Super friendly and everything is fresh and delicious.

We've been to this cafe twice. The first time was for breakfast, it was ok, but the portions were a bit small. We had to additionally ask the waitress to bring smoke and write our names on the plate, as we initially counted on this. The second time we came in the evening. It was about an hour before closing. The service was unfriendly, the cocktails and waffles were made sloppily for us. Doesn't look at all like the photo on the internet. It felt like we were annoying the employees and that they were in a hurry to finish their work day.

Service super friendly and helpful. The food was very tasty. I will definitely go there again.

Presentation, taste, attention, everything was very nice. If you go as a single person, the price is a little higher, but if you go with a crowd, it is suitable.

We ate there at the weekend. The pictures on insta are very different from reality - dirty floor, no decorations on the tables, dirty cutlery and the waffles - well, you can eat, but nothing that would make me say 'wow', and not even served particularly nicely . People smoke at tables outside. Tried it once, I won't go there again. The waffle irons that were right behind the counter were incredibly black from being dirty and I immediately lost my appetite. And the store itself makes an unclean impression.

Ordered something for the first time today and I'm absolutely thrilled. Very tasty and fresh. And the pancakes with maple syrup taste heavenly.

Had a waffle with various fruits and pancake bueno. The waffle itself was good but the fruit was still too hard and sour. The pancake was probably a bit burnt and had some pieces in its mouth. And the sauce was almost non-existent, just a thin layer... A pity

My girlfriend and I went to Waffel Dream for the first time without a reservation, but we were still able to get a table. The conditions were all super friendly and very accommodating. Our breakfast was freshly prepared and extremely tasty. I can only recommend it.

Hey everyone I was here with my husband and saw this (cafe) on tik tok and really wanted to try it out and it was worth it We took the big Pascha breakfast for 2 for just under 40 euros and it was worth it. We were full, even if it didn't look like much at first glance!!!! The staff was very, very nice and friendly We'll be back soon to try the Japanese pancake ❤️

Unfortunately, Japanese pancakes were no longer available on the day of our visit. We drove here especially for this one. Then we had American pancakes, which were very tasty. Drinks were also very good but a bit overpriced for the small quantity. We'll come back again to try the Japanese pancakes

The dark-skinned gentleman was very kind and attentive, which unfortunately I can't say about his team. The woman behind the counter (southern a little older) was very unfriendly and unprofessional and exposed the dark-skinned employee in the middle of the shop, that's not possible, I hope the dark-skinned one young man finds a better place for himself without being bullied. The food was ok but very steep for the price.

The desserts were delicious, the service and staff were attentive. However, I suggest that they pay a little more attention to the cleanliness of the place.

Waffle Dream has a pretty nice ambience, but that's about it. The pancakes are nicely decorated, but for 3 pancakes, some Nutella, a few strawberries and a banana, you pay 10 euros, well. Going there to be seen, okay. But not more.

The ambience is nicely decorated, you can eat both inside and outside. The owner always strives to ensure that customers are satisfied. Me and a friend found out about the place through Instagram. Unfortunately, it wasn't at all what it looked like on Instagram. The restaurant itself is nicely decorated, but the furniture outside leaves something to be desired in one place or another. Unfortunately it was a bit dirty, all the tables where there were no guests were full of dishes. Our table was only cleaned when we had already been sitting there for 20 minutes. Some of the people around us commented on the long waiting times and errors in the orders. My girlfriend actually wanted to order the famous Japanese pancakes, but they weren't available because the machine was broken. We weren't told anything about this in advance or when we asked whether we would get a card. We then had normal pancakes and tacos. The pancakes were okay, but the tacos were not. Very dry, hardly any sauce and hardly any content. Unfortunately, our visit was not as we imagined or as it appears on the internet. No one can be responsible for a lot of activity and high occupancy, but a certain level of cleanliness should be ensured.

Unfortunately the only thing I have to complain about is the sanitary facilities, they look really terrible and there are no towels to dry your hands. I go to Waffle Dream regularly especially for the Turkish breakfast and the pancakes/Japanese pancakes. The breakfast is super tasty, with a good selection of different breakfast platters/sandwiches. Everything tastes really good! Service is nice, courteous and polite. The price-performance ratio is fair. My favorite breakfast and dessert shop! .

Really delicious here! And the staff is super friendly ☺️ I ate a waffle with speculoos cream, strawberries, Giotto and brittle. There was also the best strawberry milkshake I have ever had. It's a shame that I'm not from Hanover. Would definitely be here more often!

Waffle Dream in Hanover offers a wonderful, family atmosphere that invites you to linger. The small café impresses with friendly staff who always try to respond to individual requests. There will be a little show for cool photos and videos. Particularly noteworthy is the unlimited serving of tea and bread, which makes the stay particularly pleasant. Despite the central location, there are plenty of parking spaces in the area. The value for money is excellent and the food is very tasty. Recommended!

The food was okay but there is nothing on the menu saying that payment with EC card is not possible. Only cash payment but you will find out about that at the checkout. It's nice to stroll to the bank so you can pay for your meal. Super annoying...

Very bad never again paid 50€ for nothing no words

I had the most dubious experience here. I have never experienced anything like this before. We ordered waffles at 6:40 p.m. and received the order confirmation. 45 minutes later we receive a notification that the order has been canceled. It is 7:30 p.m. and when I called I was not shown any understanding. There is no driver available. I offered to pick up the food myself and according to the employee that wasn't a problem. I was in the store at 7:40 p.m. and wasn't greeted. I received an annoyed response from my work colleague and told me that I had to wait another 5 minutes. Since we placed our order at 6:40 p.m., our colleagues have known that the order could not be delivered. So they only started preparing the food shortly before I got there. So almost an hour later... As I was waiting for my food, some comments were made about me in a foreign language. However, my colleagues didn't know that I spoke the same language. I cannot recommend anyone to place an order here. With all my love, you don't have to accept that as a customer. A simple call that the order cannot be delivered would have been sufficient. The food was very tasty. 👌🏼 We had a breakfast platter and the Japanese pancakes. The plate arrived very quickly, but we were also told straight away that the pancakes would come later, which was completely fine. (The menu also states that they are freshly made so it may take 20 minutes). In my opinion the price is also justified. There were good portions and it looked very good. The service was very nice and attentive.👍 The store is very centrally located and is really nicely decorated. However, there is one star less because the toilets were not very clean. All in all, I would recommend the store and come back.

Waferdream is one of the best shops in Hanover where you can have breakfast. The waffles are also super delicious! The service and staff cannot be beat and the ambience is to die for! There is something for every taste, you definitely can't go wrong here. I've been coming here regularly for 2 years and will keep coming back. Big praise to the team ❤️

Yesterday we drove over two hours to visit the famous hot spot, unfortunately it was too late when we arrived, there was no breakfast but we thought that since we drove so long we could try the famous pancakes. That really wasn't what we were expecting. It starts when we order, we didn't get a menu/card, we should order at the counter and pay directly. You can only pay in cash or via Paypal Well, we had 3 pancakes, one waffle, three cappuccinos and two water, and a mini pancake for our three-year-old daughter, all of which cost a whopping €56, with a tip it was €60. We got the pancakes one by one, so we couldn't all eat them together because when my daughter's pancake arrived, everything else was already cold🤣🤣🤣🤣 Funny, people who came in after us got their food before us (of course they were Turkish-speaking acquaintances or something) I don't understand the price-performance ratio at all, the pancakes are definitely not worth more than €5, I've eaten better ones in another city, for me a pancake is good if it tastes good without chocolate or topping, unfortunately that wasn't the case here Case, the pancakes here were way too dry, I don't know whether that was an oversight or whether it was meant to be, really a shame.😔 Cappuccino from the fully automatic machine is not okay for the price! The store is really nice, the furnishings too, but it lacks cleanliness and I think that's a real shame. The toilets weren't exactly very clean either, they hadn't been cleaned for a while. 😔 I didn't really want to write a bad review but I hope this is accepted as constructive criticism. I'm sure it can be done better. The service person told us when we wanted to leave that we should clear the cutlery/plates ourselves, it would be self-service, we didn't know that before, so that was really too much. Pancakes for €60 and cleaning the table at the end?😂😂😂😂😂 No thanks! Next time we will definitely spend our money somewhere else, I'm sorry for the honesty, really! I also pay for taste not just for looks, so yes your things look nice, but the recipe still needs a bit of work as well as your politeness😔

I found this place across the street from the hotel where I was staying. I had breakfast with a colleague before we departed Hannover to head back to the locations we reside. There is a larange menu to select from for breakfast. We decided to try a few dishes and split them. The food was prepared and plated nicely and tasted delightful. The pancakes are a bit small, but there is no compromise in quality. The service was prompt and attentive too. This is a place I would definitely visit again if I’m in Hannover. Note, the business prefers cash over card. Therefore make sure you bring some cash to enjoy the amazing food here.

I had waffles delivered. 1 hour for waffles?? Really now? Then the waffle came in a small portion. I really had to look in the box to see if it was still a waffle, so it was never like the photos on the homepage. Then I tried it and there was a real mushy mass inside, everything mixed together, chocolate, melted cookies and so on, I felt really sick afterwards and had to vomit so very badly never again

Ich fange mal an mit der Portion:) 1/4 Käsescheibe 1/4 Schinken 1/4 Kiwi zwei Scheiben Gurke eine Scheibe Tomate ,xxxxxs Pfanne Rührei , drei kleine Scheiben Sucuk. Tee und Kaffee muss man seperat bezahlen und Orangensaft 0,2l 4,50 Euro seperat. Frühstück kostet 12,90 Euro ,wir haben zu viert 67 Euro für Mini Portionen gezahlt , soooo unverschämt !!! Als gäbe es keine Nahrung mehr auf dieser Erde und als müsse man alles halbieren und vierteln. Nie wieder werden wir diesen Laden unterstützen!

Delicious in itself but the prices are underground! The portions are a joke. The breakfast for 12.90 euros includes mini portions, not even half of a kiwi and the scrambled eggs in an xxs pan, cheese slice halved, three pieces of sucuk, 4.50 euros O juice 0.2 liters, Turkish tea 2.50 euros, simit Pay 1.50 euros extra. I am amazed at the prices and the portions. I find it extremely disgraceful. Don't come anymore...

03/13/24 I ordered breakfast here for the first time at 9:30. What's special for me: One of the few shops that delivers so early and also offers a full breakfast. Delivery time stated: 60 minutes, arrived after 50 minutes. I ordered a breakfast platter. Sucuk, thin flatbread, tomato, cucumber, melon, orange, butter, 2x cream cheese, honey, olives and scrambled eggs with sucuk. Everything that was supposed to be warm was warm! From the sucuk to the bread to the scrambled eggs, it was actually really hot. If you just want a small snack, it's also perfect for two people! This was definitely not my last order from you!

Good in itself, but very bold for a slice of vital&fit bread from Rewe with some avocado cream for 9 euros. I would be ashamed to offer something like that in my store 😅😅😅

I was here on a date with my boyfriend on Valentine's Day and I think the waffles there are super tasty, the staff is super friendly and attentive. It is relatively small and a bit “cramped”, but it is still beautifully decorated. Especially on Valentine's Day, I thought it was beautifully decorated with the heart balloons hanging from the ceiling! I was also super impressed with how quickly our order was ready. Definitely recommended!!

The places are very close to each other. Card payments should be mandatory. You simply don't have any cash with you anymore.

Meine Bewertung bezieht sich auf eine Online Bestellung. Habe das erste mal dort bestellt und wurde direkt enttäuscht. Habe geschlagene 2 Stunden auf mein Essen gewartet, wo dann sogar noch die Hälfte gefehlt hat. Zumindest waren die Kollegen am Telefon gewollt eine Lösung zu finden. Aber dies hat die Situation auch nicht unbedingt besser gemacht, da man ja Hunger hatte ;)

Das Japanische Souffle war sehr lecker. Das Personal war ebenfalls sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ein Stern Abzug wegen den Toiletten. Die Lampe auf der Frauentoilette war defekt und das Bad wurde offensichtlich länger nicht gereinigt.

Sehr höflich und schneller Service! Ich sehe selten so eine tolle Team Arbeit wie in diesem Laden. Alle Mitarbeiter sind höflich vom Geschmack des Essens muss ich unbedingt berichten da das einer der leckersten Läden in Hannover ist fürs frühstücken! Auf Platz 1 meiner Meinung nach.
