Wolfgang Dorn Gaststätte Dorfschänke in Bad Camberg

On the way from Austria to the Netherlands, had a lovely meal here. Good food, friendly service, close to the A3 (4 minutes drive)

A real insider tip in Bad Camberg. Great food at top prices. Parking spaces in the yard. We have eaten there many times and have never been disappointed.

We were a group of 4 people and unfortunately we were thoroughly disappointed. It took between 5-10 minutes until we were greeted at the table - and there was no one else in the dining room apart from us. The food: I had asparagus cream soup - the tastes are different here, I had to add a lot of seasoning. Unfortunately, I picked up a long, light hair straight from the soup - and of course I let it go back. I would have liked an appropriate reaction here, but unfortunately, no apology, nothing. Just wondering if I want a new one. We still had pizza (here you would have the feeling that you had a TK version - just our personal opinion) vegetables, sauces, fish, meat ... everything without really taste. We then paid and quickly moved to another restaurant in Camberg - and experienced exactly the opposite. Service is definitely possible different...sorry, we won't be back.
