Very centrally located. Not far from Königsstuhl and Ralswiek

You come into a bright, friendly lobby and are greeted very kindly and attentively. The rooms are spacious and there is plenty of space for clothes in the closets. The bathroom is also very large. Breakfast includes a selection of rolls, bread, croissants, cereals, juice and much more. The extensive offerings also continue at dinner. We ate there ala carte and each time we were served a very tasty meal with large portions. We were thrilled every time. The service in the restaurant, whether at breakfast or dinner, was also attentive and friendly. On the last evening, it was my wife's birthday, the table was festively set for us. Thanks again for that. We would be happy to come back.

I always enjoy visiting the hotel: the rooms are comparatively cheap (with flexibility in terms of time) and very clean. Unfortunately, it's also quite noisy overall - you should have earplugs with you. The wellness area is well maintained and fortunately most guests adhere to the sauna rules. Unfortunately, the service at breakfast needs improvement: on 2 out of 3 days I returned from the buffet and the breakfast I had started had been cleared away. Please explain to the staff what crossed cutlery means.

Girls' weekend on Rügen in a nice, well-located hotel! You can start many wonderful activities from here! The rooms are furnished as standard and the welcome gift is a nice touch! The breakfast buffet is sufficient, but I think serving canned fruit for the muesli buffet is a no-go for a 4 star. The dinner in the form of a menu was very tasty and the staff was friendly and very attentive! The wellness area is still very expandable!!! Very carelessly furnished. The wellness area looks like a waiting room, very cold, there is no music to relax, water is available from plastic cups (and that's 4 stars)...unfortunately the saunas go out after a while and then you have to wait until they are ready for operation again, I can understand that for cost reasons, but it's not very nice for relaxation. Please redesign the wellness area and we'll come back!

Older (not yet renovated) but spacious and very clean room. Very friendly staff everywhere. Wellness area with Finnish sauna (80 degrees - could be a little more) and steam bath. Loungers available, including bathrobes and towels. Access to the outside possible. Fitness room well equipped, a bit older but functional. Good breakfast with enough choice and attentive service. In just a few minutes you can walk to the center of Bergen, there is a large parking lot. We'd love to come back.

A very clean hotel and the entire hotel staff was super funny and friendly!

I can't point out anything that was really good. Unfortunately, it started quite unpleasantly. After a 6 hour drive we wanted to move around Enter our room at 2:30 p.m. (arrival stated at 3 p.m.). Unfortunately it wasn't finished at that time. That means we had to kill time for another half hour. The room was quite good so far. However, all the wood is no longer up to date. Unfortunately, the bathroom trash can was still full from the previous ones. The beds are large and comfortable. Unfortunately, the breakfast was more than disappointing. Firstly, there wasn't a single set table, we had to organize the cutlery etc. ourselves. Unfortunately, at 9 a.m. a lot of things were no longer in stock or only leftovers could be found on the plates. That didn't change even after we were there for half an hour. Our overall conclusion is therefore rather mediocre.

We felt very comfortable. Employees in all areas were very nice and accommodating. The rooms were great and the wellness area was also very good. We had to cancel our trip after 3 days because my husband got sick. Unfortunately there was no refund (that was the only negative point)

Our room was newly renovated and featured a hotel tablet. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom (with a tub-shower) was satisfactory. The location was good, the “center” was within walking distance. There were two bus stops in the immediate vicinity. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

I'm totally disappointed 😞 about the service in the hotel!!!! We wanted to celebrate our wedding there next year and the rooms were available for the date after consultation!!! Should an offer be made to us after a personal conversation!!! 12 days later they say the rooms are not free!! Even though the offer was supposedly already written!!😒🤔 My guess is that a larger group has registered and is preferred!!! Very bad service!!!!

We had to look for a room unexpectedly and the staff has taken care of us 10. Good rooms for their price. A very good breakfast is served.

Great, clean hotel. The breakfast buffet is varied, everyone will find something tasty here. Various cold cuts, sausage, cheese, jam, bread or rolls, muesli, fresh fruit, quark, yoghurt, scrambled eggs, fried eggs, bacam, etc. The employees are all very nice and accommodating, the reception staff have tips for excursion destinations and always have a smile on their faces . We'd love to come back.

First of all I would like to say that it is a very nice hotel. However, it still needs small improvements. The rooms are great👍👍👍. There are two elevators. Everyone has to know for themselves whether they are needed for 3 floors. Ample parking spaces. However, these become scarce when some guests need two parking spaces for one car. The breakfast is sufficient and the selection is above average. There is coffee, milk, cocoa, tea, orange and multijuice. Several types of rolls and bread as well as mini croissants. Scrambled eggs, ham, fried eggs, boiled eggs and sometimes mini sausages or beans,... 6 different jams, 3 types of honey and chocolate spread. Everything for the muesli group. Cold cuts, cheese, both in several varieties. Yoghurt, fruit yoghurt, quark. Bread spread salads. Unfortunately not enough fruit selection. No salad. Now to my criticisms... In our opinion, a lady from the breakfast room staff did not maintain hygiene. She wiped at least 6 tables with the same cloth without washing it in between. All crumbs were thrown under the table. And if you say something, she becomes extremely rude. A complaint from us to the hotel management was then clear. The next day she probably warned her employees about us because she pointed the finger at us. So she probably never learns politeness... The second thing we didn't like was the sheets and pillows. We would find fitted sheets better. But that's a matter of taste. These Lakren were somewhere else in bed every day... And the pillows were barely filled. All the other staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. A big praise !!!!! So really just small points. We would come back at any time.

We can only recommend this hotel. The rooms are very well equipped and clean. The breakfast was sufficient and very tasty. The staff gets 10 points from me. We will definitely come back as soon as possible. THANKS

A special hotel!! Unfortunately we were only there for one night because we were traveling with a travel company at the Störtebeker Festival. Here you have to award additional points to the entire staff. We are already planning a longer vacation!!!

Top hotel, friendly staff, reception staffed 24 hours a day, you can have breakfast until 10:30 with the best regional selection and very good taste. Our 3-bed room was comfortable, spacious and clean. A point deducted because it is difficult to keep the room at a comfortable temperature (no air conditioning when facing south and the outside temperature is 30 degrees until the evening).

Not recommended in any way. Overall, I expected a lot more for 4 stars: Rooms too small (significantly smaller than they appear in the photos), too warm (no air conditioning and opening windows is out of the question because of mosquitoes, not even a hot day), too noisy (walls very thin, doors leak and you can hear Cars and people in the hallway as if they were in the room). Very dry and stale air everywhere. The bathroom light is too bright and the auto. Ventilation system too loud. At 1 a.m. in the middle of the night you can clearly hear whole tour groups walking into the hotel. Therefore, no restful sleep is possible. We were initially given the wrong room number and the room was already occupied! The food seemed very “convenient” from the supermarket and unimaginative, both the breakfast buffet and the dinner. In the evening you share the restaurant with entire tour groups and overall it becomes a loud and uncomfortable atmosphere. The fitness room has a very sparse selection of machines and "modern" equipment. The entire staff seemed extremely cold and dissatisfied with the overall situation, with no trace of hospitality. The price-performance ratio wasn't right from start to finish. The target group is 65+ and tradesmen, and is not recommended for younger people who need fun or relaxation. Big disappointment, it wasn't fun. We therefore canceled our stay on the Baltic Sea and had to pay the full price, even though it was unreasonable to sleep there. We only lasted there for 1 night. Never again!

What I found very cool was that the sauna can be switched on and used independently. Bathrobes and towels are available free of charge in the sauna area. There is a bus stop near the hotel where you can take the bus directly to Binz. What should be mentioned, however, is that the average age is a little higher. But there is no point deducted from the rating because this has nothing to do with the hotel itself. I would book it again at any time, especially because the prices are very moderate.

Everything was super nice and the staff were great. A shower would be ideal if you have trouble with your legs and can't get into the bathtub.

Quite ok location near a bus stop, more than 1km from Bergen train station on Rügen. The place itself has almost nothing to offer.

Friendly and flexible service, good breakfast. However, the rooms do not have air conditioning, which makes the stay very uncomfortable when the sun shines through the window all day. Unfortunately there is also no kettle or tea/coffee in the rooms. Addition: incredibly loud disco music from outside at night; Sleep and recovery impossible!

The location is not the best if you don't have a car. The rooms are clean and relatively modern, but unfortunately without air conditioning. When we moved in there was a negative smell that could only be tolerated with continuous ventilation.

We had another very nice weekend on the island and in the hotel. We have been coming for several years and will continue to book at the Parkhotel when we are on the island.

The location wasn't particularly suitable for our holiday group of 15, as the people were between 70 and 90 years old. The hotel was excellent in service, food and cleanliness. The location is actually good if you arrive by car. The sauna is spacious, the spa area is spacious and well organized. A group of people who travel by bus, but which doesn't stay on site, so that they have to rely on public transport, are a bit at a loss, as the bus ticket is very expensive (15 km costs around €5.50). Nevertheless, all in all a successful holiday trip by visiting the Baltic Sea resorts.

The rooms are quite okay. The bathroom is nice and spacious. Unfortunately the facilities are a bit poor for a "4 star hotel". For example, air conditioning is missing. The room had a large window front and a long window directly under the roof. Without air conditioning it got very warm very quickly. As a night shift worker, sleeping during the day is not pleasant.

A very great clean hotel with very nice and friendly staff. The cuisine is excellent. I felt very comfortable during my stay. I really enjoyed the time.

We were completely satisfied. The only thing we didn't like on Friday evening were the conditions at the bar and at the table. Our glasses remained empty on the table all evening until the end. Furthermore, things didn't look nice at the bar. Empty bottles everywhere, etc. And we had never had the bartender drink a lot at the same time. We are not the kind of people who take care of everything. But that wasn't so nice. Without question, you have to drink at work. But always at the bar???. Otherwise it was a very nice evening.

Everything of importance was good or very good. Lots of thoughtful little details too. Only the croissants could have been tastier, and the drinks stronger. If I consider the quality/price ratio, I place Park in the top 10 of the 150-200 hotels I've stayed at.

I was there with a bus group. There is plenty of parking space and it should be mentioned that it is free. The food selection had something to offer for every taste. The service was very attentive and friendly. The room had everything you need including a mini fridge. Clear recommendation from me

Auction vouchers on eBay, collect the money for them and then you can't redeem them. There's no money back either... Statement from the lady on the phone: we have had a new operator since the beginning of the year and he doesn't want that! Really disappointing considering we've been there so many times. But there are also other hotels on the island!

Very very clean and the service is absolutely perfect. Unfortunately, the evening service seems very stiff and too perfect. A little more humanity and fun would be desirable. However, Mr. H. Ern from the reception does the same again. A very nice and open man who makes you feel more than welcome. The room cleaning is super friendly and very tidy. In principle everything is great, but more attention would be welcome at the breakfast buffet. A nice sausage and cheese platter would make the whole thing absolutely inviting. We would like to thank you for the lovely weekend and will recommend this hotel.

We came that night quite spontaneously. When we arrived we found out that the prices were valid until 12 p.m. Even though the same prices were on the internet for the next day, instead of €101 we now had to pay €136 both times including breakfast. We did. Later we asked ourselves whether there might be a night surcharge. We were able to park very well. The hotel is beautifully decorated. The room as well, even if the bathtub bathroom (as requested) was older and we couldn't have bathed as a couple because it was very narrow and small. The breakfast room was also very nicely designed. You can have breakfast from 6:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. and everything is there until then. The bread probably came 1-2 days in advance! I also eat hard/old bread but I threw that away! There was only a small selection of rolls (grains, regular and cheese). These were very crispy, large and not particularly tasty! Also very counted! So from around 9:00 a.m. there were only 4 rolls left for her. We were told that the kitchen didn't have any more! There were also small croissants. The taste was quite normal, but these were no longer supplied after around 9 a.m.! There were sausages that had probably been in the water for a long time. The scrambled eggs were dead dry! Boiled eggs were not added either. The bacon was also cooked to death. We didn't go to the wellness area. Visually, as I said, very nice, modern, almost too hall-like for me, but food-wise a flop.

25 minutes walk from the main train station, but once you're there, everything is perfect.

The hotel is centrally located, has free parking spaces and offers plenty of scope to explore Rügen, especially by car. The rooms are clean and well maintained. There is a safe and a small refrigerator that you can fill yourself. The prices can be easily compared across platforms, so you can also save money. The staff is nice and competent. The rooms are well equipped, but I was in a room without air conditioning. So it could be very warm in summer. The selection at the breakfast buffet is very good and the food tastes very good. It's best to book the time where you go out to eat because it can get very crowded when there are a lot of visitors. There is also a spa area, but it is best to book something like a massage before you arrive, as it may not be possible spontaneously.

My friend and I spontaneously decided to spend a short vacation on Rügen. This hotel appealed to us right from the start, which is why we were very happy. The ladies at reception were very friendly both at check in and at check out. The room was very clean and tidy. The bathroom was also extremely modern and looked classy. Unfortunately there were no bathrobes in the room. You could pick these up at the wellness center, but they were all in size XL (which is very disadvantageous for smaller people). The ladies in the wellness area were also friendly, but also a little snippy. In the evening we decided to go to the restaurant for ice cream. When we got there the waitress just looked at us. She didn't interact with us. When we asked if we should choose where to sit ourselves, she answered no, very annoyed. Your service was still good. The next morning we decided to have breakfast… When we arrived back at the restaurant we saw a large selection of rolls, drinks and spreads. Again we had to wait a few minutes until the waiter noticed us and told us where we could sit. But he was much friendlier than the lady the evening before. The rolls and side dishes were okay. However, the milk was very sour! The eggs smelled very strange and were extremely firm and green. The vegetables were also not fresh and dried out. We would definitely have expected more from a 4 star hotel. We were particularly looking forward to breakfast, but we didn't expect it to be such a big disappointment!

We went to Christmas dinner this year (like every year) and I have to say that we didn't like or taste it this time. The price-performance ratio is bottom drawer. The quality of the buffet and the food has decreased by 70% It was very carelessly arranged. That's why we'll look elsewhere next Christmas.

Ich bin aus beruflichen Gründen ziemlich oft hier. Alles hat immer einen hohen Standard. Sehr freundliches Personal, geräumige und saubere Zimmer. Das Wichtigste für mich ist das Frühstück. Immer frisch, viel Auswahl für Vegetarier.

War dieses Jahr an der Amalfieküste in der Toskana im Refugio Monte Baldo in Irland und auf Rügen Rügen war das allerbestes Erlebnis seit Jahren

A nice choice of place to stay in Rugen. The hotel is quite nicely done and the location is in a good location as well. The personnel are really polite and helpful, the food offered is high quality and diverse, and there are alot of amenities at your disposal in the hotel. All I can give is a positive feedback!
