Wendekreis in Essen

It's always nice to be here, whether to celebrate or just eat something delicious in between. Unfortunately I took the photos too late again because it is just too delicious 😉👌

The pub is a great meeting place for young and old. The prices are absolutely reasonable. A pub as it should be. The events are original and prepared with passion. The boss is a real brand and has his heart and soul in the right place. The audience is great. With that in mind, keep it up dear Sven.

Just a cozy brown café with good service and very good food

Thanks to Sven and Andreas for a very nice evening. The food was excellent, although you can't say what was best. Finally a restaurant with legendary charm. But still modern. I can really only recommend it. 🍀🍀🍀

Nice, friendly host. Nice little economy. I've eaten there several times. A small, tasty meal menu. Wednesdays are schnitzel day Attractively priced. Stews such as carrot stew, lentil soup but also fillet tips, roast beef, etc. are on the weekly changing menu. Everything prepared with a lot of love. And always a little greeting from the kitchen as a starter.

Super cozy Ruhrpott pub, as you know it from before. Go there, feel good and feel like you've been coming here forever. Here you are warmly welcomed, the food is delicious, the selection of drinks is great, music requests are possible, you quickly get to know nice people and feel really comfortable even alone. Owner and service with a lot of heart and humor. Be sure to try it out, there are also events. To the team, please keep it up, lots of great guests and see you soon.

This is a lovely Ruhrpott pub where people meet to be with one another. I can go there as an older solo woman and feel in good hands. Unfortunately, such places have become rare with the decline of the mining age.

I had the extraordinary luck and pleasure of visiting your restaurant. Excellent food, highly motivated employees, great atmosphere to name just a few of the things that impressed me. Came as a stranger - immediately felt at home - left as a “friend”. I can fully recommend the Wendekreis restaurant!

Were there on Saturday for the first time in a year. We really liked it. Were warmly welcomed and served there. Would love to come back. Nice team. Keep it up. ...and herb butter was sooo 😋 😋 😋 delicious.

What can you say? Local pub potential. Mixed crowd, great owners, always happy again. For anyone who is unsure: give the pub a try, it's worth it.

War heute erstmals im Wendekreis. Essen war mega gut. Super Lokal.

So nach etwa 7 Monaten möchte ich insgesamt und somit incl. Essen ect. nochmals bewerten: man hat diesem Traditionslokal ein neues qualitatives Gesicht mit einem verdammt großen Angebot gegeben und füllt die Visionen sowie Zusagen mit viel Leben! Verlässliche Öffnungszeiten und diese auch nach hinten raus erlebe ich in der Stadt Essen mehrfach nicht mehr und u.a. auf diesem Gebiet ist der Wendekreis eine top verlässliche Adresse! Glück Auf und Hut ab!!!

Das Lokal ansich, kann ich nicht beurteilen.. Feststeht allerdings, dass keine Rücksicht auf die Bewohner der Straße genommen wird - Es ist viel zu laut!

Super uriges Ambiente und faire Preise. Wer Hunger mitbringt wird bei den Portionen auch echt satt

Bemüht, Freundlich, Visionen, Zuverlässig....sind halt Fakten! Gegessen habe ich nichts, aber gutes gehört & auch Snack gesehen...von mir keine Bewertung dazu!Glück auf

Nette kleine Gerichte, in der Art von Tapas. Gebackener Feta mit Knoblauch in Olivenöl mit Baguette, lecker. Wirt nett und sympathisch.

Unter der neuen Leitung nochmal an Qualität gestiegen. Das Essen ist sehr lecker, tolle Weine und eine tolle Speisekarte. Getränke top und gute Preise! Fussball mit Beamer und Automaten zum zocken :)
