Ouzeri Makedonia in Lüdenscheid

Never again! We used to love ordering from here and were always satisfied. Last time it was so-so, the driver was incredibly friendly and we waited a really long time for the food. We then called twice because we had been waiting for over 2 hours and were promised a Coke as compensation. Of course it didn't come with the food. We didn't think anything of it because everyone has a bad day or maybe it was busy. Today was an absolute disaster... we ordered by phone at around 7:45 p.m. ... the employee spoke very broken German and because we thought there might be communication problems we gave our address three times. He told us our food would be there in 20 minutes. After just over an hour we called and asked where the food was and were told that the driver left 10 minutes ago and would be there soon. After another hour we called again and asked again where the food was. We were told that the driver couldn't find the address and the man on the phone sent my number to the delivery person. Two minutes later the delivery person called and told us that the man who took the order had given him a completely different address and explained to us that a member of staff was sick and the replacement didn't understand anything. The driver arrived after five minutes and told us that he didn't even know exactly which name to ring because he hadn't even written down a name. He then took 50 cents off the bill for the inconvenience. When we wanted to eat the mozzarella sticks were inedible; there was hardly any mozzarella in them, they were rock hard and burnt. The feta in the salad tasted sour and spoiled. Of course, everything wasn't really warm either. This was the last time we order from here. It's a shame how the restaurant has turned out.

The pizza base was rock hard, and the tuna salad didn't even have any corn or beans. You had to search for the tuna. They don't offer salad dressing at all. I think the prices are too high for the portion size. They don't even know their menu and asked me what was on the Hawaiian pizza. There isn't much space to eat inside, and because it's right on the main street, it's pretty loud. The service was friendly and quick, but I probably won't eat there again.

The pizzeria is located inside the Sterncenter, so it's quite noisy. It has six tables for four. The big screen is a real eye-catcher. The food is reasonably priced, but the burger was very dry, and the tortellini lacked meat. Unfortunately, the salami pizza was also only sporadically topping. There's a high chair for children, but no coloring pages, etc. The wait for a fresh pizza was okay.

A disaster. As a customer, you feel unwelcome here. You stand alone at the counter and are simply ignored.

It's been a long time since I've eaten at the Nordsee. That was also the last time. The food isn't as tasty as it used to be, and the selection has become so limited. The trays were wet and the tables were dirty. So we won't be going back.
