SAP Arena in Mannheim

Great, it was wonderful in the SAP Arena. Since I can't go up and down stairs well, they were very accommodating and offered us other good places

I really like coming because of the good sound and good visibility. Star deduction for worn out folding seats in the front rows and confusing signage.

Went to the Howard Carpendale concert was great 🥰 very well organized everything went great service staff were great very attentive they had it all under control and we're already looking forward to the next time 🫶

It was really great, organized down to the last detail. Staff from security service very nice and adequate. Would go to an event there again at any time. The sales staff were also really good, quick, friendly and humorous. Great company.

Events, concerts and sporting events! Rhine-Neckar Lions👍

I went to a concert at Disney with my daughter. A really great show, the ticket cost €90 which was worth it for the show itself. However, we sat on the sidelines and didn't have a "real" view of the show. The cameraman was often in front of us and you can't see some of the stage technology from the side as much as you can from the front. There was a screen next to us that required a lot of twisting. Nobody does that for two hours. So the card was definitely not worth €90 in terms of space. As always, there weren't enough women's toilets and they were so endless that even security let the women into the men's toilets.

We watched Disney in Concert. From admission, catering to support, everything went smoothly and in a friendly manner. Quick processing. The arena is well organized and well staffed with friendly staff.

We were there for handball. Rhine-Neckar Lions vs. Hanover. The hall is too big for handball. Even with 8,000 spectators there is no real handball atmosphere. But in general there were no negative points, but it wasn't anything special either.

Above all The business area is even duos

Very good venue 👍 - you actually have a good view everywhere and the acoustics at concerts are very good compared to other halls. Even accessibility by car is okay.

Good sound, good seats. Access and parking without any problems. You know, food and drinks with stadium prices. Departure without any major traffic jams.

Disney in Concert (really worth a visit!)

ABBA MANIA - Great event in the SAP Arena. Yes, what can you say? ABBA and if you like these songs, it's a must. A beautiful evening. Crazy, after more than 40 years, these songs are still at the top of the chat. They would still be very successful today. Like one or two great ones from that time.

The event was great, the veterinary care was good, with 10,000 people = not enough toilets.

Great stadium, great atmosphere, especially at Adler Mannheim. There is enough food during the games. You can park in the existing parking garages around the stadium.

Great atmosphere but the food?? I would fill myself up at a restaurant before visiting. This way you can avoid the queues and fast food.

It's just how well organized everything is, a very friendly and competent staff and then there's the atmosphere and great mood without stress, I'm thrilled.

I was here at a Rhein-Neckar-Löwen game. There is enough parking space. The parking fees are €5 and the parking ticket is valid for the whole day. The prices for food and drink are not cheap and the portions are too small, but you don't go there just for the food. I assume things are similar in other comparable venues. The seats offer a good view of the field and I had the impression that this applies to all seats. We had a nice evening, even though the lions lost. (And then deserved it too.) ;)

I was at the Adler game against the Eisbären Berlin on March 20th. in the arena. As almost always sold out. However, drinks and food were available fairly quickly and tasted good too. Despite the crowds, the service staff are always friendly and nice. I have nothing to complain about. With over 13,000 spectators, you sometimes have to wait in line.

I can't get used to the SAP Arena. I think I liked it better in Friedrichspark.

Parking and access to the arena are well organized. It is also possible to arrive by tram. There is a train station for regional transport not far from the arena.

We were there for the hit night of the year and had booked VIP seats. It's great that you can park in the VIP parking lot and use the separate entrance. I also found the welcome and the quick processing very nice. Food and drinks were included in the price. The food was tasty and the selection was good. However, I found the price to be very high. From 10 p.m. you had to pay for alcoholic drinks. That makes sense, as some guests had really accepted the alcoholic offerings by then. We had a lot of fun, the atmosphere was good, we would like to come back again. However, you can't often afford this little luxury as a pensioner. It would have been a few euros cheaper too.

The event was great, the security was underground

The hall is well built, but there should be a railing on the stairs, the stairs are difficult to walk, especially for older people. I was at Schlagernacht on Saturday. There are 2 where I saw people fall up or down the stairs. A solution urgently needs to be found.

I was with the (Ehrlich Brothers) the event was really great, I really liked it, The staff at the SAP Arena is also very friendly! But I don't think it's okay That you are not allowed to bring your own drinks in! And the prices for a cup of mineral water are already steep at €4.80 The stairs to the seats are also very steep!!!

Great event location. The atmosphere is fantastic, especially for ice hockey and handball. Of course, especially because of the great fans. We were here now in the Skylounge. Food great, seats great, service great.

Were in the top ranks. Had a great view from there. Food was ok, nothing fancy, just standard, like in every stadium I've been to so far. Toilets were ok too. Getting out of Mannheim by car was a nice affair, but it had nothing to do with the stadium itself. So gladly again.

There was room for a wheelchair driver at Schlager Night yesterday, so you have to think of something, it's far too narrow for a wheelchair with an accompanying person, otherwise everything is perfect

Chaos at the entrance, chaos at the end to get out of the parking garage - forever long backlogs even at the exit. Chaos during breaks because people are lining up in the hallway for drinks and snacks. Organizationally not doing justice to the crowd. That disappointed me very much. I would have expected more. The hall itself was great for a volleyball game. Big screens. Had to give away my seat cushion (height 3 cm). Had it with me for health reasons due to a slipped disc. I wasn't given a reason. A pity...

Huge arena, lots of stairs to walk, but a real experience

Long queues in front of the stadium and at the sales points. You have a good view inside and can get to your seat quite quickly. Overall recommended for away fans.

The SAP Arena is great. Likewise the parking garages. However, what always bothers me on days with events like this is pulling out of a parking space after the event. Here too, just cruel. Is there no other solution to empty a parking garage faster and more sensibly?

I am not rating the SAP Arena as an event. Positive: Parking lot P1, if you are early you get a good spot P1, you pay the parking ticket before the event and can therefore drive away quickly. Positive: The arena acoustics interior. Negative: the bouncer (please train your staff better) yesterday at entrance B, apparently my bag was too big (it wasn't) I had to hand it in at the drop-off point. I saw a lot of people in the arena with similar bags and backpacks. The procedure the bouncer's decision was purely arbitrary. Negative: There is no opportunity to buy something to drink or eat before entering. Negative: When you finally have the opportunity to buy something to drink/food after you have entered, you hardly have any options to put your drink/food down. These 3 negative points should be changed. THANKS

Always great there. Lots of parking spaces and despite the heavy traffic, things are always quick.

Multi-purpose hall with steep tiers, which means you can still be close to the action even from the top. Great atmosphere at the Lions' home games!

Great place, right at the top. The train ride from Landstuhl worked well. Changed in Mannheim...completely stress-free! It's just a shame the Eagles lost!

Went there for the ice hockey, there was a great atmosphere, the arena is well set up. It has many toilets where you didn't have to queue. Enough food and drink outlets, hardly any waiting times.

Functional arena for xsport events

Very nice, modern arena. Versatile, suitable for many indoor sports and events. A wide range of food and drinks during the events.

Can highly recommend the P2. Right at the entrance and short distances. And even better is the VIP parking lot, €15, and right next to the arena.

Inadequate interim management. It wasn't until 20 minutes after the break that wristbands were handed out that allowed entry again. Until then, anyone who wanted to get some fresh air had to leave the hall for good or be cooped up in the far too small, cordoned-off outdoor areas with hundreds of smokers.

It was my first time in the SAP ARENA and I have to say I imagined everything to be a little bigger. The journey went smoothly, we parked in the VIP parking lot, it costs €15 and it was right in front of the hall. We found our seats quickly but everything was a bit tight. There were long queues at the food and drink stalls. We had tickets for the Ehrlich Brothers, Dream & Fly, which was good but very loud. The show lasted about 2 x 1 hour with a break of about 25 minutes. When the show was over, I was just happy that I could finally stretch my legs again.

Today again at the Adlers, unfortunately a defeat against Ingolstadt. In the end the mood was good, as the catering was very full during the third break. Departure with the S-Bahn was hell as there was only one carriage.

Largest indoor event venue in Mannheim. Ice hockey, handball and concerts take place there regularly. Relatively good public transport connection. There are also plenty of parking spaces. Unfortunately, there are major traffic jams every time we leave. Depending on the event, you may have to accept longer waiting times to get in as not all entrances are open. The labeling of the individual areas is good. However, the stairs are a bit confusing. The catering industry is well represented. Price-wise, yeah. There are more expensive ones. In terms of quality, it depends on the day and the court. There are a lot of stewards and there are also a lot of cleaning staff who try to keep the store clean. We have been here a few times and will go there again.

There is always a great atmosphere here, especially at the Adlerspiele. Simply a top location for many unforgettable experiences!
