Thank you, Stefan, for the wonderful Christmas atmosphere at your "hut" yesterday! When the red sausage, the spicy sausage, and the delicious mulled wine (white or red) are personally prepared by the owner, everything just falls into place! A festive atmosphere in our castle courtyard and delicious food and drinks. We'd love to come back again!

The party in the adjoining room (Räumle) was superbly prepared and set up. We were able to order à la carte. The food was served to everyone at the same time. Stavros prepared roulades upon request (we asked beforehand)! They were absolutely delicious. The other dishes were also very well received. For dessert, he even organized tiramisu. It was absolutely delicious. Overall, it was a wonderful party and everyone was completely satisfied.

I love the variety of side dishes; this is definitely my highlight. The whole meal tastes amazing, and I'm already looking forward to coming back.
