Very good kebab! The staff are friendly and attentive. The meat tastes delicious, and the toppings are also good and fresh! I recommend it!

We had a delicious meal here after moving. Huge portions are enough for even big eaters. The food was prepared quickly, and we didn't have to wait long. The interior is also attractive.

Highly recommended: Lahmacun. The spicy sauce tastes like salsa—lots of tomato, not very spicy.

Best kebab in all of Dresden, I've rarely eaten such a good kebab.

I had a doner kebab box with fries for €7. Unfortunately, it was a total disappointment. The fries were completely soggy, and the instruction to pour the sauce once in the middle of the box and then again on the fries was either ignored or misunderstood. The "meat on a separator rotisserie" was, as usual, lacking in flavor and also not crispy. I wouldn't order it like that again. Please improve.

For me, the best kebab in Dresden! The selection is huge, and the food is super delicious. The kebab or kebab plate is really full and the price is completely fair. The staff is also super friendly, and you can even sit down and eat your meal in the restaurant. I definitely recommend it! 👍🏻

At first I had a very good impression, especially because of the vegan offering for me as a vegan, which not every kebab shop offers. However, there were leftover meat in the fries, which is unacceptable. I won't buy there again and I recommend other vegetarians and vegans to be careful there. That really doesn't work...

Almost everything tastes really good. The people are friendly. Only the Seitan kebab could be better. There are better ones elsewhere.

One of the best I know in Dresden. Both in terms of the selection of kebabs and everything that goes with them as well as the friendliness of the staff. Gladly 10 stars - unfortunately that's not possible. The five stars come from the heart.

Delicious kebab, friendly staff and pleasant atmosphere. In summer you can sit outside. Ordering is possible from inside and outside. In terms of price, all kebab snack bars on Kesselsdorfer Straße adjust to around one level. But I feel like I have more content here than in other shops down at the Tharandter Straße stop.

Taste-wise? Not bad at all. The store is clean and most of the time the people there are very friendly. Why am I still only giving one star? Every single time they try to cheat me out of my change. Sometimes it's 10 cents, sometimes it's €2. I've been paying attention the last few times and it's actually not always the same. Is this part of company policy?

Bester Döner der Stadt, tolle Soßen und Super Brot!

The food wasn't good and the staff could hardly speak German. There was a lot missing from my dürum, so I wouldn't hire people like that who don't even listen to the customers about what they're ordering and would prefer to give 0 stars. The time was 11 p.m. yesterday evening

Today we tried the new Seitan variations for the first time and were thrilled. We were impressed by the taste, the portion size and the price.

I had by far the best Börek plate ever here. Finely prepared, excellent dough, sprinkled with fresh white and black sesame. Really great and properly made with love. The kebab plate and especially the sauces were also exceptionally good. Plus the super nice staff. I can only recommend it to anyone who feels like having Turkish food again 😍👍

The location itself is okay, the staff is always super friendly. The quality of the food is very good. Everything is always very fresh and there is a large selection, including vegetarian dishes.

I recently picked up a kebab again. Unfortunately it now costs €7! I noticed that the bread had been changed and was now round and much smaller than before, which was a shame. Because it is round and cut quite low, there is a lot more falling down the sides. There is also rocket on the kebab. In my opinion it doesn't go together at all and completely distorts the taste. I won't be getting any more kebabs there in the future. Pizza is ok there, but you can hardly go wrong. The staff is friendly and asks in advance what you would like on your kebab etc.

My number one so far in Dresden. Very tasty meat, the sauces are great and the vegetables have a really nice bite. Of course you can always do something better, but not here. Anyone who wants to eat a great kebab should definitely check out this spot. 8.9/10

After a long test phase of various kebab shops in the Löbtauer district, I have come to the conclusion that Welat Döner are the best. So far, I've always had delicious food and been treated in a friendly manner.

Just let the skewer turn a little longer. The kebab would taste so much better if the meat was fried. It's a real shame, I was disappointed again. At €7 for a kebab I expect more quality.

Simply bad Eating the wrong food. Didn't really talk to the customer. Only listened with half an ear. Everything quick, quick Service is absolutely unfriendly It's getting more and more expensive and the food is getting worse. A year ago I ate there often. I've tried it again and again over the last six months and it's getting worse and worse.

At a late hour I wanted to treat myself to a Dürüm and it was an absolute failure. The employee was more annoyed than interested in selling it, the Dürüm had been in the oven for too long and therefore there were nice burnt marks hidden at the bottom when it was handed over, the meat was too dry and the Cheese was too salty to enjoy. Never again!!! At SARAY Kebap further up the cellar everything was okay👍🏻

The kebab at Welat is really delicious. The bread was fresh and crispy, and the salad and meat were also really tasty. The service is very nice, the prices are fair and you can even pay by card.

Stop making kebabs half an hour before the end

Expensive and nothing inside. I ordered a Dürüm with chicken for €8. There was very little meat in the kebab and an exorbitant amount of onions. I cannot recommend the Dürüm more highly. A bitter disappointment for this price.

Ein Guter Döner. Hab auch erst meine bedenken gehabt da so gut wie 80% der döner nur noch ranziges Billigfleisch verkaufen aber bei Welat ist alles i.o. Der Herr hinter der Kasse hat mich auch direkt wiedererkannt obwohl ich gerade mal zum 2. da war. Was ich aber nervig finde ist das bei denen "ohne Tomaten" auch gleichzeitig "ohne Gurke" bedeutet. Hättet ihr mir die Gurken gegeben dann wären es 5 Sterne. ^^ Naja vielleicht das nächste Mal. ;)

Bester Döner in Dresden aktuell

Hab heute einen Döner dort gekauft. Das Ergebnis war leider sehr schlecht. Ich hab mit viel Salat und Soße bestellt. Von dem Salat habe ich kaum was gesehen und der Döner war so trocken das ich ihm letztendlich nicht gegessen habe. Auch wurde unser Döner erst verwechselt, ich hab mit Halumi bestellt und der wurde erst bei meinem Mann in den Dürum getan. Sehr schade… Da gibt es wirklich deutlich bessere Döner in Löptau :) also von mir ganz klar keine Empfehlung

Also essen geholt alles schön und gut Döner kaum bis keine Soße und die Nuggets einfach noch roh also ich weiß nicht ob man da keine ahnung hat was da passieren kann aber ich werde da nie wieder essen holen

Zweimal da gewesen, zweimal wurde mir mehr abgerechnet als auf der Karte steht, zweimal misstrauisch vom Personal beäugt. Sehr unangenehm.

Gepflegter Laden, nette schnelle Bedienung, Produkte schmecken, es wird auch auf Wunsch abseits der Speisekarte zusammen gestellt.

Die Pizza war ein Gedicht. Sehr schmackhaft. Spinat und Haloumi. Lecker. Alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Freundliche Bedienung. Preis war auch okay.

Super Dönerladen. Personal immer freundlich und das Essen immer einwandfrei. Auch gut geeignet um direkt dort zu essen.

Immer lecker, immer freundlich! Ich empfehle zum Parken die gegenüberliegende Seitenstraße.

Speisen und Service haben sich stark gebessert. Döner und Dürüm sind angemessen groß für den Preis. Geschmacklich genau das was ich will.

Ambiente kann ich nicht wirklich was sagen war am to go Fenster. Ansonsten große, preise mittlerweile wie überall. Geschmack war auch gut bis sehr gut.

Der beste Döner der Stadt. Kaufe nur dort. Die Jungs sind immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Eine gute Gelegenheit, einmal Danke zu sagen.

Weiß denn keiner mehr was Döner heißt Minimum 40 Prozent scheiben Fleisch. Wie könnt ihr nur die Bratwurst Spieß alle essen. Qualität ist der letzte dreck. Ich hoffe das alle sogenannten dönerläden auch mal spiesscheibenfleisch anbieten. Aber die Gier nach Profit. Zeigt dieses Läden haben keine Ehre zu ihren gerichteten. Geht in eure Heimat oder macht’s richtig.

In Ordnung. Salat sehr einfach gehalten. Saucen eher langweilig. Aber es schmeckt trotzdem einigermaßen.

Von außen eher unscheinbar, aber innen starkes Angebot zu einem sehr günstigen Preis und sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Die Käsenudeln waren eine Wucht, so lecker und ofenfrisch habe ich sie noch nie vorher gegessen.

Einmal mit nur Fleisch Soße und Käse... Immer Klasse !

Guter Döner, der bisher immer schmeckte. Döner sind immer gut befüllt. Leider hat die Qualität in letzter Zeit immer mehr nachgelassen. Auch sind die aktuellen Kollegen nicht mehr so zuverlässig. Wenn man beim Belegen nicht drauf achtet, wird gern mal der Käse oder so vergessen. Es wird 5 mal nachgefragt, was in den Döner soll. Das war früher mal besser. Leider

Ich hatte zwei Döner nur mit Salat und Soße bestellt. Beide waren sehr gut gefüllt und es war ordentlich viel Soße drauf. Aufjedenfall eine klare Empfehlung.

Wir waren nach 22 Uhr da nachdem wir in 2 anderen Dönerläden weg geschickt worden weil es zu spät war…trotz der Uhrzeit wurden wir sehr nett empfangen und die Speisekarte war noch im vollen Umfang erhältlich…Ich hatte eine vegetarische Platte. Sie war optisch der Knaller und hat auch im Geschmack überzeugt! Sehr nette Mitarbeiter…

Absolut keine Empfehlung. Das Dürum ist vergleichsweise extrem schmal (nachgewogen waren es 80g weniger Gewicht als bei der Konkurrenz), die Mitarbeiter sind teilweise sehr unfreundlich und hören einfach nicht zu. Beispiel: ich bestelle einen normalen Dönerteller zum Mitnehmen, bekomme aber einen großen, den ich natürlich voll bezahlen muss. 🙄 Beispiel II: ich bestelle 1 Dürum und nur weil mein Mann und mein Kind neben mir stehen, macht der Mitarbeiter 2. Als ich den Fehler aufkläre, haut der besagte Mitarbeiter wutentbrannt das zweite Dürum in den Müll und als das bestellte fertig ist, klatscht er es regelrecht in die Tüte rein. Professionell ist was anderes. 🤷‍♀️ Und wenn man was nicht richtig verstanden hat, kann man ja nochmal nachfragen.

Neue aktuelle Revision(21.5.2022) Wieso ist SAMSTAG Abend in beiden welats um 22.45 bzw 50 geschlossen, wenn 0.00 geöffnet sein sollte bzw immer war? Ich MUSS leider revidieren....die Qualität ist so wechselhaft, früher ward ir die Besten, heute einfach nur Masse(und selbst dass ist sehr wechselhaft) die Macher haben auch eher schlechte Stimmung und es werden eher Witze über die Kunden gemacht, in der Meinung sie verstehen es nicht, als dass auf einfache Wünsche, was Soße, usw eingegangen wird. "Früher " war das anders! Einst waren beide welats die Besten der Stadt und keiner ging zum Ararat. Es waren die Soßen lecker und das Gesamtpaket, egal bei was rund, sei es Lahmacun, Döner, Börek, die Teller oder was auch immer, Mittlerweile ist das eher andersrum! Ich mache dafür den Chef verantwortlich! Den Mitarbeiternn geht's nur dann gut und sie haben Spaß und leisten gute Arbeit, wenn sie glücklich sind und ordentliche Bedingungen haben. Das sage ich, weil ich Ahnung von der Sache ansich habe😉
