Friendly staff and super delicious food; the rump steak was cooked to perfection. We'll be back; highly recommended.

The food was freshly prepared and delicious. The service was friendly and attentive. Thanks for the water for the dogs. :-)))). And the ambiance was rustic and cozy. What more could you want?

Like all the years before, very tasty food 🥰

Staff overwhelmed, Pilsner wasn't selling well and instead of offering the guests an alternative drink they made them wait 35 minutes. The drinks finally arrived and the Pilsner was stale (complaint). The same thing happened with 3 tables. After 45 minutes the food arrived and when everyone finally had their food the cutlery came too. Complaints about the food were ignored and then forgotten. Food was cold. Service staff were never present. At least 6 tables got up and left during our time there because they weren't served or were ignored. No communication with the guests, nothing!!! If you wanted something to drink you had to go to the counter. 59 euros for bad service and food without an apology that it turned out that way. Never again. I have to say that when we showed up 6 tables were occupied. Not a big deal.

We stopped in spontaneously and were positively impressed. Super friendly and attentive staff; lovingly prepared food that was a feast for the eyes and palate. The modern ambiance rounded out our overall impression of this place. This certainly won't be our last visit 🌸

Very good but long waiting time

Waiting over 40 minutes even for drinks is absolutely unbearable. Waiting almost an hour for the dishes, after having asked twice, is mind-blowing. We were about to get up and leave. But almost everything was closed and we had to stay. Other customers who waited without complaining were treated the same way. The beer finally arrived, but it was almost thrown on our table. The pork schnitzel was average. The chicken schnitzel (it was a small thigh) was acceptable in taste but not due to the small portions. €19 each. I think there are better options out there.

The price-performance ratio wasn't right on our visit. We were disappointed by the quality of the food and drinks.

Given the prices charged, guests expect the owner to strive for perfection. My partner and I both had the 200g flank steak, which currently costs €32 including herb butter without any other side dishes. With two sides and two drinks each, the bill came to €101. Two points of criticism: a) My partner's steak was very good, but half of mine was riddled with inedible gristle, and the staff confirmed this. The only goodwill offered was a free espresso or a dessert of my choice. But since I wasn't in the mood for that, I was just out of luck. b) The €6 baguette is just a heavily toasted slice of baguette. Well, as a guest on vacation, you sometimes go through a lot, and the owner seems to know that. I would like to highlight two of the extra side dishes: sour cream and mushrooms.

Not necessarily. The service is excellent, the beer is tasty, but the food wasn't good for us. The steak was too stringy, the fried potatoes (which we paid extra for) weren't enough. The cordon bleu was overcooked, hoping to get rid of the strange pork smell. As I said, the service and the beer were excellent!

An absolute must for steak lovers! The steaks at Willy’s Steakhouse – part of the fairytale hotel – are grilled to perfection, juicy, tender and full of flavor. Here you can notice the quality and skill of the kitchen. The ambience is cozy and lovingly designed, exactly how you want it. The portions are also generous and the rest of the food is in no way inferior to the steaks. The team is friendly and attentive - I would particularly like to highlight the restaurant manager, who ensures everything runs smoothly with passion and professionalism. Price-performance? Absolutely great!

This restaurant is located in Bergen auf Rügen. It's an excellent steakhouse with a selection of very tasty marbled meats. An excellent chef, wonderful dishes, salads, all very delicious and tasty. Wonderful service from waiter and sommelier Ahnn. I hope I wrote it well. An outstanding professional and wonderful person who makes this restaurant an incomparable and outstanding place with great quality and atmosphere. Thank you.

After the change of ownership, the menu was rigorously shortened. The current dishes are also of top quality. The positive thing is that you can sit outside in summer. So - now five out of five...

On a Monday we had a delicious meal at Willy's Steakhouse in Bergen on Rügen. We were served in a friendly and courteous manner. The food deserves special praise.

Just one word - perfect! It tastes very good, very friendly treatment, it's inexpensive and - I personally think this is very important - it's clean, even in the toilet. There is no question about where we will have dinner the next time we visit Bergen.

We were there on a Friday evening and there was probably another event going on at the same time, so the service couldn't quite keep up with the orders. When the time came, everything actually started without any problems. We had flank steak and mine was supposed to be medium rare, but it was still very raw inside. When I asked, I was told that was correct. Oh well

We stayed at the Fairytale Hotel and the steakhouse is right underneath it. So what could be better than eating here? Outside on the terrace in the warm sunshine. The food was amazing - the starter, the main course and the dessert were simply delicious. The service was very friendly. We look forward to next time. Thank you very much.

Ate super tasty. We couldn't understand the 4.2 rating. So the entrecote was super tasty and so was the pasta for the little one. The rump steak was a little firmer, but that's usually the case with rump steak. Otherwise everything was super tasty.

We made reservations for not quite 30 people and, by arrangement, there was a starter soup and then a Russian buffet (bowls of food are on the table). It tasted very good and it was more than enough. As always, the service was friendly and attentive. Thank you for the lovely evening.

The house has a great location in Bergen auf Rügen and is probably one of the oldest there. It has been beautifully and lavishly modernized. The food and the ambience are wonderful. The service is top class. We ate the tomato soup, the 350 g rump steak with salad and garlic bread and Willy's Burger with steakhouse fries. And it was delicious. I can recommend everyone to visit. We were there on Fridays in December and there is always a mulled wine party, which was well received. Always happy.

I would be happy to make a reservation for a visit just in case, but I had no problem with that. The food is delicious and the waiting times were very short for me. It wasn't that crowded during the week. Allergies and special requests such as the cooking point of the meat are easily catered for here . And the steak was also as requested 👍😊

The steaks are always grilled to perfection, and seasonal dishes complement the menu wonderfully. There are always little surprises, whether in dessert or salad. Service and cuisine have been excellent for years. We always look forward to our next visit to Willy's Steakhouse in Bergen.

Foreword: The experience dates back to our vacation 4 years ago. It's quite possible that things are different now. Subject to change once we get back there. Ate there at the end of the Baltic Sea vacation. The price-performance ratio is not right here at all!!! There really wasn't anything going on with customers, but the two waiters were hopelessly overwhelmed. Food being brought to the wrong table was the least noticeable thing. In detail: In this establishment they don't even know how to cook a steak: my rump steak was supposed to be medium-well - it was bloody. The waiter responded to my complaint with: "Now what? What should I do?" My jaw dropped. After some discussion, he took it with him and brought it back 5 minutes later. It was simply placed in the pan where it was cut. The rest was still rare-medium. The Mediterranean vegetable is pepper.. Slightly cooked 🤦🏽‍♂️the garlic baguette was cooked black and the dip for the baked potato tasted very artificial. At the end there was liquid chocolate cake... We looked for something liquid in vain. When I asked the staff, they said, "At least it was warm..." simply unbelievable 🙄 The crowning achievement was the accounting. My parents invited us and our child. And so my father, who wanted to pay with an EC card, was presented with TWO invoices: Once the entire meal and the second the dessert... Since the 2 different waiters each took it... An apology for all inconveniences... Or just for a single one... none. Request for an espresso etc. - no trace. Accommodation with the RE amount.. Where can I think of... I know it's hard to have good staff, etc. But everything here oozes so much incompetence. This place just isn't worth the name steakhouse. Unfortunately I can't give 0 or minus stars. PS: Bringing a dog is no problem.

We were there in the early afternoon, there aren't that many guests then. Nice staff, good atmosphere, certainly nice in the evenings. The food we ordered was simple but good. Also ordered 250 grams of asparagus, really good.

Reserved table with 8 people right at the entrance door, sat very cold. Burger lukewarm, schnitzel from the deep fryer. Fries hot and tasted okay.

The restaurant itself is very chic, the waiters are also very nice and friendly 😊 However, the prices for the food are absolutely not justified. Been there three times now, each time it was normal food and not worthy of a steakhouse. Burger was unspectacular, the rump steak, which was actually medium, didn't taste good and was more cooked than medium. So normal food, nothing spectacular. In my opinion, price performance is not fair and not adjusted.

We were warmly welcomed and seated. The ambience is nice and suits the building. An extensive menu: steaks from the lava stone grill, burgers, schnitzel dishes but also pasta and fish. The service was friendly and quick and we enjoyed the food. The restaurant was well attended. Lots of reservations and we were lucky to get a table. So to be on the safe side, it's better to make a reservation than a tip.

Chicken breast was still raw inside. I left it there. It's a shame actually.

Vielen Dank an die Küche für die perfekten Steaks.Die Steaks kamen auf den Punkt gegart,so wie jeweils bestellt.Dies habe ich schon oft anders erlebt.Die Steaks sahen schon lecker aus und zu unserer großen Freude schmeckten sie auch so,saftig und edel im Geschmack. Auch die Bratkartoffeln und die Pilze waren von guter Qualität.Die nette Bedienung rundete den sehr guten Gesamteindruck ab.Wir können dieses Steakhaus sehr empfehlen und kommen mit Sicherheit wieder Den Preis für den Abend bei dieser Fleischqualität empfanden wir sehr fair,wenn man bedenkt was solch ein 350g Steak allein schon im Einkauf kostet und andere Restaurants unverschämter Weise selbst für Hamburger Schnitzel und co aus der Großpackung heutzutage aufrufen. Man kann nur hoffen daß solche Restaurants wie Willys Steakhaus die schwierigen Zeiten überstehen und uns Freunden von gutem Essen erhalten bleiben.

Größtes Manko dieses Restaurant's - ich habe es nicht geschafft ein Foto meines Essens hoch zu laden, es sah einfach viel zu lecker aus und ich habe es vergessen. Ansonsten gibt es hier nichts wovor man sich fürchten muss. Die Dame die uns bediente, las uns von Anfang an alle wünsche direkt von den Augen ab. Das Essen war wie schon beschrieben 'wunderbar'. Das Ambiente ist stimmig und sauber. Alles in allem ärgert man sich das man hier nicht nicht mehr Sterne vergeben kann. 10 Sterne.

Selten so ein gutes Steak gegessen !

Leider war das Essen nicht der Knaller. Tiefkühlkost zu überteuerten Preisen, lieblos auf dem Teller angerichtet und eine Salatbeilage gab es nicht. Schade.

Sehr leckeres Essen und super nettes Personal, sehr zuvorkommend. Wir haben gern dort gegessen und würden es immer wieder tun. Die Preise sind gerechtfertigt und das Essen stimmt.

Das Essen war super lecker. Leider gab es zwei kleine Punkte die nicht so schön waren. An den Rumpsteak war eine fettschwarte. Und das Eis war ohne Früchten obwohl es in der Karte stand. Mussten es trotzdem voll bezahlen. Ansonsten war es super und der service mega freundlich.

Schönes Restaurant, gutes Essen, hervorragende Bedienung. Gerne wieder!
