Unfortunately, my recent visit to the MyLy Asia Wok and Sushi Bar left a bitter aftertaste. I felt disappointed, annoyed and upset. The main reason for this was the restaurant management and staff, who seemed to be unable to make their own decisions. As a customer, I found that I had to pay for their mistakes rather than receive an apology or even a discount for my wasted time. Furthermore, the value for money was disappointing to say the least. Overall, this was an experience I wouldn't want to repeat.

We used to eat here very often and enjoyed eating here. The sushi was always good. After a long time we got something again today. Unfortunately the quality had deteriorated significantly and some of it was really inedible. The seaweed was like rubber, you couldn't chew it with the best will in the world, the fried shrimp were raw inside and the salmon didn't taste fresh. When we picked it up the place was empty, which surprised us. The only response to the complaint was “I’m sorry, there were no other complaints”. Well, we definitely won't be coming anymore.

Unfortunately, service was very overwhelmed that day, which meant that we had to wait over an hour for the food and 45 minutes before we even got drinks. Food was quite okay.

The ambience is generally very nice and the food tastes great, but unfortunately we often had very bad experiences with the waiting times (1-2 hours), despite there being enough waiting staff. Would come back at any time if we didn't have to wait so long, unfortunately it's a shame.

I enjoyed staying here in the past, but I have also had bad experiences. During a visit yesterday we had to wait 20 minutes to even be able to order drinks. As usual, the food came in a reasonable time. The sushi was delicious, although I feel like it used to be better. The two of us had ordered the menu M10 (12 nigiri, 12 salmon maki, 6 pieces of California roll and 6 pieces of veggie futo crunchy roll) and thought that we couldn't eat it all for two. After we had, strangely enough, eaten everything and paid for it, I looked online again to see what the menu should contain. In fact, the 12 salmon maki were simply not included, which unfortunately we didn't notice because we didn't remember what exactly was supposed to be included in the menu. The ambience is appealing, but relatively loud depending on where you sit. Apart from the incident, we were told by a waitress that they had to leave the tip and didn't get anything from it. Points are also deducted for the fact that the menu says "All dishes without flavor enhancers", even though the additives state that many sauces contain flavor enhancers. There are 2 points for the fact that the sushi is still tasty, the waitresses are generally friendly and the price-performance ratio (if everything you pay for is delivered) is good.

The restaurant is newly renovated, which we really liked. The menu is very varied. We had bowls and soups as well as summer rolls and everything tasted very good. We'll definitely be back!

Food was great, service was ok but could be better. Was always our favorite restaurant. After the renovation, we spent an hour despite having a reservation to be able to order, while other guests left disappointed because of the long waiting time. After 2 hours of waiting, the food finally arrived, sushi for two people. This was outstanding. No apology from the service or anything like that, you might have to reduce the take-away food. We wanted to call to place our order over the phone. If you have a lot of time (approx. 3 hours) and patience, you can eat excellently there.

Went there on Valentine's Day and the whole restaurant was full. There was no nice greeting. When we were finally able to order after 45 minutes, the waitress kept typing the order incorrectly. Afterwards we waited over an hour and a half for our sushi, which didn't even taste good. They clearly overestimated their capacity. Many left before ordering. It wasn't a nice evening.

My husband and I went to Myly for dinner yesterday to celebrate our 5th anniversary, as this restaurant has a special meaning for us and our story began there. The moment we walked in was unusually cold and there was no warm welcome from the hostess. At that time we were only the third table occupied. When we looked for a table, they came quickly to bring us the cards, but here too it had a rather overwhelming feeling. You won't find the warmth and cordiality of the past here. Of course, you can have a bad day sometimes, but the last few times the service was less enthusiastic and hospitable. When we received the food we ordered, we were very disappointed in the taste. The vegetables with coconut milk sauce and the yellow curry were both very sweet, almost too sweet, with no other taste and after just a few forks you didn't want to eat any more. Enjoyment is different. But you shouldn't forget that the sushi was really delicious (yoga rolls & avocado maki). This confirms other reviews that are now also very disappointed with the food. The Myly, visually and in terms of the card as before, but the content and the execution not in the least. All in all it wasn't the evening we had imagined and the quality of service and food has greatly diminished with the new ownership. We probably won't be visiting our "heart restaurant" again in the near future.

I spent one day exploring Landshut and have found this hidden gem. The sushi and the curry taste really good. The atmosphere here is really nice. It was very crowned in the evening so make sure to reserve your table as soon as you can. I would love to come again if I come back to Landshut in the future.

Das Restaurant ist sehr schön eingerichtet, aber auch etwas beengend, da es ein länglicher Raum ist. Genrell aber eine sehr authentische, entspannte und fröhliche Atmosphäre. Ein Besuch ist daher zu empfehlen.

The atmosphere and ambient of the restaurant is perfect... Decoration is a mix of Modern fun with traditional Asian.... The food is excellent ,sushi beautifully presented and the service was quick and friendly ( also attentive but not uncomfortable or over the top ). 10 /10 if you ask me. There mochi is also some of the best I have had outside of Japan. Also because my wife ordered one dessert ( we were planning on sharing but the staff didn't know This) they brought out the dessert with two forks and they even put in 2 extra mochi for us to enjoy together.all in all we are very pleased with this restaurant.would definitely recommend.

Seit den neuen Besitzer nicht mehr empfehlenswert. Sushi und Vorspeisen wirklich von schlechter Qualität. Ente war sehr fettig, Sushireis sehr trocken, Lachs war ausgetrocknet und alt…. Außerdem war die Deko verschimmelt s.Foto. Wir werden uns ein neues Restaurant suchen. Wirklich schade!

- Das Sushi war so lala, sehr viel Reis in den Rollen und der Fisch hat teils etwas komisch geschmeckt. In Landshut gibt’s bessere Läden für Sushi. Dafür dürfte das Myly einer der günstigeren Adressen sein. Außerdem froren wir ziemlich während wir (leider relativ lange) auf unser Essen warten mussten. + Die Bedienung war super lieb(!!) und man kann via Paypal zahlen. Die gedämpften Teigtaschen waren sehr lecker.

Das essen war super lecker und nur zu empfehlen. Der Service, allerdings ist unter aller Kanone. Erste Getränke Bestellung und das Essen, wurden schnell angenommen und kam auch schnell, doch danach war es vorbei. Kein Kellner kam, damit wir erneut trinken bestellen könnten. Auf die Rechnung haben wir 45minuten gewartet. Der Blick ins komplette Restaurant fehlt dem Service einfach.

Gute und frische Speisen. Leider ist das Ambiente weniger ansprechend. Kalt und zügig. Bissel was von Bahnhofshalle.

Das Essen ist mega gut und daher die Preise wirklich angemessen und völlig in Ordnung. Aber der Service ist eine Katastrophe! Also entweder wirst du ewig ignoriert, egal ob du den Blickkontakt suchst oder winkst. Wenn der erste „Kellner“ kommt sagte er nur: „er gibt es weiter“ und dann passiert wieder nichts, also wieder winken und sagen das man noch etwas zu trinken möchte, auch da wartet man etwas aber immerhin kommt das trinken dann. Das selbe Spiel dann wenn man bezahlen möchte. Also ich weiß in anderen Ländern (Südafrika/Norwegen als Beispiele) ist es so üblich die Kunden/Gäste lange warten zu lassen, aber hier in Deutschland wird der Laden mit diesem Service nicht glücklich. Ich empfehle zum mitnehmen bestellen, und werde dies absofort dort gerne machen, denn das Essen ist mega!

Wir sind hier früher gerne hingegangen, aber leider war diesesmal der Service und das Essen anders als sonst. Wir haben lange gewartet bis wir überhaupt "beachtet" wurden. Nach 20min wurde dann auch endlich die Bestellung aufgenommen. Leider war das sushi enttäuschend, weil es etwas warm war und das hat mir ein ungutes Gefühl gegeben, sodass ich das sushi nicht mehr essen wollte. Es hat auch lange gedauert bis wir zahlen konnten. Ansonsten ist das Personal höflich und bemüht.

Das Essen ist jedes Mal aufs Neue sehr gut. Die Bedienungen sind freundlich und die Ambiente ist wunderschön und einladend!

Ein sehr schönes Restaurant, vorzügliche Auswahl an Speisen; das Essen wird sehr schön angerichtet. Die Speisen sind geschmacklich sehr empfehlenswert, der Service war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.

Hatte Shrimps mit Gemüse bestellt. Der Verzehr war schwierig, ungewöhnlicherweise waren die Schalentiere nicht angeschnitten und daher war es schwer an das Fleisch zu kommen. Bis die alle geschält waren, war der Rest kalt. Dem Personal fehlte es an Freundlichkeit.

Wir waren jetzt über einen Zeitraum von einem Jahr mehrfach zum Essen. Für uns ist es der mit Abstand beste Asiate in Landshut. Neben dem guten Essen ist es auch der freundliche Service der immer wieder punktet

Wat een heerlijke gerechten voor een hele lage prijs. We hebben echt heerlijk gegeten. Knusperige eend was echt krokant. Met een heerlijke combinatie van rode curry met cocos.

Das servierte Essen war sehr gut. Wir hatten Suppe, Sushi und Ente. Perfekt zubereitet. Freundliche Bedienung und moderate Preise. Wir waren inzwischen mehrfach zum Essen. Immer sehr gute Qualität und sehr guter Geschmack.
