Today I turned 72 (young) and my wife and I had a voucher for 50.00 euros for the Rosenhof in Niedernberg. However, when we got there we spontaneously turned around and tried our luck at the Krone in Elsenfeld and we were lucky to get a table in the inn garden. We ordered and just like the weather, so did the food: simply perfect and so it was a real birthday feast that we will remember fondly. 5 stars with+

The Klosterstube is recommended as a hedge restaurant. In winter there are fire barrels outside which makes it very pleasant.

We have been here several times and always satisfied! This time we were there on Sunday at 2:25 p.m. Quite full, but we still found enough space. The menu is large and everyone will find something here. There is also always a monthly season ticket. Bachus semi-dry, red wine cuvee in barrique and the Pinot Noir aged in barrique are great! We had a Jägerschnitzel with spaetzle and salad and the feta pan with a salad bouquet and herb baguette. Both great! The greeting from the kitchen was a small piece of toasted bread with salmon etc. / very good! The prices are still ok! Not cheap though!
