I bought complete curtain rods and accessories from XXL Lutz Fellbach and never unpacked them. Unfortunately bought on July 24th and now no longer used after building a house. In response to multiple inquiries since January 25 (I was always promised a call back), whether the goods could perhaps be taken back in an accommodating manner (normal return policy 14 days), as the department head could decide this individually. A short conversation today and of course no return, despite the original packaging and receipt. Poor performance.

This review goes to the GOODS ISSUE: We bought chairs and wanted to pick them up. 3 out of 5 had damage! When we complained about them at the goods department and asked them to be replaced, the man at the goods department started to argue that we weren't allowed to exchange all the chairs! When we did get them replaced, it was assumed that we hadn't returned the feet of the chairs! This was clarified, but the warehouse employee didn't even apologize for the claim. The service there is terrible. They don't know friendliness there! I won't be picking up any more furniture there anytime soon. And you ask yourself why online trading is growing when you receive such kindness!

Competing furniture stores offer significantly better service. One reason: Offering delivery online for €50 and then on site for €150 is really bad. Other furniture stores even offered me free delivery if another company delivered cheaper. And XXXL? Stands out and doesn't appreciate the customer who wants to buy in the store. If my selection had been available in another store (which fortunately is often the case) I would not have shopped here. Because I have experienced really different service in two other furniture stores.

The gentleman from young living advised us and sold us a sofa, it was great! Great advice, worked super quickly, big praise!!! But the woman at the information desk, incredibly unfriendly, I asked a question, was immediately insulted, and her bad mood was unbelievable... I bought a bed there yesterday. I've already looked at a few online. In the XXL furniture store I had to find out that what was offered online was not available in the furniture store. At least not my bed. Oh, but there was disappointment at first. I specifically asked someone to drive me from Stuttgart and now that. After a few minutes I thought to myself, okay, now take a look at what they have to offer here. A very nice employee then showed me a bed and I was pleasantly surprised. It normally costs over three thousand euros and currently costs 1800 euros. The right color and size and I was satisfied and ordered my bed. I hope the time until the delivery date passes quickly. Never buy a kitchen again: Worst service ever. I felt like I was in good hands during the consultation. The consultant responded to all of my wishes. Then I ordered. Ordered in October, delivery date was promised for December/beginning of January. At the beginning of December I received an email saying that the fitters from XXXLutz would refuse to install the kitchen because a cupboard would have to be shortened. When I asked further questions, I was told that the fitters would/could only carry out orders at noon. At the same time, I was informed of an external company that would take on the job. Found out that no one answered the phone when I called. I only received a response to emails twice. Then the delivery date was given to me as February 18th. communicated, which made me complain massively because I had been without a kitchen for months. The delivery was then scheduled for January 31st. promised. A day before I was informed that the sink was missing. I immediately complained. The kitchen was then delivered on the 31st, without a sink. The gentlemen delivered the individual parts of the kitchen and simply stacked them in the empty room without at least sorting anything. Then I got another call and they wanted to make an appointment with me to see when the sink would be delivered. In the meantime, however, an employee had contacted me and said that this sink was in stock and he couldn't explain why I got such a call. -In this company, the person in front doesn't know what the person behind is doing. The kitchen was delivered on Friday. The fitters from XXXLutz then said that I had to pay the remaining amount of the kitchen purchase immediately. When I objected that I didn't know whether all the parts were there, I was told that if I didn't pay, all the parts would be taken back. So I paid. The head fitter from XXXLutz came extra and delivered the sink. He then said that the parts for installing the appliances weren't included because they weren't building the kitchen, otherwise they would have been included. On Monday it was set up by the external company at a fixed price that was previously agreed upon by XXXLutz and which I then had to pay in cash. This sum was previously deducted from my purchase price. The fitters came in the morning and first had to sort all the individual parts of the furniture, i.e. everything out and put in the hallway and then granted them again, as it should be installed. They then worked until 11:30 p.m. at night. In the meantime, they still had to purchase connection materials worth almost 40 euros. When installing, it was then found that the caps are missing in a worktop, i.e. the raw wood is to be seen and that screws for handles are not available. I then tried to call XXXLutz and didn't reach anyone all day. A personal audition on Wednesday was also unsuccessful. Consultant not there, department head busy. I then explained the situation to an employee and asked him to pass it on. When I asked who would install the missing edging and screws for the handle, I was told that the fitter would be responsible for it. I then said that the fitter is not responsible if parts are delivered incorrectly or not at all and I expect the fitters from XXXLutz to take care of it. On Thursday I tried again to reach the advisor by phone, but he was busy in the house. I was promised a call back. I then wrote another email but nothing, radio silence. No call, no message. So this has been going on for a week. Either the advisor is not in the house, like today, if he is there, I can't reach him. S. Ruttka

When giving advice you are treated like a king, when making a complaint you are treated like a beggar. January 2024 Corner bench ordered, delivered in June after late delivery, defective, complaint dragged on until October. Replacement delivery in February 2025, but partly defective again. The freight forwarder took it back straight away. The star goes to the complaints department, which tried to remedy the situation. You can give a damn about the salespeople and the department management. Oral promises become gaps in our memory that cost us several hundred euros. Luckily there are lots of other good ones! Furniture stores in the region.

We actually buy a lot from XXXL Lutz and are generally always satisfied, but in our case the home textile department in Fellbach has currently shown a lot of room for improvement in terms of service orientation. Here, regulations took precedence over customer orientation. Zero goodwill in the event of an exchange with a value of just 70 euros. Requests to speak to superiors were brushed off. Unfortunately the appointment was longer. “If you had ordered online, you could have exchanged it,” we learned. Unfortunately, this doesn't apply if you bought it in a store. Exceptions?Never! Here the competition is much more flexible and, above all, friendlier. Especially when it comes to very good customers with whom you have already made significant sales during the year. It's a shame, dear Lutz, a missed opportunity.

Ms. Bukmeer is an excellent kitchen consultant who responds optimally to the customer's wishes and fulfills them within the scope of her possibilities. Even subsequent changes were made quickly and easily over the phone. Not recommended I ordered a bed frame that was delivered without screws. The screws were then reordered and nothing was heard for weeks. I then had the wooden boards lying around for ages. There was no reply to an email. When you called, you were put on hold and promised a call back, but no one ever came. There was no response from the furniture store nor was the problem taken care of. If I hadn't chased after it so much, I probably still wouldn't have the screws. In the future I will go somewhere else.

Kitchen bought ☺️ installation by a third-party company two doors / worktop defective stovetop incorrectly connected cable fire was the result. A specialist company is something else. Had the kitchen planned there, it turned out really nice too. But that was it. The drain is too high, as was already said during installation. Since then, the high-quality dishwasher has been on strike regularly and water is running out, which of course the kitchen doesn't get. However, no one in Fellbach is interested. The main thing is to pay off the installments on time. Conclusion: As a potential customer, you will receive friendly advice until you pay your installments. Once the contract is signed, there is no longer any customer service. Callbacks are promised but never happen. Customer loyalty is zero. So if you expect service after the purchase contract has been concluded (which should actually be a given!), then you should give XXL in Fellbach a wide berth!!!

So far I have never received a call back... Everyone on the phone is extremely unfriendly. There was damage to my cupboard and it was simply painted over it. I reported this and I've been waiting since December. I'll probably report the whole thing to the consumer advice center

We went to several furniture stores (also other XXXL) and kitchen studios, and when I had already given up, I was advised to come here and I have to say that was the only right and best decision we could make in this regard. Mr. Liri not only made an appointment for us at short notice, but from the very beginning he very friendly, patiently and professionally created the kitchen based on our wishes and only focused on our ideas and adjusted them again and again until the completion date if there was still a need for changes on our part gave. Visited this furniture store today for the first and definitely last time. The bathroom cabinet from the advertisement? A delivery time of 4-5 weeks - and if you want it delivered to your home, this extends to 7-8 weeks. The weekly menu in the restaurant was already sold out. The advertised side table? Suddenly a different price was displayed at the checkout. The cashier just told me to go back to the department to sort it out. Anyone who knows the furniture store knows that it is a huge complex - and yet there are only three checkouts, of which only the information checkout was occupied. Conclusion: An absolute failure and a complete waste of time.

The building is impressive. The customers are spread out quite well, even when it's full. There are a lot of staff who you can at least ask where things are. I found the poor quality of the pieces on display to be blatant. I thought everything in the catalog and in the exhibition looked great and worked perfectly. Virtually every closet door I opened was poorly or incorrectly adjusted. I had better things to do with the bulky waste.

We bought a light-colored sofa and had it waterproofed for €500 (!!!). It was promised that the couch would still look like new even after years. After a few months, a clear gray haze can be seen, without us ever going onto this sofa with new jeans or unwashed clothes. We've been chasing a solution for half a year. The rooms were clean on several visits and a lot of things were broken and not being repaired, just like the patio door. A dish is offered in the restaurant, but it wasn't available. We ate here with a large group in February 2025. The drinks were served quickly and the food was delicious. The prices were quite high in comparison, though. The staff was courteous and friendly. Parking was quite limited, and the noise level was unpleasantly loud.

Unfortunately, it's not what it used to be. The CBC in Fellbach is unfortunately quite dated. The decor looks dated, and overall, it lacks atmosphere. (Interior) The prices are far too high for what you get – neither the quality of the food nor the portion sizes justify it. The service was particularly disappointing: Even though there was enough staff, it took forever to be served. The CBC used to be a good place, but these days the value for money is simply not there anymore. What a shame!

I was here today for the first and last time. Very unfriendly staff in the restaurant department, even though it was only 4:15 p.m. we were asked to leave because there was apparently no hot food left, which I don't believe. I find that very cheeky and unfriendly, especially from such a large company.:-(((((((((((((()) no one will ever bring me into the restaurant areas of XXXL again
