XXXL Restaurant Lüdenscheid in Lüdenscheid

Wir waren heute im xxlutz im Restaurant und es gab für Freundschaftsmitglieder ein Menü mit Lachs, Wildreis und Gemüse! Leider war der Reis nicht genießbar. Er war noch hart als wenn er nicht richtig gekocht worden wäre! Auf Nachfrage bot man uns ein Schälchen neuen Reis an und meinte, das wäre halt so, weil der Reis warm gehalten wird. Das Ersatzschälchen war genau so schlecht wie die erste Portion. So schnell kommen wir dort sich nicht wieder hin!

Gehe dort oft hin zum Kaffeetrinken. Enorm günstig mit sehr freundlichem Personal.

Das Essen ist eigentlich immer Sehr gut aber das Cevapcici geht gar nicht

Da ist es immer zum Frühstücken so schön leer und ruhig. Aber ich weiß auch warum. Der Kaffee ist ok aber das Frühstück selbst erinnert doch stark an Krankenhauskantine. Wahrscheinlich mögen das viele nicht.

Wir waren heute im Restaurant beim XXXLutz Sonneborn zum Essen und waren sehr zufrieden! Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist hier wirklich unschlagbar. ​Das XXXL-Schnitzel gehört für mich zu den besten Schnitzeln in der ganzen Region: Es ist schön dünn geklopft, butterzart und hat diese perfekte, wellige Panierung (Soufflierung), die man selbst in guten Restaurants in der Gegend nicht allzu oft findet. Und das heute zu einem Spitzenpreis von nur 7,50 € – dafür kann man unmöglich selber kochen! Auch die Pommes waren genau richtig: dünn, knusprig und lecker. ​Mein Mann hatte den Schweinerücken "Bauern Art" mit Spiegelei und Bratkartoffeln (siehe Foto). Auch das war sehr lecker und preislich top. ​Natürlich handelt es sich um ein SB-Restaurant in einem Möbelhaus, und genau so bewerte ich es auch. Aber dafür wurden unsere Erwartungen weit übertroffen. Das Ambiente ist angenehm mit warmer Beleuchtung und hat überhaupt kein ungemütliches Kantinen-Feeling. Auch das Servicepersonal war sehr freundlich. ​Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt: Die Getränke sind im Vergleich zum günstigen Essen etwas teurer, aber dafür ziehe ich keinen Stern ab, weil das Gesamtpaket einfach stimmt. ​Wir verstehen die teilweise schlechten Bewertungen hier überhaupt nicht und kommen definitiv wieder!

Leider ist eine Stunde zum frühstücken sehr kurz ,noch dazu wird es von sehr unfreundlichen Personal um 15 Minuten verkürzt.Wir sind gekommen um 10:45 und der unfreundliche Mitarbeiter war schon am abräumen von fertig vorbereiteten Teller.Bei der Abrechnung an der Kasse wird öfter unterschiedlich berechnet.Wir hatten ,am zwei Tagen in der selber Woche ,bei gleicher Frühstück zwei verschiedene Preise.An einem Tag hatten wir Bauernfrühstück komplett für zwei Personen und jeder von uns hatte vier mal gebratenen Speck auf demTeller, drei Tage später waren wir wieder dort ,haben wieder das gleiche genommen und müssten auf einmal mehr bezahlen mit der Begründung das es pro Person nur einmal Speck gibt.Bei dem Versuch das zu erklären das wir das nicht wussten und das vor drei Tage uns keiner was dazu gesagt hat würde das Personal , besonders der aufgeblasene Schnitzelbräter , sehr unfreundlich und böse.Wir sind nicht angewiesen auf das XXXLutz Frühstück, aber es wäre gut wenn es richtig laufen würde.Natürlich wenn man es mehr haben möchte bezahlt man es dann auch gerne mehr aber dann immer und jeder und nicht mal ja mal nein.Der ganze Personal muss dringend ausgetauscht werden.Asiatische Roboter würden das 1000 mal freundlicher und korrekter machen.

Gestern habe ich zum ersten Mal die Currywurst probiert. Geschmacklich wirklich sehr gut und die Pommes waren auch knusprig. Kann ich also nur empfehlen.

There were also plenty of empty seats, so it was easy to find a seat—even if you had to compromise on quality and preparation.

First, we had to wait for staff at the food counter, even though it was quiet. Then, the drinks were very expensive. The cutlery was stained and not completely clean. We had to look through 10 glasses before we got one clean one. The fries weren't worth the money, and the schnitzel was cold. There was dirt on the floor. Not a good experience. You shouldn't eat there.

Things have gotten significantly worse again. Stress, hecticness, and undertrained staff. Food is lukewarm and drinks are overpriced.

Thanks!!! It's better at a snack bar. A 45-minute wait is too long! Never again...

Were here for breakfast, good and cheap. Otherwise everything was fine, good selection and good prices.

Not recommended restaurant. Finished products are used. Food tastes like cardboard. Drinks are ok. But that was it. The best thing in XXXL Lüdenscheid is the furniture.

Coffee and cake was good, but the large room seems so cold and dark because the lamps are only partially on and then so much so that you hit your head! The heaters were off and we were freezing!

Things should be quick in a restaurant like this! Unfortunately, the team was incomplete at lunchtime (just before 1 p.m.). Apparently the “head” was missing. The two men behind the counter were clueless and overwhelmed. If customers are already waiting for their food and a group of craftsmen is heading towards the food distribution, the deep fryer baskets should at least be ready to be lowered if the potato sticks are not already sizzling in hot oil towards their destination. A queue slowly built up, which would have caused a radio announcement on the neighboring A45. In the ensuing panic, orders were mixed up. It was only with difficulty that we were able to protect the schnitzel from the "hunter's sauce" and the vegetarian penne with spinach from the chicken. When the third man was there, the situation relaxed. The penne was a nice portion for women and the schnitzel was - with a little seasoning (in my opinion, pepper and salt are added before breading, some chefs also add a touch of sugar) - a good filler for men. The price/performance ratio for system catering at a lower culinary level is only acceptable due to the size of the schnitzel, the prices of the drinks (you don't look as closely as you do the food) are steep! The ambience could still be improved a lot (reminder: we are in a furniture store here!). The lack of centerpieces on the tables or other decorations can be attributed to the minimalism of the inexpensive kitchen, but at least every table should have chairs of the same design and the tables should be placed under the lamps. This not only improves the overall impression but also extends the durability of the table Lamps as well as those of the heads of the eaters rising from the chairs. In summary, we see a lot of "room for improvement", without any additional material effort - only possible with will and desire.

First you took the schnitzel out of the chest and fried it. If I had known beforehand, I wouldn't have taken it. Fresh fries were made, but I got them that were already finished and soggy. The schnitzel didn't taste particularly good either. In the past you had to make sure you got a free table and today there were only a handful of people in the restaurant. This is also reflected in the restaurant. The drink prices are really outrageous.

I used to like to eat here but now it's better to go to a snack bar. Staff was friendly but restaurant was also very empty at lunchtime. I actually don't know it at all.

If the weather is bad, we will definitely visit the restaurant. Especially because we go to the children's area afterwards and the kids love to let off steam there. The food is good. The breakfast delicious. With coupons it's always worth it. Without it I find it a little expensive. Above all, the price for a pot of coffee is not justified in my opinion. I also think it's a shame that you can't drink anything while you're looking after the children in the children's area. Otherwise I can recommend the restaurant. Addendum, the prices have become even more expensive. Even the food for children, which is offered as a savings menu, is 10€ and although there were supposed to be 5 fish fingers, there were only four and I still paid the full price 🥴. Unfortunately, much too expensive without coupons.

Leckeres und reichhaltiges Frühstück

Essen ist ganz ok. Ist halt ein Möbelhaus. Da muß man die Ansprüche runter schrauben. Massenabfertigung

Essen ist einfach und nicht besonders gut. Liegt halt auch zu lange rum. Kein Salatbuffet mehr, Getränke werden nicht gekühlt, weil Kühlung offenbar schon länger außer Betrieb

Preis Leistungsverhältnis super. Lecker gut und günstig dank Einkaufen bei XXXL und zahlen an der Kasse gibt's ein Gutschein für ein reduzierten Preis beim Essen. To Idee 💡

Das Essen schmeckt sehr gut, das xxl Jägerschntzel kann ich sehr empfehlen, sowie die Kuchen die dort angeboten werden. 1 Stern abzug wegen dem Personal das meist lustlos sind

Sehr nettes Personal, sind sehr gut bedient worden und wurden auch gefragt ob wir noch etwas wünschen. An der Kasse saß ein junger Mann dem die Arbeit auch Spaß machte mit einem Lächeln wurden wir abkassiert.

Leckerer Fitness Salat am Samstag.

Das Personal ist eher unfreundlich. Ich kann nur dringend dazu raten alle Angebotsplakate/Schilder sehr genau zu lesen, sonst zahlt man schnell das doppelte und wird mit „wer schreibt, der bleibt“ vom Kassenpersonal verabschiedet. Keine positive Erfahrung für mich - werde wohl nicht wiederkommen.

Parkplätze vor der Tür, Rollstuhlgeeignet wenn der Lift funktionieren würde. Personal normal nett, leider so knapp besetzt das nur wenige ausgewählte Menüs zur Verfügung standen. Currywurst war leider bei uns allen kalt, Pommes lecker. Majo und Ketchup nur mit Aufpreis zu erhalten. Sitze waren sauber, Lagerhallenflair. Von XXL Lutz Restaurants bin ich wahrlich besseres gewohnt. FAZIT: Kann man mal, muss man aber nicht☆☆

Ich esse gerne Mal wieder Kuchen mit Kaffee für unschlagbaren Preis. Die haben mehrere Torten und Kuchen Sorten. 3,50€ Torte mit Kaffee ist schon Top und kann jeden empfehlen.

Essen ganz okay, brauch ich nicht nochmal. Aber man sollte sich selbst von überzeugen. Jeder hat einen anderen Geschmacksinn. Kann es trotzdem weiterempfehlen.

Freundliche Bedienung und leckeres Frühstück

Das ganze lob geht an die Mitarbeiter der Warenausgabe sowas von freundliche Leute die da arbeiten habe ich bis jetzt in ganz Lüdenscheid nicht gesehen ! Super ganz toll !!!!!!

Die meisten Mitarbeiter waren freundlich bis auf eine. Was ich nicht schön finde ist das man für eine Papiertüte 0,50€ bezahlen soll. Dies wurde mir nicht mitgeteilt. Die böse Überraschung kommt dann erst an der Kasse.

Das SB Restaurant ist klasse. Es gibt eine gute Auswahl an Speisen die nicht all zu überteuert sind. Ein sehr freundliches Personal die immer freundlich und hilfsbereit sind. Es gibt zahlreiche Sitzplätze die immer sauber sind. Ich kann das Restaurant oben im 2 Stockwerk bei XXXLutz in Lüdenscheid jedem empfehlen.

Sehr netter Chef und sehr nette Mitarbeiter. Essen wird vor Augen angerichtet, ist immer frisch und sehr lecker! Den Grillteller und den Beilagensalat kann ich jedem nur ans Herz legen 😁

Sehr nette Chef und Mitarbeiter vom Restaurant ausser eine Kassiererin, die fast immer unfreundlich , grob , nicht konzentriert , häufig verzählt in der Rechnung zu Ungunsten von den Kunden und immer schlecht gelaunt. Das Essen ist meistens gut , sowohl das Frühstück als auch das Mittagessen.

Für ein Möbelhaus Restaurant wird hier gute Qualität abgeliefert. Das Frühstück ist ganz frisch vorbereitet und Rührei wird aus frischen Eiern vor Euren Augen zubereitet...
