Food not bad, the staff really nice there and speak English.

Unterwegs gewesen in Pforzheim. Gegoogelt nach Mittagessen, auf dieses Restaurant gestoßen. Superschnell zubereitet, frisch und lecker,sehr appetitlich gerichtet(Sushi).sauberer Laden bis hin zu den Toiletten. Hätte gern etwas mehr Ente gehabt aber ansonsten alles top.

1 Stunde Wartezeit, Pad Thai war mit Bandnudeln, statt mit Reisnudeln, die Bandnudeln war nicht richtig gekocht. Auch der Papayasalat, sowie Lachssushi war auch nicht besonders. Man musste an der Kasse Essen und Getränke bestellen und bezahlen, für weitere Getränke musste man wieder runter zur Kasse.

Sehr modern eingerichtet und großräumig, trotzdem gemütlich. Leider etwas kalt auf der großen Fläche. Wir waren Freitag abends zu viert essen. Der Laden war bis auf einzelne leer. Das kam uns sehr komisch vor, da es einladend aussah. Etwas Musik würde dem abendlichen Ambiente noch gut tun. Nun zum Essen. Es war leider enttäuschend. Das Glasnudelgericht war total verkocht und hatte einen komischen Beigeschmack. Das Tofu schmeckte sauer. Leider nicht wieder und keine Empfehlung! Großer Nachbesserungsbedarf was Geschmack (und Frische) angeht.

Had dinner there yesterday, it was very cold in the restaurant. The food was ok, a bit soy-heavy and the chicken tasted strange. Shushi was fine. Service was top. However, I have had severe stomach pain and nausea since yesterday evening... It's a shame...

Very good food and reasonably priced

A lot of effort was put into setting this up, it looks really great. But it was freezing cold, many guests sat eating in full gear with their jackets. (Heating broken or turned off centrally...) The food itself is very well processed (great sauce etc), the ingredients - especially the meat - chicken in our case - and the potatoes taste very inferior. I also had stomach cramps afterwards and wouldn't eat there again. Too bad!

Very good food in a nice atmosphere. We spontaneously had lunch there and were lucky. My duck was super tender and very tasty. Vegetables crunchy and the Thai curry sauce also very good. The sushi for dinner was also very tasty. We can absolutely recommend the restaurant

Worst Pad Thai I've ever eaten in Germany, these aren't even the right Pad Thai noodles (I have Thai cooking training) Apart from that, it's terribly expensive and this for a restaurant whose service is comparable to a school cafeteria 15 euros meal 4 euros drink with self-service and take your own cutlery??

Very tasty food. I had the Garlic Beef, the meat was super tender and the vegetables were crunchy. Very good value for money and a clear recommendation.

I drove past spontaneously and took everything with me. A young lady took my order. She was new, probably her first day, but she was very friendly and her colleagues supported her and together we got my order done. The food was very tasty, but in my opinion the price was a bit too expensive for 2 people. But I'll stop by often.

I went there and ordered number 5, rice with chicken and vegetables. After a short wait the food was already there, but the chicken tasted very strange and “stale”. When I asked the waitress about it, she just smelled my food and said everything was fine.

3.5 There are better Asian restaurants in the city when it comes to food. Clean, spacious, different model of the order. You have to take the drinks with you... too bad there are no trays...

Food was somewhat okay We had to carry cutlery and drinks to the table ourselves, which I find a bit strange. I was surprised that we didn't have to pick up the food 🤣 I asked the waitress for ashtrays and she said you can get them over there Coke from the machine tasted like water from the machine And when I paid, the waitress didn't give me enough money All in all a disaster in my opinion.

Food arrived quickly. The garlic beef was also really good. Tender meat and crunchy peppers. Unfortunately, the Pokebowl isn't quite there. Tofu and vegetables were very dry. You can also see it in the picture. Very unfortunate.

The Phad Thai and Phad See Ew were so yummy. Wee also had the Crispy Salmon Sushi roll and it was divine! We are from Seattle and we were very impressed with the food. The only thing that would be better is if they had air conditioning. It was a hot day and it was pretty warm eating inside.

We have been enjoying the delicious dishes at Wok on Fire in Pforzheim at least 2-3 times a week for a long time and have never been disappointed! The fresh ingredients, fantastic taste and friendly service make every visit a highlight. Wok on Fire is an absolute asset to the gastronomy in Pforzheim - keep it up!

The restaurant is nicely designed but the drinks taste like disinfectant and the beef from the garlic beef dish has an extremely strange consistency. We were there for the opening of the restaurant. Things were much better back then.

If you don't like raw chicken, you should avoid eating here. In both dishes it was still slimy and inedible.

The food in the restaurant is delicious and the atmosphere is also quite good. Only on the upper floor of the restaurant does it seem a bit “empty”. What I wouldn't order again is the sushi. It was ok but not what I imagined. The sushi that was delivered, however, was absolutely not okay. The other dishes, however, are great and the price/performance ratio is also good. You definitely can't go wrong with a meal at Wok on Fire.

I would like to emphasize in advance that my negative review primarily relates to Wok on Fire's rather poor delivery service, although I can only agree with some of the comments such as uncleared tables etc. on site. It's always been like that when we've been to the restaurant... But it never caused me to give a bad review because the service and food were usually good enough to ignore it. However, this is no longer the case after our last order, because at some point I also get fed up - and that's saying something. Since we are currently moving, we have been ordering more often lately, including from Wok on Fire. No order went smoothly, either something was missing or the wrong item arrived. The first few times the Uber drivers were so nice and took care of it. However, the last person then asked me to contact the restaurant. Actually no problem. I thought. The man on the phone was anything but willing to correct the restaurant's mistake. He secretly discussed with his colleague simply telling me that they don't even offer the item. He repeatedly named the dish differently, probably to prove that it wasn't on the menu? When I said I had a screenshot of the order, they said we should just eat the item that was delivered incorrectly and order what we wanted again next time. Um no, sorry. If I had wanted a surprise menu, I would have gone somewhere that offered that. And no, there won't be a next time either! Customer service is different!

Soooo great service! When we said we were fasting, we were given dates 🥺 and the food was brought to break the fast. The food always tastes good anyway! ❤️

I don't like this self-service system that much. Unfortunately, the lady at the checkout couldn't understand me very well. And then, due to the bad advice, I unfortunately had a dish that I didn't like at all. Probably doesn't know her own dishes either. According to the description, the other dish should be very spicy. Unfortunately it wasn't spicy, just slightly spicy. Portion is also too small for men. Overall very lightly seasoned. Local is very nice. And everyone was very, very friendly. - I would like to have better knowledge of the service staff and what exactly is in the wok sauces. - Larger portions, especially for the normal dishes - the sharpness could be better

Sehr gute Auswahl an leckeren Gerichten, die frisch zubereitet werden. Leider nur etwas teuer! 🤔 Der Service ist sehr gut und das Personal sehr freundlich. Das Ambiente ist sehr schön. Die Waschräume und WCs sind wunderschön eingerichtet. Leider ist das Toilettenpapier 🧻 aus den Spenderboxen nicht zu entnehmen. Des Weiteren kam nicht überall Handwaschseife aus den Spendern.

Das Essen ist Super! Aber man zahlt an der Kasse, holt sich die Getränke und Besteck selbst, Falls man etwas dazubestellen möchte muss man wieder an die Kasse...finde ich schade....Und auf der obere Etage war kalt.

Einer der besten Läden in Pforzheim! Das Essen schmeckt immer extrem frisch und lecker. Das Gemüse ist total knackig und die Gerichte sind sehr abwechslungsreich :) Ich empfehle dir Gerichte Garlic Beef (7), Pad See Ew (6), Pad Thai (1), Pad Kha Prao (5) und die Bankog Suppe. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist auch super. Die Bedingungen/Besitzer sind immer super freundlich. Ich habe schon viele Wok Gerichte probiert und alle haben sehr gut geschmeckt.

Einfach alles in allem super. Frische Gemüse das ich noch nie gegessen hatte.

Das Ambiente ist ganz schön. Leider waren die Tisch unsauber, nicht gereinigt. Das hat uns nicht gefallen. Das Essen war ok, hat unseren Geschmack nicht getroffen (kann natürlich auch an uns liegen). Deshalb die Bewertung wie bewertet.

Die Atmosphäre ist sehr schön, vor allem oben im 2.Stock, Essen kommt schnell und man kann sich sein Essen auch selbst zusammen stellen (Reis oder Nudeln, mit verschiedene Beilagen, verschiedenen Toppings, Soßen…). Nur die Soßen hat man bei mir nicht sehr stark heraus geschmeckt und ich hatte kaum Ananas im Essen, obwohl ich diese dazu bestellt hatte. Das Personal ist aber sehr freundlich.

Ich war heute das Erste und Letzte Mal dort. Hatte lediglich gebratene Nudeln mit Gemüse bestellt...für stolze 11,50€ für eine kleine Box zum Mitnehmen!!!! Das Essen hat nur nach Sojasoße und Salz geschmeckt. Konnte es nicht essen. Auch als ich wartete hat man erst alles andere eingeräumt bevor mein Essen gemacht wurde. In Summe neuer ever....

Ich war dort an einem total verregnetem kalten Novembertag, weil ich unbedingt einen Kaffee trinken wollte, und obwohl ich nichts Essen wollte, wurde ich vom Team herzlich begrüsst und hatte eine sehr kurzen aber angenehmen Aufenthalt, bei dem ich mich gut aufwärmen konnte! Beim nächsten Mal werde ich sicherlich auch etwas dort essen!

Durchschnittlich! Man kann essen, aber für das Geld sollte es mehr Geschmack geben und Service geben.

Gutes asiatisches Essen. Schnell, lecker und gut portioniert.

Liegt Zentral in der Stadt. Gibt einige Parkplätze, die meistens besetzt sind. Moderne und freundliche Einrichtung. Was mich stört ist das man an der Kasse aussuchen und bestellen muss.

Haben dort Essen zum mitnehmen geholt. Personal war mega freundlich und die Wartezeit sehr kurz. Das Essen hat gut geschmeckt. Bei Gelegenheit gerne mal wieder.

Das Essen und der Service war waren überragend gut! Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir waren mit Kleinkind dort essen und ich kann die schlechte Rezension bezüglich "kinder unfreundlich, Kind soll ordentlich essen" etc nicht unterschreiben. Wir haben extra einen Hochstuhl bekommen und alles waren super lieb zu unserer Kleinen! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! NACHTRAG wir haben heute essen zum Abholen bestellt. Leckeres Essen in schönem Ambiente. Selbstbedienungsrestaurant (man bestellt an der Theke und bekommt dann an den Tisch geliefert). Gibt bestimmt hochwertiger zubereitete Speisen, ich war zufrieden und fand es sehr lecker. Man schaut den Köchen beim Wok-Schwenken oder Sushi-Machen zu, nettes Entertainment. Sehr beeindruckt hat der super flinke und höfliche Restaurantleiter (?), der von der Kasse über das Mit-Anrichten der Speisen bis zum Servieren alles gemanaget hat.

War absolut super da! Das Essen war sehr frisch und lecker, ich habe mir selbst etwas zusammen gestellt, und für den Preis war das auch eine sehr große Portion, das war ich echt positiv überrascht. Es ging auch schnell, dass unser Essen gebracht wurde und die Bedienung war echt nett und lustig drauf. Durch die Einrichtung, die sehr neu und stilvoll ist, fühlt man sich wie in einem echt hochwertigen Restaurant, was das Essen nur unterstützt und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Eins der besten Thai Restaurants, in dem ich je war und definitiv eins der besten Restaurants in Pforzheim. Trotz des Namens gibt es auch viel, das mild ist und nicht scharf. Würde dort immer wieder essen und kann es absolut empfehlen!

Mein Besuch bei Wok on Fire war insgesamt angenehm, obwohl es ein paar Dinge gab, die mir aufgefallen sind. Das Essen, das ich bestellt habe - die Ente mit Currysoße, schmeckte ziemlich ziemlich ziemlich mild für asiatische Verhältnisse. Obwohl auf der Speisekarte scharf angegeben war, fehlte es an der erwarteten Schärfe. Das hat mich sehr überrascht. Eine weitere ungewöhnliche Erfahrung war, dass man sein Besteck und Servietten selbst holen musste, ähnlich wie bei einem “All You Can Eat”-Restaurant. Das hat mir persönlich ein wenig seltsam erschienen. Trotzdem muss ich sagen, dass das Essen an sich gut geschmeckt hat. Daher vergebe ich 4 Sterne. Leider kann ich keine halben Sterne vergeben, sonst wären es 3,5 Sterne geworden. Insgesamt war mein Besuch bei Wok on Fire positiv, und ich würde das Restaurant trotz der genannten Punkte weiterempfehlen.

Es gibt viele vegane/vegetarische Speisen zur Auswahl. Sehr frisch und lecker! Portionen machen satt. Bedienung ist sehr freundlich. Nur preislich etwas hoch.

Ich war zum ersten mal hier und es hat mir gut gefallen. Servicepersonal war hilfsbereit bei der Auswahl. Werde bestimmt nochmals vorbeikommen.

Ich habe Ente Thai Curry Deluxe bestellt. Es war köstlich. Man schmeckt dass die Zutaten frisch sind. Die Ente ist sehr knusprig und die frischen Bambussprossen geben den Gericht Ihre markante Note. Das Gericht an sich ist pikant bis scharf. Genau so wurde es auch serviert.

This food was excellent, and it was a clean, contemporary dining area with a pleasing atmosphere. I was in two minds about coming here as this establishment lacked table service, and therefore was a little impersonal. Get used to that, and it offers a great Thai/asian meal. Would have liked a more simple soup on the menu, as a starter. No complaints otherwise.

Es war einfach lecker, frisch und warm. Schmeckt einfach toll. Service ist auch sehr freundlich. Die Dekoration wie das Restaraunt gestaltet wurde find eich ganz toll. Eine sehr schöne und warme Atmosphäre. Nur zum weiterempfehlen

Super leckeres Essen mit einer eigenwilligen Note, die man mögen muss. Wir sind vier Personen, wovon 3 das Essen lieben und eine es halbwegs genießbar empfindet. „On Fire“ ist eben Programm und so schmecken viele Gerichte leicht „smoked“. Nicht jedermanns Sache, aber den meisten von uns schmeckt‘s. Das Ambiente und der Service sind top.

Ich habe mir Reis mit Gemüse und Huhn bestellt zum to go. Es war geschmeckt einfach wie eine pampe. 1 Getränk und diese pampe-14 € nicht lecker, teuer . Sehr schade. Ich habe Hälfte Portion einfach weggeschmissen.
