Ich habe schon an vielen Orten weltweit Spaghetti mit Schrimps gegessen oder ein Thunfisch Steak aber ich muss sagen hier schmeckt es hervorragend auf den Punkt gekocht. Die Tomatensauce für die Spaghetti mit den Gambas ist köstlich!!

Hervorragendes Essen von guter Qualität, das Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend – hier muss man einfach mal essen.

Es ist ein schönes Restaurant mit einer großen Auswahl an Gerichten. Ich habe leider vergessen, ein Foto vom Abendessen zu machen. Das Eis ist auch sehr lecker.

Schönes italienisches Lokal. Ich hatte Pizza. Die war gut. Service war aufmerksam.

Wir haben auf unserer Reise, wir waren zu sechst, in diesem Restaurant Halt gemacht. Trotz der Rekordhitze der letzten Tage (mit Temperaturen über 40 Grad Celsius!) hatten wir unglaubliches Glück: Wir aßen spät abends draußen, und es war herrlich. Die Atmosphäre war sehr angenehm, das Essen ausgezeichnet und die Bedienung überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Absolut gemütliche Location. Sehr aufmerksames, freundliches Personal und eine ausgezeichnete Küche. Unsere Speisen waren vollumfänglich erstklassig. Es war ein wunderschöner Abschluss von unserem Tag.

Wir waren auf der Rückreise spontan dort essen.Die Pizza war die Beste seid Langem.Super leckerer luftiger Boden,gut belegt und frische Zutaten.Normalerweise lässt mein Mann den Rand liegen,aber der war so lecker,das selbst dieser von Ihm mitgegessen wurde.Das Serviceteam war auch nett und freundlich.Gerne wieder.

Nette Bedienung und tolles Ambiente. Leider erinnert das Essen aber stark an TK Ware, daher stimmt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis überhaupt nicht.

Das Essen war sehr gut . Spargel mit Loup de mer, Kartoffeln und zerlassener Butter. Hervorragend 👍. Ebenso die Pizzen, Nudelgerichte und das Rumpsteak. Der Wein ist auch sehr empfehlenswert. Ein gelungenes Abendessen zu meinem 61. Geburtstag. Wir kommen gerne wieder, auch ohne Geburtstag.

Es gibt nichts Ernsthaftes zu bemängeln, Essen und Service sind ok. Einzig die Preise scheinen mir etwas hoch.

Wir waren eine größere Gruppe mit 40 Personen, hat alles super geklappt. Sehr schneller und freundlicher Service und sehr lecker alles. Sind super zufrieden gewesen :)

Wir sind am Nachmittag zu einer Uhrzeit dort angekommen, zu der man eigentlich nirgendwo noch etwas zu Essen bekommt. Wie selbstverständlich wurde für uns Vier zwei Tische draußen zusammen gestellt. Sehr freundliches Personal, sehr guter Salat, Pizza und Nudeln. Sehr lecker und sehr frisch. ♥️

Absolute Abzocke! Haben zwei Pizzen zu je 10,50€ bestellt und als die Lieferung kam war eine Pizza plötzlich vier Euro teurer und aus der anderen Pizza die als Schinken mit Zwiebel bestellt wurde, wurde einfach eine Margerita gemacht zum Preis einer Schinken Pizza. Auf Nachfrage hat der Betreiber sich versucht raus zu reden und wollte trotzdem seinen Fantasie Preis haben. Nie wieder!!!

Im Prinzip eine leckere Pizza, aber ABSOLUTE ABZOCKE! Wenn man über Lieferando bestellt, ist genau die gleiche Pizza einfach 4€ (!!!) günstiger. Wir wollten dem Betreiber etwas Gutes tun und haben dieses Mal extra nicht über Lieferando bestellt. Statt einer Pizza mit Schinken und Zwiebeln hat man uns eine Magherita andrehen wollen, mit dem Hinweis, sie hätten keinen Schinken. Bei Bestellung wurde dies aber nicht erwähnt. Danke für gar nichts!

Am Marktplatz zentral gelegenes Restaurant. Angeboten werden typische italienische Gerichte Pasta und Pizza, Salate zu akzeptablen Preisen. Der Salat wurde leider in dem Jogurtdressing ertränkt. Freundliche Mitarbeiter.

Update 2 years after the first review: The service was very uninspired; we didn't see a server after our first drink (the restaurant was almost empty). The young man who brought us the food unfortunately smelled very bad 😢 The food wasn't as good as it was two years ago. For example, the potatoes weren't fresh, but from a jar or bag. Mushrooms from a jar/can... absolutely unacceptable, and ready-made sauces... we won't be back anytime soon. Very tasty food and friendly service; we were completely satisfied. Even at Easter, the food arrived relatively quickly, and the service was friendly and relaxed... 👍🐰

If it has to be Italian, then please (La Casa di San Giuseppe) and please a bit more Italian ambiance.

A very nice Italian restaurant with a pleasant atmosphere. A large selection of vegetarian dishes, which are clearly labeled. The food is delicious, the staff is friendly. And, not unimportantly, the restrooms are nice and clean.

This was my third time eating there, and each time it was delicious. The food is very high quality and highly recommended. The service is good and unobtrusive. The chef spontaneously agreed to have a little fun with us after the photo session. The aperitif was delicious. Highly recommended.

I'm not usually one for giving reviews. We were here in a small group. The food was brought and served quickly and efficiently. The quality is top-notch. Overall, the value for money is good; a little pricey in places, but the taste is very good. The service is attentive and, depending on the server, even playful. We will always remember the restaurant fondly. We felt very comfortable as guests here.

I went there with my partner today and we each had a pizza (salami and ham). The pizza tasted delicious, was nice and hot, and the service was very warm and friendly. The price is reasonable, too; highly recommended.

I'm not usually one to write reviews, but since I'm practically a regular at St. Josefshaus, I'd like to invite other people to dine there as well. Delicious food with a beautiful ambiance and friendly service. In my opinion, a must-visit if you're ever in Bad Camberg. Highly recommended!

We were very impressed with the restaurant, the food and the service.

We had onion soup there today as a starter, which was good. For the main course, we had three types of baked pasta and a plate of spaghetti with Bolognese. Both dishes were delicious.

Dear Bad Camberg 🧡 visitors, if you stroll through the beautiful old town and the market square, you will quickly come across the great restaurant Pizzeria St. Josefshaus. The super friendly hosts anticipated my every wish, the food was excellent, and the wine was of the highest quality. I'm already looking forward to being a guest again soon or being booked for an event.

We were here with a group of 30 people, and it was wonderful. Our drink orders were taken and served promptly. Then the pre-ordered food arrived, which everyone enjoyed. That's what makes it fun. Many thanks to the team at St. Josefshaus! We'd love to come back next time we're in the area.

I recommend the ridiculously overpriced spaghetti al olio. As a restaurant owner, I would be ashamed to serve such a meager portion, and not even hot. I therefore won't even award a star, but will warn you against visiting. Unfortunately, a review without a star is not possible.

Great location on the market square. Indoor and outdoor seating. The food was good. Service was good, too. The menu was quite long and extensive.

The food was delicious and well-prepared. Portions were generous. The prices were reasonable. Great location right in the center of BC. The building's history is interesting. Service was OK. Card payments are accepted, but only inside the restaurant. It's a great place to eat as a group. The schnitzel is recommended. Reservations are recommended. Unfortunately, the outdoor area is very small.

Unfortunately, it was a bit disappointing. The salami pizza was very soft. The mushrooms were okay. The goat cheese had little flavor. It was too little for €13. The bread was very dry. The meat dishes didn't impress us either.

Delicious food. Excellent service, and very reasonable prices. Special requests are also accommodated whenever possible. We'll be back!

Unfortunately, another place where the food isn't meant to delight the customer. Frozen goods and low-priced ingredients are served without care. No soap in the restroom completes the impression. It's a shame, considering the location on the market square is good.

The staff wasn't very friendly. The food was expensive, small, and not very tasty. The mushrooms on the mushroom pizza were from a jar, and the bread was very dry. The chicken breast was unfortunately not a fresh fillet. The restrooms were very small and lacked natural light. The soap was just water and empty.

A lovely restaurant right on Bad Camberg's market square. It also has a lovely ambiance. The service was good, and the pizza was truly delicious.

Friendly staff. Helpful and courteous. Here you can enjoy delicious food and the ambiance. The old town of Bad Camberg is generally very beautiful, and the restaurant fits perfectly into the old town. Rustic, bright, friendly, yet modern. The pizza is a dream. Absolutely delicious. We felt at home every time and would gladly return.

For dinner, I ordered a small Caprese salad, which unfortunately wasn't at all impressive – the tomatoes were flavorless (you have to be pretty unconcerned with a minimum level of quality to offer them to customers during the season), the mozzarella was equally bad, and the olives (the cheap ones from a jar) and the bread were half-dried. I'm glad I didn't order more. The price, however, was correspondingly exorbitant. 👎

We were a group of 4 people and unfortunately we were thoroughly disappointed. It took between 5-10 minutes until we were greeted at the table - and there was no one else in the dining room apart from us. The food: I had asparagus cream soup - the tastes are different here, I had to add a lot of seasoning. Unfortunately, I picked up a long, light hair straight from the soup - and of course I let it go back. I would have liked an appropriate reaction here, but unfortunately, no apology, nothing. Just wondering if I want a new one. We still had pizza (here you would have the feeling that you had a TK version - just our personal opinion) vegetables, sauces, fish, meat ... everything without really taste. We then paid and quickly moved to another restaurant in Camberg - and experienced exactly the opposite. Service is definitely possible different...sorry, we won't be back.

The Ristorante-Pizzeria St. Josefshaus is located directly on the beautiful market square in Bad Camberg. There are plenty of parking spaces all around. You can eat in the pleasant atmosphere or have your food delivered to your home. We've tried both options and were always very satisfied. Whether it was a delicious pizza, a meat dish, or a tasty salad, all the dishes were top-notch in terms of quality and more than adequate in terms of size. The price-performance ratio is also good.

Very good pizza at reasonable prices. No toppings are carelessly slapped on from the discounter, but covered with fresh things and a lot of quality. With a group of almost 20 people, everyone was able to eat together. This speaks for good consultation and coordination in the kitchen. The location in the beautiful city center makes the whole thing even more attractive.

It's a shame about the restaurant's good reputation. We were there on Christmas Day. Several times before that. Big disappointment started with the menu. Very little selection, 30% price increase since December 15th, 2024. We ordered salad as a starter, instead of salad they wanted to serve us potato soup. Rump steak instead of medium, well done, side dish potatoes half black. When paying, they refused to cancel the potato soup that we had not eaten. Paid with cash, the cashier disappeared without a word with the remaining money. It's a shame, we won't go there anymore.

We were there for dinner on Christmas Day. The food and service itself were good. There was a small map on which the prices were sometimes significantly higher than usual. The steak was 10 euros more expensive than on the normal menu.

The Josefshaus offers a good mix of quality and atmosphere. The rump steak was tender and juicy, well cooked. The service was friendly and attentive. The beautiful location in the old town is a big plus. A small point of criticism: The side vegetables and the onion soup could be a little more refined. The final kick in the taste was missing here. All in all, a recommendation for a nice evening. I'd love to come back. 👌🏻

We celebrated our wedding in the restaurant. The service was great, the planning went smoothly and the price-performance ratio was also okay. All of our decoration requests could be implemented perfectly and the restaurant was super hospitable and flexible. We had a wonderful day and all the guests said afterwards how great they thought it was there. At our request, the champagne reception was also held on the market square. Thank you for everything. :)

We celebrated our small but lovely wedding there and relied completely on the St. Josefshaus. Everyone thanked us for the good choice of food. We hereby pass this on to St. Josefshaus. The wedding was in spring, unfortunately I'm only now able to rate it.

It's a shame if you're there as a single person and are sent to another table. The table would be reserved. No sign on it. I should have asked for a free seat when I entered. There is no indication that the staff is seating the guests. How are you supposed to know that then? Shortly afterwards, new guests arrived and sat at the other table without asking the staff. Surely it should be reserved? It's a shame that this suggests to the customer that it's his fault. Then it would be better to be honest, you would have understood that and the customer deserves that. Always satisfied so far, I find the behavior to be rude and disrespectful towards the customer. In addition, the staff came across as very arrogant. Luckily, there are plenty of other restaurants to choose from that you can visit on your own and recommend to friends. There was also no vinegar or oil for the salad.

We were there for dinner in a large group, but unfortunately the service was unfriendly, almost arrogant. We wanted to order food right away with the drinks because the children were hungry, but the waiter refused to let us do so. It took a very long time until our order was finally taken. The food was average at best, but the price was way too high. Unfortunately, the children had ordered the schnitzel, which was of poor quality, the schnitzel and fries were probably frozen (perhaps an Italian restaurant simply shouldn't offer something like that). Then it took forever until we could pay. Unfortunately not recommended.

We were at St. Josefhaus for the first time this evening and were pleasantly surprised. Everything fine.

Today we (3 people) used the delivery service for the first time and ordered rump steak with herb butter, vegetables and fried potatoes three times. The delivery time was stated as 45 minutes, which is completely OK for a Saturday evening. But...the food came after a sensational 25 minutes! Here is a short review: - Quality of food: very good - Quantity of food: very good - Delivery time: very good / sensational - Price/performance ratio: good Overall, very good / 5 stars.

You feel very comfortable because the staff is very friendly and accommodating. It was topped off by the great food. The pasta was on point and the pizza bread is a poem. A successful evening. Always my pleasure. 😊
