Today I used the VIP service for the first time and was absolutely thrilled. From the punctual pick-up at home, to the very pleasant welcome in the lounge, and the quick and easy service there. Everyone was incredibly friendly and accommodating. You really feel like a little princess 👑 No more waiting in line at the terminal or being crammed into a bus across the tarmac to the aircraft's parking position. We'll probably only fly this way from now on 😊 If you can afford it, go for it! And if you're lucky, you might even spot some celebrities 😀 This morning, for example, Hansi Flick and Deniz Undav were there. We'll be back. Thank you for the fantastic service. ♥️

During a transit flight via Frankfurt, I booked the VIP service, but the waiter with the Elvis hairstyle unfortunately didn't understand English. He brought me various nut dishes without being asked. I tried to explain that I have allergies, but he just nodded, smiled, and left. When I asked for coffee with alternative milk options, he only brought me a regular coffee. Unacceptable for a VIP service

They are worth every penny whether or not you have plenty of time to spend in their lounge or a really tight connection.

If you want VIP service, then Frankfurt is the place to go. What's offered here is unique. From the very first second, you feel completely relaxed. The excellent service takes care of everything. Whether it's checking in your baggage or getting your boarding passes, everything is taken care of. The service and cuisine both deserve five stars. And then you're whisked across the apron in a luxury limousine directly to the plane... that in itself is an experience. A heartfelt thank you for this service!

Excellent VIP Service in Frankfurt – A First-Class Experience! For me, the VIP service in Frankfurt sets the standard in terms of exclusivity and comfort and is an absolute must during my stays in Europe. The level of service is consistently top-notch, which is reflected in every detail. The lounge deserves special mention; it is never overcrowded and therefore always offers the utmost in privacy – a true rarity. The food selection is generous and of high quality, even if it doesn't always quite keep up with other VIP services worldwide (I would unfortunately consider the kitchen inferior to the Lufthansa First Class Lounge). However, this is more than compensated for by the outstanding service staff: The employees are extremely dedicated, courteous, and fulfill almost every wish. The red carpet welcome right at the entrance is fantastic. The rooms after the renovation are absolutely top-notch and, in my opinion, are among the top 5 most beautiful in the world. As a cigar lover, I particularly appreciate the cigar room with its well-stocked humidor—a feature that's no longer a given in Lufthansa First Class, for example. To complement this, there's a select selection of high-quality spirits and, of course, champagne in various forms. Entertainment is also provided: There's a games room with consoles and other games, as well as a kind of library, which is my personal favorite place to spend time. Everything is furnished to a very high standard and contributes to a pleasant atmosphere. Another highlight is the diverse selection of vehicles. The ride in a Bentley directly to the aircraft, whether scheduled or private, is simply fantastic. Alternatively, Mercedes S-Class and similar vehicles are also available. The staff are, without exception, friendly and courteous. I'd like to highlight one particularly impressive incident: When I forgot my ticket and passport in the car, the staff member noticed it or was informed by colleagues. He found the documents and brought them directly to my plane shortly before departure. This is service of the highest standard and truly deserves applause! Overall, I can wholeheartedly recommend the VIP service in Frankfurt. If you value exceptional comfort, utmost discretion, and outstanding service, this is the place for you.

I booked the service as a surprise for my husband in May 2025. Ms. Valeria Gallango helped me with my booking and my questions without any complications. A huge thank you for that. Our trip to Florida was supposed to get off to a relaxing start. From the greeting at the car to the warm and friendly reception at check-in to the escort to our suite, it was perfect. We would especially like to highlight the service in our suite. The food was outstanding and a delight. The lady (unfortunately, we didn't remember her name) truly fulfilled our every wish. We never saw any of our four suitcases and three trolleys again; they were checked in for us. All formalities were handled for us. My husband was not allowed through the security scanners, but that wasn't a problem either. The ride to the plane was relaxing: passport control was completed within a few minutes, and boarding was a breeze. This service certainly has its price. For us, the price/performance ratio is more than adequate. Just yesterday, I made another booking for our next trip in October. We look forward to seeing you again. We can't think of anything that could be improved. Oh, and they even accompanied us to the exchange office. Could it be any better?

Barely acceptable. Very little food. Average quality. After two hours, they ask you to leave or check back in (pay). Not worth it.

Upon entering, I regretted having paid, and they could not refund my entry fee. You have the right to 3 hours of stay, to eat, bathe and charge your phone. They have only one shower for everyone. You must take a turn if you want to go in to bathe. There are no towels, soap or shampoo. There were no vegetables on the buffet. Just ham, cheese, hard-boiled egg, various breads and hot dogs. Bad presentation and too narrow place. The dining room is public, without privacy.

We had a great experience with our layover in Frankfurt. Our greeter Jenny went above and beyond to ensure our time here was well spent and comfortable. All immigration and baggage concerns were taken care of while we sat in a beautiful lounge area with the ability to order food and drinks. Then whisked away in a brand new black car to be driven directly to the aircraft. *I did not eat so I can't rate the food but my traveling partner did enjoy theirs.

Absolutely disappointing and unacceptable! I booked the VIP service (worth around €700) in May and was horrified. After I arrived from London, we were met at the plane and taken to the lounge - and that's when the chaos began. Despite waiting 20-30 minutes for our luggage, no one could tell me exactly when it would arrive. My AirTags showed me that the luggage had already been in the building, but the employee reacted rudely with, “It’s nice for you that you have an AirTag in your luggage.” Instead of finding a solution, there were only unfriendly comments and consolations. We ended up waiting 1 hour and 40 minutes! A bad joke for a VIP service. When explicitly asked, the “apology” was a bottle of champagne – absolutely not enough. Because of the delay, my SIXT driver had to wait forever and I was charged an extra €39 for this. I booked this service for speed and quality, instead I experienced the exact opposite. This has never happened to me at any other airport (Berlin, Munich, etc.). Stay away from this ‘VIP service’ at Frankfurt Airport. My official complaint with ticket number to Fraport has remained unanswered for 6 months.

We felt very comfortable and had the impression that everyone wanted to make our stay as pleasant as possible. It is truly a special and caring service. Limousine transfer in new luxury cars, a la carte menu, non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks including champagne in the lounge as well as the opportunity to shower and freshen up. Gladly again at any time!

An integral part of our budget planning from now on. All questions and concerns (especially regarding accessibility) were patiently clarified in advance. On the day of the trip we didn't have to worry about anything. Our car was taken over by the FIA ​​Valet Service (separate service) directly in front of the VIP Service and parked for us. Then an employee led us into one of the lounges and explained to us what was on offer and the process. The catering (breakfast) was absolutely first class The rooms exude a cozy elegance without appearing stiff: even if you are a “normally non-VIP” you simply feel at home here. Like every group, we had our own advisor who kept us up to date on every step of the process (checked in, luggage was loaded, etc.), picked us up at boarding time, brought us through the private SiKo and then with a van (this was due to the size of the group - in my opinion, the choice of vehicle from Porsche to Bentley can be arranged) and brought directly to the plane. I have never traveled so relaxed. Worth every penny - thanks to the team!

Very nice lounge, pleasant atmosphere. The staff was very friendly and attentive but not intrusive. You just feel very well looked after. After a flight cancellation, everything was sorted out by the staff, hotel, etc… The food and drink selection is unique. It's almost certain to me that if I have a longer stay at the airport I will book the lounge again.

Outstanding service and staff: friendly, personal, authentic. Neo is an amazing waiter: tentative, open and funny. The style and interior design of the new lounge is amazing (and even if it has no natural light, the imitation of natural light is impressive). The "inner courtyard" gives a sense of being outdoor, while actually being indoor. Fully privacy is provided, the gaming room is fun also for adults. The food is also amazing, just one minor criticism regarding the Tagliatelle Bolognese: the pasta wasn't all dente and could've had a bit more salt. But the ragout was high quality and delicious.
