The Vous is characterized by a particularly lovely family atmosphere; it is characterized above all by fresh ingredients that are prepared with a lot of love. If you don't visit Vous, you're missing out ;)

Food tasty and beautifully presented. Very friendly staff. When it gets full, it is very loud - a conversation between three people was very tiring - acoustic measures, for example on the ceiling, would be helpful.

We recently visited an Asian cuisine restaurant and were very pleased. The food was incredibly delicious, and the service was pleasant and comfortable, even though we arrived quite late. Our meals were prepared quickly, and the staff checked in to see if we enjoyed everything. The only downside for a restaurant of this level, in my opinion, is the lack of card payment options—only cash is accepted. Everything else was great, and I highly recommend it. So, if you’re planning to visit, keep in mind that you’ll need to bring cash.

We kicked off our evening here before heading to Nou7, and it was an absolute blast! The food and drinks were fantastic, and the energetic, professional team made the experience even better. I’ll definitely be back for another round soon!

The two of us had dinner. From 6 p.m. it slowly started to fill up! Lots of young people, mostly women. Interior (black walls) is reduced, but not cool, wooden furniture and loving decoration. We drank homemade lemonade (freshly squeezed limes and crisp mint), which was very good, and ginger tea, which was excellent (note: sweetened with honey🍯!) Delicious food, freshly prepared and very finely tuned! We had fried shrimp and tuna (large portion) as starters. For the main course we had fried salmon (nicely translucent) with blood orange honey sauce and rice for around €19 and a large portion of Vietnamese noodle soup with beef. Everything to our complete satisfaction! Also the service! The prices are rather low (compared to Austrian fusion bars). So local is highly recommended!!!

Super cozy vibes! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, the cocktails were absolutely fantastic, and the staff was incredibly welcoming. A perfect spot to enjoy great food and drinks. Highly recommend!

If you are looking for an Asian restaurant that will take you to another culinary world, you have come to the right place. The food is outstanding - fresh, perfectly seasoned and prepared with so much love that every bite is a highlight. No matter whether sushi, curry or other delicacies: everything tastes heavenly here. The drinks are also an absolute highlight! Creative, tasty and perfectly coordinated – they round off the entire experience. The service is super attentive, friendly and always there with a smile. I've been here many times and will always come back. For me the best Asian restaurant far and wide. 10/10 – highly recommended!

Der Abend im Vous war okay, aber mehr auch nicht. Das Interieur ist recht dunkel, aber stylisch. Dadurch dass die Tische sehr eng stehen und die Musik recht laut ist, ist ein gepflegtes Gespräch nicht unbedingt möglich (obwohl schon Schaumstoff unter dem Tisch klebt). Das muss man wissen. Um einfach einen Cocktail zu schlürfen, ist das Vous sicherlich gut geeignet. Wenn man sich richtig unterhalten möchte, wird es anstrengend. Das Essen war okay. Die Süßkartoffelpommes waren sehr lecker, das Avocadotatar und die Sommerrollen zum Beispiel eher geschmacksneutral. Der Service ist durchwachsen. Wir wurden abwechselnd von zwei jungen Damen bedient. Eine war ziemlich überfordert und auch sehr kühl. Sie wusste auch nicht so recht, wo man das Weinglas hinstellt etc. Aber vielleicht war es auch ihr erster Tag.

Vous far exceeded my expectations! The menu offers an excellent selection of dishes that skillfully combine both traditional and modern Asian cuisine. The ingredients were fresh, the flavors perfectly balanced and the presentation was a feast for the eyes. The staff was attentive, friendly and very knowledgeable about the dishes on offer. All in all, this restaurant sets a benchmark when it comes to Asian cuisine and is definitely worth a visit. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

There is absolutely nothing wrong with the food and the very nice service. There is something for every taste. Unfortunately, the music inside is too loud for a relaxed conversation and sitting at the wrong table can easily make you feel like you're in the way.

On the recommendation of a colleague, we celebrated our company dinner with 28 people at VOUS. The organization went smoothly without delays or complications. The staff is very accommodating and always tries to respond to our wishes (allergens) as best as possible. The dishes were all delicious and beautifully presented. The drinks were (unexpectedly) excellent ♥️ The price-performance ratio is more than fair for Winterhude!!! We look forward to the next company dinner at Vous :)

Very tasty tapas in an Asian style. We had seven different variants and all of them are recommended. The Pisco Sour was also of good quality. Service was perfect and we would be happy to come back.

Great restaurant, There is no Asian shop where I prefer to eat. The staff is extremely friendly and attentive. It is also a recommendation for anyone who always has a hard time deciding what they want to eat, as you can get everything in small tapas portions. A small bar has recently opened next door (Nou7) that offers super high-quality drinks at relatively low prices. You can easily combine the two visits and have a good time.

During my recent trip to Hamburg, I had the pleasure of dining at Vous Restaurant & Bar (on the recommendation of friends) and I must say that the experience was truly enjoyable. The dishes are presented precisely and with great care, demonstrating particular attention to detail. The quality of the food is excellent although, personally, I found the TU-NAUGHTY dish a little fattier than the tuna tataki I'm used to, but I can confirm that it is still very good. The FACE PUNCH prawns and the BANGKOK SKEWERS chicken, however, I found absolutely amazing! The quality-price of the food is definitely balanced in my opinion. The place is small but welcoming, with a modern style that recalls Asian tradition. The tables are a bit narrow; in fact, there were five of us on a table of four, despite having booked. However, the evening still went well. A particularly fascinating detail was the meeting with Soba, the "mascot" of the place. A sweet and tender Shiba Inu dog who was calmly lying in a secluded area of ​​the venue, adding a touch of warmth and familiarity to the environment. The staff were very friendly throughout the evening, helping to make the experience even more enjoyable. Unfortunately, at the end of the evening, the ATM wasn't working, but they quickly solved it by offering us a QR code for payment via PayPal. If I ever return to Hamburg, I would definitely like to dine at this place again! Highly recommended to everyone!

There were three of us there, 1 young lady and 2 stylish ladies. Small, chic, modern. We hadn't made a reservation and were basically sitting next to/in front of the open kitchen. Of course it was busy, but it didn't bother us at all, there was good music and since we had a lot to talk about, the "busyness" fit in quite well. I had a Cherry Blossom Spritz as a cocktail, which personally didn't have enough spritz for me, but that's a matter of taste. For dinner we had 2x Sexy Chicken with peanut sauce and a Nut Duck with Teriaki sauce. The food was served in bowls. Just the right amount for me or us, but it wouldn't have been enough for my husband. Overall, the food tasted good, I give a small deduction for the salad, but I would have preferred more vegetables. The dish should also have been a bit hotter. I also missed that certain kick, good, but not totally tasty. The service was attentive, friendly and cool, is what I call it. I think the prices are completely okay; I know a few restaurants where you spend more for the same service.

Everything is just right here! Upscale Asian fusion cuisine with creative dishes that are simply umami. Food is prepared quickly and freshly, and the service is friendly and attentive. I can only recommend everyone to pay a visit here. In my opinion one of the best Vietnamese restaurants in Hamburg!

We visited today based on a recommendation. Very nice welcome, great menu and very tasty food. The service was nice...but after it got busier, very limited. The volume also became a bit annoying towards the end. Basically, definitely a recommendation and we will definitely come back!

The atmosphere at Vous is quite nice and you feel very comfortable there. There is also the option to sit outside, which is nice on warmer days. The service is also very nice, attentive and friendly. Unfortunately you cannot pay by card here. This is possible in every small kiosk in Spain or elsewhere, so it is incomprehensible why it is not possible/desired in a place like this. Food was so-so. Nothing special and unfortunately just average. In addition, the proteins (be it chicken or fish) are fried. Unfortunately, the salad that is included in the main report was not good at all. The lettuce had brown spots all over it. Unfortunately you can't accept that in terms of price. Drink prices (like almost all other restaurants) are completely overpriced. I don't order anything to drink anymore because I think these prices are completely excessive. Example: hot water (0.2 l) with a slice of ginger and a mint leaf costs 4 euros 🤯. Overall, nice restaurant, friendly service (unfortunately no card payment), but unfortunately what's important (good quality of the food) isn't there. Improvements need to be made here so that the prices can be justified.

Very busy restaurant, on Fridays and Saturdays you eat in two "shifts" (before and after 8 p.m.), the Asian tapas are recommended (out of 5 visits they were great four times, we had to complain about them once), wine is very expensive , it's better to drink an Asian lemonade here. When the restaurant is full the noise level is very high, during the week it is more pleasant.

The Fusion Restaurant's menu offers a wide selection of dishes from various Asian cuisines. We ordered 4 different tapas, unfortunately it wasn't a culinary trip to Asia. The ambience was nice, but quite loud and very cramped. The service was friendly but seemed inattentive and overwhelmed.

Having been here twice, I lured my fiancé here for his birthday today. It was great again. For our birthday we were greeted with a glass of champagne - very attentive and friendly and a super chic and elegant shop. We would love to come back!

Ich hatte das Vergnügen, in diesem Restaurant zu speisen, und das Essen war einfach fantastisch! Die begrenzte, aber sorgfältig ausgewählte Speisekarte mit 8 köstlichen Hauptgerichten und leckeren Vorspeisen hat mich begeistert. Die Preise waren äußerst vernünftig, und ich würde gerne wiederkommen, wenn ich in Hamburg bin. Die Mahlzeit war wirklich schmackhaft und lecker. Eine großartige gastronomische Erfahrung!

Ich finde es extrem vorbildlich, dass alle Gerichte vegan bestellt werden können und es sogar billiger ist als das Gericht mit Fleisch. Das ist eine absolute Seltenheit und verdient großen Respekt!

Mir gefällt das Ambiente sehr gut. Ist alles in schwarz gehalten. Das Essen ist super frisch und sehr gut gewürzt. Ich liebe bei den Tapas die verschiedenen Saucen und die Vielfalt. Kleine feine Karte, bei denen die Gerichte auch vegan bestellt werden können. Neben Tapas werden verschiedene main Gerichte angeboten. Zudem sehr leckere Cocktails.

Das Essen war insgesamt sehr lecker, man hat gemerkt, dass jedes einzelne Gericht durchdacht und mit Liebe zubereitet wurde. Ein Mega Highlight war die Ente in Saté-Erdnuss-Sauce, die war ausgezeichnet und etwas ganz Neues. Die Tapas waren auch sehr lecker, vor allem die Saußen zu den Gerichten. Die Cocktails waren eine 10 von 10, ich hatte den Osaka Spring.

Super Restaurant! Esse hier sehr gerne und kann es nur jedem Empfehlen! Es ist immer alles sehr frisch, kreativ und neu. Besonders wenn man nach einer Empfehlung fragt, wird man nie enttäuscht und es gibt immer etwas spannendes und neues zu entdecken.

Wir waren heute Abend bei Vous. Durch die schwarzen Wände und Naturholztische und Stühle wirkt der Laden sehr edel. Zudem wird man sehr herzlich vom Service empfangen, sodass man sich direkt sehr wohl fühlt. Großes Plus auch die schnelle Bedienung 🫶🏼. Leider ist die Karte etwas unübersichtlich und man brauch erstmal einen Moment dich zurecht zufinden. Wir hatten drei Tapas und 2 Hauptgerichte, alles vegan. Leider waren die Tappas nicht wirklich das was wir erwartet hatten. Der Crispy Tofu hat ziemlich nach Fisch geschmeckt und als vegane Alternative zum Hühnchen Spieß gab es Gemüsegrillspieße, die leider abgebrannt waren und innen noch roh. An dieser Stelle wieder großes Plus an den Service, der sich sehr nett drum gekümmert hat! 😊 Dafür waren die Hauptspeisen und die Tempura-Avocado sehr lecker. Am Ende wurde und sogar der Preis für die beiden nicht so tollen Vorspeisen sogar erlassen. Wir würden auf jedenfall für eine zweite Chance wieder kommen 😊

Wir waren zu fünft zu Gast. Alles war lecker und ansprechend. Wir konnten viele Kleinigkeiten probieren, wovon alles schmackhaft waren. Tempo trotz voller Hütte sehr gut. Wir kommen wieder.

Uns hat das Konzept Cocktailbar/Tapas sehr angesprochen und wir wurden nicht enttäuscht. Wir fanden, dass an dem Abend alle Faktoren stimmten: Service, Ambiente, die Cocktails waren super gut und die Tapas extrem lecker.

Kleiner und dunkler Laden, dafür aber sehr authentisch und lecker! Kann man nur weiterempfehlen! Gutes Qualität an Fleisch!

Als ich meine Freundin in Hamburg besuchte, hatte sie die tolle Idee, ein neues Restaurant auszuprobieren, denn sie hatte Lust auf asiatisches Essen und Vous hatte ziemlich gute Bewertungen. Als erstes fiel mir das vielseitige Menu auf: alles sah wirklich vielversprechend und appetitanregend aus. Wir bestellten 5 Tapas, die alle sehr lecker waren und sich vor allem richtig gut ergänzten. Das Essen kam auch sehr schnell, nur das Dessert ließ länger auf sich warten. Das einzige Manko war also, dass die Bedienung, obwohl freundlich usw., auch ein bisschen überfordert war: vllt würde es mit einem zusätzlichen Kellner besser laufen. Aus eigener Initiative eines der Besitzer (glaube ich) haben wir das Dessert dann geschenkt bekommen! Das war eine unerwartete und sehr liebe Geste! Das Dessert haben wir später zu Hause gegessen: wirklich hervorragend und originell! Auf dem Weg nach Hause merkte ich, dass ich mich leider etwas verrechnet und nach meinen Standards nicht genug Trinkgeld geben habe, wodurch ich echt ein schlechtes Gewissen hatte.. Aber das machen wir bei unserem nächsten Besuch wieder gut ;)!
