W.n.9 - Oyster bar and kitchen in Berlin

Was here last night. Seldom eaten such good fish in Berlin and the price is very good for the quality delivered. Wine and Campari were also very good. Thanks for the nice evening, we'll definitely be back!

I was born on the Mediterranean and have finally found a place in Berlin where I can eat real fish. And, without being "robbed" :) Thanks guys, keep it up!!!

The restaurant is a must when visiting Berlin. A small cosy and creative restaurant. The food is fish but nice small courses. I had the moules frites and it was amazing. We had gin fizz as mocktail - perfect! Very very nice👍

I recently visited this exceptional oyster bar that truly exceeded my expectations. I had the oysters that were incredibly fresh, bursting with flavor, and the mussels were a standout—plump, perfectly cooked, and absolutely delicious. The warm, welcoming staff added to the delightful experience, making the atmosphere as inviting as the food was delectable. Love this place, it is a gem for those who want to have romantic dinner and into seafood of course!!

The service is really friendly, attentive and helpful! Helped us with the wine choices and recommended some food. The shared menu for 2 is the perfect amount of food and very diverse. We LOVED the food, just personally I think it's a bit too pricey. Will come back for the tuna tartare pasta and the octopus though :)

I had an amazing solo party at this place. I was alone for my birthday in Berlin, so I went there to treat myself with something unique. The staff was great, and the food was delicious, too. I will come back next time I am in Berlin. Loved it very much

Great atmosphere and really nice food. Their orange wines were killer! The shrimp in shrimp oil (shrimp^2) was my favorite part.

Delicious, some things quite overpriced, but the worst: 2/3 of us got a nasty food poisoning...

Lovely attentive staff and nice ambiance but the food quality doesn’t justify the price. Seafood plates were bad and the mussels very average with very little to no sauce at the bottom of the pot. The wine is overpriced as well.

Super nice restaurant We went there for a birthday and I have to say it was an amazing experience. Italian bar that is not stereotypical Italian but still feel the warmth of the culture. Kudos for the amazing cocktails and risotto 🫶🫶 Super super recommended

It used to be one of our favorite places in Berlin. Now that the owner has changed, everything has gotten worse, from the price to the taste to the atmosphere. I don't think we will ever return. We are saddened by the loss of one of our favorite restaurants.

I had the pleasure to have dinner in this place. The service was super friendly and professional. The environment was welcoming, relaxed and the music gave a pleasant vibe. Food was on point, I really recommend the Lemon chitarra plate with tuna tartare, the polpo and the cloud lily cocktail! Enjoy!!!

We went there with high expectations. Just 2 people to serve the tables and prepare the drinks so service is pretty slow. Food is ok but portions extremely small for what you pay for.

Service quiet friendly even if they forgot to bring the tap water but just overpriced. I got the fish plates and it was good quality fish but no sauce/salt, just cut and small portions. There were nothing as side dish only bread and it costed 29€. My friend got the moules and it was super small portions too. Most of the comments here are not for this restaurant bit for lipopette who was at the same place before.

Cosy place, good food ( Caponata is a must to try ), and the service is very friendly. The have their own signature cocktails, perfect for both aperitivo or dinner.

I'm quite disappointed and may not return to this restaurant. It has gone from being an authentic favorite of mine in Berlin to something that might be worse than the average in the Neukölln area. This place used to be a beloved spot for me with its delicious dishes that made you feel at home. However, everything has changed, from the bread to the main courses. 1) Bread: Be cautious if you're thinking of adding extra bread because you'll receive a different kind that's difficult to chew. 2) Moules Frites: First time to try the moules frites which is absolutely tasteless. It lacked the buttery goodness and especially the white wine flavor. It used to be rich in umami with garlic and plenty of parsley, but now it's just overly salty. It's really disappointing. As for the fries, they're worse than what you'd get at McDonald's. Very low quality product..You might be better off getting fries from the kebab place nearby. 3) Wine : became more expensive but worse taste. For €30, you could find really really great wine in other tons of places in NK. Additionally, it took approximately an hour to receive our main dishes. Even after that long wait, what I received was truly disappointing, so that's another negative point to consider.

What a charm in Neukölln! The mussels are perfectly seasoned, the staffs are friendly and polite, the owner is genuine and kind :) the chill Vibe accompanied with chatters and laughters from the guests just sweetened this summer evening :) if you wanna explore berlin, definitely should come by try out!

Austern frisch, die Fischplatte als Hauptgericht etwas mager, der Service nett aber zuweilen unaufmerksam, das Ambiente schön. Insgesamt fand ich das Preis - Leistungs- Verhältnis nicht berauschend. Andererseits: wo bekommt man sonst frische Austern und Meeresfrüchte in Neukölln???

Highly recommend this place. Very friendly service, great comfortable atmosphere. We had the tasting menu with wine pairing. Every dish was 10/10. Will definitely be coming back.

I recently dined at this restaurant and was disappointed by the high prices and lackluster quality. The food didn't live up to expectations, lacking flavor and creativity. The portion sizes were small for the hefty price tags (mussels were half of what is shown on Google pics here). While the service was very nice, it couldn't compensate for the subpar food. Overall, I can't recommend this place as it fails to offer good value for money :-/

The staff was friendly and kind, providing excellent service. The food was delicious, and each dish was full of flavor. Overall, it was an awesome dining experience that I would recommend :)

herrlich unaufgeregt und entspannt! wir haben am freitagabend spontan vorbei geschaut und einen tisch bekommen! wir hatten eine schöne Flasche Franciacorta sparkling wine, 4 niederländische Austern (super üppig), Muscheln und Fritten, thunfisch tatar und noch ne flasche wasser und haben dafür um die 80€ bezahlt. für uns ein fairer preis, für geschmack & geselligkeit!

We booked a table for Sunday evening, from 10 dishes on the menu, they only offered 3, the pasta we had in the end were not the one from the menu, and didn't taste so much. We also had the mussels, which I found overcooked and rather heavy. The oysters were great. Overall, we paid quite a lof of money but the food was not so great. Everyone was friendly but also generally confused with the service. Our feedback simply reflects the vibe we got from the place.

Visiting Germany, my friend Julia arranged a spot at W.n.9 Oyster Kitchen, a quaint restaurant that beamed golden age cinema on a textured white surface and boasted witty hospitality. Bar-like in atmosphere and furniture, I entered a paradox as the food rendered me focused and full of praise. Newly accustomed to such culinary expertise and structure, the courses served challenged me with their complexity of flavor and variety. However, like a good record, its ending paints a coherent narrative and vibe. Highlights included the octopus, whose firm but inviting bite was enhanced by its sauce. The Clams innards were repurposed into savory delicacies. The asparagus stalks were a lovely green and surrounded by a creamy white flavoring, though unfortunately not plentiful enough. Lastly, the blueberry pannacotta dessert immersed me in its foam-like texture and milky taste. The plates were pretty but never overly decorative. Overall the outing was brilliant, opening my eyes to the rich taste of Berlin. Kudos to Chef Mattia Felici.

Wonderful place for fine dining! the restaurant sustains a traditional and authentic vibe. The ambience was very nice with big band swing and ballad jazz music playing. The food drinks and desert were very good! My best eating experience in Berlin during my trip. Would highly recommend this place and will absolutely return on my next trip to Berlin.

Great little place. Been there years ago and again recently for Valentine’s Day. For dinner, the Moules-frites in white wine sauce are the star of the show, and the actual wines are good as well. Reasonably affordable for good food, sizable portions, and a nice cozy atmosphere. Will be back and continue to recommend!

Seafood looked great (I didn’t try, but the people I went with liked it) and price seems to be okay. I had beef cheeks (wasn’t on the menu) and they were really good but not too much of a portion. All neatly decorated and well thought through. Would recommend for a change. Nice staff and well.

The service was top and so was the food. It has this Jazzy, old movie vide. A little bit pricey but the food was worth it

Had dinner tonight here and loved the food, we had Tuna Tataki, Moules Frites and Pasta Gambas (prawn). All were very well done, the mussels exceptionally fresh and tasty and well portioned. Pasta and breads were high standard. We were really pleased we went. There was a bit of a wait after our tuna tataki starter (which was heaven) but the relaxed atmosphere made it fine to wait. I would recommend two dishes per person as the Tuna Tataki was a small portion. Service was really attentive and lovely. We’ll be coming again.
