The restaurant cannot be called a restaurant. There are few dishes that don't even taste good. There was a hair in the food and just looking at the kitchen made me lose my appetite, but I was so hungry that I unfortunately went here. Not recommended. Waste of money...

We have rarely eaten so badly. Fries greasy and salty, meat quality okay. The highlight was the salad with salmon. The salmon was completely unseasoned and the salad consisted of old and mushy, partly brown leaves and stalk pieces, completely mushy tomatoes. Also not at all tasty was that the hot salmon was placed in the middle of the salad, which made it even more soggy. Over half was inedible. A salad, a schnitzel and 2 soft drinks for almost €35 were disproportionate to the quality…

Were here today just to eat. We were very surprised that there was still a full selection at 2:30 p.m. Our decision fell on the chicken schnitzel / farmer style. We weren't disappointed. Huge chicken schnitzel that covered the entire plate (and it wasn't small). On top, a fried egg, crispy bacon, roasted onions and the obligatory fries. Everything was freshly prepared, even the fried egg was brought specially from the kitchen > price €13.40 Price/performance ratio 👍 TOP. The only drawback = the drink prices...water 0.5l = €4.10; Apple juice spritzer glass 0.3l = €3.20; Cup of coffee = €3.30 We found it all quite sporty...

The three of us ate with you today for €42.90. It definitely wasn't worth it. The fries were completely over salted, the bacon was hard and looked very unappetizing. The mushroom sauce was served in a separate bowl, which was very pleasant if it hadn't been mostly just sauce with hardly any mushrooms. There were enough of these on display and despite the late time, they weren't filled into the bowls for us. Schnitzel was okay so far, but all in all we can't recommend your food, which is very unfortunate because if it had been tasty, we would have wanted to continue shopping with you. But we had to cut the visit short and then spent a lot of money on a second dinner at the stalls in front of the shop.

Little choice of food, food cold and dry, staff sometimes unfriendly, plates and restaurant dirty

The ambience suffers from the cleanliness. Staff unfriendly and breakfast leaves a lot to be desired.

We had the Schnitzel and fries. No sauce included. You pay extra for everything. Very annoying. Very simple food. Too expensive given the low quality.

The offer is poor, the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired (no one has been there to clean the tables for a long time). Uncomfortably very dark.

I'm not a fan of bad reviews, but sometimes there's no other way. We went there for breakfast yesterday as I had been there a few years ago and thought it was really good. Yesterday it was really underground... When we hear the term breakfast buffet, everyone has an idea in mind. But mine wasn't even remotely fulfilled... We were there right at 10 a.m.... a sideboard with cold cuts (all just one kind), bottled scrambled eggs which were already cold, orange juice from the machine, yoghurt and packaged jam, cream cheese, etc. No cereal, no fruit, no vegetables... a really bad selection.. The whole concept really needs to be revised again... I wasn't surprised that there was relatively little going on there on a Saturday... not again... every baker out there is better...

The selection of main courses is very clear. For vegetarians there was only one main course and only if you ordered it as vegetarian and then received the normal main course without chicken. The salad bar, if you can call it that, was a joke and some of the salads were already dried out. And this at lunchtime, so far away from closing time, etc. The cleanliness left a lot to be desired, the drinks machine failed (of course this can happen) and at peak times there was only one cash register open, so you were almost finally at the table with a cold meal. We certainly won't come here again to eat, I prefer any "French Fries Hut" in a parking lot or highway.

Excellent ice cream, almost as good as in the food truck “Sí” Sapori d’Italia, which is located at the main entrance to the shop.

It's one thing to bring out finished products for a lot of money, but ketchup 80 cents? Quality is a disaster, price is absolutely not justified

We've eaten here several times now and really love it! The dishes are beautifully prepared, fresh & delicious! The ambience with a view of the fashion house is great & the service is very friendly and helpful! Price/performance ratio fits! It is by far the best restaurant in a fashion house I have ever eaten at and it is the only restaurant in a fashion house where I only go to eat 😉

The schnitzel was lukewarm and tough, the fries were limp and the bacon was hard, cold and inedible. Overall not recommended

The health department should urgently check the store + incompetence from the staff + bad food that wasn't even warm

The corn plaice consisted almost entirely of fried breading and what little fish it contained had the consistency of squishy fat. The ready-made potato salad obviously came from a plastic bucket, the kind you get cheaply in supermarkets. Overall, the food was inedible and I had to leave it alone. Almost all of the tables were dirty with food leftovers from previous guests and you felt extremely uncomfortable. The service was okay, we got a discount. But that doesn't cure the negative points mentioned above.

Unfortunately only lukewarm currywurst and cold fries. The currywurst wasn't properly fried either, just warmed up. The staff is disorganized. I wouldn't have paid more than 5 euros for the currywurst and fries.

Ms. Krogmann is a super nice cashier, always with a healthy dose of humor

Had a meal in the roof garden restaurant on Saturday. Nice staff, great selection, delicious food. Freshly prepared and not sitting on display for hours. A clean restaurant, clean tables despite what feels like little staff. I can only recommend the roof garden restaurant to everyone. January 10, 2023, were there for breakfast today. They now offer a very tasty, great breakfast buffet. Full coffee, delicious rolls and all for €9.90. Alternatively, you can help yourself to the current coupons at the buffet. A nice lady walked around and explained everything to us Had dinner there again yesterday, April 2, 2024. Super delicious food that is freshly prepared. A large cabbage roulade with potatoes and sauce for an unbeatable €13.90. My husband had a really tasty farmer's schnitzel. The service at the counter and the cashier (boss, Ms. Lohse) were very friendly. And best of all, delicious ice cream for dessert. We would love to come back and can only recommend the restaurant.

Offer: 6.90 euros goulash. Pay at the checkout 4 x 10.90 plus drinks. NEPPER, tractor, construction catcher.! XXXLutz = Once and NEVER AGAIN. !! Then I lose my appetite. That's it.😨

Unfortunately, we ate with you today and were really hungry. I can't remember the last time I ate so badly. You can save yourself the same old comments on all the negative reviews if you don't change anything.

Long waiting! Bad presentation! Unqualified staff! Eat lukewarm! Not to be compared with the service from the former Dodenhof and Möbel Höffner!

This is a really desolate place. The ambience doesn't invite you to take a break from furniture shopping here. We were really hungry but couldn't find anything to eat. There were still three dry schnitzels in the display and two cabbage rolls that didn't look very appetizing. Otherwise there were only a few cakes. No salad. Where the salad bar actually is, there were 5 small bowls with wilted leaves and two half cocktail tomatoes. The second counter was closed. It was 2:20 p.m. So, you never have to visit this place again. You also don't have to send your standard text in response to this review. Apparently, even after many months and very bad reviews, nothing has changed in the condition of this "restaurant".

Most of the tables are dirty, the fries taste like old grease and the prices are very high for the portions.

Jägerschnitzel XXXL, not worth the price, everything was cold, there is nothing worse then cold skinny fries. The Jager Sauce was only enough to touch the corner.(See Pic). Very unsatisfactory. After reading other reviews, not to many happy response. There is no change on improving the restaurant. Never again.

In contrast to before, it has slowed down quite a bit.

No preheated plates as food gets cold quickly. Hygiene leaves something to be desired, whether at the serving counter (old, grease-smeared glass panes and glass holders), tables (all of which were visited) were not cleaned even for a long period of time during our visit. Other customers and we have roughly done it ourselves with napkins! A pity!! 😕

Dodenhof has a chic restaurant, I visit every week and it was never boring

I was in this restaurant with my partner yesterday (February 1st, 2024) and I am still very speechless and very disappointed about the food. I ordered a d-strict kebab for a whopping €9.90, which looked beautifully presented on the plate, but the dough surrounding the dish was ice cold and the meat wasn't even lukewarm. When we asked the waitress (she seemed annoyed and disinterested) why the food was cold, we were told that the food couldn't be made warmer because of the salad in the dish. We just said "Thanks for the answer" but are still stunned because an ice-cold kebab that is sold is rather unusual and in almost every sensible kebab the meat and even the dough or bread is warm to hot. The meat no longer tasted fresh either. As a guest, you would have at least wished that you had been asked if everything was OK, whether it tasted good, etc. But even after we discussed the matter that I have described here, there was not even at least one "I'm very sorry "Sorry you don't like the food" or a "we're serving something new" or something similar from the waitress. When we wanted to pay, we had to go to the waitress ourselves and speak to her. People here also seemed annoyed. Hospitality looks different to us. Especially since there were hardly any other guests present at the time. We paid the full amount for everything. Here too, despite the clear information about the court, we were not helped in any way. The atmosphere is bright and friendly. The cleanliness needs improvement. There were dishes from the guests on individual tables, which were only removed very late despite there being fewer guests (around 2 p.m.). Even after leaving the restaurant and shopping on different floors and then using the escalator, we noticed that our dishes were still on the table. At that point the music from the live DJ was already playing. (around 4:30 p.m.) In any case, for us it was the first and last visit to the restaurant and we don't receive any positive recommendations.

The employee was unfriendly. She needs to be more friendly with guests.

Food cold, schnitzel kept warm for a long time, ketchup overpriced and not free, drinks overpriced. Long waiting time. Not recommended!

The milkshake wasn't tasty, there was way too much milk in it. The straws were broken, so you couldn't drink properly. My children are sad that the gaming paradise is no longer open.

Incompetent staff, Fädelsuppe pure cheap Knorr vegetable soup without noodles, has totally slacked off

The prices are disproportionate to canteen food and are disproportionately too high! We'll leave here without eating!

These were by far the worst spaetzle of my life. The taste is completely wrong.

I just looked at the soup for 6.90 and I was full. No salad selection. It used to be better here.

The stuffed cabbage was relatively cheap, unfortunately it wasn't hot, it tasted good. It was a modern, clean and noisy fast restaurant with plenty of parking space and a very cheap coffee cake and breakfast menu.

Ate there today. Schnitzel very dry. Fries not cooked properly and wobbly. Currywurst was only warm and you could tell it had been there for a while. Given the prices, that's not possible.

Das Personal war sehr nett. Das Essen kalt und zu teuer .

Gewünschtes und im Internet angekündigte Gericht, Ente mit Rotkohl, gab es nicht. Antwort auf die Frage warum, gibt es nicht mehr“ 😟 Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt überhaupt nicht mehr. Getränke und Kaffee haben ein Preisniveau wie auf dem Flughafen.

Immer wieder erhält man Werbung und Gutscheine unter anderem für Gänsekeulen mit Rotkraut und Klößen. Nun sind wir schon das dritte Mal über die letzten Jahre dort gewesen und es gab diese Gerichte nie! Zudem war heute der Ausgabebereich nicht sauber und wurde bereits auf eine Theke verkleinert. Bei der zweiten Theke hatte die Scheibe zur Trennung zum Gast gefehlt, so dass man sich selbst hätte bedienen können, ganz abgesehen von der Hygiene. Zudem war nur eine Bedienung da, die die Hälfte der Zeit in der Küche war. Wir haben daraufhin vom Essen lieber abgesehen. Sogar die Reaktion auf die Kritik ist immer wieder der gleiche Standart. Fraglich ob diese individuell ernst genommen wird.

Wir hatten das Jäger Schnitzel für 5 Euro ,es war saftig knusprig und die Champignons waren frisch ,das Personal freundlich ,kommen gerne wieder 😁

Leider hat das Frühstück qualitativ bachgelassen, war vor längerer Zeit (2021/22) deutlich besser. Abgespecktes Buffet, es gab auch mal z.B. Mett oder Spiegelei. Alles leider vorbei, dafür auch auch unschlagbare 9,90. Da ist aber Entwicklungspotential drin, lieber z.B. 12,90 zahlen, bessere Qualitäten und etwas mehr Auswahl, aber dafür kommen auch bestimmt mehr Gäste als jetzt. Sollten die Verantwortlichen vielleicht mal überlegen.

Leider ist es jetzt schon des Öfteren vorgekommen, dass es kaum noch warmes Essen gibt. Egal ob zur Mittagszeit oder am Nachmittag. Bei Convenienceessen sollte eine Vorratshaltung nicht so schwierig sein, zumal es eben nicht das erste Mal ist. Sehr schade. Es war mal sehr gut hier.

Über das Ambiente lässt sich streiten und über die Aussicht, aber das Essen ist super und die Mitarbeiter freundlich. Die Preise sind ok und man muss auch nicht sonderlich lange warten. Die kleinen Brotscheiben mit dem Dip gab es gratis dazu und ist echt mega lecker gewesen.

Die Warteschlange zu lang. Ein Selbstbienungsbuffet wäre besser!

Also das Essen war super, Nachtisch und Kaffee auch mega. Jedoch wurde ich als Frau von der Portion Nudeln ca. 8-9€ leider nicht satt. Die Nudeln waren echt gut vielleicht bisschen verkocht aber gegen den Geschmack kann man nichts sagen außer dass die Portion wirklich klein war.

Salat-Fitnessteller leider: A) mit Balsamico Dressing voller Zucker B) zur Hälfte mit pappigen Mayonnaise Salaten

3€ für ein Kaffee ist laut Definition Wucher. Dies ist inakzeptabel. Trotz Samstag ein Platz gefunden. Frühstück allgemein war lecker und die Mitarbeiter freundlich. Aber ich betreibe selber ein kleines kaffe und kaufe garantiert in kleineren Mengen ein und weiß daher das die Marge auf kaffe dezent groß ist.

Die Wasserpreise sind weder nachhaltig noch preislich in Ordnung. Im Getränkespender kostet 0,4 l Wasser 2.50 Euro!!!! In 0,5 l Selters Plastikflaschen dagegen 1.90euro. Beim Versuch Geld zu sparen und nachhaltig die 0.7 l Selters Glasflasche zu nehmen stellten wir fest: diese kostet 6.50 Euro!!! Sehr traurig und frustrierend. Das Essen ist übrigens immer fast kalt bis es am Tisch ankommt. Bei Gemüse weniger schön. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis empfinde ich als unterirdisch.

Bedienung freundlich. Schokopudding mit Kirschen schmeckt nach Fertigpulverpudding. Schnitzel etwas dröge, Pommes trocken. Wenig Essenauswahl. Eis und Nachtisch zu teuer. Damals, als es noch mit Selbstbedienung war und eine große Auswahl gab, da war es richtig gut und man kam gerne (nur des Essens wegen) hierher. Jetzt wirkt alles sehr einfallslos und dafür teuer. Wollte sogar erst nur einen Stern geben, aber da die Bedienungen freundlich sind gebe ich zwei Sterne.

Umfangreiches Frühstück für etwa 10 Euro oder kleines für etwa 6 Euro. Alles gut, Getränke kann man nachholen. Die Bedienung an der Kasse sehr nett und zuvorkommend! Auch das Mittagsessen soll hier recht gut sein. Ambiente ist für ein Großrestaurant sehr angenehm und weitläufig. Da hier Selbstbedienung herrscht muss man sich alles selbst holen und bei starkem Andrang teils wie in einer Kantine in der Warteschlange stehen bis man das Essen bekommt. Leider teilweise etwas lieblos auf die Teller gegeben. Viel scheint hier aber nicht mehr los zu sein, da kaum Kunden vorhanden waren.

Die Penne warens sehr lecker, das Fleisch war allerdings leider etwas trocken. Schnitzel Jägerart war sehr lecker. Die Portion Kindernudeln schmeckten uns nicht wirklich. Sehr wässrig die soße und die Nudeln gefühlt noch gar nicht ganz durch sehr schade...

Also das renter essen war gut ABER ich wollte nach meinem verspeis ein Glas was holen und haben mit Schrecken den Preis Begutachtung und festgestellt das das Wasser 1.90€ kostet deswegen musste ich aufs Klo gehen und Wasser ausm Wasserhahn trinken sonst gut Rest müsst ihr wissen

Eine bestellte Bowl am 06.03.2023 hatte nicht annähernd etwas mit einer solchen zu tun. Es war Gemüse in viel Soße mit Reis und ein paar Blattsalate. Weitere frische und andere Zutaten suchte man vergeblich. Die lieblose Portionierung tat ihr übriges. Ein weiterer Gast erkundigte sich nach Gluten beim zubereteten Zander und die Mitarbeiterin an der Ausgabe konnte lediglich darüber informieren, dass der Fisch nicht paniert sei. Sehr grenzwertig! Insgesamt leider nicht empfehlenswert.

Super Qualität sehr nettes Personal

Leider hat sich alles verschlechtert.. pommes zu hart. Schnitzel kein Geschmack und zu dünn. Die Preise haben sich erhöht und die Qualität verringert. Schade! Haben hier immer gerne gegessen, werden davon aber jetzt Abstand nehmen.
