VU & Friends Asian Fusion in Landshut

Immer wieder super leckeres, frisches und handwerklich einwandfreies Sushi. Auch Edamame und Kimchi tip top. Preislich auch gut. Wir hatten 2 Flaschen Wasser, Edamame, kimchi und die Platte für 2, das waren für jeden nicht mal 35€. Wir kommen wieder ❤️

Nach sechs Jahren ist es Zeit, die Rezension mal aufzufrischen. :) Wie damals ist das Team einfach toll, man fühlt sich immer sehr willkommen und umsorgt, auch der Lieferservice klappt hervorragend. Das Essen ist wirklich lecker und fein, so dass wir immer wieder gerne kommen oder auch mal nach Hause bestellen (schön, die Option zu haben). Macht weiter so!

Das Sushi war sehr lecker und frisch zubereitet. Die Getränke waren ebenfalls hervorragend und haben das Essen perfekt ergänzt. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist der freundliche und aufmerksame Service.

Die Qualität des Essens ist hervorragend, aber es ist etwas teuer.

Das Essen (Udon Kokos-Curry mit Hühnerbrustfilet) hat geschmacklich sehr gut gepasst. Leider habe ich am Ende meines Gerichts Metallspäne entdeckt. Ich habe das Personal sofort informiert und die Metallspäne auch gezeigt. In dem Moment war ich schockiert und bin davon ausgegangen, dass der Vorfall ernst genommen wird, daher habe ich keine Fotos gemacht. Es folgte lediglich eine kurze Entschuldigung und die Teller wurden abgeräumt, ohne weitere Klärung. Besonders enttäuschend war das für mich, da es mein Geburtstag war. Zudem bleibt bei mir die Sorge, ob ich möglicherweise unbemerkt weitere Metallspäne verschluckt habe. Nach diesem Erlebnis werde ich dieses Restaurant auf keinen Fall mehr besuchen.

Wir waren viele Jahre dort essen, allerdings seit einem Jahr bis gestern Abend nicht mehr. Leider hat die Qualität des Essens sehr abgebaut. Service war auch nicht berauschend. Kellner war lieber am Handy, als den Tisch abzuräumen, ich musste zum Tresen gehen um Bescheid zu sagen, das wir gerne Zahlen möchten. Ambiente sehr laut und an den Fenstern zog es überall mit kalter Luft rein. Leider enttäuschend. Wir werden das Lokal nicht mehr besuchen. Schade, war vorher wirklich gut.

Essen war top, richtig lecker und total frisch und superschnell serviert. Ambiente naja, eher eine ungemütliche Esshalle mit kaltweissem Licht. Toiletten naja.

Das VU & Friends Asian Fusion ist ein sehr gutes Sushi-Restaurant mit freundlicher Bedienung und leckerem Essen. Man kann sowohl drinnen als auch draußen sitzen, und das Ambiente ist modern und angenehm. Besonders praktisch finde ich, dass die Tische entlang der Fenster angeordnet sind, so wird man von der Bedienung nicht so leicht übersehen, wenn man noch etwas nachbestellen möchte. Ich komme immer wieder gerne mit meiner Partnerin oder mit Freunden hierher. Das Essen ist frisch, schön angerichtet und geschmacklich wirklich top. Insgesamt ein rundum empfehlenswertes Restaurant in Landshut.

Ich gehe hier sehr gerne hin. Es gibt eine tolle Auswahl an vegetarischen Gerichten. Vorspeisen, Sushi, Reis- und Nudelgerichte sind alle sehr lecker.

My husband and I each got a selection of sushi. It was really delicious, and the portions were generous. The rolls should have been rolled a little more carefully. Some of them fell apart when I brought them to my mouth.

One of the best restaurants I know! The food is delicious and the staff are incredibly friendly. Plus, the opening hours are great, as you can eat late into the evening.

Very good food - everything from the sweet and sour duck to the sushi is highly recommended - friendly and fast service.

Unfortunately, they don't offer the fried noodles as a children's portion, and even when asked, they refuse. However, they only offer 2 children's menus, I think they could be more customer oriented here.

I have NEVER had to write a review like this in my life and I can tolerate any food just fine. Unfortunately after visiting the restaurant I had to puke again at night. 👍 Maybe I shouldn't have eaten the food after all when the smell seemed a bit strange to me 🤮

Delicious, fresh sushi and great service!

Unfortunately, there are always long waiting times We've given this place a chance several times, but each time we had to wait an extremely long time for our food. This time it was over an hour without anyone informing us. Only when we asked were we told that the rice cooker was defective. Mistakes can happen, but early communication and an alternative would have been the least. This makes you feel unappreciated as a guest. Unfortunately, this wasn't the first time, which is why we decided to eat somewhere else in the future.

Do you want Asian food? Here is the best Asian food from around! Really fantastic how everything is prepared and with what effort. Keep it up!

Food was good, service slightly overwhelmed, ambience is ok

The best sushi I've ever eaten. I can't say much about the other dishes because I'm always tempted by the sushi. Clean and tidy restaurant. Friendly, forthcoming staff. You can always park nearby, in the Sparkasse parking garage. There are rarely free parking spaces in front of the restaurant, which is generally a problem in the city. I've been there three times with my sister so far and it's worth the hour drive every time. Very important, don't forget to make a reservation.

Yesterday we picked up something to eat for 5 people. We were able to pick it up in about 50 minutes, which is absolutely ok for an order like this, everything should be fresh! The things were well packaged, nothing was missing and, as always, it tasted great. We are also often on site. Parking is always a thing in itself in Landshut, you have top service on site throughout the city, everything is fresh and the price is clearly right here. We would be happy to come or pick you up again.

The food is ok The Vietnamese dishes are good. The service is quick but extremely polite and not trying hard. Yesterday in a half-empty restaurant everyone had to sit at the front, there was still plenty of space in the back. Normally it doesn't matter, but not when it's cold outside. Conclusion is ok for a quick lunch. Ambience none to none

The service was very courteous and we had the opportunity to choose a table. The food came to us quite quickly and tasted really good. The portion was really big and the price was absolutely right. I can definitely recommend this restaurant.

We ordered food via delivery for around €45. Shortly after ordering via the homepage (without any problems), a call came with the information that the driver was canceled and the question was whether the food could also be picked up. Since we had already spent some time with the ordering process and a short wait, we answered yes. We did get the delivery costs reimbursed on site. But it was still annoying because we expected a delivery and therefore had to order more (minimum order value)... Suggestion: deactivate the delivery option during the ordering process? However, the food was great and even enough for two days!

I've been eating there for years because it's absolutely delicious!! The homemade drinks and all the others are also great!! However, the service really leaves a lot to be desired… Nobody came for a second drink. We sat at the table for half an hour with an empty glass and the packed leftovers and no one came to ask if we would like anything else. That's a shame

The food was very tasty and the portion/quantity was sufficient. However, I felt a bit like I was in a train station. It was very busy (perhaps due to people picking up their food just to eat it somewhere else) and there was no music playing in the background. Some of the staff didn't speak German and were therefore a bit overwhelmed. The cutlery on the table was not spotlessly clean. All in all, I was there with the right people and so I was still able to enjoy the long wait for food. Will I visit this restaurant again? Sure, everyone deserves a second chance.

Unfortunately, when we picked it up, 2 meals were wrong for the third time...even though the numbers were read out again - that's annoying - there were edamame beans in the package for summer rolls, the sushi menu was completely different! This time the sushi was poorly prepared, the avocado was gray and falling apart, there was a lot of bok choi and very hard beans in the wok - we were disappointed

Soup and summer roll - excellent starters, and the sushi variants as a main course: beautifully presented and something for everyone, from vegan to duck to shrimp

Go once a week. Everything is very tasty, especially the sauces for the salads, summer rolls, super good soups, wonderful seaweed salad, fine wok dishes. I can't say anything about sushi, but I see regulars eating it often.

Dieses Lokal ist oft ausgebucht und das zu recht! Jedes Essen wird frisch zubereitet. Das Gemüse ist knackig und immer in verschiedenen leckeren Sossen. Das Personal ist zuvorkommend, unaufdringlich aber immer da wenn man einen Wunsch hat. Die Preise sind angemessen. Gerne immer wieder!

The food is always great, as is the service. But I have to say that if you go in, you could clean it better. So in the anteroom, as well as right after the curtain, there was not only centimeter-high dust but also cobwebs

On days like February 14th. They are a little overwhelmed, I waited over 1 1/2 hours for the food, but I have to say it was delicious and I would happily do so again

After arriving at the restaurant, you as a guest are completely ignored. Only after asking several times are you told you have to wait, there is no free table, despite making a reservation and showing up on time. Apparently we weren't the only guests who experienced this. We then left the restaurant relatively quickly and looked for something else. Once and never again.

The food was a dream and really different than many Asians. Conditions are all very friendly.

On a Saturday there are almost 100 people sitting in the store and no one has anything to eat on the table. Waiting time more than 1 hour Absolute disaster

When we arrived, we were first sent away from our seat in annoyance because we accidentally sat in the wrong one... 20 minutes later we asked if we had been forgotten, where we were then again answered with annoyance: we were just making your drinks (we had haven't even ordered anything yet). 2 out of 4 meals were wrong orders and had hair on them. Definitely not again

The food is great. Very tasty and beautifully prepared. Unfortunately the ambience is not that nice. And no one came anymore and asked for anything (drinks, for example).

Wir haben zwar etwas warten müssen, aber das war okay, da wir es sowieso nicht eilig hatten. Das Restaurant hat wirklich sehr gutes Sushi, wenn nicht sogar das Beste in ganz Landshut!! Einfach super und die Bedienungen sind immer Freundlich. Empfehle definitiv das Räucheraal Sushi und das Mango Curry ;)

Bis auf den Ingwertee war alles lecker. zu viel Ingwer. Die Atmosphäre war ok, aber abends waren viele Leute da und es war etwas heiß. Im Prinzip ein gutes Restaurant und man kann mehrmals hingehen)

Wir haben Sushi und Pad Thai per Lieferservice bestellt und obwohl wir viel zu lange warten mussten, hat es sich gelohnt. Das Essen ist spitze.

Ich war mittag dort. Leider wurde meine Bestellung übersehen und ich musste nachfragen, da andere die nach mir kamen schon essen serviert bekamen. Daraufhin habe ich mein Essen schnell bekommen. Essen war gut.

Sushi für zwei und ein Thaicurry bestellt. Liebevoll angerichtet und super lecka. Wir gehen bald wieder dorthin zum Essen.

Bei der Tisch Auswahl meinte der Mann die Sitzecke hinten dürfe man jetzt nicht nutzen da dort später das Personal essen wird. Fand ich persönlich ein bisschen schade da ich mit meiner operierten Hüfte auf den Stühlen wenig Komfort gefühlt habe. Außerdem hab ich gegen Ende des Abends noch mit meiner Freundin gestritten. Das ist aber ein anderes Thema. Essen war sehr lecker.

Eine sehr gute Pho Bo. Man muss frische Limette und frischen Chili separat dazu bestellen. Auch die gebratenen Nudeln sind sehr lecker 😊

Das Essen war ganz hervorragend, der Service auch! Der Angestellte hat sogar die Nudelverpackung an den Tisch gebracht, um die Allergene abzuklären. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
