What a great pub! Everything is just right here: a cozy atmosphere, super-friendly staff, and a great selection of drinks – from freshly tapped beers to really good cocktails. The crowd is relaxed and cheerful, and you immediately feel welcome. Whether for an after-work drink, a long evening with friends, or a quick nightcap – this pub is always a good choice. The music deserves special mention: just the right mix, not too loud, not too quiet. And when there's a live performance or quiz night, the atmosphere is unbeatable! I'll definitely be back. If you're looking for an honest, cozy, and lively pub, this is the place to be!

Went to the Lindenstübchen for a nightcap on Saturday. Stefan, the owner, was super friendly and left it open longer for us. Great rustic atmosphere in downtown Essen Ps. There is homemade currywurst :)

Where else are there normal pubs? Nice service and there is also something decent on the fork.

Sehr gemütliche Gaststätte, kann man nur empfehlen dort sind alle sehr nett und der Wirt macht alles möglich um seinen Gästen gerecht zu werden prima👍👍👍❤️

Stopped here for a few drinks, and was instantly welcomed by the barman with a warm smile and friendly service, despite my lack of skill in speaking German. The bar is very cozy and also has a comfortable outdoor seating area. I’ve made repeat visits, and had a great experience every time.

Wir waren mit Freunden für einen Absacker und ein paar runden "Shocken" an einem Freitag Abend da. Die selbstgemachten Frikadellen waren hervorragend, der Service total angenehm und auch das Ambiente richtig schön urchig. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Das Lindenstübchen könnte unsere neue Stammkneipe werden! :)

Sehr gemütlich...frisch gezapftes Stauder, und n richtig sympathischer Gastwirt!!! Zentral gelegen in der Essener Innenstadt, ganz in der Nähe der Limbecker Mall.

Gastronomie im klassischen Stil, schön, dass es solche 'kleinen Kneipen' noch gibt. Nur sollten die Öffnungszeiten im Netz aktualisiert werden. Bin zwar kein Stammkunde, aber seit 30 Jahren zumindest ein bis zweimal im Jahr dort.

Gemütlicher kleine Kneipe im Herzen von Essen, mit Nähe zum Shopping-Epizentrum von Essen. Mit leckeren kleinen Snacks und kühlem Stauder idt das Lindenstübchen auch gut als Ruheoase im Einkaufstress geeignet.
