Staff very nice, unfortunately not a big selection of food!

Unfortunately it was an absolute disaster from start to finish...

So totally overpriced. The employees are totally crazy, they talk to each other more and make their guests wait for a long time & you have to ask twice before you get your salad plate. You don't really get any information for people who have allergies! Then it means we don't know... Thank God a cook came and explained the letters to us. So we won't be in the restaurant business anymore!

We were there yesterday before an event. The ambience is ok. The falafel burger was tasteless, bland and lukewarm. The 24 Hours Burger as well. Just bad for the price. There are better burger restaurants there. The fries were good. Overall, the price-performance level is miserable!

Unfortunately it wasn't a good experience for us. We had reserved a table because we were going to see a show in the SAP Arena after dinner. There was a menu for two people... Unfortunately we had to wait a long time before we could even order, but according to the service, it was no problem and it worked until the event. After staying for over an hour we still had nothing to eat. We had to cancel the meal again 20 minutes before the event started. No "we're sorry" or anything like that, the staff didn't really care. Like us, there were more people waiting for their food. We then paid for our drinks and made it in time for the show to start without dinner.

Great sports bar and friendly service. I was very dissatisfied with the veggie falafel burger for €18 (without side dish). Apart from the loveless combination, it is almost tasteless. The burger with meat is probably better. I might try it next time.

Unfortunately, after 40 minutes of waiting, we neither had our ordered drinks nor our food. After the first twenty minutes, the wrong drinks came and then unfortunately no more, despite asking. After another 20 minutes we were asked what we had actually ordered - sorry, but unfortunately that's not possible. Since we were attending an event in the SAP, we couldn't and didn't want to wait any longer and left thirsty and hungry.

From service to food to ambience, everything was top and everyone was very friendly. Even with technical problems and a full restaurant, everything was communicated well and the problems were resolved immediately. Can recommend it to everyone

Chic atmosphere, but waited over 40 minutes for a Hefeweizen and experienced very unfriendly service.

We have been to the whistle several times in the last two years. The food was (almost) always very good, and the drinks were also good. Unfortunately there is only one big flaw there, the issue of service is really difficult. Our entire order was mixed up with that of another table. In principle it's not a big problem, mistakes happen, but the question is always how to deal with them! At first there was no response at all, neither when we asked about special orders (which burger was ready now?) or wrong components (are the right fries still available?). Everything went very slowly and no one felt responsible at first. At least they apologized afterwards and were offered a snack on the house (which was also delicious, by the way), but if they had reacted immediately the displeasure would certainly have been much less! And what has unfortunately been noticed on several visits is the temperature in the bar. It is really cold!

Very good atmosphere, with the best service I've ever had and very tasty food. Atmosphere when playing football is very good.

Yesterday we went to the sports bar with the company and watched the European Championship opening game. We placed our order in advance by email. The communication was great. Food came on time and was very tasty. Super Service. Only recommended!

Völlig planlose Kellner. Wir waren 18.30 Uhr da und wollten vor dem Konzert gemütlich essen. Wir haben mehrfach gefragt,wann das Essen kommt. Es hieß immer in 5 Minuten. Um 19.45 Uhr sind wir ohne Essen zum Konzert. Nicht empfehlenswert

Nice sports bar with multiple screens. The service was good, the food was tasty and prepared quickly. What we didn't like so much was that you had to view the menu via an app...it wasn't very clear.

Pretty unique location, cool atmosphere with nice seating. Delicious draft beer and a small but tasty selection of food. Not exactly cheap but worth a visit.

Tolles Personal wurden herzlich empfangen ein ausgezeichnetes Service Team jeder hat Vollgas gegeben und wir mussten nicht lange auf essen oder trinken etc. warten! Habe natürlich für das nächste Event schon reserviert freu mich total kann ich nur weiter empfehlen

The ambience is top. You can watch different sporting events at different times. The food is top. I can recommend the De Monnema.

Unfortunately, this restaurant is a total failure. The food was okay, but cold and almost all put together incorrectly. Mix-ups were already standard here. Unfortunately, there was also a super unfriendly service that couldn't be surpassed in terms of unprofessionalism, which didn't make the whole thing any better. Prices are set very sportily, so there is no way to get value for money. Too bad, never again.

Now, for reasons of fairness, I have to write a review. We were there yesterday before a show - - and were very skeptical after all the harsh reviews. Wrongly. There was nothing wrong with the food or the service. However, there was relatively little going on. But the waitresses were really nice and the drinks and food we ordered came absolutely quickly. The burgers are not haute cuisine - but they were tasty and perfectly fine, as were the sweet potato fries - and a reasonable portion. The only downside - the staff should be trained for situations such as a fire alarm - clearly this has not been the case so far, which has led to great uncertainty. Nothing happens, but this should be addressed immediately.

Head waiter extremely unfriendly. Far from hospitable.

We reserved a table with you on the Monday before a concert (5:30 p.m., so almost no guests yet). Right before we ordered, the waitress told us that there was only a special ticket for the event. We thought it was a shame because we were actually looking forward to your burgers... So we decided on two salads from the salad bar as starters, the ramen bowl and the gratinated pulled pork. When the food was gradually served at the neighboring tables, we realized that it would have been possible to order á la carte after all... When the main course was served to us, we asked about the starter salads we had ordered. Unfortunately, the plates for the salad bar were never brought to us and none were to be found at the salad bar. We then skipped our starter. At some point we asked if everything was OK? Now we have had our salads canceled. About the ramen: The broth was way too spicy. It wasn't announced beforehand that it was spicy. We also received this feedback from the other tables. It was fine for my wife as she likes very spicy food. I immediately informed the waitress of my complaint about my gratinated pulled pork. 1. The ratio of pulled pork to wedges was definitely very bad for the price of €16. About 3/4 wedges and max 1/4 meat. 2. The pulled pork was the driest I've ever eaten. It was served on the wedges without any form of sauce. Just a dollop of sour cream as a topping. The only thing I know about pulled pork is that it is marinated in BBQ sauce after it has been cooked and torn, giving it its typical mushy texture. Comment from the waitress, she passes it on to the kitchen but no other form of solution... Last but not least, a soup of the day (corn cream soup) was served to all the other tables as a greeting from the kitchen. We didn't receive these either. When we then asked for the bill, we were told to pay €96.20. When asked, the waitress said everything was fine. Take a quick look... Frame ~12€ Pulled pork casserole ~17€ Three soft drinks ~5€ each Definitely doesn't fit at €96.20... I then briefly told her what we had ordered... It then took almost 15 minutes until we received a corrected invoice. To put it briefly, the visit to you was unfortunately not acceptable for us.

We were there today, before an event we attended. Everything worked out great because we reserved a table. Taking our order also went smoothly and “relatively” quickly. Suddenly there was no normal menu where we had already chosen something to eat in advance. Suddenly there was only a mini menu with 5 different foods! We then quickly decided on the salad bowl each. We waited for over 45 minutes!! Then we canceled everything! We wanted to eat something in peace and not inhale it. Since this sports bar doesn't just have one event (very unlikely in the SAP Arena!), this must be handled very quickly! Degrees with only 5 foods to choose from! The time it takes to get something to eat is simply impossible!! We would like to give 0 points and are more than angry!

Ideal for having something to eat and drink before a concert and then going straight to the event inside the SAP Arena. Food is delicious and expensive.

On Saturday we went for a stroll in Mannheim again for a long time. We then wanted to go back to the Whistle (formerly Q6/Q7) and saw that the restaurant had moved to the SAP Arena. The ambience is okay for a sports bar. A little cold, but that was okay. The menu is extremely clear. The homemade iced tea tasted like a 'granulate tea'. The 200 gr. burger was nothing and my chicken burger too. The cherry on top was: I had ordered extra bacon and was looking forward to crispy bacon. There were two limp strips of bacon that were only in the pan for a few seconds. The burgers are completely overpriced. With 1x starter, 2 burgers, 1x iced tea and 1x a large bottle of water we paid over €60. It wasn't worth it at all. Sorry. Only the service was really friendly and attentive. Unfortunately there is no comparison to before!

There is only one star for the delicious cheesecake. The ambience is nice but cold and loveless. The service was totally overwhelmed. We specifically called and asked if they were broadcasting the Bayern vs. Bochum game, which they said was yes. Then I wanted to make a reservation and they said we don't need it because there are enough places. When we arrived at the restaurant we were immediately asked if we had made a reservation. Well, in the end we waited for the Bayern game and were really looking forward to it. The food itself was okay but totally overpriced and the staff didn't know about side dishes or didn't even ask which buns we wanted with the burgers. And the side dish with the burger was cold because who likes cold fries. . The worst thing, however, was that during the game it suddenly switched to ice hockey and we didn't know why or why. When asked, they said there were a lot of ice hockey regulars there. Well, what's nice is that the local could actually be divided up well. You could say right from the start that you broadcast one game and the other on the other side and then the guests can sit down so that they get what they want to see right from the start, but the staff is probably not able to do that set up like this. The price-performance ratio is simply too overpriced and really needs to be reconsidered because people only come once for that price.

Was there for the second time and unfortunately I have to say that the price-performance ratio is not right for me. It's a shame because I think the idea is nice. For me it was the last visit for now. Maybe you want to move back to the city...

Friendly staff, but ordered a small drink, got a large one. 19 euros for a burger is ok, but it also has to taste good. Nowhere is there any description of where the toilets are, then the toilet door is locked... and more... never again!

Food was great. Price/performance was right. The service employee was super nice. There was even a greeting from the kitchen. The view of the smaller ice rink is also great.

Das schlechteste unhöfliche unfreundlichste Personal dass wir jemals begegnet ist. Trotz zahlreicher Lehrer Plätze wurde mir kein Getränk angeboten. Kann nur jedem davon abraten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt nicht. Trotz weiter Anreise geschlossen, obwohl auf der HP stand geöffnet

War bislang nur einmal seit dem Umzug hier zum Essen, Drinks hole ich mir regelmäßig to go für in die Arena. Die Spareribs waren schwarz und kaum genießbar. Höhere Preise, wenig Auswahl, zum Essen gehen gibt es preiswertere und bessere Restaurants.

Die Sports Bar bietet nicht nur ein beeindruckendes Speiseerlebnis mit köstlichem Essen von hoher Qualität, sondern auch ein cooles Ambiente, da sie sich neben einer Eisbahn befindet, auf der gelegentlich Eishockey gespielt wird. Die Bildschirme sind geschickt platziert, um sicherzustellen, dass kein Sportereignis verpasst wird. Ein Ort, der die Sinne sowohl kulinarisch als auch visuell verwöhnt.

Da die Arena ausverkauft war, bin ich hier zum Whistle gegangen. Kostenlos das Adler Mannheim Spiel angeschaut, nebenbei eine Portion Pommes und 2 Bier für rund 15 Euro. Fassbier 😏 liebe es! Definitiv kann ich mir die Auswärtsspiele genießen, das ist wie Kino. 😁

ESSEN ist gut, Preise ganz o.k.

Vor dem Konzert hier zum Essen gewesen. Tolles Essen und freundliches, aufmerksames Personal. Kommen gerne wieder Tipp: Tisch reservieren.

Langweilig, ungemütlich. Unbequeme Stühle. Bahnhof Wartehalle Feeling. Zuwenige, zu kleine Flats/Monitore ( keine Sportsbar Qualität) und zu teuer bzw die Burger sind definitiv zu klein. Geschmacklich OK. Freundliches , motiviertes Team. Dafür auch den einen Stern. Negativ dass mit den alten Fotos von Q 6 geworben wird. Diese alte Location war um Klassen besser.

Ungemütlich, hat überhaupt nix von einer Sportsbar. Null Deko. Wir kamen fürEishockey: es läuft eine Pressekonferenz ohne Ton, dafür laute Musik im Hintergrund und als das Spiel beginnt - waren wir zwei Minuten zu spät mit Umschalten!! Keine Atmosphäre und durch den Veranstalter keine Stimmung! Das Essen ist schlecht und teuer

Schöne Sportsbar direkt in der SAP Arena. Wir waren am Samstag, vor dem Konzert da. Service top. Danke an die sympathische Nr. 17. Die Kritiken kann ich nicht ganz nachvollziehen. Es gibt Burger, Salat … Naja über die Preise kann man immer streiten. Ist halt keine 08/15 Schnitzelbude und kein Strassenimbiss. Uns hat es gefallen!

Ich finde die Preise viel zu hoch ein befriedigendes Steak kostet 35 Euro, das sein Geld nicht wert ist. Die Snacks waren ebenfalls sehr teuer. Das Personal ist super nett da kann man nicht meckern aber auch schon bei geringer Auslastung lässt man leere Teller auf den Tischen stehen und läuft über eine halbe Stunde *leer* dran vorbei. Ich würde wieder kommen aber nur mit Snacks.

Super Service, leckeres Essen und der direkte Zugang zur SAP Arena haben den Besuch eines Adler Spiels zu einem noch schöneren Abend gemacht... Gerne bald wieder... Absolut empfehlenswert...

Das Essen geht, auch wenn es nicht wirklich das viele Geld wert ist. Bedienung ist auch bei wenig Gästen schon überfordert. Und äußert sich teilweise sehr unverschämt. Wenn man die Wings vor der Cola bekommt und man dann noch zur Geduld aufgefordert wird….., während sich alle Bedienungen an der Theke aufhalten und keiner wirklich etwas tut. Zu guter letzt haben wir dann noch 30 Minuten auf die Rechnung gewartet. Ich werde sicher nicht mehr hingehen.

Die 2 Sterne gibt es nur weil das Personal sehr sehr nett war, außer einer Ausnahme. Der Monnema Burger ohne irgendwelche Beilagen für 19 Euro war der teuerste und schlechteste Burger den ich je gegessen habe. Von daher für mich absolut keine Weiterempfehlung.

Tolle Sportsbar direkt in der SAP Arena und somit der beste Ort, um eine Veranstaltung zu beginnen. Die Karte ist eher klein, dafür sind die Gerichte (wir hatten "De Mannemer" Burger und das Rumpsteak) sehr lecker. Die Bedienung war freundlich, schien nur bei der Fülle der Gäste nicht ganz hinterher zu kommen. Vergessene Dips wurden dafür aber umgehend gebracht. Insgesamt ein gelungener Auftakt für Michael Bublé (man bekam ein Bändchen für den direkt Zugang zur Arena)! Einziges Manko für mich als nicht-Fußball-Fan war der Lärmpegel aufgrund der übertragenen Spiele, was aber jedem Gast aufgrund der Bezeichnung "Sportsbar" klar sein sollte.

Wir sind am Abend des Konzerts, 29.1.23 von André Rieu um 18.40h, Beginn 20h, zum Essen gegangen. Es hat schon 10 min. gedauert bis einer der fünf Bedienungen an den Tisch kame. Sie sind immer vorbei geflitzt und haben nicht einmal gefragt. Dann kamen 5 Min. später die Getränke und haben dann das Essen bestellt. Dann haben wir bis 19.25h gewartet und haben gefragt wo das Essen bleibt. Dann hieß es das es einen techn. Fehler gab. Das Essen kam dann 19.45h. Der Burger war halb warm/ halb kalt! Die Pommes heiß. Bei mir haben sie sich angestrengt und haben das Chili vegan zubereitet. Es war warm und köstlich. Ich konnte es aber nicht genießen will wir schon sehr spät waren. Auf die Reklamation haben wir das Essen geschenkt bekommen und mussten nur die Getränke zahlen. Ob wir noch einmal die Sportsbar besuchen, kann ich heute noch nicht sagen. Es war leider keine sportliche Leistung. Daher nur zwei Sterne.

Wir waren vor einem Konzert im Whistle und haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Servicemitarbeiter zeigen sich sehr aufgeschlossen und freundlich. Wir erhielten ein Bändchen, um so nach dem Dinner entspannt in die SAP-Arena zu gelangen ohne sich noch einmal draußen anstellen zu müssen. Die Burger und Fritten sowie das Jägerschnitzel sind äußerst schmackhaft, zwar etwas höher bepreist, doch das gehen wir gerne mit, da das Gesamtpaket stimmt.

Tolles Ambiente, aber viel zu teuer, für 1 handvoll Tacos Chips mit undefinierbarer Sosse 8 € zu verlangen ist schon frech

Waren zu dritt dort. Haben von der Lunchkarte drei verschiedene Gerichte bestellt. Es war allerdings schon 30 Minuten vor Schließung. Es handelte sich ausschließlich um Convinienceprodukte die in nicht genügend heißer Friteuse zubereitet wurde. Pommes knatschig, CordonBleu schwammig, Gemüse lieblos. Das einzig positive war ein wirklich leckerer Gruß aus der Küche und die eisgekühlten Getränke in schönen schweren Gläsern. So eine Qualität für solche Preise ist alles andere als okay Sollte es daran gelegen haben, dass wir so kurz vor Feierabend gekommen sind, wäre es besser gewesen uns zu sagen, dass die Küche nicht mehr bereit ist.

Wir waren vor einem Konzert hier und sehr zufrieden. Wings waren authentisch Pommes lecker und die Getränke gut, wir bekamen auch ein Bändchen für die SAP Arena so konnten wir entspannt ohne anstehen zum Konzert. Einziger Kritikpunkt war das Ranch, das hat eher nach Frankfurter Sauce geschmeckt

Geschmacklich nichts Besonderes, umso erstaunter ist man allerdings dann beim Erhalt der Rechnung. Fast schon unverschämt teuer!

First time in Mannheim so we had to go to the hockey. This is a great location, attached to the arena, but not technically inside the viewing concourse. Great food, we had the wings and they were crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside. Easy to get to by tram or train from Mannheim hBf.
