CBC Fellbach in Fellbach

We ordered two roast beef with spaetzle for €8.90 each. Everyone also had a drink. Unfortunately, I didn't see any prices for the drinks and was surprised when we paid €30 each (€8.90 x 2 = €17.80). The two drinks cost us over €6 each (Coke and water). 😳 The roast beef was really okay, but the spaetzle and sauce were unfortunately from a package. I think the drink prices are way too high. The service was friendly and the food came quickly. As I said, €8.90 for a roast beef is incredible. I wouldn't pay €29.90 (original price) for it. I would pay more if the spaetzle were homemade and the sauce wasn't from a package. I deducted one point for the drink prices.

We ate at cbc Fellbach the other day. The service was a bit slow at first. For someone like me who comes from the restaurant industry, many things stand out. The food was tasty, but it would be better if the service arrived at the table. In about two hours, none of the food (except for our dessert) arrived at any of the tables around us! If one table orders one schnitzel and one roast beef, it's impossible for the first person to have their plate almost empty by the time the second meal arrives. This leaves a lot to be improved. At the other tables, the first plates were already empty by the time a server had to search for the corresponding guest with food! The strong smell of smoke is unfortunately not a good thing either.

I had made a reservation via email. I didn't receive a response. At CBC, the waiter didn't know about the reservation. We were still assigned one of the empty tables. We ordered the large soda (0.75 liters) for two people. They don't have that anymore. It's only 0.4 liters, but it costs a euro less. The menu is old. Was the reply. So, two drinks for the more expensive price. Then my daughter ordered a vegetarian burger and was really looking forward to it! The other four of us ordered pizza. After about 10 minutes, the server came and told us they didn't have a vegetarian burger today. How about a cheeseburger? (She didn't want one because she's a vegetarian.) She opted for bruschetta. Then the pizza arrived, and it was lukewarm. The taste was okay, but unfortunately, it wasn't hot and a bit tough. No one else came to see us. I'm used to being asked if everything was okay. But that doesn't seem to be the case at CBC. After we were all obviously finished, the waiter came over and asked if it was good. I replied, "The pizza was good, but unfortunately, it was only lukewarm for all of us." And he replied, "That can't be right, it was in the oven. Maybe it's because the door is open." And that was the end of the conversation for him. Then I paid. I had the coupon book, 2 for the price of 1. I asked if we were only paying for 2 pizzas? The answer was, "Yes." I paid. I wanted a bill because it seemed expensive. I got it after a short while, but unfortunately, it was a completely different bill. I asked again, and then I got the correct bill. But instead of a pizza, the cheap bruschetta appetizer was removed. I asked again. He insisted that bruschetta wasn't an appetizer, but a regular meal. Even though the menu definitely says appetizer. Frustrated, I left. What a shame! We were looking forward to good food, but we certainly won't be coming back.

We've always enjoyed coming here. But the fact that the non-smoking area has been moved across the street and the smoking area is now right next door is completely unacceptable. The smell of cigarettes wafts over because it's always open. Very unpleasant.

Yes, of course. But if you want lunch, I recommend arriving at 11:00 a.m. If you arrive later, you'll have to wait two hours. Lunch costs 9 euros, and that's cheap these days. But I'm of the opinion that what costs little is also worth little. Because the store is still always full.

The fillet medallions with mushroom cream were delicious. The salad with turkey breast strips deserves a deduction: the yogurt sauce was tasteless, and the meat in the salad wasn't good either. We were there during the week for the €8.90 special.

I was there yesterday and today for lunch, yesterday with a reservation, today without. I still recommend making a reservation, even though it wasn't very busy yesterday at 3 p.m., but quite a bit busier today at 12:30 p.m. All the service staff were very courteous, polite, and very attentive. The wait for a drink was less than 3 minutes, and for the food about 8-12, so incredibly quick. Yesterday's onion roast was excellent, only just slightly over medium as ordered; very good quality meat; I didn't have to cut any of it away. When ordering, my request for a different side dish was accommodated as a matter of course. Today I tried the Wiener Schnitzel. The meat was also excellent, although the breading could have been a bit more salted. Overall, highly recommended! By the way, at that special price, I think a €10 donation is at least as good a tip for the friendly service staff.

We've visited the Korb and Fellbach locations a few times so far. The quality of the food is very good and at an unbeatable price. The service hasn't given us any complaints so far, and the food and drinks arrived promptly at our table. We felt very comfortable whether in Korb or Fellbach and enjoyed the good food. We think a donation should be mandatory, as it's for a good cause. My wife and I would also like to point out that we absolutely don't understand the recurring negative reviews, "unfortunately," and we've been to the locations several times, as described. However, there are also gourmet locations where the roast beef costs €30-38, which might be a better option. Keep up the good work with your great project. Very nice – a menu with many dishes, everyone will find something they like. The portions are generous, so no one goes home hungry. Of course, that's exactly what you'd expect for the money! Delicious, home-style cooking. We'll be back, guaranteed.

I love coming to you. Everything is great there, but what happened to me today wasn't so okay. I came alone again and wanted to sit outside, and there were only two people outside on the terrace and the lady at the front entrance. I'm sorry, it's not possible outside, and I was all alone. It's only possible inside, and since I'm a smoker, I don't think that's so great. They'll probably manage to serve one person outside, because I'm a restaurateur myself and I understand that they turn away large groups without reservations, but that this posed a problem, and it wasn't possible for one person outside...!!?? Because of the €8.90 special, it was busy at lunchtime, and without a reservation, there was no chance of getting in. Despite the large crowd, the service was very attentive, the food arrived unexpectedly quickly, and it tasted great.

Be careful when ordering the homemade lemonade. The drinks menu lists a 0.75l for €7.90. In fact, the drink is served in a 0.4l glass. When I inquired, I was told there was a new drinks menu and that the lemonade actually cost "only" €6.90. However, if I hadn't pointed this out when paying, I would have been charged the full price. I was subsequently presented with the new menu, which now completely lacked the fill level information. Simply not!

We were there at lunchtime to take advantage of the €8.90 offer. I think the €8.90 offer is good, but you wait forever for your food. We waited over an hour for our food. We wanted to, but we couldn't. Honestly, then just drop the €8.90 offer if you can't manage to serve the food. Sometimes you saw the whole restaurant just waiting and no one had anything to eat. Then the dishes were served, and the other people at the table waited another 15 minutes. You simply need to organize yourselves better, or just stop doing it.

The food was delicious. They're currently running a great special offer with a special menu until 6 p.m.

The menu lists four house lemonades for €7.90, 0.75 liters. However, it's actually €7.90 for 0.4 liters. Upon inquiry, it was explained that they hadn't gotten around to changing the menu yet, and therefore (presumably only after a complaint) they were getting a €1.00 discount. I find €6.90 for 0.4 liters really expensive.

Well, it's much nicer to sit in Waiblingen. The food was average, and they used to have a better menu. We had to wait a very long time before we were allowed to order.

Heard about their special offer during the weekdays. Everything for € 7.90. The portions are somewhat smaller but for €7.90 still a good deal. Ordered a onion steak and they asked me how i wanted it. Which surprised me. Most give well done. I had mine medium with spätzle. Which is home made german noodles. The food is excellent and ambient is nice with large umbrella. It was about 40km from me. If it was closer would go more often. Its very quiet there and peaceful.

Sorry guys...that's not acceptable! The roast was too small, less than 100g, cooked well instead of medium, no onions! The food was lukewarm overall. Complaints are not taken seriously, and no compensation is offered. I wouldn't recommend it!

We were here to celebrate my sister-in-law's birthday. Special tables were rearranged for us so we could sit together. The food and drinks were excellent, but we especially deserve praise for Alex from the service team. Attentive, friendly, and, above all, customer-focused, he looked after us to the best of his ability throughout the evening.

Hello, we celebrated my birthday at the CBC in Fellbach on July 12th. The food wasn't particularly great, and when I complained, I was told that for the 8.90 meal, they only gave us a rating of 3. Very rude, so we'll never go there again. That's not how you win customers.

I was invited to a birthday party at the CBC in Fellbach on July 12th – unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The food was generally poor. The sauces were very salty, and almost everyone of us left something on our plates – which speaks volumes. When the host complained about the quality, the waiter simply replied: "For €8.90, it's okay – you get a dish that gets a grade of 3." This statement was unprofessional and only worsened the impression. Even at lower prices, a certain level of quality and polite behavior should be a given – especially at a birthday party. What was particularly unpleasant: At the end, a large donation box was placed directly on my table – with an explicit request for donations. This seemed very intrusive and out of place. Conclusion: Bad food, rude service, unpleasant atmosphere. I won't go there again – and I can't recommend it to anyone.

Very nice. The staff is extremely fast and friendly. The food is very nice and delicious. There's plenty of space and it's beautifully decorated.

We ate there last Saturday. The food was good. I thought the large salads were a bit small, but because of the €8.90 offer, I think they reduced the portions. The service was quite nice, but also a bit chaotic and disorganized, and sometimes people came to our table with something we hadn't even ordered. What was incredibly annoying was that tables and chairs were being rearranged for larger parties. Instead of lifting the chairs, they dragged them across the floor...wow, that hurts your ears and is so loud. The staff definitely could have been more considerate and simply lifted the chairs.

Unfortunately, my visit to CBC Fellbach was disappointing. The service was incredibly unfriendly; I felt neither welcome nor well looked after. Friendliness and customer service should be a given – unfortunately, that wasn't the case here.

The CBC particularly scores points for its appealing, cozy atmosphere. The menu is relatively straightforward and offers a delicious selection of good food. The cocktail and dessert menus are also highly recommended. There's now a new lunch menu, where almost every dish costs €8.90. It's a really good deal at the moment. The portions are generous and the food delicious. The service staff are also very friendly and accommodating. All in all, a great all-round package.

Personally, I think cbc is okay. The food is mediocre and affordable. The ambiance has remained dark and gloomy for years. Unfortunately, I found one of the waitress's reactions very inappropriate, almost rude. When it came to paying, my friend rounded up, and the waitress felt it was clearly too little. She cheekily pointed out that "with this tip," she wouldn't have anything left for her, as she would have to give 1.5%. As we later found out, that wasn't even true! But it got even worse! She immediately added, "and normally it's 10%," and we were so shocked and put in such an uncomfortable situation that we still left her a tip! €2-3 each. Since we had failed to complain directly or point out her behavior to the waitress, it was important to me to record this day in a review, without exaggerating or wishing any harm to the business or the waitress. But I want to clarify something here. If you work as a waiter, you can't rely on your tips! Tipping is not a MUST. This 10% is a rule of thumb, yes, but it's not a MUST. The customer is free to decide whether and how much they want to tip. And if the customer is only spending money on the service they received (food and drinks), then that's just how it is. You can't assume that just because a customer eats outside, they always have to be able to come up with 10% for a tip. Furthermore, you should simply be grateful for every rounding-up and not take it for granted.

They definitely took advantage of the fact that we are foreigners to charge us more money than we should have paid.

I celebrated my birthday there yesterday with my guests. Children's high chair available and despite karaoke in the next room, we had a nice, relaxing evening in a cozy, quiet corner 👍 Everything was perfect and delicious - we completely emptied everything. My favorite rosé came in a cooler and the service staff were like the famous brownies: quick and unobtrusive 👏 Since I regularly meet a friend there to have a chat over a feast and am always very satisfied, I wanted to test it out with a larger group... 😇🥂🥰🍀 More visits will follow!!!

Unfortunately it's no longer what it used to be Unfortunately, the CBC in Fellbach is getting quite old. The furnishings seem old and overall there is a lack of atmosphere. (indoor) The prices are far too high for what you get - neither the quality of the food nor the portion sizes justify it. The service was particularly disappointing: although there was enough staff, it took forever until we were served. The CBC used to be a good address, but now the price-performance ratio is simply no longer right. Too bad!

I can't recommend it because if you're a larger group you'll have to wait over 2 hours for your food. 1 hour after ordering, the waitress came and asked how you would like the meat. In addition, she was obviously flirting with my boyfriend. Which isn't possible and then you get an angry look because she only got an 80 cent tip. I'm glad she got something at all, the food had no taste, it didn't taste like anything and flirting in front of her girlfriend is an absolute no-go. I wanted to ask if she wanted the number straight away.

Would like to rate the food, but I've been waiting for my pizza for 2 ½ hours. I have to be honest, I'm disappointed. At least the dark wheat beer tastes good.

Our evening at the CBC was really great based on the food. Since it had been a long time since we had an evening for two, it was important to us that we got the food we ordered at the same time. If we had known what kind of avalanche we would unleash, we wouldn't have come at all. A very young blonde lady (maybe 18 years old) came to our table in a very arrogant and bad-tempered mood. When we placed our order, we expressed our desire to get our food together. The young lady named Leonie (which we found out by chance from a conversation) then said that she couldn't promise that because it wasn't a "dream concert" here. I and we are really sorry but that was definitely the last visit to this restaurant. Whether it is right to plan this lady in service is more than questionable.

A woman named Vanessa, who calls herself a waitress, unfortunately doesn't know how to behave towards guests! Never again

The service was super nice, I really liked the atmosphere. I don't remember ever getting take-out from a restaurant. Large portions are not a challenge for me. However, I failed at the Fajita Grande. The real Mexican tastes better, it was very lightly seasoned and relatively fatty, but I was happy with the quality. Had the gourmet block. Price performance definitely fits.

Have always been happy for years, maybe a new pizza maker? Pizza day, totally greasy white pizza, even though we even said on the phone, please cross! The "supposed managing director Diego" has zero ability to criticize and was very, very unfriendly when I complained over the phone. We've eaten there for years and it's done as of today!!!!!

Prices are already quite high. In the non-smoking area everything is chic, clean, inviting, friendly and attentive service. Toilets and changing area are in the middle of the smoking area. I think it's a really bad solution because you smell like an ashtray afterwards. An absolute “no go” for changing a baby. In addition, the hygiene and cleanliness of the toilets in the evening leaves a lot to be desired. Drinks were good, we didn't eat anything.

Restaurant completely empty, not a single guest. We were shown a table by the window, then the waiter decided we couldn't sit there. In the middle of the room, away from the darkness. The hint that we didn't want to sit there was completely ignored. Didn't eat anything there, all other guests were free to choose their seats. Definitely not in this restaurant, I can only advise against eating there. Catastrophe would still be glossed over.
