What an excellent restaurant. I ordered a steak and it was one of the best I have eaten. Waiters have excellent English and there are English menus available. You must visit this restaurant.

Wow. The food was simply perfect. The old pharmacy's decor is very stylish. And after Olga took over our service, nothing was left to be desired.

It was absolutely perfect! This was our second visit, and we weren't disappointed *again*. The lovely Julius served us with such care and attention. You could tell he genuinely enjoyed what he did. Kudos to you, Julius! 😊 The rump steak was superb, and it came with a small salad, a bread appetizer, and a good wine. Truly delighted!

Super stylish, perfectly matching the boutique hotel, and the service is top-notch. The food, from appetizer to dessert, was impeccable and absolutely delicious. The wine list has something for every wine lover. Of course, they have their own visible aging chamber for meat from their trusted local butcher ;-) We'll definitely be back.

We had a Wiener Schnitzel and a salad with Kikok chicken. The server was quick and tried his best, but was barely able to pour a Coke into a glass. The new cook was also incredibly fast. The food arrived after just a few minutes, and it tasted just as bad. I've never eaten so badly! The ambiance is very nice, but the benches and chairs are uncomfortable. The great reviews, as well as the price range, raised our expectations, but the overall experience was very disappointing. Only one female employee impressed us with her competence and friendliness. We will never eat there again!

We were at the MOW 2025 furniture fair and stayed at a restaurant as a group. We waited an hour and a half for our food, and the service was abysmally poor. Yes, it was busy, but the furniture fair doesn't come unexpectedly like Christmas.

The food was good, but unfortunately not what we ordered. They didn't even ask if we wanted anything to drink. When I paid, they didn't ask how I wanted to pay and just handed me the debit card. They were really cheeky when they made me enter how much I wanted to tip before they could enter my PIN. Unfortunately, it doesn't look like a steakhouse. And the prices are way too high. The selection could be better. I won't be going back.

Before we'd even taken our seats, we were handed the menu while standing. The food itself was of good quality, but relatively bland in flavor. The salad dressing was lacking in flavor, and the porcini mushroom ravioli was super tasty, but the sauce and the foam were completely underseasoned (luckily, we had pepper and salt on the table). After paying and offering constructive criticism about the "courage to season," we didn't get the final goodie like the other guests 😞 It's a shame, but then again, we only got one ⭐️ in 2020 and nothing after that....

Ich habe selten das Bedürfnis, eine Bewertung zu schreiben – aber was mir heute in Walter’s Pharmacy serviert wurde, verdient nicht nur Lob, sondern höchste Anerkennung. Das Filetsteak: Ein Meisterstück. Zart, saftig, auf den Punkt gegart – mit einer Textur und einem Geschmack, die ich in den letzten 20 Jahren so nicht erlebt habe. In Kombination mit dem charakterstarken Rotwein Sycar entstand ein Zusammenspiel, das man nicht isst, sondern zelebriert. Das war kein Essen – das war ein Ereignis. Und als wäre das nicht schon genug, setzte der Service dem Abend die Krone auf: aufmerksam, charmant, professionell – einfach gnadenlos gut. Es war nicht nur Bedienung, es war echte Gastfreundschaft. Zum Abschluss überraschte uns das Team noch mit einem hausgemachten Mango-Sorbet aufs Haus – eine kleine Geste mit großer Wirkung, die den Abend perfekt abrundete. Fazit: Wer glaubt, schon das beste Steak seines Lebens gegessen zu haben, sollte sich auf den Weg nach Bad Salzuflen machen. Walter’s Pharmacy setzt neue Maßstäbe. Uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert – und mit Freude bald wieder! Chapeau – und danke für diesen unvergesslichen Abend!

My food was very good, both in terms of taste and craftsmanship. A friend's meat was not cooked correctly, but the problem was acknowledged by service and solutions were presented. The prices are high, but appropriate for the quality. The ambience is very interesting and made with great attention to detail. Personally, it was just a touch too cold for me, so next time I'll dress a little thicker. All in all, I was very satisfied.

Today we went to the Pharmacy for steak. We received a very good piece of meat for a very reasonable price. With a degree of doneness as desired.....Perfect!!! We had great service, very attentive but not intrusive and a kitchen that responded flexibly to the wishes of its guests. Your cappachio 👍🥰 a poem, the main course, fillet steak and flank steak to the point, all very well crafted, homemade and brought to the plate with love. For dessert, a great espresso, strong and hot just like your cappuccino. Unfortunately, this doesn't exist everywhere. Your home-made ice cream is the icing on the cake. My husband had three different types and didn't know which one he liked best. Oh yes.... Not to forget your very sophisticated wine list, where we found what we were looking for. We would like to thank you for a very successful evening. Kind regards to the kitchen and the service, we would be happy to come back.

Wir haben an zwei Abenden die Küche geniessen dürfen. Das Essen war dabei immer frisch und auf den Punkt zubereitet. Und die Küche kann definitiv Steaks. Blue ist eine Herausforderung, die von der Küche mit Bravour gemeistert wird. Wirklich begeistert waren wir, zu sehen, mit welcher Ruhe, Gelassenheit und Freundlichkeit auch in Stressphasen das Team agierte, stets zugewandt und auch dann die Zeit für Beratung und Vorschläge habend. So sieht Gastronomie in Vollendung aus.

Unfortunately, a disappointing evening that took us to Walter's Pharmacy for the first and unfortunately the last time. The meat was very good, but some of the side dishes were only lukewarm. The temporary waiter was very friendly, but completely overwhelmed. He couldn't answer our questions about the meat and wine, but he didn't want to go ask either. Maybe he just didn't know who to ask. The house booze was then recommended, which we gratefully declined after trying it. It's strange to sell products in a very high price range, but apparently consider questions about them to be completely unnecessary. As you can see from other reviews here, the house is simply not well managed. I don't want to blame the employees at all. For €207 for two, it was just a disappointing evening for us overall. Too bad!

Das Restaurant gut besucht und in einem separaten Raum war eine große Gesellschaft. Darauf war die Küche nicht eingestellt und wir mussten 1,5 Stunden auf das Essen warten. Allerdings erhielten wir als Ausgleich eine Flasche Rotwein auf Kosten des Hauses.

Addendum to my previous review: About 3 weeks after our visit, the supposed manager of the restaurant called us and, in a very friendly conversation, inquired about the reasons for our not exactly positive rating. After asking for a description of the person and my answer that I did not want to denounce anyone, the gentleman apologized for the unfortunate circumstances and promised to speak to the operator or his boss and then contact us again to clarify the misunderstandings. Unfortunately, this has not happened after 4 months. In this sense: Thanks for nothing. We will definitely not visit this restaurant again and will not recommend it. Original review: Ordered steak medium rare, received well done. I then looked in vain for the nice waitress who brought our food but unfortunately I didn't find it. I then went straight to the kitchen and explained the problem. The lady was no longer as nice as her colleague, looked at my well-cooked steak and said somewhat rudely that this steak could pass for medium rare. When I replied that I had ordered my steak medium rare and not well done, the lady shrugged and took my steak with her and after about 10 minutes I received a steak with the degree of doneness I wanted. My conclusion: For this price range I expect more taste and finesse and friendlier service.

A really successful evening with very good food in a lovely atmosphere. Service was very friendly and competent. We were here for the first time and would love to come back.

In October we reserved a table early for December 24th at 6:30 p.m. in the Lippischen Hof. As a precaution, we called again on Christmas Eve and were told the reservation was for 8:30 p.m. So let's be honest, who eats at half past eight on Christmas Eve? In the phone call we were told that we could come sooner. Upon entering the hotel there were two people sitting at a desk at the reception. No hello, no warm welcome or Merry Christmas - none. After we introduced ourselves, we simply waved - get down there. After going through several rooms, we came across an employee who sent us all back. Back in the first room we were assigned a table, only set for three, instead of four as reserved. The restaurant was packed, the staff was more than overwhelmed, and there was apparently no restaurant management in sight. All completely helpless. Until then we still had a lot of understanding. From that point on we waited forever to be able to order drinks and food. We then had to remember the drinks twice before we got them. We had to confirm the food order again later due to what was supposed to be a system failure. The table next to us had already left. It wasn't cleared away until we left. Our plates were cleared while two people were still eating. Unusual! The food tasted good. Now the bill. As expected, it went smoothly again. We calculated these independently, although cash payment was not possible. It would also have been nice if this had been pointed out in advance. The employee, who was already sitting at reception in the lobby when we arrived, preferred to quickly disappear into the next room rather than say goodbye or wish us a merry Christmas. To be honest, when I'm performing at such a high level, I have to deliver accordingly. Of course, something can always go wrong. Complete understanding. But when I accept so many reservations, you have to keep it under control. You want to remember Christmas Eve in a positive way, which was definitely not the case here!

We went to the Pharmacy for dinner with the family on Christmas Eve and had a very nice evening in a lovely Christmas atmosphere. The food was very tasty and the service staff was also very nice. This was our third time at the restaurant for Christmas and we will definitely be back next year.

Addendum from December 24th: we ended up here again because it was the only restaurant far and wide that was open on Christmas Eve and our hotel didn't have a restaurant. Things got even worse than before: our order was taken 3 times until everything was finally clear (new tablets for the staff!). Our drinks came after about 40 minutes, food much later. Something really needs to happen urgently!! Jan24: Nice atmosphere. The staff was friendly, but very poorly organized and overwhelmed. The food was partly partly: the starters were not good, with raw eggplant and quite tasteless. The steak was good. But everything took more than an hour to wait. The boss was busy appeasing hungry and unhappy customers the whole time. I wouldn't go there again.

We had dinner at Pharmacy on a Friday evening with a reservation at 6 p.m. Unfortunately, we were totally disappointed by the service; our main course arrived at 8:15 p.m. The waiters are totally unfriendly and constantly arguing with each other. In addition, 2 out of 5 dishes were served incorrectly and the accompanying salad was missing from each dish. For these prices you can really expect more. Furthermore, 2 long blonde hairs could be found in the spare ribs. The level was significantly better two years ago.

We had reserved a long time in advance and were initially seated at a "cat table" in the passage, probably due to overbooking, and then, after a complaint on our part, were placed in the carelessly decorated neighboring restaurant (Japanese), which was actually closed today... after more than an hour without After further sufficient entertainment (at least we were served drinks late) we left the restaurant. Ambiance as all the speakers say - great. 6 people in service and no one sees the empty plate or the empty drink. Disappointing! Burrata appetizer was good, but it wasn't art. Meat porterhous terrible - dry and old in taste. I'm worried it'll make my stomach hurt. So never again.

Not your typical restaurant atmosphere. Very nice there. A visit is worth it, even if it is expensive. Very attentive hospitality. The dishes are tasty, the homemade fries could be crispier. Very good quality of meat. Gladly again.

Ich reise seit 27 Jahren berufsbedingt in Europa, in meiner Jugend in den USA, dabei habe ich in dutzenden Restaurants gegessen. Das ist kein Steakhouse. Das ist ein Restaurant, das Steaks serviert. Und es gibt zahlreiche, die deutlich besser sind und, vor allem preiswert. Denn der Besuch ist den Preis nicht wert. Die Steaks sind sehr klein, egal welche Größe man wählt. Alles wird ein bisschen anders serviert, zb. das Knoblauch Baguette - davon wird es auch nicht besser! Die Servicekräfte sind unterschiedlich freundlich (Evelin war spitze!). Bestellungen werden 'vergessen' sind aber auf der Rechnung, Reklamation wird unfreundlich behandelt, schließlich ist man ja von sich überzeugt. Dessert ok, aber nichts besonders. Bier ist gut, das Mineralwasser dafür nichts exklusives, abgesehen vom Preis! Das Ambiente ist ist gelungen. Das Essen nicht, der Service hängt von der Servicekraft ab. Die verlangten Preise passen nicht zur Leistung - überhaupt nicht! Die Leistung ist die einer guten Gaststätte im Dorf - aber nicht die einer 4 Sterne Anlage. Übrigens! Nur Kartenzahlung, das erfährt man durch einen kleinen Hinweis auf dem Tisch! Wer nur Bargeld hat - der kann wieder gehen so die nette Auskunft.. Wären wir doch nur gegangen!

As short a version as possible: I don't tend to read online reviews or pan them! Explained when ordering: first champagne, then white wine with the starter, then red wine with the steak. Champagne is at the bar for half an hour!? Wasn't refrigerated! Comes to the table too warm. Suddenly the appetizer appears. Go back, we don't drink white wine yet. The white wine comes, goes back, vintage wrong. Later we drink white wine, the starter only comes after a long time upon request. Ordered red wine and asked to open it. 20 minutes later I asked and the waiter brought the wine that had been opened somewhere to the table??! We order dry aged steaks (traveled 100 kilometers just for this). There isn't! We order Ribey, wet aged. In the end we take care of the red wine ourselves because no one refills it. One of two steaks comes to the table. Ten minutes later we let it go back because we wanted to eat together. The quality of the meat is more than modest! We order a digestive and kindly point out that it will definitely be on the house after this service. Naturally! It's on the bill at the end and has to be booked out again. And last but not least, a boss appears who seems to endlessly persuade us that this never happens, only today. She doesn't miss the opportunity to discredit the only service that we had a lot of fun with and that saved the evening!!!!! I'm really sorry, and I'm sure we're all human, but at some point it's enough!! Never again!

Leckeres Essen? Freundliche Bedienung. Für ein gutes Steak muss man schon msl tiefer in di Tasche greifen. Wenn man mal ein besonderes Stück Fleisch essen möchte ist man hier genau richtig.

I've actually waited over 2 hours for my steak... which is only offered medium rare... and the result, bad meat, poorly prepared, fries cooked in old fat... No words...

I was a guest at "der Lippische Hof", shortly before 10 p.m. the sweets display at the reception unfortunately couldn't really satisfy my hunger. After a short conversation with the receptionist, he quickly went to Walter's Pharmacy and asked if the kitchen could do a little something. (Closes at 10 p.m.) The chef made me a wonderful “Pharmacy” summer salad that he created himself. A very good salad with pickled salmon and forest fruit dressing. The counter staff was incredibly nice and let me eat in peace on site. Extremely satisfied! Always happy 😉

Visit on July 27th, 2024: Nice atmosphere. Food very tasty. Service good and staff friendly. Unfortunately, some of the dishes were missing specified side dishes. These were delivered after we pointed this out. Definitely worth a visit. Priced in the upper segment but very good quality. Therefore price/performance ok.

Totally overpriced! We actually wanted to eat a nice dry-aged steak, but given the prices quoted here, NO THANKS. It then became a rump steak which was quite ok but unfortunately much too small for the price. My wife had fish and chips where you also had to look for the fish and to charge €28 for that is pretty cheeky. We then ate our fill of fries.

Lange aufs Essen gewartet, dann war es lauwarm. Das Essen von unserem Sohn kam 40 Minuten vor unserem. Bestellung war nicht vollständig, Beilagen fehlten. Burger Bun war offensichtlich verbrannt und schmeckte bitter. Burger Fleisch war stark versalzen. In 2h nur zwei Getränke, weil einfach keiner kam obwohl die Gläser leer waren.

The three of us had dinner there on Saturday evening. We were advised in advance at the hotel to reserve early. When we wanted a specific table in the restaurant, we were told it would be occupied later! We ordered an aperitif that my friend had already drunk several times. I didn't know this one. The glasses were stylish, but unfortunately the contents were not. For the price of 9.90 euros, there were almost only ice cubes in the glass, so the drink only tasted like water. Unfortunately, all 3 of us decided on the veal schnitzel! I have rarely eaten such bad schnitzel in my life. The breading came off completely and the meat was tough. We complained and the chef came and claimed he had learned how to make Wiener Schnitzel in Austria. I told him straight away that this schnitzel would come out of the deep fryer. He then admitted this after a while, emphasizing that it was a special schnitzel deep fryer. In short: this restaurant is not recommended unless you want to spend a lot of money being annoyed by bad food!!!!!

Super nice service, great wine and a top menu that you can't decide on. Unfortunately, I didn't like the T-bone steak that much, either because I didn't recognize what was special or because my taste buds didn't recognize what was in front of me. Unfortunately, the price is in a completely different league, with a shock factor for me. 😄

Preis/Leistung differieren maximal. 4 Scheiben Brot mit mittelmäßigem Olivenöl und 2 dürftigen Pestos für knapp 7 Euro sind völlig daneben. Mein Burgerpetty war sauer, die Pommes viel zu fettig, die Fish& Chips als Ausweichgericht waren nicht besser. Tolles Ambiente und nettes, aber nicht wirklich geschultes Personal „runden“ 2 Übernachtungsabende im Hotel ab, das ebenfalls eher durchschnittlich ist. Alles in allem viel mehr Schein als sein, Schade

Ein stolzer Preis, aber dafür ein tolles Essen, ein schöner Abend und ein tolles Erlebnis. Gerne wieder.

Unfortunately not so good anymore. The ambience is still great, and the service is also friendly. We had a 3 course menu. The distance between the aisles was far too long. We were there for 3 hours in total, not because we eat so slowly, but because it takes so long to get everything. The prices are simply far too high for what is on offer. You can hardly pay for drinks either. We had a burger and a schnitzel. Both were dripping with fat. At the end of the evening, we had a stomach ache from eating. The reservation beforehand didn't work either. Really very disappointing. In previous years it was significantly better.

The ambience is great, the service is very nice, but in terms of price the steakhouse is in the top league. I had a dry aged ribeye and was surprised at the weight: 630g. Until I saw the bone. €17.50 per 100 gr. Including bones.

The most beautiful and best restaurant in Bad Salzuflen. The highlight and must-do event every year.

Four of us were at Walter's Pharmacy on Sunday, February 18, 2024. The reservation was very pleasant and professional in advance. The first impression was very good and exactly my thing. As the name suggests, the furnishings correspond to an old pharmacy or drugstore, everything is very harmonious and stylish with a lot of attention to detail. We were greeted very friendly and taken to the campsite. The entire service was very attentive without being intrusive, kudos for that. Everything we ordered came quickly after a very reasonable waiting time. Everything I ordered and ate was fresh, well-made and tasted good. All in all it was a successful evening, thanks to everyone who contributed, including those who you can't normally thank directly because they work in the background.

Super Essen. Tolles Lokal. Besonders sind die Steaks zu empfehlen.

Das Essen war hervorragend! Meine Frau war absolut begeistert von den Ochsenbäckchen. Auch mein Steak war super lecker und mit exakt auf den Punkt gebraten. Das Personal war super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Keine längeren Wartezeiten. Wir haben sogar, da wir Hochzeitstag hatten einen Sekt aufs Haus bekommen. Auch der Wein hatte die ideale Trinktemperatur. Ein rundum gelungener Abend.

Absolut empfehlenswert! Wir haben zuerst an einem Cocktail-Kurs in der Hotelbar teilgenommen und anschließend durften wir ein hervorragendes Essen in Walter‘s Pharmacy genießen. Der Service war klasse, die Mitarbeitenden ausgesprochen freundlich und die Speisen lecker. Wir würden jederzeit noch einmal kommen!

Eine Neuentdeckung zu der wir gern wieder kommen. Vielen Dank an das tolle, aufmerksame Team

Concept is nice but execution is not ok for the price ( ca 70 eur per person)

Der erste Eindruck war schon mäßig, kein weihnachtliches Ambiente, Tische nicht schön eingedeckt, keine Tischdecke, hässliche billige Wassergläser. Karte sehr sehr reduziert, das im Internet angezeigte Weihnachtsmenü gab es gar nicht. Unserem Wunsch die im ganzen gebratene Forelle zu filetieren wurde rigoros nicht entsprochen, die unfreundliche Antwort eines Angestellten (schien was zu sagen zu haben….) war: sehen Sie denn nicht was hier los ist? Dafür haben wir heute keine Zeit! Wir hatten dann im Laufe der 90 minütigen Wartezeit noch Besuch von weiteren 3 Angestellten an unserem Tisch die uns immer wieder erklärten, dass der Fisch nicht nach unserem Wunsch filetiert wird (Dauer des Vorgangs für einen Profi, die ja dort wohl in der Küche sein sollten, schätzungsweise unter einer Minute). Wir waren einfach nur noch fassungslos. Auch an allen Nebentischen mussten die Gäste weit über eine Stunde auf ihr Essen warten. Ende vom Lied nach ewiger Zeit kam das Essen meines Mannes, war ok und ca. 10 Minuten später dann der unfachmännisch zerlegte Fisch. Den dazugehörigen Gurkensalat habe ich nicht bekommen, gäbe es heute nicht lt. Aussage der Kellnerin. Ende vom Lied: Es kam eine Dame zu uns, namentlich nicht vorgestellt, wohl Serviceleiterin, und bat um Entschuldigung und hat die Forelle von der Rechnung genommen. Wollte alles so an den Chef weitergeben, er würde sich bei uns melden…. Bitte nicht, denn dieses Lokal werden wir nie wieder aufsuchen, da es den schlechtesten Service geboten hat, der uns in unserem Leben untergekommen ist.

Das Ambiente ist sehr ansprechend. Die Bedienungen haben sich Mühe gegeben. Leider konnte die Qualität der Speisen uns nicht annähernd überzeugen. Schade, die gute Basis wird aus unserer Sicht nicht professionell genutzt.

Das Essen war ok, aber nicht für diese Preise. Der Service war chaotisch. Sehr freundlich, aber es wurde gefragt, ob man den Teller abräumen darf, obwohl man noch gegessen hat. Die Flasche Wasser, die noch nicht leer war, wurde abgeräumt… zum Essen gehörte ein Salat, der erst auf Nachfrage gebracht wurde. Das Rumpsteak war gut, aber für 34,00 € nichts besonderes. Die Forelle schwamm in Fett und war nicht ganz durch. Mit etwas Humor hatten wir dennoch einen schönen Abend

Wir hatten dort unsere Firmen Weihnachtsfeier. Der eigentliche Plan war, etwas zu essen und anschließend gemeinsam auf den Weihnachtsmarkt zu gehen. Wir waren 10 Personen. Vorspeise und Nachspeise wurden bereits im Vorfeld abgesprochen. Trotz allem saßen wir dort von 18 Uhr bis kurz nach 22 Uhr. Es hat einfach alles zu lange gedauert. Die Zeit zwischen den Gängen war ewig lang. Sowas habe ich noch nirgends erlebt. Selbst beim Nachtisch, der vorab besprochen war und bei allen gleich war, haben wir bestimmt 45 Minuten gewartet. Das Steak war okay. Ich habe schon bessere Steaks gegessen. Das Team wirkte gestresst. Der Besuch des Weihnachtsmarkts hatte sich dann erledigt da dieser dann auch geschlossen hatte. Somit war die Weihnachtsfeier leider nach dem Essen vorbei. Ich kann dieses Restaurant nicht für größere Gruppen empfehlen. Es waren aber, das möchte ich auch erwähnen, alle vom Team sehr höflich und freundlich.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt. Das Ambiente ist wirklich schön. Jeder einzelne Mitarbeitern war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sie wussten, wovon sie sprachen und was sie taten. Ein wirklich hohes Niveau. Wir haben uns jederzeit sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Essen war exquisit und die Zutaten von hoher Qualität. Es war für uns ein rundum gelungener Abend. Vielen Dank dafür.

Service konnte leider leider nicht punkten, lange Wartezeit auf Getränke.. falsche Speisen serviert, (ebenso an 3 nachbar tischen) Beilagen waren letztendlich kalt, mussten wieder regeneriert werden. Steak roh.. Als letztendlich alles passte war das Essen Sau lecker! Trotzdem waren alle bemüht es auch wieder gut zu machen Trotzdem schade.

Walter's Pharmacy ist ein gut etabliertes Steakhaus, das durch die Qualität seines Fleisches und seiner Vorspeisen besticht. Meine Erfahrung bei meinem Besuch war äußerst angenehm, da das Steak perfekt zubereitet und äußerst schmackhaft war. Die Vorspeisen waren ebenfalls köstlich und es war offensichtlich, dass hier viel Wert auf Qualität und frische Zutaten gelegt wird. Allerdings ist anzumerken, dass die Preise im Vergleich zu anderen Lokalen auf der höheren Seite liegen. Für ein Abendessen für zwei Personen zahlte ich satte 180€, was in der Tat recht kostspielig ist. Auch wenn das Essen ausgezeichnet war, könnte dieser Preis für einige Gäste abschreckend sein. Trotz des hohen Preises würde ich Walter's Pharmacy dennoch weiterempfehlen, vor allem für besondere Anlässe oder wenn man bereit ist, etwas mehr Geld für hochwertige Küche auszugeben. Insgesamt war mein Besuch hier eine großartige kulinarische Erfahrung.

Wenn man Durst hat oder Hunger, ist das die falsche Adresse. Bedienung ist freundlich, aber völlig unorganisiert. Das Essen ist recht gut, aber nicht überragend. Kann, muss aber nicht.

Wir warteten 30 Minuten auf das erste Getränk. Zuvor gab es Brot mit Olivenöl. Leider fehlte Salz auf dem Tisch. Wir holten es vom Nachbartisch. Das schien uns nach dem ersten unruhigen Eindruck des Personals einfacher. Als Vorspeise hatte mein Partner Scampis, die in einer Pfanne seviert wurden. Das machte einen guten Eindruck. Ich hatte Burrata auf ein wenig Salat mit einigen Datteltomaten. Die Burrata war sehr kalt und es fehlte ein gute Olivenöl auf dem Tisch. Aufgrund dieser Speisen bestellten wir noch etwas Brot. Uns wurde gleich gesagt, dass es eigentlich nicht dazu gehört. Hauptspeise: Ausdrücklich bestellte ich meinen Burger aufgrund einer Allergie ohne eine bestimmte Beilage. So wurde es auch serviert. Zum Glück bemerkte ich sofort, dass der bestimmte Belag doch auf dem Burger war. Man bemühte sich noch, doch es war mittlerweile 21.30 Uhr und mein Appetit hatte sich aufgrund des Vorfalls gelegt. Die zuvorkommende Bedienung spendierte uns noch zwei Liköre.

Da ich das Pharmacy schon vor ein paar Jahren mehrfach besucht habe, war ich überrascht von der negativen Qualität. Bestellt wurden 2-mal Cuts, ein Filet und Spareribs. Das Filet war außen mehr als Kross und die beiden Cuts nicht gleichmäßig gegart. Einzig die Ribs waren OK. Bestellte Beilagen wurden erst nach nochmaliger Nachfrage an den Tisch gebracht. Von einem sehr zu empfehlenden Restaurant mit hoher Fleischqualität bleibt nicht mehr viel übrig. Da ich sehr oft und gerne Steak esse, bringe ich diese Kritik nicht ohne entsprechende Kenntnise an. Ob das Steak die Dry Aged Kriterien wirklich erfüllte, stelle ich ebenfalls infrage. Als positiver Eindruck bleibt der sehr nette und bemühte Service. Noch einmal würde ich nicht dort essen, weil die Preisgestaltung dem Leistungsniveau nicht wirklich entspricht.

Im Großen und Ganzen war es sehr sehr gut! Extrem gutes Essen. Beim nächsten mal würden wir einen Platz weiter weg von der Eingangstür nehmen, das hat schon etwas gestört.

Bereits das Zweite mal dort. Die Qualität der gebotenen Speisen ist sehr gut. Der Service dagegen eine Katastrophe, an unserem Abend haben sich mindestens 3 Tische über Wartezeiten von 1.5 bis 2 Std. Beschwert, Der Service ist komplett überfordert, der Restaurantleiter ist sehr bemüht gewesen, jedoch kann er nicht an jedem Tisch gleichzeitig sein.

Alles bestens, nettes und ausreichendes Personal, sehr gutes Essen und es wurde auf Extra Wünsche eingegangen, gerne wieder.

Mit lieben Freunden aus der Region wollten wir einen schönen Abend mit leckerem Essen verbringen. Wir hatten einen Tisch für fünf reserviert, es wurde uns angeboten, an einem Tisch, der gerade verlassen wurde Platz zu nehmen oder an einem, der sich im angrenzenden Gebäude befindet. Wir fanden den als ersten angebotenen Platz toll und warteten… es passierte erst nichts, darauf setzten wir uns schon mal. Nach langem Warten kam eine Service Kraft, na ja.. nicht Service und nicht Kraft, mit einem kleinen Tablett und brachte frisches Besteck… allerdings war der Tisch ja noch voll von „ altem Geschirr“. Ohne den Tisch zu säubern, versuchte er, das saubere Besteck samt Servietten irgendwie zu platzieren. Wir räumten wohlwollend alles Alte zusammen und baten, es doch bitte mitzunehmen. Er sagte, ich hole es ab… nichts geschah. Meine Freundin und ich gaben ihm „ Welpenschutz“ , es muss ein Neuling gewesen sein. Wie lange es dann dauerte möchte ich jetzt nicht erwähnen. Wir hatten irgendwann die Möglichkeit Getränke zu bestellen. Freudig nahmen wir Anlauf. Die Bestellung kam, der Wein wurde mitten in einem Kühler auf den Tisch gestellt, mit der Frage, wer trinkt denn Wein? Meine Freundin und ich stimmten zu. Darauf hin wurde mir etwas Wein eingeschenkt und ihr gefühlt die halbe Flasche😅… Keiner durfte kurz probieren ob der Wein/ Flasche passt. Aber hey, wir wollen locker sein und lassen uns den Abend nicht verderben🙏 Der nahm dann leider seinen Lauf… oder ne, so gar keinen … oh ja, es sei viel los und so weiter. Wir waren jedenfalls um 20 Uhr da und haben um 21:45 teils schmackhafte, teils total den bestellten Garpunkt verfehlte „ tote“ Fleischstücke serviert bekommen. Die dazu servierten Beilagen waren extrem überteuert und nur halb zu geniessen. ( Zwiebel/ Hälfte davon Schale). Der Service tauchte auch während unseres Besuches nicht mehr auf, auch keine Nachfrage, ob es schmeckt etc. Wir sind enttäuscht abgereist, sind nun wieder gut in Hannover, um 300 Euro leichter😱 Unsere liebe Freundschaft mit unseren Freunden der Region bleibt😍, das Lokal des heutigen Abends werden wir allerdings nie mehr betreten und definitiv nicht weiter empfehlen.

Sehr schönes Ambiente und super Essen. Immer wieder einen Besuch Wert.

Hatten Freunde eingeladen, Rumsteaks nur in 200g möglich, Fleisch mäßig, Garstufe nicht getroffen, Service auch eher schlecht, Getränke konnten nicht nachbestellt werden

Sehr angenehmes Ambiente, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, gute Serviceberatung, sehr freundliches Personal, manchmal fehlte ein bisschen die Aufmerksamkeit, da wir an einem Tisch etwas "abseits" saßen
