Hello, the worst place and the worst restaurant from the waiter's and Kucharski's own perspective. The only plus is that the food was of a high standard. But in terms of price it is beyond the upper echelons of vacationers. I don't know what people pay for, but this restaurant is affordable, even though it's the most expensive place for locals, even Lubzer beer costs 5.9 instead of 5.3 where it costs so much in a resort 🫣🫣🫣 the waitress, even though there were three of them and the number of guests was small, she passed us by and sat at a table at against the guests and she didn't even ask us for a second portion of drinks or dessert. We had to get up ourselves and order drinks first. Then get up to pay the bill. No wonder neither of us even wanted to leave a tip. My friend wanted to get up and leave without paying because there was so much traffic that a fly sat next to her because the tables were free 😀😀😀

As usual, a very nice dinner. We felt very comfortable in this wonderful atmosphere. A beautiful, rustic restaurant in the middle of Bergen on Rügen. The wait for the drinks and the starter took a little long, but the main course came to the table quite quickly. What, in my opinion, absolutely doesn't go with this very tasty seasoned meat is serving it with toast! You have a very tasty bread with this bread basket starter with lard and herb butter, why not have it with the seasoned meat? That was a real shame and had such a bistro feeling. My cocktail was also very tasty, but a Kuba Libre always requires a thick straw and not such a thin piece, which I broke several times and needed a new one.

Hello, I've known the restaurant for quite a long time. The ambience was quaint as always. The service leaves something to be desired. We were on our toes but unfortunately not so friendly... and now to eat... I ordered a typical GDR dish STEAK AU FOUR! I wanted to take a photo first. but the small steak was really a joke for 22 euros. I've had better and cheaper ones. but ok, there was plenty of salad on the plate...

Went there spontaneously on a weekday. There were still places available. When we arrived at the table, it took a while for the menu or service to arrive. Were served by two waitresses. Had fish soup (with a little fish) with toast and a non-alcoholic Pina Colada cocktail as well as ratatouille with garlic baguette & dip. Ratatouille for 13.90 euros unfortunately not fresh (told from the bag) but luckily without eggplant but with lots of large onion slices but taste OK. Plus a non-alcoholic Caipirinha Ginger Ale Cocktail for around €7. It tasted good. No visible parking space available. Toilet currently under construction site but usable. With winter garden.

Very nice atmosphere. Staff is quick and friendly. However, there seems to be a problem in the kitchen. You shouldn't go here hungry to eat. An hour wait is apparently standard. Here we would have expected a note such as "all dishes are freshly prepared, blah blah". Then we would have ordered an appetizer. Even a few pieces of bread would have kept the mood up. We won't be coming back again. Nevertheless, thanks to the nice staff :) You could probably get a lot out of this if you optimized the kitchen.

During our vacation today we spontaneously called to see if there was anything available for dinner. And it was made possible. It was super tasty and there was a lot on the plate. The service was very nice. Even though we had to wait almost an hour for our food, that's not a bad thing. There was a lot to see in this quaint inn. The restaurant was also very busy and the girls had a really good time. So conclusion, we'll be back again this week (we've already reserved). KEEP UP AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND. 😊👍😋

Nice restaurant, super nice service, I was disappointed with the grill plate, but it was replaced without any problems, unfortunately the fried potatoes were also burnt. Unfortunately, I think the prices are a bit too high. But we would still come back. Second chance earned by the staff.

Ambiance is unbeatable. Unique and rustic furnishings. With attention to detail. Service, yes. Friendly, yes, but the two women gave the impression of being bored. The food. There's plenty of room for improvement. Visually an eye-catcher. The taste is also not convincing. But.....technically rather questionable. Fried potatoes too greasy and soggy. Fries very salty. Meat wasn't cooked well. My pork fillet (3 pieces - one of which was inedible - I couldn't eat) was too tough, bloody and very thick. I told the waiter at the end. Unfortunately all she said was a short “I’m sorry”. For just under €26 a plate, I can also demand corresponding quality. The disappointment was great. I also read about the recessions on the internet beforehand informed. A pity!

Everything is very nicely done, nice restaurant, the menu is very nicely designed, the staff is very nice and always asks if everything is OK, the food is good and plentiful, but the point is why I only give 3 stars to the food can, the schnitzels are 100% from the wholesaler out of the box, and when it comes to the fried potatoes, I'm also relatively sure that they come from the wholesaler already prepared, but unfortunately for me this fact doesn't justify the high price that the food costs.

First of all: I only rate 5 stars if the experience is well above what is expected, because there is usually always room for improvement, so the best usually gets 4 stars from me. Rustic atmosphere, food delicious and as expected. 1 star deduction for the impudence of charging an overpriced 1 euro for ketchup. Not contemporary and with a 23 euro schnitzel (anything but cheap) with fries, it is usually common practice to put mayo and ketchup on it without asking. The waitress just asked about it when ordering and didn't mention that it costs extra. The cheaper bratwursts at least came with mustard at no extra charge...

Delicious food, great ambience, cute, rustic pub

I ate there with my boyfriend and my daughter, made a reservation by email, responded super quickly and everything went great. It was very tasty and we felt very comfortable there, the waitresses were all very friendly and loved children. We would be happy to come back when we go on vacation to Bergen again.

Very quaint restaurant. Service was very nice, attentive and friendly. Food was just delicious. The remoulade sauce for the baked potato with chicken fillet strips tasted homemade and very tasty. My steak with seasoned meat was equally delicious. If we are in Bergen/Rügen again, we will definitely come back here. Full marks from us.

The food is plentiful...actually too much. Unfortunately my chicken was too dry, but otherwise it was tasty. Asking for a schnitzel dish with croquettes: "Ketchup and/or mayo?" It's unusual, but what the heck... you're happy to learn. But then to ask for €50 extra is crazy! The service still has to learn... There were four of us and although someone was eating at our table, everyone else's plates were being cleared away. A NO GO. It is cleared away when everyone at the table has finished eating. Since the price-performance ratio is right, we can recommend the restaurant.

Doubtful full scorer. Schnitzels good, but boring pasta dish. The food came quickly. Charming place. Dogs welcome. Many guests on two levels. Toilet in the basement. Strong legs an advantage.

The portion wasn't even enough to feed a child and was far too expensive. The service stood at the counter the whole time with their cell phones and didn't even pay any attention to you.

Mein Mann und ich sind im Urlaub auf der Insel und haben das Lokal auf Empfehlung besucht.Ich habe Rumpsteak bestellt.Man servierte mir Fleisch,das schon schlecht war.Habe dann ein neues bekommen, das dann stark blutig, knorpelig und total sehnig war.Es ließ sich keine Bedienung mehr sehen, so dass ich hätte erneut etwas sagen können.Wir hatten sogar das Gefühl, dass man uns gemieden hat.Die ganze Situation war nur furchtbar.Beim Abräumen dann die Frage, ob alles okay war, obwohl mein Fleisch aufgeschnitten, im eigenen Blut und eklig noch auf dem Teller lag.Unglaublich…so etwas haben wir noch nicht erlebt.!!!

The atmosphere is very rustic and the restaurant was very busy, even on a Thursday. The menu is varied and offers something for everyone. We chose the solyanka as a starter, it was very tasty and delicious. The main course was steak and a Hamburger schnitzel, each with fried potatoes. The beef steak was very tender and medium rare. Everything tasted great and the portions were big enough. We were totally satisfied, the service was also very friendly. We'd love to come back.

You feel comfortable, the atmosphere is very cozy. The waitresses are very friendly and accommodating. Now to the food, we had the Jägerschnitzel and the spare ribs. Jägerschnitzel: a good meal in and of itself, but the sauce tasted like ready-made sauce, which I personally don't think is good and expect something different when I go out to eat. The side salad still had the stalk of the lettuce attached, which shouldn't happen. Spare ribs: unfortunately the silver skin was still on it, in my opinion a restaurant should make sure to remove it. A lot of meat is recommended. The portions were very good, you go instead of going home 👍🏼

Wir sind Einheimische und gehen gerne Essen, somit auch regelmäßig in den Puk. Abgesehen von dem tollen Ambiente waren wir bei unseren letzten Besuchen sehr enttäuscht. Mangelhaft ist schon die Getränke - Nachbestellung, welche sehr lange dauert, aber das Essen steht in keinem angemessenem Verhältnis zum Preis. Die Schnitzel sind eindeutig TK, trocken und geschmacklos, Bratkartoffeln erschienen ebenfalls Fertigware zu sein. Aus unserer Sicht, hat die Qualität stetig abgenommen und ist nun nicht mehr empfehlenswert. Schade. Wir werden dieses Restaurant vorerst nicht mehr besuchen.

Von außen unscheinbar aber von innen sehr genial Eingerichtet. Das Essen war auch sehr gut gewesen. Wir waren am Mittwoch da,weil es XXL Schnitzel Tag war, dann musste man natürlich auch dieses nehmen. Man kann es nur Empfehlen. 👍👌

Wir hatten für den 31.12.2023 lange im Voraus einen Tisch reserviert. Eine bessere Wahl zum Jahresausklang hätten wir nicht treffen können. Urige Einrichtung, nicht zu voll, dezente Musik und leckeres Essen. Rippchen, Bratwurstschnecke und Salat mit Hähnchenbrust - alles schmackhaft. Ein aufmerksames, dezentes Personal rundete unseren Aufenthalt ab. Alles Gute für 2024!

Kleiner gemütlicher Ort für Leute, die es sehr Urig mögen. Wir fanden es sehr schön es gab immer was zum entdecken dort im Resturant. Der Service war super, freundlich. Genauso das Essen lecker. Gerne wieder 🤗

Ein sehr uriger Ort, mit angenehmer Atmosphäre und leckerem Essen. Der Service war schnell, entspannt freundlich und aufmerksam. Ich persönlich hätte lieber ein bisschen weniger rippchen gehabt und dafür noch eine Beilage gehabt. Klar, es gab das Baguette, das auch sehr lecker war, aber da hätte ich mir vielleicht Pommes oder wedges gewünscht.

Gemütlich eingerichtet, sehr nettes und aufmerksames Personal! Großes Lob an die Küche, ordentliche Portionen und absolut lecker!!! Wir hatten eine Soljanka, ein Fisch- und ein Fleischgericht … aber leider zu wenig Zeit um die lustige Getränkekarte auszutesten. Sollten wir wieder in der Gehend sein, kommen wir wieder zu Euch! Das Ambiente ist genial und Passend zum Namen. Zwar auch Ramsch bei der Deko dabei, aber dennoch einladend. Rustikal gehalten und verwinkelt, nimmt eben genau das auch Schall von Gästen die sich angeregt und heiter unterhalten. Durch das verarbeitete Holz und die Ziegel wirkt es zudem gemütlich warm. Die Toiletten sind gepflegt, recht modern und sauber. Die Bedienung war zu uns sehr freundlich, Blickkontakt wusste sie direkt richtig zu deuten. Sonst, ja sonst, eben der klassische, nordische Charme...direkt und unverblümt. 😀 Wir waren Ende November dort, also nach der Saison. Reserviert hatten wir keinen Tisch, und das wir erst nur Getränke zu uns nahmen stellte kein Problem dar. Die Karte ist übersichtlich, und mit typisch deutschen Gerichten gehalten. Zu jedem Gericht gibt es in der Karte aber eine kleine Geschichte vom Puk, und wie er zum Rezept kam. Eine klasse Idee, da sie eben sich toll zum Restaurant wiederfindet. Die Getränke sind gut durchmischt, da sollte jeder was finden. Die Preise sind im normalen Schnitt für einen saisonabhängigen Betrieb. Das Essen wurde schön angerichtet serviert, die Wartezeit zwischen Bestellung und Servieren war gefühlt normal. Für das Essen gibt es nur 4 Sterne, denn... Die Brattüften hätten etwas mehr Röstung haben können, geschmacklich waren sie aber echt gut. Die Salatbeilage war frisch und knackig, mit leckerem Dip. Das Rumpsteak war vom Fleisch sehr zart und angenehm gewürzt. Ich wollte es medium, es hätte vielleicht eine Minute weniger Garzeit vertragen können. Aber dennoch, es war sehr saftig! Der Kabeljau war auch etwas zu lang in der Pfanne, dennoch war er nicht trocken. Dafür war der Koch beim Würzen des Winterkohls leider etwas verliebt. 😉 Alles in allem war es aber wirklich lecker, eben auch für's Auge. Unsere Anregungen zum Essen nahm unsere Bedienung mit einem ehrlichen Lächeln mit zum Koch, und bedankte sich auch dafür. Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen!

Seit Jahren gehen wir in Euer Restaurant. Service und Personal immer sehr freundlich…. Aber vom Essen her…3/4 des Tellers waren mit Pommes bedeckt,und gefühlt war das Fleisch ca.150 Gramm und für 22 Euro sehr fett. Da stimmt das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis leider nicht…und wenn ich mir überlege,das wir noch keine 19%Mwst haben,was wird 24 werden,auch viel Pommes und nur noch Fleischgeruch,sorry,das könnt Ihr besser… Sorry für meine ehrlichen Worte… Viel Erfolg für das nächste Jahr

Allein der Name hat uns schon neugierig gemacht. Ein tolles Restaurant mit einem interessanten Ambiente. So vieles zu entdecken aus den guten alten Zeiten. In jeder Ecke entdeckt man etwas neues. Wir waren zweimal dort während unseres Urlaubes. Wir können es nur empfehlen. Ganz wichtig, bitte vorab Tisch reservieren. Es ist sehr gut besucht. Das Essen war echt gut und lecker dazu.

Wir haben in unserer Urlaubswoche zweimal im Puk gegessen. Es war super lecker und die Portionen reichlich. Frühzeitiges Erscheinen sichert Plätze oder man war clever und hat Plätze reserviert. Bedienung freundlich und kompetent!

Wir waren in einer Gruppe essen. Leider war der Salat bei allen Gerichten nicht ordentlich gewaschen und somit nicht essbar. Wir haben auf die Nachfrage ob es geschmeckt hat auf den Mangel hingewiesen, leider wurde dieser Hinweis komplett ignoriert.
