularly like to emphasize the large selection of furniture – everything from modern to classic was available. Delivery times were met, and the quality of the furniture fully met my expectations. The customer service was also excellent: queries were answered quickly and helpfully. I would be happy to come back and can absolutely recommend this location! Despite everything, I would never buy a kitchen; I'd rather not buy anything else when it comes to kitchens.

We had a truly fantastic kitchen planned through XXXL Lutz. The consultant was very competent and had great ideas. The kitchen was worth €22,000. We signed the contract and eagerly awaited the installation. The fitters were very sloppy during the installation. When we pointed out mistakes, their rude responses and comments like "You shouldn't be so difficult" were the final straw. We're now on our third repair appointment, and when we were greeted, we were immediately told that they only had two hours today. This means that appointments number 4-5 will also be scheduled. We ordered two roast beef with spaetzle for €8.90 each. Everyone also had a drink. Unfortunately, I didn't see any prices for the drinks and was surprised when we paid €30 each (€8.90 x 2 = €17.80). The two drinks cost us over €6 each (Coke and water). 😳 The roast beef was really okay, but the spaetzle and sauce were unfortunately from a package. I think the drink prices are way too high. The service was friendly and the food came quickly. As I said, €8.90 for a roast beef is incredible. I wouldn't pay €29.90 (original price) for it. I would pay more if the spaetzle were homemade and the sauce wasn't from a package. I deducted one point for the drink prices.

A great, inconspicuous restaurant located on the fourth floor of a hotel. It was busy and all the tables were taken. The service was super friendly and nice. The food was so delicious, fresh, and so reasonably priced. The quality and price are top-notch, thank you. A surprise, and a unique treat for children, was a little robot that brings food to the table. Lutzi, I was really surprised for a moment. It was the highlight of the day.

The pizza tasted good. Unfortunately, the crust was very soft and nowhere near crispy. Furthermore, I find it at least questionable that soft drinks are listed as 0.5l both outside and on the menu. Inside the restaurant, they then put out 0.4l glasses and charge for 0.5l as shown on the menu. This annoyed me so much that I won't be going back.
