Very friendly staff, pleasant atmosphere, and a very good buffet. The food is hot and refilled quickly. Highly recommended.

We've been customers here for several years; the food has always been delicious. We come here almost 3 to 4 times a month and always enjoy coming back.

Unfortunately, this restaurant isn't very accommodating. I can only eat very little after a gastric sleeve surgery, and I asked if I could have a children's buffet for the reasons mentioned. I was told no. We haven't been to this place since.

We ate very well and felt well looked after. Plates were always cleared promptly. There were no gaps at the buffet either. Basically, everything was always available or was replenished shortly afterwards. The food was very tasty and well prepared.

The food was plentiful, with plenty for vegetarians too. Good signage, delicious wok cooking, and even some vegan snacks. The salad was fresh, and the dessert selection was a feast. We overate a bit :-)

We've been going there for years because my parents, almost 90, discovered Chinese food, and we have to go for every birthday... The food is always great, but the service was pretty bad for the first time three days ago... But otherwise, always worth recommending for a Chinese buffet... Very tidy and well-maintained... But no more little birthday gifts, I think that's really crap...

Good Chinese restaurant with fast and mostly friendly service! Good selection, the only downside is that it often takes a while to refill, especially with the crab and duck. It's a shame that the Chinese red soup is now just sweet and has few ingredients; it used to be much better! Price-wise, it's the cheapest I know, and there's a good selection of ice cream for dessert!

The best Chinese restaurant in the entire area. Excellent food, a fantastic buffet, a huge selection, and they always refill the menu immediately when they run out. Unbeatable value for money, making the long journey from Mülheim to Repelen worthwhile. We're thrilled and would gladly return. ☺️🤤

Today, the two of us were there for the first time. I personally find the ambiance really nice. The service was consistently friendly and positive. The food was OK, but really nothing more. The price is reasonable for the service. As a vegetarian, however, I was pretty disappointed. I preferred the grilled food, which you can put together yourself, but the vegetarian selection is quite limited there too. There are definitely better options for vegetarians, and it could definitely be improved these days. There's definitely room for improvement here. The dessert selection is okay. There's some fruit and cake. The selection of ice cream flavors was really good. There's something for everyone here. I also liked that they offered a Chinese dessert. Unfortunately, I've never seen that anywhere else. Definitely recommended for those on a tighter budget and for non-vegetarians. However, I probably won't eat here again.

The ambiance is a bit dated; the chairs are very old and worn. The central fountain with its fish is very beautiful and well-maintained. We were there a week ago, still during the summer holidays, but unfortunately, the buffet wasn't regularly replenished. Some dishes were only lukewarm. The duck was completely missing...a shame, as we were really looking forward to it. The dessert corner, on the other hand, was very well stocked with fruit, pastries, and ice cream. The lady who served us could have been a bit friendlier. My companion asked for the restroom and was gestured, "There." Our order was also taken coolly, and drinks were placed on the table without comment; a little friendliness certainly wouldn't have hurt. There is a parking lot on site, but it's very small.

The food is delicious, and there's a nice selection. I especially like the soups, the egg-fried rice, the green beans, and the chicken. The sushi there isn't as good as in other restaurants. I personally don't think the ice cream is that good either. The service is good, but when it's busy, it takes a little longer to be served. Then the employees seem a bit stressed and distant. Sometimes when bowls are empty (and the restaurant has been open for another 1.5 hours, for example), they don't refill them. You can then order them for free at the counter and they'll make them fresh, but it's not ideal. The kid-friendly service is absolutely fantastic. As a child, I always went there, played in the kids' room, and always received a small gift when I paid. Apparently, you have to order a drink for the buffet. A few times, it was accepted without one, but recently I've been told that it's necessary. It's inconvenient if you don't want anything to drink anyway. The restrooms are always clean. The parking lot is very narrow and usually full, but you can also park on the street. There's a small pond and a Chinese-style bridge at the back. The restaurant also has a pond with fish. The interior is absolutely beautiful, with a Chinese-inspired design and attention to detail.

This was our first and last visit to this restaurant. We had a reservation and weren't booked. Nevertheless, we were shown to our table after 5 minutes. The atmosphere, for me personally, was very uncomfortable, cramped, and dark. After 10 minutes, a server came to the table, very serious, and asked us under what name we had reserved our reservation. Everyone noticed this. We felt very uncomfortable. From that point on, the atmosphere was no longer so friendly when they came to our table. I didn't like the food at all. The meat was too flabby for me, and the selection wasn't varied. The only thing I did like was the ice cream. We still gave a generous tip. Even then, there was no smile or thank you! Once, and never again!

Super delicious food, friendly service, and reasonable prices. I celebrated my birthday there with my family at a round table for 10 people. Everyone from a 3-month-old baby to an 85-year-old great-grandmother was there. I personally think the large koi pond in the middle of the dining room is beautiful, and it's the only restaurant I know in all of Moers that has a children's play area.

The pagoda is quite nice (there's some visible damage to the ceiling, which you'll notice if you look at the mirror above). The service itself is excellent and very friendly. The food is plentiful and easy to reach. Unfortunately, my first portion of fried noodles was lukewarm. One type of ice cream in the freezer wasn't even refilled. You could only see the leftovers at the edge of the container. But I'll admit, what I did eat was delicious, and I was also very pleasantly surprised that there's a separate room for children to play.

We love coming here because they also serve tipan on Sundays and we are absolutely thrilled. Our next visit was in June 2025.

The working hours do not correspond with the website and the real time. We arrived at 20:30 and were denied entry to this establishment because they close at 21!

After a long time, I was full of anticipation and returned to this restaurant – unfortunately, I was disappointed. The food had significantly declined in flavor: the sauces were thin and watery, and overall, it lacked the seasoning and quality that I used to appreciate so much here. It's a real shame, because the food used to be excellent. But I have to say a big compliment to the staff – they were consistently friendly and attentive.

We ate here yesterday with a group of friends, including small children, and everyone was very satisfied. There was something for everyone, and everyone enjoyed the food. The children were welcome and had a great time downstairs in the playroom. The service was very fast and always attentive. I think we'll be back.

We eat here regularly. It's a great place, whether you're celebrating with the whole family or you're just too lazy to cook and want a quick meal for two.

One of the best grill buffets I know. Top price/performance ratio. Nice staff that sometimes gets a little lost due to the number of guests. Respect to the ladies and gentlemen for this achievement. The dishes at the “standard buffet” also change regularly.

You can eat very well here. The buffet is rich and is always replenished quickly. Reservations always work very well. Staff is very nice and friendly. I like to come here from Krefeld. For me the best Chinese restaurant I know.

I've been to the Chinese Restaurant Pagode several times in the past and have always been satisfied - a few years ago the food was much better. Unfortunately my last visit was a huge disappointment. The meat was extremely tough and much too firm, hardly edible. The wontons didn't taste as good as they used to - the preparation was completely different and, unfortunately, much worse. The chicken nuggets were undercooked, they were far too soft on the inside and had a strange consistency. After eating I felt really sick, which unfortunately completely ruined the visit. Overall, I am very disappointed and will definitely not go there again. It's a shame that the restaurant has deteriorated so much compared to before.

The best shop, it has the best food and my favorite food is like these delicious hard nuggets that are the best and there is only drink service and to PICK UP food only takes 2 minutes and is not cooked. Best.

The best Chinese buffet in Moers! Everything was just right here, from the delicious food to the service and the fact that it was really very clean. Also absolutely family friendly, there was even a separate play area for children under the restaurant :)

We always enjoy going to the all-you-can-eat buffet at the Pagode Chinese Restaurant and are more than satisfied every time. The buffet is always fresh, clean and plentiful, which makes the selection really diverse and delicious. The waitresses are always friendly and helpful. Although there may be longer waiting times when there is a lot of activity, this in no way affects the quality of the food and the great service. We can definitely recommend the restaurant and would love to come back!

I visit this restaurant at least once a year due to family gatherings. Unfortunately, it has disappointed me lately. The taste leaves a lot to be desired - the dishes are relatively bland, and glutamate seems to play a central role. The selection, on the other hand, is really diverse and leaves little to be desired, which is definitely a plus point. The service deserves high praise: Despite the large number of visitors, the team always tries hard and copes with the rush excellently. However, for me the price-performance ratio is no longer right. The quality and taste just don't justify the cost. What a shame! Sometimes less is more!

Food was very good.. The service was also good and very friendly. The only thing I didn't like was the playroom in the basement for the children. All the balls are broken. The ball pit isn't really filled with balls and the rocking horse is broken. The seating in the playroom is so wobbly that you can't thinks it's all falling together...

The food was okay. But not particularly. Unfortunately, the duck was fried to death on the second tour at the buffet and the breading was like rubber. The peanut sauce was more of a sandy concrete paste and was already very soaked in the container. And do there have to be mayo and ketchup bottles from the discount store around there?!? Not very professional. The ambience was loud like a swimming pool. When it's very crowded it's almost impossible to have a conversation. But the service was friendly and quick. And my dog ​​immediately got a bowl of water. But I won't go there again.

Well-attended Chinese restaurant, Mauch at lunchtime. We were here for the lunch buffet. When we arrived there were already a few people waiting at the door. After opening, the restaurant quickly filled up to around 40 people. That in itself spoke for good cuisine. The restaurant is quite large, with a large terrace in the courtyard. This means it's not tight and it doesn't get lost. The buffet (for us, as I said, at lunchtime) is (nevertheless) generous. The dishes were fresh and delicious. Price/performance perfect. There are free parking spaces in the yard, but there are a limited number. Recommended!

The food (especially the grill) is always freshly prepared and replenished in a timely manner. the staff is courteous and friendly. There are two rooms, each with windows and a pleasant atmosphere.
