WORLD OF PIZZA Hamburg-Bergedorf in Hamburg

Ordered 26cm pizza, received 24cm pizza. Customer service only says that the pizzas are baked in a 26 baking tray. That's it. No discount, no voucher. I find it cheeky - especially given the prices! Because a 2cm difference in diameter makes a huge difference.

Pizza ordered, paid for, waited twice as long as promised, still nothing, according to the latest news delivery time is now 2 hours instead of 20-35. Nobody answers the phone, but the status was changed to “in preparation” a long time ago. Therefore cancellation is not possible. I see it as a deliberate deception. Result, money gone for now. Still hungry. No pizza. Hurray. Never again. Thanks for the experience.

The food here is great, good and fresh ingredients, the staff is always friendly and accommodating. And what you rarely have these days is a good price-performance ratio

Mega delicious! I ordered takeaway today and was once again served very well and the pizzas were simply delicious! Very nice service and it's friendly. And best of all, they simply serve gluten-free pizzas here.

We ordered two pizzas. Arrived quickly, about half an hour. The pizzas were divine, so delicious. If we order pizza again, it will be from you. The delivery man was also very nice. Thanks

One day you forget broccoli in the bowl, the other day you forget spinach instead of broccoli on the pizza. And today I ordered extra cucumber salad on my burger - so they probably simply left out the pickle that comes with the burger. It tastes good to me. I just don't like the fact that this has happened 3 times now, that ingredients have been left out when I've ordered just 4-5 times. But I think it's really great how much gluten-free and vegan pizza there is!

Pizzas super small. relatively too expensive.

Pizza slipped during transport and was 15 minutes late even though you ordered 1 1/2 hours in advance. Both pizzas were missing a lot. The ground to dry, grated Grana Padano had to be found on a mountain of arugula. The worst thing was that 2 people had diarrhea after “enjoying”. We won't be ordering again anytime soon.

Due to the gluten-free pizza, it is unrivaled and delicious too. Keep it up 👍🏾

I ordered a burger with potato wedges and fries. The burger was tasty but the fries were limp and very over salted and some of the potato wedges were still half raw on the inside. I really don't think it's reasonable for the prices.

Our first order was delivered on time in 27 minutes. It couldn't be tastier. Then a week later second attempt! Delivered straight to the point in 21 minutes. The cheese crust is so delicious 😋 Our new pizza supplier for the future has been determined. Great staff / Nice and friendly. Price and performance TOP 👍 Third order sent today. OH MY GOD IT WAS TERRIBLE. never order there again, I threw up 🤮. I wish I could give you dogs 0 stars.

The order arrived incorrect! Instead of a chicken box, only 8 chicken nuggets were delivered, which are also significantly lower than the price of a chicken box. Pizza was ordered with cheese in the crust but arrived without cheese in the crust. After speaking to the store over the phone, I was assured of a credit. I was given a cell phone number to contact via WhatsApp with photos of the ordered goods and invoice...done, done!! Only so far without credit or response. Unfortunately very bad service!!!

Delivery took over an hour and the food wasn't tasty

Sorry, I ordered and paid in advance for, among other things, a curry pizza with broccoli. I got a pizza like this, but WITHOUT broccoli. The “enjoyment” was then severely spoiled. Dough (base) is quite thin and the topping is not very lush. The delivery took place as announced within 60 minutes, the food was well packaged and warm (no longer hot). Pasta baked with cheese was slightly (!) burnt. Overall, I can't think of more than 1 star for this.

I buy a vegetarian pizza and what do I see when I open the pizza box? There are only tomatoes and broccoli in the pizza and the pizza base is not good either. 👎

Something is going wrong here! My last order was not delivered as I ordered it. Unauthorized changes were made to the order without a brief telephone consultation in advance. When I called to inquire, they claimed that I had called earlier and had not answered. Unfortunately it's a lie because I had my cell phone with me the whole time. When I asked more specific questions about the order, I was initially told one thing, but when I asked more detailed questions, I was suddenly told something different. The most outrageous thing, however, was that I called the branch twice and the lady on the customer phone hung up twice in the middle of the conversation. When I wanted to return my order, a driver called me to ask if he really had to come back and then suddenly hung up. It remains to be seen whether I will actually get my money back for returning the wrong order.

Top modern, the managing director takes his job seriously and gives everything for the company. Plus, the pizzas are delicious My insider tip for dessert is the Donut Lotus 👌🏼

Discovered while looking for something quick to eat and has become my favorite pizzeria! My modular pizza (😄) was prepared for me without exception and it tastes fantastic. I'm now a regular and order from there more often (luckily I don't live further away), everything is and has always been great. Nice guys, top service and delicious pizza, what more could you want? PS: Clearly recommend the pizza rolls with the aioli dip and the Hollaindaise sauce on the pizza😍

We ordered a Margherita pizza but the pizza was very thin and the pizza had no cheese? We spent €15 on bread with tomato paste which was great. The burger was very soggy and the pasta sienna tasted like airplane food. Only the fries were somewhat good…

I love those. Pizza with hollandais sauce

I had penne with parmesan cheese, tomato sauce and mushrooms delivered. The mushrooms were chopped in uncooked, the tomato paste was poured uncooked onto the warm penne, and Parmesan cheese was charged for but was completely missing. The whole thing for 14 euros. The delivery person had written down a completely wrong name and couldn't find me for ages. I had to actively look for him in the building.

The pizza is really recommended, delicious dough and just the right amount of cheese!

August-Bebel Street is a one-way street, but the suppliers don't seem to care... And it's still a 30 street - it doesn't matter either

Pizza zum Mittagessen mit den Kolleginnen war top, leckerer Dinkelteig und frische Zutaten. Haben eine Auswahl bestellt und konnten unterschiedliche Pizzen probieren, alle waren bei Lieferung heiß und lecker.

Pünktliche Lieferung, warme Speisen, alles Vegans sehr vorzüglich, netter lieferfahrer, netter Mann am Telefon, kein Lieferando Sterne Kauf da bin ich mir sicher.... 4,3 mindestens verdient...

Ich bestelle hier sehr gern. Das Essen ist immer super - die Boten sind sehr freundlich und die Bestellungen kommen sehr schnell. Prima! :-)

Im Großen und Ganzen ist das Essen ok.

Gute Pizza, aber preislich inzwischen kaum noch machbar. Pizza ist und war bisher immer ein Fastfood. Die Zutaten sind günstig, die Herstellung schnell. Für eine halbwegs normale Pizza (Classic - Durchmesser 31cm) aber mittlerweile mehr als 20 Euro zahlen zu müssen (dementsprechend 40 Euro für 2 Personen - mehr als ich nahezu bei jedem anderen Lieferservice für eine volle Mahlzeit ausgebe) ist mir einfach zu doll und kaum nachvollziehbar. Werde hier wohl das letzte Mal bestellt haben. Schade.

Und jetzt kommts,... no joke die beste Pizza die ich jemals in meiner Umgebung gegessen habe. Ich küss euer Herz für eure Arbeit! Sehr leckere Pizzen die nicht nach 0815 Lieferdienst schmecken. Wirklich außergewöhnlich gut. Auf jeden Fall Empfehlenswert.

Das Essen dort ist wirklich lecker, und man wird gut satt, es lohnt sich auf jedenfall dort wieder essen zu gehen. Es gibt viel Auswahl und die Angestellten sind auch wirklich nett.

Alles Prima, wir bestellen sehr oft hier und es ist immer super lecker! Ob mit Fleisch oder Vegan, es schmeckt immer! Lieferzeit ist kurz. Und das zu Top Preisen. Weiter so :)

Meiner Meinung nach ist es einer der besten Pizza Lieferanten in ganz Hamburg! Alles auf der Speisekarte schmeckt sehr gut und die Mitarbeiter (Küche, Empfang und Lieferanten) sind sehr nett pünktlich und zuverlässig!

Ich komme eigentlich nicht aus Bergedorf und bin zufällig bei World of Pizza gelandet, ich muss sagen ich bin mehr als positiv überrascht. Nettes Team, sehr saubere Küche und Pizzen aus selbst gemachtem Teig. Qualität erinnert eher an ein Restaurant als an ein Lieferservice. Wenn ich wieder in Bergedorf bin komme ich definitiv wieder!

Seitdem 2023 der neue Inhaber drin ist, ist World of Pizza mit Abstand der beste Pizzaladen in Bergedorf. Der Teig wird selbstgemacht, also kein Tiefkühl-Fertigkram. Die Pizzen schmecken top, auch die Desserts sind richtig gut und das Wichtigste, der Laden sowie die Küche sind super ordentlich & sauber, leider ist das keine Selbstverständlichkeit bei einem Lieferservice. Große Empfehlung!

War gestern spontan vor Ort und habe eine Pizza bestellt. Megaaa lecker und die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich. Werde hier aufjedenfall nochmal bestellen.

Die Pizzen waren absolut herausragend, darüber hinaus ist das Team sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lieferung erfolgt schnell und es gab keinerlei Beanstandungen. Werde dort gerne wieder bestellen - sehr empfehlenswert 😊
