Suddenly there's a €3 surcharge to make my pasta mista vegetarian. They're skimping on ingredients, and I'm paying extra for it. Plus, the portion is considerably smaller than the last few times. I find that outrageous and not very customer-friendly.

We ordered two doner kebab plates and one ham pizza for delivery. Instead of rice, the doner kebab plates came with fries; the meat looked like it was leftover meat and didn't taste good. The pizza had so little topping that it was like eating just the dough.
