Wildstuben in München

I am torn about what to rate this. The food was tasty and overall we had a good experience. However, reserving the champagne bar costs way more than the other areas and you may not be able to fit into the champagne bar. I would just stick with a table in the upper and lower level and avoid the champagne bar if you want to come here. There wasn’t any room in the champagne area for our group of 3 and we paid 75€ per person. The other tables were 35€ per person when reserving. We lost out on money since we didn’t want to awkwardly stand in the bartenders way outside of the champagne area the whole night. It would be worth it for 25€ but definitely not 75€. Also, the first guy we spoke to, told us usually we would have a spot in there for us. Im not really sure what that’s about. I will say the lady I spoke to when booking the reservations originally for very nice and helpful. For the most part the servers and security were nice and attentive. I still feel like the champagne bar is way too expensive because it’s overbooked.

The game rooms are located - at least in 2024 - directly opposite the “Tobbogan” ride - you can pass the waiting time until you get into the “Forsthaus” (we planned for 5:30 p.m., actually more like 6:00 p.m.) by avoiding the stumbling and failure of the ride Lederhosen and dirndls on the shaky conveyor belt. The food and service in the Wildstuben were very good. The ambience is fine and dignified; you sit (or stand and dance) in U-shaped seating niches made of light wood. The atmosphere at our table (on the 2nd floor) was exuberant, but perhaps - both positive and negative - not comparable to the Oktoberfest experience in one of the large festival tents. The band still had room for improvement.

The food was really good, especially the main course and dessert, you can save on the snack board. But: The band was underground, strange music selection, bad acoustics, long breaks, there was no atmosphere at all. Even the best food is of no use.

Yesterday we went to the Wildstuben in the evening with 10 friends. The service was great and the food tasted okay. One dish wasn't warm and was exchanged without any problem. The snack board is a disgrace and is then charged €20 per person!*. Our mistake for not clarifying this beforehand. However, we think this is disproportionate for a small starter, as no one had more than three bites. Take a look at the picture and judge for yourself! In addition, the band didn't manage to create a consistently good atmosphere; breaks were too often boring and the song selection was boring. The speaker in our corner was also broken. Too bad.

Everything was beautiful with a beautiful atmosphere surrounded by excellent food and excellent beer, I didn't give 5 stars only for the fact that there were too many breasts in the air and I felt in difficulty because I really didn't know which one to watch!!

Had a great first evening here last night “WiesnOpening24”. Expensive of course as anywhere on the Wiesn by now… but great food, great atmosphere. Really happy! Was a great exciting start!!!

Oktoberfest in a cozy environment!!! With great food and a good atmosphere!!! If you don't need a big tent, this is the place for you!! To celebrate with family friends

A very good address for the Oktoberfest. A great atmosphere. The only downside is the excessive price for beer and a tray with various pieces of sausage.

Wild rooms Beautiful. Well-kept and stylish ambience on two floors. Looks like a large alpine hut/forest lodge. Wood wherever you look, it looks really rustic and it's super cozy. Everything on 2nd floors. Upstairs you have a great view from the window front. The entire team, everyone is polite, nice and accommodating. The waitresses are on point and totally friendly even at a late hour. Here you meet a nice audience. Lots of locals too. Party on two levels, perfect bands with a great atmosphere. Every year I always enjoy going to the Wildstuben during Oktoberfest. Food: Bavarian game cuisine such as roast wild boar, saddle of venison, venison ragout and much more. In addition, the beer is always well chilled. At a later hour you can also try the Kaiserschmarrn. Super tasty and everything at fair prices. The Wildstuben is in the immediate vicinity of the Goetheplatz subway station, diagonally opposite the cult Toboggan slide. You feel in good hands here, I can only recommend it. 

We thought it was better last year - there was no DJ during the band breaks and the plates were less full than last year - but we still had fun

Unbedingt das Kleingedruckte lesen. Unsere Bedienung am Tisch war klasse, Bier und Essen waren schmackhaft.

Die Wildstuben sind seit Jahren unsere erste Wahl, weil die Qualität einfach passt. Immer ein super Service, nette Leute. Gerne wieder.

Das Essen können wir nicht bewerten(die Zeit hat gefehlt, mussten wir abstellen), hatten nette 2 Stunden, einen echten Spaß heute Nachmittag. Der ältere Herr im Service anscheinend ein unfreundliches Urgestein hat am Ende leider unsere Laune komplett zerstört. Wie kommen ggf nächstes Jahr wieder, aber ich hoffe er legt bessere Laune an den Tag, zieht euren ganzen top Service runter!

Nix gegen die Band in diesem Jahr, aber letztes Jahr war es um Welten besser. Leider keine richtige Stimmung.

Oben zu sitzen ist wie eine Sauna zu besuchen. Fehlt nur noch ein Bieraufguss.

I am huge fan of the Wildstuben. Love the place, the service, the family running the show and the food (of course).

The music was unnecessarily loud. But food is great.

War am Freitag Mittag nur auf eine Maß im Zelt. Ich muss sagen ein tolles sehr gemütliches Zelt. War für mich das beste frisch gezapfte Bier auf der Wiesn. Aus Erfahrung schenken die großen Zelte oft auf Vorrat ein und die Biere sind dann lackig. Und Leute, wer hat denn so ein Video gepostet wo jeder intelligente Mensch sieht, dass die Maßn nur links mit Schaum weggenommen werden.

Ein wunderbares Zelt! Tolle Stimmung, gutes Essen, bestes Bier und sehr bequeme Plätze.

Gleich in der Nähe der U-Bahn-Station Goetheplatz, schräg gegenüber der Kult-Rutsche Toboggan, liegt die im Stil eines bayerischen Forsthauses errichtete Wildstuben. Neben den hervorragenden traditionellen sowie ausgefallenen Gerichten, nicht nur vom Wild, ist die Wildstuben besonders wegen ihres gemütlichen Ambientes, dem guten Service und der eher kleinen, aber feinen Gesellschaft sehr beliebt. Zu späterer Stunde wird natürlich auch hier ausgelassen musiziert, gefeiert und getanzt. Von der zweiten Etage aus genießen die Gäste einen tollen Blick über die Wiesn.
