Great Vietnamese with good food and nice courtyard. The buns and summer rolls are good, although not excellent or special. The price is perhaps a bit too high. The service is very accommodating and the courtyard is lovely to sit in.

Very disappointing. I've been there since hour one, the owners were really nice and the food was always very good. Unfortunately the quality has deteriorated significantly and is no longer worth the money. I assume that the owners have changed. There are much better Vietnamese restaurants now. Not as full as it used to be either. It's a shame.

Hi there, could you please explain again why I needed to pay 3% extra in the end? I was there in 2023 end of May, I didn’t need to pay 3% extra in that time.

The staff at Vipho are very friendly and attentive. The food is delicious and there is a good selection to suit every taste. We were here with our baby (2 months old) and can highly recommend this restaurant for its child-friendliness!

The food GA XOT ME didn't taste good at all. The food is not authentic and the craftsmanship is poor. The ambience and service are ok, but not particularly good either.

We waited outside in the cold for half an hour, but they serve food that is definitely worth the wait, we all liked it very much. The employee who set the tables was not very friendly, but the employee who served was friendly. The atmosphere is a bit noisy and cramped because it is very crowded, but we were very pleased with what we ate. I recommend you to make a reservation and come.

Today I was in this Vietnamese restaurant with my brother-in-law, he invited me for lunch, very warm welcome, quite a few people, it's a little noisy, but the service is impeccable, the chicken with vegetables very good, the prices are correct for a city like Frankfurt, for parking it's another story. It is better to get around on foot.

The place has such a nice vibe. The decorations are very nice. I believe the menu is good but I ordered bun bo which I wouldn't really recommend (but I think it was just not for me), however my friend got pork belly which looked really delicious. the best thing is mango sticky rice as a dessert. I never tried it and it was really good!

Would have given 4.5 stars, but is definitely closer to five than four. The shop is a bit busy, a bit noisy, and not cheap, but the food not only came quickly, it was also really, really good. All I can say is, come, try it, no one will regret anything here, I'll definitely be back! It is complicated. Let’s talk about the place first. I always prefer to go to places where I can enjoy food (of course) and at same time esthetics of the place. In the photos restaurant looked like a good one. But in reality it was more like a diner. The restaurant renovation was old and I had an impression that the place is dirty. Tables and chairs were worn out. Food: Menu is small comparing to other Vietnamese restaurants. You can not choose the meat type, it is fixed. I mean if you want crispy chicken, you can choose only 1 dish, which I did. It was with sweet and sauer sauce. Not my cup of tea. Avoid chicken pho bo. Summer rolls are expensive. Staff is nice, friendly.

Had Pho Bo and Ga Xot Me . It was not bad, but there was nothing special either. Average service and the place didn't change much within the last 10 years. The prices are above average for Vietnamese cuisine.

Very nice employees and cozy location. The food would give 3 1/2 stars. I found the Pho to have a medium taste, the portion is good, but I found the Bo broth to be rather bland. But starters such as spring rolls and grilled pork belly and the main course rice with crispy chicken with tamaride sauce were very tasty. Definitely won't be my last visit.

Was soll ich sagen , das erste Mal Vietnamesisch und es war ein Super Ambiente und leckeres Essen , wir kommen wieder! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Sehr laut, teuer, es wurde zwei mal gefragt ob abgeräumt werden soll obwohl ich noch gegessen habe. Kurz und knapp sehr überteuert und dreister Laden. 25€ bezahlt und bin immernoch hungrig.

Ich war gestern dort essen. War super lecker Bedienung wie immer freundlich. Was ich nicht verstehe ist am Nachbar Tisch haben sich paar Leute beschwert weil es angeblich laut war, weil am Nachbarlokal gebohrt worden ist. Was kann der Restaurant Besitzer dafür? Und das schreiben die noch in der Bewertung sorry, ich finde sowas lächerlich bewertet das Essen, Ambiente und die Bedienung und nicht was an den Nachbarn Geschäfte passiert

Für mich leider nur 4 Sterne. Pho Bo ist geschmacklich okay. Heo Quay ist oftmals leider trocken oder verschrumpelt. Hatte leider noch nie frisches bekommen. Aber kann empfehlenswert. Kann man hingehen.

It's the second time I visit this restaurant and I will come again in the future. Very delicious vietnamese food. I loved the bo dishes with delicious herbs shrimps and broth. Big menu and next time I would like to order more dishes to share. For starters we liked the summer rolls. Reasonable prices in general. However the staff was not friendly and in general from that aspect the experience was bad. Also I do understand that the restaurant tries to maximise people seating but it was fully packed and every table almost by the other one. But as for the food excellent abd I can only recommend it . Prior reservations are must abd credit cards are accepted as well

Unkomplizierte online Reservierung, sehr freundlicher Service, kurze Wartezeiten und sehr leckeres Essen! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Durchwachsene Erfahrung. Somerrollen inakzeptabel lieblos und teuer und eine richtige Enttäuschung. Besser nicht bestellen. Es waren die schlechtesten Sommerrollen, die ich je bekommen habe. Die Kritik ließ man schulterzuckend an sich abprallen, obwohl offensichtlich die Kräuter in der Rolle vergessen wurden. Auch der vietnamesische Pfannkuchen war überteuert, dafür äußerst sparsam gefüllt. Und das für über 15€. Ich kann nur abraten, das Gericht war nicht gut gemacht. Immerhin wurde es getauscht. Es ist nicht schön, wenn man sich als Gast zu einer Reklamation durchringen muss, es verdirbt das Essen und ist unentspannt. Das Lokal ist laut und schlecht gelüftet. Drei Sterne, weil eine Bedingung es mit Freundlichkeit rausgerissen hat und weil das Bun lecker war. Insgesamt war das aber leider nichts. Schade.

Vipho zählt zu meinen liebsten Vietnamesen in Frankfurt, insbesondere die Pho Bo und die lauwarmen Reisnudeln esse ich supergerne hier.

Unvorstellbar lecker. Die Salate sind frisch und reichhaltig - und deren Bedienung tadellos. Ich könnte täglich hier das schöne Leben in Vietnam genießen. Nach etlichen B-Proben finde ich Vipho immer noch fabelhaft.

Was wir hatten, ist der Rechnung zu entnehmen. Das preislich hoch angesiedelte: Pho Xao Bo war ein totaler Reinfall. Vorneweg: Ich bin kein Restaurantkritiker, Sterne-oder Hobbykoch, aber ich war in diversen, vietnamesischen Restaurants und weiß ebenfalls, wie das Essen in Vietnam selbst schmeckt. Daher kann ich einen gewissen Vergleich ziehen. Das Pho Xao Bo ist geschmacklich, bis auf die gegessen Zutaten, den gebratenen Nudeln vom chinesischen Imbiss um die Ecke sehr ähnlich. Ich war mehr als enttäuscht. Vor allem störte mich der typische Geschmack/Indikator von MSG. Auf Fragen der Bedienung, ob es denn geschmeckt habe meinte ich, dass zuviel MSG darin sei und somit nicht geniessbar. Die Bedienung war freundlich und antwortete, dass mein MSG verwendet worden sei - sorry Leute, aber das stimmt nicht. Meine Begleitung, welche gebürtige Vietnamesin ist, bemerkte dies ebenfalls. Außerdem wird nirgends auf der Karte vermerkt, dass in den Speisen kein MSG enthalten sei. Kurzum: Knapp 18 Euro für ein Essen, bei welchem das Topping bzw. Gemüse gegessen werden kann und nicht die in Sauce geduschten Nudeln sowie der Rest ist schon frech. Das zweite Gericht 'Bun' war zwar besser, aber leider auch geschmacklich leidenschaftslos. Resümee: Für den Durchschnittsverbraucher langts, für mich nicht.

Eher einfaches Lokal mit mäßigem Ambiente. Sehr gutes Essen und Bedienung freundlich. Toiletten naja.

Die Auswahl an Gerichten ist prima, und die Zubereitung war köstlich und qualitativ gut. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die frischen Kräuter und Gemüse, die jedem Gericht eine erfrischende Note verleihen. Das Ambiente im Vipho ist schlicht und stilvoll gestaltet, der Außenbereich ist gut, was zu einer entspannten Atmosphäre beiträgt. Das Personal war freundlich und aufmerksam, ohne aufdringlich zu sein, und stand bereit, um Empfehlungen zu geben und Fragen zur Speisekarte zu beantworten.

Das Esser war super lecker und eine ordentliche Portion. Das Restaurant ist sehr schön und gemütlich. Der Service ist echt super und man kann auch über eine QR-Code bezahlen. Love it. Essen kann man wirklich empfehlen sowohl die Veganen als auch die Fleisch Gerichte. Wir werden definitiv wieder dort essen gehen.

Super leckere Gerichte, da gibt es überhaupt nichts auszusetzen, es schmeckt einfach perfekt. Weniger perfekt sind leider die selbst für Frankfurt zu hohen Preise, daher "nur" 3 Sterne.
