Waiting times for the right colleague are far too long. You are sent back and forth instead of accompanying the customer to the appropriate department/employee. Customer service can't even take an order. The classifier doesn't redeem coupons; it's often said that only that one colleague in a department who feels responsible for just one square meter can do that. From the customer's perspective, the company seems to be incredibly poorly structured as employees only seem to have one area of ​​responsibility that can be counted on one hand. Me and my parents now feel uncomfortable shopping with them.

Yesterday we went to XXXLutz to look around and ultimately buy a wardrobe. It only took 10 minutes to even find an employee and ask if the product was in stock. The employee told us that he was a trainee and didn't know. He wanted to ask a colleague who knew better. He was in a customer meeting, so we were told that he would find us in the market and then let us know (hello?). When we couldn't find the employee anymore, we spoke to the next employee, also a trainee and ONLY responsible for carpets. When you walk out of a store like this you really think - it's better to order online. Thanks for wasting time!

It is a modern, beautifully furnished furniture store. But try to find an advisor or reach someone by phone who can provide information. Unfortunately, a callback doesn't work in a timely manner. This applies to the bedroom department. But when it came to the sofas, we had a great, very committed consultant. Thank you for this. We'll actually think about it, despite the otherwise disappointing experience. You are redirected over the phone x times, then after 15 minutes someone just hangs up. Cool. Well, there are plenty of other furniture stores.

I also wanted to briefly give my review. I can only report positive things about my kitchen consultation on September 7th, 2024. Of course, it always depends on who is doing the consulting. My wife and I went to Ms. Bukmeer and the advice was great. As already described by some other customers, Ms. Bukmeer was very solution-oriented and put in a lot of effort. We talked for a total of 2 hours. If possible, we were shown the various kitchen components in the exhibition and so we were able to clearly imagine and examine the points discussed. We were also in various kitchen studios and were convinced by Ms. Bukmeer's advice. The next time we buy a kitchen we will definitely go to XXXL Lutz in Fellbach.

Just Bad Experience!! We bought our kitchen there, worktops were ordered incorrectly twice by the seller. Customer service and handling of the complaint was catastrophic. It took a week until someone even took care of the matter... they were just brushed off late. When the wrong delivery was made again, no one contacted me at all, neither responded to emails and only promised daily callbacks from the head office on the phone, which never came. All other furniture we ordered there arrived at least 4-5 weeks later than was guaranteed. Definitely NOT a recommendation.

If you could give 0 stars I would do so immediately without thinking. The store itself is great, don't get me wrong, good selection, etc. However, there is a problem with the employees or the audacity of making people wait for several hours and then just leaving at the end of the shift without coming to the customer and telling them advise/help. I came on 4 different days and it didn't work each time. an absolute waste of time. If there is a shortage of employees, just hire more and don't give you false hopes.

The problems start when there is something to complain about. I was looking for a flower cabinet and found it at XXXLutz in Fellbach. Cost: €109. The part was on offer online for 69 euros. When I asked, they said I could get it for the online price - they just couldn't put up new price tags every week. 🙈 So it's better to check every price before buying in the store. I took it with me and found at home that the door was completely scratched and one corner was chipped. I then wrote an email, described the damage and asked if I could do the exchange in Ludwigsburg - because it was closer. Never got an answer. So we drove to Fellbach again (60 km there and back). First I waited at the checkout and then explained my concerns. The lady at the checkout sent me to the department where I bought the cabinet. Wait again until an employee had time. Unfortunately there was no replacement. And none was in stock in Ludwigsburg either. It must be ordered and takes two to three weeks. I would have liked to have it delivered to my home to save me having to make another trip, but that was refused too. The department sent me to customer service. Waited again. There I received a transaction number for the new order. Afterwards I had to go to the goods department with the rather heavy package to hand in the defective goods. (No one in customer service could do that for me 🤷) I felt like an employee of the house. Again I had to wait. A rather perplexed young man finally gave me a return slip and wanted to send me back to customer service........ This is how you can spend a day on vacation. Now I'm curious how long it will take until the cabinet is available. Hopefully without any damage - I don't feel like doing a marathon like that anymore. Does customer service at XXXLutz mean that the customer has to provide the service themselves? I'm pretty disappointed with the store. The reason I give it two stars is because of the restaurant. Good food at fair prices and... The staff there are very friendly and provide good service.

Update 08/2024: The final and final rework is scheduled to take place on September 4th, 2024. We had ordered a freezer via the online shop - parallel to the kitchen. After less than 6 months it has a technical defect. The display is at -18 °C. However, the entire contents of the cupboard had thawed. We sent an email to the Lutz company to complain. The only positive thing was the speed of reaction: We received a call that we should take action with the manufacturer ourselves in order to shorten the waiting time!!! The seller (XXXL) is completely out of the question here, we are allowed to communicate with the manufacturer directly. We didn't say anything more about it, we just took action. Anything else would be correct, but to save our nerves we took it into our own hands. 02/2024: Endless catastrophe! 9 weeks after paying the deposit, we are still without a final planned kitchen. One problem after another occurs. And XXXLutz finally shines through silence. Not recommended.

….xxxl Lutz Fellbach, unfortunately the nightmare never ends. We bought our kitchen here, the consultation with the customer advisor was very competent and pleasant and the later conversation about prices and deliveries with the customer advisor and the house manager were also really good, However, from the moment we signed the contract, chaos began. The seller made changes to the measurements, but these were not reflected in all documents. After none of the craftsmen on our construction site knew what to do next, I tried for ten days to reach someone who could give us clarity about the measurements, unfortunately in vain. At some point I got the lady on the phone who sold us the kitchen and said she had been sick (but she couldn't tell me who was supposed to pay for the downtime of the craftsmen). Well, the kitchen has been delivered (I'll now spare myself details such as the impudent, boorish and uncouth behavior of the assembly team leader. The team has caused so much damage here that the following now has to be replaced: the entire worktop, sink, two base cabinets and they had forgotten to remove the assembly aids on one cabinet. After I complained about this unprofessional installation, an expert came promptly who confirmed the chaos and arranged for the above-mentioned elements to be reordered. A few days later I came into the kitchen and there was a huge puddle of water. Now another assembly team came and discovered that, among other things, the hose from the tap to the angle valve was not tightened. Ok, you never stop learning and we still wanted to expand the kitchen by adding two cupboards. I tried again to reach the customer advisor and was repeatedly informed in writing that she would call me back immediately and on the same day. I am still waiting for this call about ten days later. In the meantime I was able to speak to the team leader on the phone, who unfortunately couldn't give me anything other than friendly lip service. With his promise that the customer advisor would take care of it, he went on vacation. The lady also wrote to me by email and I tried again to reach her by phone in vain. After several calls and requests for a call back, I'm still waiting for this today, Conclusion: It felt to us that as long as nothing was signed, people were wooing and trying hard for the customer and then the time was used to get more signatures from new customers (I was also told this when I tried to reach the lady, she was in sales talks and had no time for me right now) and ongoing projects were secondary. Ladies and Gentlemen With this email we as customers would like to express our displeasure and dissatisfaction. As a customer, we drove to the branch more than 8 times to plan the kitchen, coordinate it, make corrections, react to bankruptcies, have errors corrected, etc... We were then asked by your sub-supplier to pay an invoice, which in the end was simply incorrectly addressed, but we had to invest a lot of time to find out because our advisor was not available and customer service could not resolve the issue . We then had to coordinate the installation date, including measurements, with Lulay ourselves because XXXLutz had not forwarded the kitchen installation date. After the kitchen came (I have to admit, they were top fitters!), we continued with complaints such as fronts being damaged, CO2 canisters not being supplied, etc. The larger points of complaint resulted from incorrect advice and promises regarding the worktop and appliances, some of which were not correct were. After repeated inquiries regarding our worktop and appliance complaints, we were always rejected by customer service with the statements: “Go to the advisor” / “We can only take up complaints once the order has been closed” - we can't solve the problems that we did simply left it lying there for several weeks - underground handling. A few weeks have now passed and nothing has happened, although we have spoken to the consultant in the meantime and he has assured us that customer service will get in touch with us - which has not happened. Finally, the crowning moment today: after Lulay (we found out that it is a sub-supplier of Lulay) arrived several hours late at 4 p.m., we were informed that we first had to clear out the cupboards and that our Quooker would not be put back into operation (we were not informed of this beforehand). In response to this message, I contacted customer service and wanted to clarify how such a miscommunication could even come about. The customer service more than just rejected us with the words: “So be it, we should just accept it and wait, after all XXXLutz is coming.” Conclusion: As a customer, we are more than just outraged by the customer service! Such dealings, circumstances and nerves with a kitchen that costs almost €30,000!

Unfortunately, the young man with long curly hair was hardly able to help us and give us any information about the items. Later a friendly young lady came along who knew a little more about the products. Within our earshot, the young man shouted at his colleague for about 5 minutes. I don't understand exactly why, but whatever the reason, no one should be allowed to insult their co-worker in front of customers. He was so aggressive towards her... Sad. If I were to visit XXXL next time, I would avoid this young gentleman for advice and give him a wide berth.

Mr. Zein and Ms. Bukmeer from the kitchen department did a lot for us and made changes quickly. That's why the 2 stars. The negative: An incredibly long wait. It said 13 weeks from the measurement...our measurement was on June 13th. Then it was said for a while week 37 the kitchen wanted to come. The kitchen is now scheduled to be delivered in calendar week 40/41. So many months without a kitchen and with a baby and toddler. Dear Mrs. Bukmeer then suggested a small rental kitchen to us, which consists of a base cabinet with a small hotplate and a small sink. Unfortunately, that doesn't really help us. There is also no compensation for the long waiting time... Therefore, dear people, think carefully about whether you want to order a kitchen there.

We were at XXXLutz last Saturday for a kitchen consultation with Mr. Manan. We are moving at short notice and need a two-line fitted kitchen including appliances. After 1.5 hours the kitchen planning was finished - very clear thanks to the kitchen planning software - and we were also able to agree on a good price. ;-) During the consultation you simply realized how valuable it is when someone with a lot of expertise can point out things to you that you wouldn't have thought of yourself. The result is impressive and absolutely corresponds to our ideas and wishes. We planned our dream kitchen at XXXL with Ms. Elisabeth Bukmeer. She was very competent, patient and friendly. We felt very comfortable with her. She thinks for you, has great recommendations and implements everything quickly. She shows samples and answers questions. We visited a few other kitchen studios/furniture stores to compare and then went back to her and gave her the order for two kitchens. House manager Mr Gökhan Bulut was also very friendly. We as a family can only recommend it!

Many thanks for the good and helpful advice to Mr. Weiland, who sometimes stayed longer to give kitchen advice and was always available to answer any questions. The kitchen arrived quicker than originally planned, which was great for me. The built-in kitchen looks very good quality, but unfortunately there were a few minor defects in individual components during delivery/installation. I complained about this to Lutz and got an appointment for a repair without any major problems. As long as everything goes smoothly here, my rating remains very positive!

We have been having problems since purchasing our kitchen and sofa! We didn't have a dishwasher for months and when we did, it wasn't installed properly! And then the customer service department manager offers us a ridiculous shopping voucher for 229 euros!!! What kind of shopping voucher?? Write down everything that is planned for the kitchen, manufacturer, model layout and electrical appliance serial numbers. And go to several kitchen stores to compare! Or even better, take a look at the book “Buy Clever Kitchens”. Today I was with the nicest and friendliest lady (Mrs. Thalacker) at XXXL LUTZ. So out of 100 I give it 110. I hadn't seen or experienced service like this in a long time. I'm still so pleasantly surprised that I immediately have to give it an absolutely great rating. I can and would like to shower this lady with top marks. I was informed down to the last detail, advised... but with what professionalism, I have only experienced something like this in the last century. I would promote this lady to the board immediately. I would also like to add how clean and clear your working environment is, not to mention how absolutely friendly and competent you are. I had a consultation where I didn't spend a cent too much, no, I received individual, highly professional advice. Each piece of furniture was explained to me in detail and adapted to my wishes. Transport, processing, guarantee, payments,... I have no words. Top top top. I just want to say that I ended up buying my entire furnishings from this lady and didn't and don't want to go to any other advisor. In the future I will only shop and get advice from Ms. Thalacker / 1st floor. For the first time in my life I had the feeling that the customer was king. At first there was no saleswoman on site, just a girl who said that she doesn't work here but would fetch someone. Later, she stood there when a saleswoman (serafimovska mia) also came and watched the whole time. The saleswoman couldn't name any differences between different baby seats, but only said that they are all the same and only the base station is different. So we had to look and google the differences ourselves. In addition, false things were said, for example that the baby seat can be used lying down by law, which firstly does not work in the station and secondly is forbidden due to safety reasons! It also took her forever to put the baby seat on the base station and take it down again, competence looks different. I have never received such bad advice, perhaps the employees should be trained better. Even her friend standing next to her laughed.

ABC Design told us that we should simply have the stroller sent in to the dealer where we bought the stroller and they will then repair the stroller. Yesterday we went to XXXL Lutz in Fellbach for kitchen planning and subsequent purchase and received very good advice from Mr. Manan. He is extremely friendly, very competent and also has a funny manner about him. We felt very well looked after. Addendum, June 2016: In retrospect, it turned out that you are only treated nicely and looked after here, as long as the sales conversation is involved. If, like us, you sign the purchase contract on the same day at the consultation appointment, the result is that the kitchen salesperson is very difficult or impossible to reach directly. Inquiries regarding a rental kitchen (which we had already discussed at the sales appointment) are responded to very late, if at all. Luckily we didn't need the rental kitchen after all. The delivery time for the kitchen was stated as 16 weeks, which is a very long time. The shopping voucher we were promised took a long time to arrive. That's why we were there specifically, asked, then sent another email and called again. The way the customer is treated here is an absolute disgrace. Once you have signed the purchase agreement, you are no longer king. Incomprehensible. For our next fitted kitchen for a condominium, we will definitely go to the competition! Neighbors of ours have now bought a kitchen from a furniture store with the capital “I”. They had a delivery time of 4 weeks and everything worked out great. I don't want to write anything here about the date, or rather the dates, for installing the kitchen in our condominium because a lot of things went wrong.

Not worth a star! My mother and I wanted to buy a kitchen here. We had already looked around and decided on three kitchens that were shortlisted. While looking for staff to help, we came across two young salespeople who couldn't have been more unfriendly. Every question was blocked and responded with contempt.
