There's everything you could want here: the service is so attentive that I almost thought they were reading minds. The food is so delicious that you consider kidnapping the kitchen. Clear 5 stars, if I had more available, I would give them too.

We stayed at the Waldcasino in Erfurt and had a very pleasant stay. The food was really tasty and freshly prepared. We were particularly impressed by the friendly and attentive staff who took good care of us. The atmosphere is cozy and invites you to linger. Overall, a place that we would happily recommend!

Although the opening time is until 12:00 a.m., the chairs were put up directly at the neighboring tables from 10:00 p.m. and the music was off. Although we had previously reserved for the company party. The food also left a lot to be desired. Maximum disappointment. What a shame!

This time we were here for lunch with the grandchildren and sat in the winter garden like the other times. It wasn't crowded and everything happened pretty quickly. We chose food from the lunch or children's menu. Everything was quite good, except for the pollack, which was definitely too dry. The pizza met our grandchildren's requirements - and that's far from always the case!

Well, what can you say? Still completely overrated - despite so much potential and a great location, it's just hot air. Italian dishes on the menu. Unfortunately, there is no hint of Italian taste to be discovered. Pasta dishes without any pizzazz, lasagna without spices, pizza completely ordinary including a deplorable base. I'm wondering more and more if the chefs have ever eaten in Italy? All you can do is keep hoping for improvement.

I recently ordered the “Carbonara”. Unfortunately, this was an absolute mistake. A poorly seasoned cream mash with mediocre cooked ham. Surely you can do better than that, right? Especially in an Italian dish that, as far as I know, doesn't contain any cream. The service was fine. We were served friendly and quickly.

Despite the size of the guest room, thanks to clever division, it is not a waiting room but simply pleasant and open. The service is pleasant and attentive and the pepper mill is also delivered courteously. The plates we requested came in good quality As hoped and in terms of taste, the idea was met... and yes, there is definitely something else going on🙃 but la Dolche Vita was absolutely to be found 🥂

Stale, non-carbonated cola is served as homemade, fried potatoes are oily, vegetables are mushy, and chicken is undercooked. More reminiscent of bad canteen food. Not recommended at all.

Unfortunately, the Waldcasino no longer has anything to do with the way I got to know it 10 years ago. Maybe it was also because it was extremely full, but the pizza still tasted good, Which wasn't the case. It can happen that things go wrong, but unfortunately we (10 people) were all a bit unlucky with what we ordered. It would be nice to get back to the quality that I'm used to. There is also something positive: the beer that is brewed in-house tastes good.

The food is not of good quality. The carpaccio was definitely not sirloin. Unfortunately, the burger was also a disappointment as it fell apart while eating, a shame for the money. The olive oil bottle on the table was from good&cheap :( Italian style canteen food. Location is good. People who give 5 stars just have no idea about good food. Peace out

We spontaneously decided to have dinner at the Waldkasino. We got a seat without any problem and were served in a friendly and very quick manner. The waiter looked after our almost three-year-old grandson with care. We will definitely enjoy coming here again and again.

The service was really good - I would even give an extra point to Fabio for the great service. The food was also really good. Since the focus is on Italian cuisine, I chose pizza. But there are also other dishes, such as burgers. When the weather is nice you can also spend time outside in the large beer garden. The prices are not overpriced, whether drinks or food.

I can absolutely recommend this pizzeria! The view over the city of Erfurt is simply fantastic and makes the dining experience something very special. The pizza was incredibly tasty, with fresh ingredients and a crispy base – exactly how it should be. In addition, the prices are fair and absolutely reasonable. The perfect place to enjoy a lovely evening with great food and a wonderful view!

We were there for lunch. Service is on point. Despite the language barrier and the fact that the wrong food came, it was really good. I had the Thuringian Rostbrätl which cost 17 euros. Fried potatoes were ready from the bag and for the first time in my life I left meat on the plate. It was absolutely rancid and inedible. My wife confirmed my impression. Statement from the waiter: Tastes are different! The view of Erfurt makes up for a lot. In the children's playground there are boards with nails sticking out and the drinking bowls for the dogs are also rather well-intentioned, as there was old, dirty water in them almost everywhere. All in all a mixed visit.

Great place with a view of the city. A huge restaurant complex and full occupancy on Saturday. Despite this, the service was very efficient, beer was served immediately and pizza took only 14 minutes. You can see that customers love coming here. Wir sind voll des Lobes. Waren 5 Erwachsene mit 4 Kindern. Ja, es war sehr voll und auch ein gewisser Geräuschpegel. Aber die Lage und Ausstattung des Restaurants machen das wieder wett. Das Personal sehr nett. Es wurde augenblicklich ein Tisch für uns hergerichtet. Sofort Anfrage nach unseren Wünschen. Kurz- Essen und Getränke kamen sehr schnell trotz der vielen Gäste. Das Essen war ausgesprochen lecker. Hervorzuheben ist noch der anschließende Spielplatz, sodass die Kinder beschäfigt waren und die Erwachsenen sich unterhalten konnten. Es war sehr gemütlich. Da es dunkel wurde, war alles mit vielen Lichtern beleuchtet. Die Kinder wollten gar nicht weg, wir eigentlich auch nicht. Auf alle Fälle werden wir wiederkommen und mal die Kaffeezeit testen. Es gab auch leckeres Eis und Kuchen. Die Preise waren angemessen.
