Legendary food, fried rice with chicken is clearly the favorite.

We come here often. The service is always super friendly and efficient. The food tastes incredibly good and always makes us happy. Large portions and very reasonable prices. We always love coming back.

I've been a regular at Wan Bao for many years, and every meal is consistently excellent. The quality is always outstanding, everything is fresh, tastes fantastic, and the portions are more than generous. Friendly service, very good value for money, and for me, one of the best places for Asian cuisine in Meschede. Highly recommended!

I was there shortly before Christmas 2025 and ordered takeaway! Let me just say one thing: I'll never eat there again!! The quality is constantly declining, friendliness is practically nonexistent, and so on and so forth! No thanks.

I was looking for an Asian restaurant nearby and came across this place, so I decided to try it. The owner is very friendly, and the food is delicious with generous portions. I’ll definitely visit again when I’m nearby.

Today I went to the restaurant—everything was simply fantastic! The food was delicious. The restaurant itself looks really great. I especially loved the Chinese-style decorations—very atmospheric! 🇨🇳 The portions for one person are quite large, which is really nice. I was also greeted by a very kind and friendly man, which made the experience even better. Everything was delicious, and I will definitely come back!

An absolute disaster: The place smells strongly of chemicals, and the food tastes just as bad. There's constant shouting in the kitchen. The staff look very depressed. When ordering, they ask for your name and what you've ordered, instead of working by name – they only work by dish. So, if someone is picking up food for 10 people, they have to call around to find out what everyone wanted. The wait for the food is incredibly long. Thai red curry is yellow and only spicy because of black pepper. When I order shrimp in red curry, I get yellow water with vegetables and a grand total of 5 shrimp, but with about 500 grams of old, sticky, and dry cheap rice. The baked pineapple is swimming in grease in its skin. I absolutely cannot understand how such a filthy place can have such good reviews. Most likely bought reviews or self-written.

The best Chinese food in the Sauerland region, hands down. The freshness and quality of the ingredients are outstanding. No expense is spared, and no expense is ever spared. A very lovely family who runs the restaurant. Especially the uncle and aunt, they are truly kind people.

We came here spontaneously today and were very pleased with the friendly service and the delicious food. The price-performance ratio is mega! The ingredients were obviously fresh and attractively prepared - the portions were huge! The only small negative point: the many plants in the snack bar are nice, but overall it could be a bit tidier, because then the overall atmosphere / quality of stay would definitely be a lot better (-an open shelf with knickknacks in the middle of the shop...) The next time we are in Meschede, we will definitely come back. :)

I have ordered food a few times via Lieferando. Delivery and waiting time were satisfactory, and the food was delicious – so far, so good. However, one evening when I came up with the idea of ​​ordering the food directly from the store and taking it with me, I was really shocked! 😧 It was the first time I saw the store. Help! The variety of the menu is impressive and offers something for every taste. The quality of the dishes is excellent, freshly prepared and authentic in taste. The atmosphere in the restaurant is rather pleasant and the staff is very attentive and friendly. A visit to Wan Bao is always a pleasure. Highly recommended!

Essen kam früher als erwartet, heiß und war sehr lecker. Die Portionen waren noch dazu so groß, dass wir am nächsten Tag noch ordentlich davon essen konnten. Preis-Leistung sehr gut :)

Nicht besonders empfehlenswert der Laden. Es geht schon los wenn man den Laden betritt. Die Speisekarte hängt direkt neben der Tür, wenn man sich diese anschaut ertönt die ganze Zeit ein nerviger Klingelton von der Decke und man steht anderen Gästen im Weg. Die Speisekarte ist auch unübersichtlich und es war mir unklar welche Beilagen es zu den jeweiligen Gerichten gibt. Habe dann die "Spezialität des Hauses" Knuspriges Hähnchen bestellt. Das Gericht wurde nach ca. 10 Minuten geliefert und bestand aus einem riesigen Berg fritiertem Hähnchen und Reis. Leider kein Gemüse bis auf ein paar Sprossen unter dem Hähnchen. Dazu gab es eine fade Süß Sauer Soße. Satt sollte hier jeder werden, aber das Essen war sehr eintönig und geschmacklich eine Entäuschung.

Das einzig Gute am Essen war, dass es viel war.

Wir haben mal wieder von unserem Lieblingsrestaurant bestellt. Unsere Lieblingsgerichte sind S1 und S3, Paniertes Hähnchen/Schwein. Sehr lecker und schön saftig, so wie es sein sollte😍 Das geld was man bezahlt, ist wert für das, was man bekommt. Man wird aufjedenfall satt und hat umsonst zu der Bestellung noch einen riesigen Pott Reis dazu. Fazit ist, dass man hier bestellen/essen sollte wenn man nicht so viel geld ausgeben möchte, trotzdem aber satt werden will. Danke für das tolle Essen!😊

Oh sind das meine Waschbärfreunde!? „Jungs hier drüben!“ rufe ich und sie setzen sich in die Sitzsäcke neben mir. Wir unterhalten uns etwas und essen unsere Snacks (nomnomnom) und haben Spaß. So fühle ich mich 👍 Nur die Position an der Straße ist nicht die beste und die Karte und so ist nicht perfekt. Ich hab auch schon besser asiatisch gegessen aber das hier war schon Tipi topi

Bester Laden in Meschede, war sehr lecker

Kann nichts negatives zu diesem Laden sagen. Ich habe über die letzten Jahre mehrfach dort bestellt, meistens zum Abholen aber auch hin und wieder zum liefern. Abholen und zuhause geniessen ist in meinen Augen die schnellste Lösung an schnelles heisses und leckeres Essen zu kommen. bei Lieferung allgemein, besonders ausserhalb von Meschede muss man eben mit Wartezeiten rechnen, was aber auch verständlich sein sollte. Das bemängelte Ambiente kann ich nur bedingt nachvollziehen, aber man muss auch sehen das es sich nach der Selbstbezeichnung um einen Imbiss und kein Restaurant handelt. Daher hab ich persönlich eine andere Erwartungshaltung. Freundliche Bedienung und schnelles & gutes Essen zu annehmbaren Preisen habe ich bei Wan Bao immer vorgefunden. Also meine Erwartungen sind erfüllt

Afhaal tentje. Rommelig restaurantje. Vieze Wc. Eten redelijk. Niet verkeerd, maar ook niets bijzonders. Niet ziek geworden overigens. Gesloten keuken Eenmalige afhaal ivm vakantie in de buurt.

Vom Preis her lässt sich nix sagen/ kann man nicht meckern/ ist das Verhältnis mit der Leistung in Ordnung/ passts. Um es kurz zuschreiben… bester Laden bleibt so wie Ihr seid!!!!

Super lecker heiß geliefert. Etwas teuer weil man mindestbestellwert von 45 euro hat aber gutes Essen kostet ! 1 Stern zoehe ich ab da man an den Lieferzeiten arbeiten müsste gesagt wird 59 Minuten aber gewartet haben wir mot Kind das eigendlich zeitig ins Bett musste über 2 Std . Schade sber trotzdwm Gutes Essen !

Das Essen ist richtig gut, kann ich empfehlen, weil ich echt sensiblen Magen habe, Vertrag nicht diese Geschmacksverstärker, sobald ein essen zu sehr ölt oder sehr sehr würzig ist, bekomm ich Bauchschmerzen, anbei hier hatte ich das noch nie. Bei anderen Anbietern, ist der Besuch zur Toilette fast unausweichlich. Hier Zahl ich für die Nr.94 ca 10euro, werde davon mega satt und kann noch ein zweites Mal davon essen. Top, auch nette Menschen. Top.
