Located right next to the highway, it hosts ice hockey and handball events, as well as concerts. Parking is sometimes difficult.

We've been at various events for years and there's not much to criticize - the processes are well-rehearsed and work, regardless of whether it's ice hockey, handball or concerts. Terrible catering though

Roland Kaiser concert. Total chaos, disorganized, order service etc. unfriendly and completely overwhelmed. The concert has started and there are dozens around us still looking for their place or M have to change...

There were around 10,000 visitors here for a comedy event. Everything in the arena was very well organized, despite the free choice of seats, everything went great. Why deduct a star? Because of the parking garage or the exit/approach to the highway/feeder road here, we were in the parking garage about 40 minutes after the end of the event, which should definitely be improved.

Yesterday we were at Chris Tall's, arrival, control and seating were great (despite free choice of seats) and 10,000 tickets were sold. The entire security service staff, whether in or outside the arena, was very, very friendly (especially when going home, where everyone wanted to get home quickly, it was very civilized and quiet). The nice lady (Rebecca) at the exit also contributed to this! We had a lovely evening!

Access to the hall + catering was not good. 👎🏼 everything slowly, very carelessly and without flair. Catering staff have no plan and little initiative. Prices far away from good and bad. Sorry, if Chris Tall's show hadn't been so outstanding, we would have gone home sad.

Went to Chris Tall's yesterday, the arena itself was good BUT if you're offering burgers for 8.90 then it should be. In terms of quality, it's a golden seagull and not the worst of the worst (not recommended) and the exits are extremely poorly planned, we had to wait over 30 minutes until we could drive out of the parking lot and 2 parking machines out of 4 were broken, something like that shouldn't exist at an event like this, charging so much money for everything and then such a service. (52€/card, 6€ parking fee, 4 drinks a burger +1x popcorn 41€ if at least the quality was right everything would be OK

Yesterday we were with Chris Tall, who performed at the SAP Arena. The SAP Arena is a versatile hall whose size absolutely impressed us. However, the parking guidance system is an absolute disaster. After the event ended, we waited 45 minutes for the crowd of cars to move so they could drive out of the parking lot.

Never again uncomfortable, tight. Employees don't pay attention to the tickets. Send one away. I have 2 guesses either you have to be fast enough or bribe. Reading and understanding is probably not possible.

First event attended here... Conclusion, unfortunately I can't say anything about the arena because we've been stuck in a traffic jam 3 km in advance for an hour and nothing works here anymore... No thanks... Not again...

This was my second time at a concert in the SAP Arena. Top logistics team and good security. There are a fair number of quiet places that can easily accommodate 12,000 people.

There was the merchants against Göppingen. Was really unsatisfactory. The stadium was okay, but as a dedicated football fan I have to say that handball really isn't as good as I imagined. The Göppingen team also brought socially disadvantaged fans with them who fought with the Löwen Hools. Conclusion: The Lions' fan chants and ultras were very weak and some "fans" didn't sing along to Badner's song. Played really below average for 7th place.

Was it a guest in the VIP area? There is nothing to add to this. Just wow!

I was overwhelmed by the whole atmosphere

Yesterday was the first time at a Rhein-Neckar Löwen player in the SAP Arena. Great motorway connection and plenty of parking spaces including a parking garage. Unfortunately, the signs coming from the A6 are a bit hidden, as are the signs coming from the car park towards the motorway. Parking costs a flat rate of €5. Admission is 90 minutes before the start of the game. Yesterday was sold out to over 12,000 spectators. The prices at the many food stalls are, as usual, high. And the fact that a cup of water costs €5 is sad. Because of this and because of the very long traffic jams out of the area after the game, a point is deducted. The atmosphere was great.

Home game of the Rhein Neckar Löwen Great atmosphere in the hall, almost sold out. The situation during arrival and departure was a bit chaotic, as was the situation in the parking garage.

We were in the arena for Schlagernacht. Everything was super organized, great arena!

Went to Bülent Ceylan's evening in the arena. Everything worked excellently, such as instruction, catering, security. The arena was sold out and the program was excellent, it was a great evening.

The seats are a bit cramped, but you have a very good view

I was there for a concert. It was fine, but for our group, sitting on the chairs was really painful, so many of us had to sit on the floor at some point. The chairs were very hard, and some of the seats were tilted downwards. Anyone with back problems is in trouble.

Great for events. Concerts, trade fairs and ice hockey games etc. take place here. Catering is available at the individual events.

A great location. Great atmosphere. Awesome concert. The only negative point, as always, is that there aren't enough women's restrooms.

It was our first time here and we loved it! Everything is well organized! It was a nice atmosphere! The price for parking was not much surprising - 6 euros paushal, but on the other hand there are a lot of places and check-in/check-out is well organized.

You have to walk a long way to the parking lot, which costs an extra €6, and if the venue is sold out, there aren't enough parking spaces. I thought the service inside was great.

Had a great experience with the employee Gert and a security colleague. I'm pregnant and unfortunately I was given place tickets for very high up. It was very, very narrow there and since I also have problems with heights, this wasn't feasible for me. We wanted to leave the event after the first 5 minutes and were then asked if we could help. We explained the problems and less than 5 minutes later we were sitting in a great place that was totally pleasant. Many thanks to Gert and the security colleague.

The arena is beautiful, but if you sit in the upper tiers, the sound from the announcer is terrible. You can barely understand anything. We were here to play volleyball.

Great hall 🏒👍🏻😊but the food on offer in the Buisnessclub Unterterdisch if you pay so much entrance fee then you should have a good selection of food, which used to be very good. Signs in the entrance area would be a great help so that you can see where women and men can queue up to be patted down, it's not clear. This is confusing for strangers if you go to the Adler Mannheim on a regular basis and you know your way around.

My second living room, a bit confusing only for so-called tourists, for whatever reason!!! Sometimes it is an advantage if you do some research beforehand.

We had mobile tickets from Eventim that didn't work. This isn't the fault of the checkout clerk, but he didn't even come close to trying to help us or other visitors with the same problem. That was very frustrating and you were simply left helpless. The security was nice enough to let us in shortly before the concert started after presenting the invoice and proof that we had tickets... thank you very much for that!!! Otherwise, it's just an indoor stadium that hasn't yet been ravaged by the ravages of time. The seats offer enough space and a good view of the stage and probably also the playing field. Particularly noteworthy are the cup holders, a really well thought out thing!

Great, clean venue, large crowds are moved through quickly and efficiently, security is friendly and very prompt. I was there for the Lenny Kravitz concert. Queues at drinks stands are a little longer, but it's pretty quick. But drink prices are too high! 5 euros for a water plus 2 euros cup deposit. Legroom in the upper tiers is very limited, with a height of 1.80m you sit uncomfortable and very cramped.

The acoustics in the arena are good. However, the seats in the stands are quite uncomfortable. There are far too few men's restrooms. For women, it's a disaster to stand in a long line for the restrooms during intermission. Thankfully, the cleaning staff ensures the necessary hygiene. Hence, 3 stars.

A great event location for concerts and a variety of sporting events. Easily accessible by car and public transport.

The best hall I've been to so far. Above all, the air was very pleasant. In addition, numerous entrances and exits have been built and there is a clear guidance system and employees who are on hand. TOP. Gladly again. There is also something to eat in your hand: burgers, sandwiches, sausages and a sweet stall. Drinks are available at the three food stalls. These can also be taken into the arena as there are special holders on the chairs.

Today was my first time at the SAP Arena. The Bülent Ceylan show was absolutely top-notch. The journey was relaxed, there was great parking, and there was a huge selection of food and drinks. The Arena sausage was absolutely amazing. Sold out, what else? Amazing.

Prices are very high, and the parking situation is terrible. While there are plenty of parking spaces, they all lead onto the same street, causing traffic jams.

Great multifunctional hall in a best location. I only know the hall from Adler Mannheim ice hockey games. Very pleasant temperatures. A sweater is enough 😄

Exiting the parking lot was quite tedious and slow. Entry was very quick. Cleanliness was good everywhere. Wait times for food and drinks were just about acceptable. The arena was much too warm. The route back was poorly marked.

If you get there early enough, it can take an hour to find parking spaces and pay.

I think the SAP Arena (ice hockey) is a great stadium, the paths are very good 👍 excellent so you can get to your desired destination quickly, the staff and security were very friendly and accommodating, you can eat in the sports bar that belongs to it 👍, there are plenty of parking spaces unfortunately only for a fee so there is less walking distance, all in all it was a wonderful evening in the arena I can only recommend it

Great venue! Were here for the concert. Center stage with a great view from all sides, good sound. Staff at the entrance and service (food, drinks) well organized. Good and plentiful parking spaces in front of and next to the arena. Always my pleasure!

Good arena/hall for sports and cultural events. Good parking, good crowd management concept. Unfortunately, prices for drinks and snacks are exorbitantly expensive.

Very well organized. Despite the crowds (the hall was sold out for the event we attended), we didn't stand in line for an extremely long time and you only really became aware of the crowds when you got to the seats. Lots of parking spaces available, leaving the parking lot was the only thing that was a bit nerve-wracking.

Attended the Adler Mannheim game. Good organization on site. Quite difficult to get away from P3.

Good logistics, modern hall, you have a good view from everywhere, you sit comfortably, the cup holders on the seats are practical, The cups that can be stacked inside each other (filled) are also a good thing and you can transport several cups this way. I deducted two points because the burgers were really bad and expensive, absolutely not recommended, I can only advise everyone to find an alternative from the culinary options there. A warmed up lukewarm, not fried, vegetarian or meat patti, a leaf of iceberg lettuce, a little sauce, ready. The bun is dry and falling apart. I've never had such a bad burger anywhere else. In addition, half a liter of water costs €5, which is simply too much, the difference between the price of beer, apple spritzer and the like. In my opinion, it needs to be greater.

We were at the game between Netherlands and Georgia on January 11, 2024, which ended 34:29. The game itself was interesting, the Georgian fans, especially the "Black Bloc", created a great atmosphere. You don't know that in German handball. But the stewards were confident and the mood was good on both sides. You can tell that the SAP Arena is a relatively new facility. The flow of visitors is well managed, both at the entrance and after the game. The food and drink service also works well for its size. The technology behind the facility is also interesting, as the multi-purpose hall is actually an ice hockey hall. All in all, a worthwhile experience

I was here for the first time, at that time the Ehrlich brothers were here. I have to say it is incredibly big here, we were sitting pretty high up, if you are not careful you are back down quicker than you are at the top😉found it quite steep🙈

I was with the volleyball fans from DSC in the SAP Arena, a really great atmosphere and a great selection of food and drinks during the event.

There is always a great atmosphere here. The entrances are large and easy to find. Various sports and events ensure a varied program.

Finding a parking space is a bit difficult at first, but there are still enough parking spaces available. The many steps in the arena ensure plenty of exercise during breaks. The security staff is very friendly and accommodating. Overall a great experience! Everyone is recommended to attend events in the arena. It will definitely be worth it! :)

Can highly recommend the P2. Right at the entrance and short distances. And even better is the VIP parking lot, €15, and right next to the arena.

Attending a concert at SAP Arena is great, especially because of the stadium. The backdrop is perfect for such events. Andrea Berg made the stadium shake! The only drawback was the unfriendly security guards. We wanted to go to the VIP area for five minutes to get a photo with Andrea, but we weren't given this opportunity.

Concert Manowar was really great. But the security there sucks! We were right at the front and adhered to the ban on taking photos ourselves. The first and second rows diligently filmed and took photos in front of security. Photos were also taken behind us - the security guard kept shining his flashlight and blinding us instead of getting the person responsible for it out! And even when we wanted to take a commemorative selfie long after the show had ended, we were prevented from doing so by another gorilla who stood so close in front of us that he was almost standing on our feet and threatening us at the same time. Sorry guys - photos and videos are forbidden during the show - that's ok! But given the ticket prices, you'll probably be able to take a souvenir selfie in the hall before or after the concert, right? A huge group of "precious fans" set up in front of the stage immediately after the concert and took pictures - that wasn't a problem! But as a couple you get in trouble for that? Funny way security treats different visitors. It's a shame - but I don't need SAP Arena anymore...

Spectacular facilities and huge parking. I've been to the Manowar concert. The acoustics are very good.
