A nice little restaurant, where the surroundings are nice without being fantastic. We got fish and chips, salmon bellies and some small pieces of salmon. Nice but probably a bit too expensive.

Ambite is a matter of taste, but it fits. Service was very good and friendly, but it wasn't busy. Some other reviews describe convenience or canned food. Of course, beans are often canned, but these were tasty too. Price performance is right here and the food is great!

Mit außerordentlicher Arroganz erhielten wir um 16.00 Uhr keinen Tisch - wir hätten nicht reserviert. Obgleich: Alle Tische waren nicht besetzt und dass diese Tische allesamt zeitnah besetzt sein würden, war nicht anzunehmen.

I only drank the house beer on site and it tasted very good. The waiter was friendly and the place seemed quite inviting. There were also various meals to-go, definitely recommended for a subsequent walk in the culture park.

You must have been here if you were in Neubrandenburg. Here you really eat at a restaurant with passion ❤️‍🔥 Everything is very tastefully decorated and prepared. Both the food and the drinks are amazing 🤩 It really couldn't be better...we've rarely eaten so good and varied. Very nice service and great facility. From the beer garden behind the restaurant, the winter garden, the lounge corners, everything is top notch down to the last detail 👍 The cleanliness in all corners also leaves nothing to be desired. The sanitary facilities are also very clean. Dear Mr. Wichmann…Congratulations on this great restaurant. We'll definitely be back!

We were served very nicely and happily. The food was really delicious so I would happily recommend it. We sat outside under the roof and were able to enjoy the beautiful garden and the beautiful weather. Thank you again. We'd love to come back.

This was my second time here and I wasn't disappointed again. The restaurant is very modern (we sat in the newly designed winter garden), the service was super nice and the food was incredibly tasty. I will definitely come back - the Bruscetta Duo (really something completely different) and the bowls are really awesome 👍

Absolutely RECOMMENDATION! Nice ambience, nice service. Drinks/cocktails were great and nicely presented. There were 9 of us there, but the food was still there early. Everything is fresh and every dish is really delicious! I had a Pirate Bowl. An absolute recommendation! Top restaurant and definitely worth a visit.

Always worth a visit. Very tasty food, always nice, attentive conditions. Although it is often busy, I don't find it unusually loud in the rooms. The decoration is also so well done.

The super good reviews are incomprehensible to us! The website and the reviews promise a RESTAURANT with high culinary standards. What is offered - apart from the blue sofa corner at the entrance - is a bistro atmosphere (plastic decorations, cobwebs and grease stains) with a running TV, spotlights from the 90s and furniture thrown together in the cold back room in winter. The food does not correspond to the information on the menu, it is mainly frozen convenience food at very overpriced prices. We were really looking forward to the evening because of the promising information from the website, but the reality was all the more sobering. - We forgot to give our order to the kitchen (we got our drink for free +) - Dish did not correspond to the information on the card - the warmest part of the meal was the plate It was installed on site, but unfortunately service did not respond accordingly. A sobering evening.

Easily accessible. Proximity to the lake and park invites you to take a walk. Swimming area not far away. Nice and friendly. Breakfast was good and not too expensive. Reservations should be made during the season.

Service was good, friendly and customer-oriented, food... partly partly ;( ...Sorry! We ordered 4 meals. One dish, the trout was undercooked. The same problem existed at the neighboring table. There was a substitute dish that was unfortunately too “well” salted. Happened! Both dishes were not charged. That was fair but unfortunately it wasn't a relaxed meal. That's my explanation for "partly partly".

Stopped in for lunch again and wasn't disappointed. Ate trout and salmon. Very tasty and beautifully prepared. Friendly and quick service. Gladly again.

Ended up there by chance, without pre-ordering. Everything was reserved, but we were allowed to stay because we just wanted to eat, which was nice. Non-alcoholic cocktail, no problem, strawberry spritz super tasty, bruschetta fresh and delicious. Service was super nice and quick. In short, absolutely recommended.

Unfortunately we had to wait a very long time, the unmotivated waitress only brought the menu after 20 minutes when we asked. Unfortunately the coffee was already cold or almost empty when the cake arrived. I don't think a total of 27 euros for two small cakes and a mediocre cappuccino is justified given the service. A pity.

Wir waren sehr angenehm überrascht. Endlich ein Restaurant in Neubrandenburg, wo man lecker und gut essen kann. Die Karte liest sich fantastisch und die Speisen schmecken auch noch hervorragend. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis für die Speisen passt, allerdings nicht bei den Getränken. Als Aperol-Spritz Fan hab ich mir den für 8€ verkniffen. Mixgetränke für diesen Preis anzubieten, ist leider nicht zeitgemäß. Den hab ich mir dann im Anschluss zu Hause selbst gemacht für deutlich weniger Geld. Trotzdem hat uns das Ambiente und der Service überzeugt, so dass wir gern wiederkommen.

Wir waren sehr überrascht über den Anbau und seiner Größe. Essen war sehr lecker und der Service war super nett. Immer wieder gerne bei Euch. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Kenne nur die Gaststätte im vorderen Haus. War überrascht, wie weitläufig das Gelände ist. Essen und Bedienung sehr gut. Gestört hat etwas der Lärm von der größeren Gruppe, als alle ihr Essen hatten war es gleich ruhiger. Trotzdem zu empfehlen für größeren Familienfeiern, aber auch für Mini-Familien.

Ich war im Rahmen einer Firmenweihnachtsfeier hier. Der Service gut. Das Essen (Hirschbraten als Hauptgang) war sehr lecker. Das Ambiente war auch in Ordnung. Die Tische waren weihnachtlich dekoriert. Empfehlenswert.

Essen war gut, die Räumlichkeiten aber ziemlich kalt. Personal sehr freundlich.

Sehr modernes, freundliches Restaurant mit einem erfrischenden Angebot an vegetarischen und veganen Gerichten. Auch der Ostsee-Zander war auf den Punkt und die Beilagen sehr passend. Bemerkenswert ist auch der Fokus auf regionale Produkte in der Karte. Das Ambiente ist einladend und lädt zum Verweilen ein.

Das Essen ist wirklich gut, das Ambiente ist auch schön. Leider mangelt es im Service zum Teil an der gebotenen Freudlichkeit und der Kenntnis über eigene Angebote. Bei dem guten Essen und dem entsprechenden Preis hat man keine Lust auf flappsige und schlecht gelaunte Servicekräfte. Ich weiß nicht, ob ich noch einmal hingehe, obwohl das Essen wirklich lecker war.

Fast ein Geheimtipp? Unbedingt empfehlenswert.

Es fängt an mit einem netten Empfang. Der Service ist freundlich ,entspannt und auf Zack . Das Ambiente ist gemütlich und schön . Das Bruschetta-Duo kann ich nur empfehlen und behaltet es bloß bei ! Wir haben im Wichmanns unsere Hochzeit (30 P.) gefeiert und sowohl wir als auch unsere Gäste waren begeistert. Das Essen war super lecker und auch der Service freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Absprache zum Buffet und zur Raumgestaltung war ebenfalls zuverlässig und die Tipps hilfreich. Wir würden das Wichmanns wieder als Location wählen :)

Definitiv top essen ob für den kleinen oder großen Hunger einfach klasse super nette Bedienung. Ich hatte das Zander Filet mega ein Traum groß frisch saftig . Sowie es sein muss . Ich gehe oft essen und kann zu 100% sagen das dieses Restaurant seinen Ruf gerecht wird und auch bleibt . Kein ewiges warten keine unfreundlichen Mitarbeiter. Ambiente toll. Service erst leicht verwirrt (aber ich denke das war ein Azubi, richtige Kellnerin später war professionell). Wird wohl nicht komplett alles selber gekocht sondern von Müritz Fischer geliefert aber das war trotzdem lecker. Immer gerne wieder.

Wir haben mit der Familie gestern hier einen unfassbar tollen Nachmittag und Abend verbracht. Die Location lädt einfach zum Bleiben ein... gemütlich aber dennoch sehr stilvoll und mit dem gewissen Charme - hier passt einfach alles! Das Essen - egal ob Fisch, Fleisch, Salat oder Nachspeisen waren ausgezeichnet. Wir waren bzw. sind restlos begeistert!!! Das i-Tüpfelchen war der Service... coole, junge, freundliche Menschen, die stets ein sehr aufmerksames Auge auf jeden einzelnen Gast hatten und auch den kleinen Gästen jeden Wunsch erfüllt haben... macht bitte genauso weiter!!!

Wir waren in großer Runde im Restaurant und haben hier einen wunderschönen Abend verbracht. Essen und Service waren hervorragend, dass Ambiente wie immer sehr stimmig und nach dem Essen konnten wir im Außenbereich noch den Abend ausklingen lassen. Alles in allem fühlt man sich hier immer wohl und wir kommen immer wieder gerne hier vorbei. Danke an dieser Stelle ans Team des Restaurants Wichman für die tolle Bewirtung! 😊
