Wang Chao in Moers

Nie nie wieder, 2 Tage nach dem Besuch am 17.10 tochter 8 Jahr und ich magen darm vom feinsten , kkh Haus besuch inklusive , Teller besteck dreckig , Hygiene Katastrophe, ich hab nachts kaum geschlafen weil ich vor Augen das essen hatte und das Ambiente. Theke stand voller Gläser von vor Gästen mit getränken drin. Fisch und Muscheln reinste Katastrophe, sushi was die sushi nennen mot Mayonnaise voll geschmiert. Personal wie auf Drogen völlig neben der Spur . Eis ranzig, Kuchen wohl 3 Tage kühl gestellt . Nie wieder Null zu empfehlen

The restaurant was very bad. Very small selection of food, it used to be much better. Now it has become more expensive and the selection has been halved. I think we need to find a new restaurant unfortunately.

Super wild shop. All you can eat and drink for little money. Cash only. Reservation recommended. Family business. Food was really good. Come again.

Actually, the 1 star is already too much, but unfortunately you can't go negative, 30 euros / person right when you enter. Beverage flat referred to some cheap products from well-known shops. After 10 minutes of searching, the request for Cola Zero was answered with there being plenty of other things!!!!!! The food was cold in places, squid rings could have been hammered into the wall with nails, Peking soup either tasted like a lot of vinegar or was sour. The food prepared on the grill was burnt in places. The highly praised Hotpod, whatever that was supposed to be, was neither explained nor were the dishes labeled for it or identifiable Summary: Not even eaten a plate or soup, didn't drink anything, After about 15 minutes and 3 discussions later left the restaurant. The only positive thing was that after threatening to contact the health department, we at least got our money back

Actually very good. But the price of €30 for 1 adult is already steep. Unfortunately the cake was still frozen.

We were there last night... You're not quite there yet and you have to pay immediately, they already know why. The food is really terrible, the rice is completely dry, the noodles are cold, the meat is hard and many bowls are not filled with new food. You pour the drinks yourself, sometimes from 2 liter bottles. You almost never see the waiters... You can look for cutlery and some of the dishes are still dirty. The tongs are in the food and are so hot that you can hardly touch them.. all in all it was terrible and cannot be closed

Unfortunately, the quality of the food has declined significantly in recent years. I used to love eating here, but unfortunately now everything tastes the same and not like it used to.

We were there 2 days ago. Everything was really great! From the friendly staff to the always fresh food! Toilet was clean! I absolutely don't understand some of the feedback here! I didn't want to go there! Gladly again! Keep it up! Thank you for everything!

Had dinner with the family again. That was really the last time (in this store)!!! Had to pay directly at the entrance! Was new for us. I don't know of any other restaurant!! Food poor to insufficient!!!! (“fresh” counter smelled like it was spoiled). Service was nowhere to be seen! Shortage of staff!! Ambience: Dirty in every corner! Starting with the entrance (everything was full of boxes). The floor sticks to your shoes! Tables very dirty! Lipstick on the glasses! Cutlery tray + dirty cutlery! (You had to look for where it was before yourself!!!) I don't even want to mention the toilets! ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!

Card payment is offered and today I couldn't pay by card again. I won't withdraw money from the ATM across the street for horrendous fees.

We used to love coming here. Now it's been two years now and we were shocked. You get absolutely nothing for the price, it's totally chaotic, there are things everywhere. 100 bottles in opening, hardly any service staff, everything sticks and looks simply ransacked.Food more cold than good, just a shame, Moers used to be a really good address but now I don't recommend it to anyone!

It was a complete disaster! The food wasn't quite cooked through, smelled and tasted like it was from the day before. There wasn't a choice of food, especially dessert. Unfortunately, money wasted! The health department wanted to call in a very hygienic way...

Today I celebrated my 60th birthday with my guests. Eating is so good. Floors are sticky everywhere. Toilets are in a catastrophic condition. I was very embarrassed. Never again !!!!

Dear people, don't do this to yourself. As a long-time visitor, I was surprised today with food that was terribly bad. Cutlery was dirty, glasses were poorly washed and card payments were not possible. Not recommended for 30 euros including drinks.

The restaurant is a total disaster! At the entrance you are greeted very nicely, pay directly and then off you go! The floor throughout the restaurant is just sticky and dirty. We were there at 6 p.m. and there were still dirty plates and glasses on various tables, whether it was something from lunch or from other days before, I have no idea! The counter area was also full of dirty dishes and glasses. There was junk lying around in every corner! The selection of food is also very manageable. Rice was then put on the buffet upon request, the fried noodles were cold and the toilets stink, are not clean and all the trash cans are simply overflowing. Guests walk past the buffet with their dog in their arms! So I can't recommend the restaurant at all. We definitely won't be going back!

Been there again after many years. It will also be the last time. Staff in sweatpants!!!!!! Toilets dirty. Carpet poorly glued and therefore a tripping hazard. Opened beverage bottles will be handed out. The food didn't convince us at all. The only positive point was the friendly owners.

The restaurant is no longer recommended. Everything sticks, glasses, cutlery and the floor are dirty. It's way too warm, the air conditioning isn't turned on anymore? The few staff on site try to remain friendly and cover up the situation. Really sad to see.

The owners of Wang Chao cannot tolerate criticism, even if it is factually justified. I described over a year ago that you have to pay when you enter the restaurant and that the presumably Eastern European staff didn't understand or speak a word of German. Although I otherwise made positive comments about the buffet, the owners criticized my review as "slander". This is an outrage and unacceptable. If you look at the many new and good reviews, you will notice that they contain no text or only a very short text and that these users often only wrote one review. It is doubtful that the reviews are genuine.

We were completely disappointed this afternoon. We were in the restaurant for the first time. First of all, the fact that you have to pay if you want to go in is something new to us. But okay, we thought so. Service not visible in the entire restaurant. There are drinks bottles from small to even 5 liter water canisters everywhere. No matter where you walked, your shoes stuck to the tiles. We were there on a Saturday at 3 p.m. It was well attended. The buffet itself was the worst I've ever seen. Either the containers were empty or it had dried up. Nevertheless, we gave it a chance. Unfortunately a complete failure. Curry rice was completely dried out. The normal rice in the warming container was a huge sticky lump. The satay sauce could have been described as pudding. I tried my food briefly and left it completely alone. It was exactly as I described before. My wife had gotten some soup in advance. The consistency was very jelly-like. The broccoli was hard and cold. She tried 2 or 3 more things and just wanted to leave. We had to look for cutlery and plates. You don't see anyone serving there. We were allowed to wash fresh glasses ourselves. As you can see from the pictures, plates are also in short supply.

Great restaurant for the whole family

In terms of the ambience, it's more of a canteen feeling, eating almost as much on the floor as at the buffet. The staff was very friendly and always quickly at the table to clear away used dishes. The food itself was ok, but nothing more than that, as a tip, wait until something fresh is refilled. It feels like 100 bottles of 1.5 liter PET for each type of drink. My malt beer 0.5 liter glass bottle was fresh 😂 The dessert has seen better days, the cake already had dry edges, the chocolate fountain was better avoided. At least the fruit was fresh. For 3 people 90 euros 🤷 including drinks, you can do it, but you don't have to. 1st time and last time. I'd rather go out for a leisurely meal for the money.

So that has decreased dramatically, it used to be much better. And the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired, in the restaurant and especially in the toilets. It's a shame actually...

Definitely not recommended. The hygiene in this store leaves a lot to be desired. All containers have black edges. You could easily walk on the floor with ice skates as it is very slippery and dripping with grease. The displays in the cupboards are an imposition. Here, food residue even sticks to the glass panes from below. The absolute height was then the sanitary facilities. Every station toilet is cleaner than the facilities at Wang Chao. All in all a case for food inspection!!! Unfortunately, this review has already been deleted due to alleged defamation. Nobody should be defamed here. This is just about the experience. So it's a decent criticism. The owner of the restaurant should take care of this and put his energy into the restaurant instead of having reviews deleted here.

Unfortunately no longer recommended. We used to love being there. The soft drinks were all opened, so there was no carbonation. It tasted stale. Salad bar no real selection. But the food itself was delicious. Were there today at 12 p.m. Floors, glasses, cutlery not clean. I wouldn't recommend it today, it's gone badly. Too bad.

Unfortunately, there are no fewer stars going. We still know the restaurant when it was called Wang Fu. It was just great there. But yesterday we were so horrified... You have to pay when you enter, card payment was not possible. Only self-service everywhere, even the drinks. Food for the grill was very sparse; it came to the table completely over-salted and fried too crispy. The remaining dishes were either too bland, too salty and had been on display for too long (too dry). Really catastrophic It's a shame that real opinions are being swept off the table. This place is very impressive from the outside but inside the shop everything is made very cheaply. the food is very disgusting, people here eat like pigs. There are stains everywhere and things broken, cracks in the floor everywhere And 75 € for that is the biggest impudence. But a small plus point for the very nice service No recommendation from me

Having my bad review deleted years later doesn't change my bad experience with Wang Chao. You have to accept criticism and perhaps change something instead of simply having all negative reviews deleted. That says it all in my opinion. I'm curious when it will be deleted again.

The food is bad, a lot of it is oversalted like the soup. You first have to find the glasses with the cutlery. The drinks are almost all the same and the food is hardly refilled at all, I had my food fried and when I tried it I was so disappointed with the food because it was so salty that I couldn't eat it at all. The toilets are really disgusting and they stink. There was almost no ice cream at all. I was very disappointed this time it was much better and there was a lot more choice.

I had the pleasure of visiting Wang Chaos Chinese Buffet and absolutely loved it! As soon as I entered the restaurant I noticed the warm and inviting atmosphere. The decor was stylish and immediately created an authentic Chinese atmosphere. The buffet itself was impressive: a huge selection of dishes that were constantly being replenished. The food was superbly prepared, from the classic spring rolls and dim sum to a variety of main courses with different meats and seafood. Another highlight was the sushi bar and the Chinese hot pot. For those who prefer something spicier, there was also a wonderful selection of spicy dishes that were seasoned to perfection. The service was equally excellent - the staff were always attentive, friendly and made sure you didn't miss anything. The plates were cleared quickly and the staff were always available to help if you had any questions. Overall, my visit to Wang Chao was a real taste experience. The value for money is unbeatable and I will definitely come back. If you are looking for an authentic and high quality Chinese buffet, you should definitely try this restaurant!

Oh my God, I was at the buffet with my parents today because our Asia Palace was closed due to illegal work. The last time I was here was 5 years ago and back then it was really clean and tasty, but today was unbearable, normally we would have the money Having to get it back with so much dirt, whether on the table, the fridge from the cake or at the buffet/ice cream, is simply cruel and not recommended and that at 30 euros per person!!!! I have never seen such a grubby, dirty chef Nobody even with a rag in their hand, the table full of candle wax, the carpet full of stains and crumbs/dust mice and broken tiles everywhere!! Please please close this shop because the food was also miserable, despite a large selection! Around bags of frozen food To open vegetables or cakes, the mouth is taken with the teeth and the doors remain full of pudding/cakes, because every little guest runs around alone and grabs everything and puts the cream sprayers in their mouths, that's not possible! Children Children under 6 years of age have no place at the buffet alone, dear guests and staff!!!
