One of the best bar that I’ve been in. Thank you guys

Went there for a networking event. No Air Con. Stuffy and hot, ridiculously so. What it is like as a normal bar I am unsure but I won't be going there again for that reason alone.

Without booking expensive cocktails bar. Expect long minutes of wait at the entrance before being taken to your table that you can’t even choose. If you don’t like it, waiters will make you understand that other customers would take it anyway View can be pretty amazing if you’re located near the windows. Cocktails are nice but double the price. Music very loud, hard to keep a conversation. Ok for a drink, not for an evening.

Good cocktails and nice service. My Negroni was a little mismixed but the other cocktails were very good. :)

This is surely my favourite rooftop bar in Frankfurt since it opened. The service is very friendly and quick. The best views are from the window in the back yet all direct views out are very lovely. It’s a great place for sunsets. The drinks menu is interesting and classic cocktails, like this margherita are well served. A place highly recommendable when in Frankfurt. Upon enterering the building you just need to turn left where the elevators are and on the displays you need to push push on the screen that you want to go to the hotel/bar. The bar is part of the Innside hotel. Enjoy!

I really love this place, I used to go on weekdays, but yesterday was Friday, terrible music probably aimed at teenagers and Latin disco I like the atmosphere of the bar and the cocktails too, but I will only go on weekdays when calm music is playing)

With new concessionaire came questionable audiences. THE bar location with piano music and relaxed after-work drinks is unfortunately a thing of the past. I enjoyed going here until the pandemic because the atmosphere was special. Now just disappointing. Cocktail selection thinned down to a few classics; In general, the menu has shrunk a lot and it is difficult to order without a cell phone. Not everything that was effective during the pandemic has to be continued. Contact with the tender or operator for recommendations or advice was always one of the big plus points of the “old” 22nd. Now: Please don't speak to me more than what is absolutely necessary. Unfortunately, tactile experiences like those with the big, old Gerränke card are now no longer available. But the audience that is currently being met there (the very people who are making noise on the Zeil and who have Ey Alder at No. 1 in the standard vocabulary) can't do anything with it. Compared to before, it has become very flashy. The women are cheap and the boys are in imitation designer looks…… Nibbles for the cocktail have been shrunk down to peanuts, the plastic buckets in which they are delivered are carelessly stacked in the corner up to the ceiling, visibly visible like in a street kitchen, the long bench at the entrance on the right had to replace impersonal bar tables and stools that you might have used would have thought hip 40 years ago, soft ones that you can't or don't want to sit on for long. Ambiance is run down. Toilets could have used a makeover if something good needs to be changed... Note to self: stop riding a dead horse Very unfortunate.

Even one star is too many! Save yourself the trip to the bar, the staff are so unfriendly, especially this older gentleman from Yugoslavia who doesn't understand German well. We arrived around 11:30 p.m. and just wanted to toast my birthday. He didn't let us in because my husband was wearing flip flops - then my husband said we'd never come back and he completely freaked out.

Absolutely inappropriate reception. There were two of us there and at first we were told to be patient for a moment, then the employee came and criticized my friend's clothing. When asked what exactly was wrong with a two-piece suit and sports shoes, which every man after us had worn. The employee then became abusive and insulting. Unfortunately this was very disappointing as we were really looking forward to the view.

I went there quite spontaneously out of frustration with my friend. I found my way from the train station without any problem, but I arrived at the Skybar pretty wet. The gatekeeper was so friendly when he explained the function of the elevator to me. When I arrived at the top I was greeted warmly Lovingly placed at a small table, a loving waitress from the Bad Camberg area where I come from served me with such courtesy that I felt like a queen. I drank a beer and got snacks. It was a wonderful evening and I can go home feeling full Bad Homburg back, thank you dear people from Bar 22

Nice atmosphere, great view over Mainhattan. The only drawback: the menu says “We can offer all classic cocktails”. I wanted a Planter's Punch. The bartender (trainee?) said we didn't have that. But the ingredients for this would have been there. Not ok for a bar in this price range

Well... I don't know if I would advertise the floor here, as it is rather mediocre. Sure, you're away from the ground, but it's nothing special. There are two areas in the bar: - Bar: Here the music is very, very loud and the view is not towards skyscrapers - Lounge: There is a better view here, at least the view here is in the right direction. However, it seems a bit like a storage room for people who aren't quite as welcome (wrong dress code -> no short dresses, we ended up here too (luckily)) The staff is unfriendly and takes a little longer than you would like for everything. In general it seems unprofessional. The drinks were delicious, but at €16 for Lillet Wildberry or Aperol they were a proud price. But they were tasty and nicely garnished, you have to give it to the bar.

Without a reservation, we still got a seat, albeit in a smaller room with very bare furnishings. It is estimated that the old chairs and tables were deposited here. But you have a nice view over the city. On the way to the toilet we saw that the main area of ​​the bar was decorated quite nicely. Unfortunately, the view on this side isn't all that impressive. The only thing you can say about the prices is that it is absolutely overpriced, we paid €16 for an Aperol. The service also left something to be desired. It was a very rude treatment of the customers. I definitely won't go here again.

Cool bar on the 22nd floor with a nice view. We'd love to come back.

The two of us were there last Saturday around 9 p.m., got there super quickly and got a table right by the window. The staff was very nice and attentive, the view is of course unique, the cocktails were very good but very expensive (of course you pay for the view). Overall we were very satisfied and would love to come back!

We went around 7:00 p.m., it slowly became crowded, around 9:00 p.m. the atmosphere was pleasant, they have almost no food, only snacks, but the drinks were very well done. And they were very kind in their attention. IT IS EXPENSIVE

Despite the promising view, my experience at the 22nd Lounge Bar was marred by the bouncer's unacceptable behavior. I visited late on a Friday evening on 29th Apr, hoping to unwind, but instead encountered rudeness, impoliteness, and even racism from the bouncer. His discriminatory remarks and impatience with guests left a sour taste in my mouth. To make matters worse, he claimed to speak on behalf of the owner, which is concerning. It's disheartening to see such behavior tolerated in an establishment that should prioritize customer satisfaction. I urge the owner to address these issues promptly to maintain the bar's reputation and create a welcoming environment for all patrons.

A small shop and the view is only great if you have a great spot. Expensive drinks and the service is disorganized and sometimes racist? Nobody was asked if they had paid when they left, only us. Background: I have a black girlfriend. I can't say whether it was because of the color of our skin, we were never asked when we left whether we had paid...

It's a great bar with a nice view. Dominik is the highlight at the bar🥳. His cocktails are a work of art. All the staff are really very nice and friendly except the doorman (a bit arrogant). It was the best birthday 🎂 . Thank you for the lovely evening ❤️

We were there at 6 p.m. so we didn't have to wait. The service was very nice and quick. The cocktails were very tasty. The ambience was ok, but the view was even better. If you're in the hotel, it's worth checking out, but otherwise there are better rooftop bars!

Nice view. Expensive tasteless cocktail without even an effort to make a nice presentation. They bring nuts in an stupid thing which u can't even put ur hand inside and grab some nuts. No water is also served. If the view is gone the bar has no value.. Try to find sth better than going there .

About a 20 minute wait but nothing special We ordered 4 drinks and totaled more than 100 euros.

So, the question is whether something is worth writing here. The bar gets 3.8 points and people still line up. If we hadn't been there with Brazilian friends, I wouldn't have gotten in line. Because the queue here is unnecessary, because unfortunately various women who were standing behind us were given preferential treatment by this gentleman at the door - and we waited another half an hour. After we asked the gentleman at the door why these ladies were preferred, all he said was "I don't know". Then just enter a guest list!???? When we were finally let in we were given a bar table and then a seat. We ordered once and then four waitresses walked past us 17 times without asking if we wanted anything else. If you could do that, it would bring in sales. WHAT WAS ABSOLUTELY FRIENDLY TO MENTION WAS THE WAITER WITH BLONDE HAIR AND A CENTER PART... very very nice and attentive!!!!!!! The rest of the service is non-existent. We won't be coming back, you don't feel welcome…

Excellent place to go for a few drinks, the bartender Dominic, excellent guy! He made us spend a very pleasant night with his carajillo con mezcal! Recommended a thousand!

The worst bar experience I've ever had. The only thing acceptable about this bar was the view. In a group of five people who all ordered alcoholic drinks, a friend wanted to order a cola. This was aggressively rejected with the words that you were not allowed to order cola or other soft drinks in such an establishment at that time. The rest of us then had our drinks taken away and we were all expelled from the bar. I have never experienced such rude and aggressive service staff with such disrespect. It's a shame that a bar that was so attractive years ago has changed so much for the worse. Such a bar is not recommended!!

I went to this bar today and wanted to order a plain coke, but to my horror I was told that I wasn't allowed to order soft drinks or anything similar at that time and place. When I then asked for sparkling water, this order was also rejected. It is absolutely incomprehensible and outrageous that customers are discriminated against based on their drink preferences. This behavior is not only rude, but also completely unacceptable. I definitely won't come here again and can't recommend this place.

Incredibly cool bar on the 22nd floor. One of the best and most popular bars in Frankfurt. The view is gorgeous. There are 2 halls for guests. The cocktails are good, both in taste and what I especially remember is the non-greedy alcohol content in them :) Also, there were interesting combinations of ingredients. Compared to other similar bars on the roof and in skyscrapers, here you pay a decent amount for a decent drink. The staff was polite and the service was good. Cocktail prices from 16€ to 19€. Non-alcoholic ones cost 13€.

The bar offers a view from the 22nd FLOOR. and in return you as a guest have to accept that the service is completely unprofessional and rude. Anyone who doesn't order immediately receives a warning that they have to leave the bar. Anyone who only orders a drink is harassed and strongly and verbally asked to pay and leave. A clarifying conversation with the "boss" is like a precursor to a fight...never in all my travels have I experienced such an unprofessional host who behaves like a pubescent gorilla...it's a shame about the moment... Ps: the mule was thin and unconvincing...not even that was a bright spot

Toilets with spectacular views in a restaurant on the 22nd floor of the Melia hotel. Entry is free and easily accessible for everyone. It is advisable to make a reservation in advance as it is usually very crowded and space is limited. Very pleasant service and ideal atmosphere for a romantic getaway

This service was a complete disaster!!!! Unfriendly staff and you only pay for the view!! The cocktails are nothing special. In addition, hygiene is not observed. Impossible prices. Definitely not recommended, I would have really liked to spend all my money differently.

Was turned away as a single person this evening. Supposedly bad experience with people coming alone. Doesn't work at all. That is already discriminatory.

It was too loud for me personally; it used to be much more classic. Nevertheless, the cocktails are very good, the bartender is really good. The DJ should learn something from that.

Interesting bar but not much to write home about. I think the cocktails could use a bit more effort and creative compositions. The elevator that takes you there is transparent and a pretty fun experience, just don't look down if you're not afraid of heights. As for the staff, we had no problems, the staff was friendly and helpful. The bathrooms are nice and also offer a nice view. Regarding Covid regulations, there are signs that you should wear a mask, but the receptionist says that the rules no longer apply, so I would expect such a high-end place to be updated accordingly and not abandon the signs there when they no longer apply.

Great views 😍 We just ordered a bottle of Riesling wine, so I don’t km have feedback about the food, but the wine and the views were amazing!

Pure disaster! Countless people wait in confusion in front of the entrance only to order an overpriced drink after an hour. The receptionists at the entrance who let guests in when a seat becomes available seem to think they are in charge of Apple's security. A gentleman accompanied by two women, who was last in line, was called to vone and offered him a table in exchange for a bribe, while the waiting lobby was already overcrowded. The only good thing about the location is the view, otherwise every Späti is better in every way. Was our first and last visit!

I was at this bar yesterday with a friend and a friend. There were a lot of people waiting to get in. And my friend told one of the guys at the entrance that there were 3 of us. After a few minutes, one of them called my friend and took him to a corner. A few minutes later the boy came to me and said we could come in. My friend said that the guys told him if he paid €50 they would let us in. I was very disappointed, my friend paid these dishonest guys 50€!!! That's absurd, that can't be done!! I had been to this bar several times and had good memories, but after this happened it was the last time we went there. I will never go there again. Be ashamed, be honest with the public you go there. They deserve 0 stars!

Cool location with great views, entrance a bit difficult to find.

We had a lovely time here, great atmosphere and an amazing view. Simply recommended, mega delicious cocktails. I can recommend the Toki Old Fashioned for every whiskey lover.

A bar, especially a rooftop bar, is a place for joy, relaxation and wonderful energy. Therefore, it is not acceptable for a house manager to fight and argue with employees in front of customers, much less to be rude to the customers themselves. We are all human, we have our personal problems, but (if that were the case) we can't take that to the work environment. It's a shame...in such a beautiful place and the boss looked like the place's security guard. We won't be back. Eine Bar, insbesondere eine Rooftop-Bar, ist ein Ort der Freude, Entspannung und wunderbaren Energie. Daher ist es für einen Hausverwalter nicht akzeptabel, vor Kunden mit Mitarbeitern zu streiten und zu streiten, geschweige denn, gegenüber den Kunden selbst unhöflich zu sein. Wir sind alle Menschen, wir haben unsere persönlichen Probleme, aber (wenn das der Fall wäre) können wir das nicht auf die Arbeitsumgebung übertragen. Es ist eine Schande ... an einem so schönen Ort und der Chef sah aus wie der Wachmann des Ortes. Wir werden nicht wiederkommen.

Ehrliche Meinung von mir: Für ich als Frankfurter finde die Bar Overrated, aber für Touristen bzw Gäste aus Kleinstädten, Dörfern oder anderen Städten ohne Skyline ein besuch definitiv Wert.

Ganz ehrlich: Ich habe mehr erwartet. Beide bestellte Cocktails waren nur mäßig. Klar, ist Geschmackssache. Aber ein White Russian ist mehr als Sahne und Vodka, und ein Mai Tai schmeckt normalerweise nicht wie eine Bahama Mama. Ansonsten aber schöne Location, nettes Ambiente und top Service!

Die Location ist gut mit schöner Aussicht. Die cocktails waren lecker. Auch die alkoholfreien. Trotzdem hatte ich mehr erwartet.

Richtig schöne Bar mit tollem Ausblick über Frankfurt - Richtung alte Oper. Die Auswahl an Cocktails ist übersichtlich, ebenso beim Wein. Aber die Atmosphäre ist klasse und das Personal sehr freundlich und sehr aufmerksam. Preise sind üblich für eine derartige Location. Gegessen haben wir dort nicht.

Etwas teuer, aber tolles Ambiete ... der security Dienst lässt nicht jeden rein... das finde ich super... es ist nie überfüllt und man kann den abend sehr gut genießen

Sorry aber unser Freund der russischesprachige Barkeeper ruiniert jede Stimmung mit seiner Art und Weise. Das Ambiente versprüht 90er Jahrecharme. Die Preise sind irre. 6€ für 0.3 Veltins ? Nur die Aussicht lohnt sich.

Ich bin zum ersten Mal hier gewesen und standen erst mal vor dem Eingang 5 Minuten an, obwohl wir die einzigen waren. Man ist bei Getränken mind. Bei 16€. Mit Trinkgeld und 2 Whiskey waren wir bei 40€. Es gab eine kleine Schüssel Snacks, zum Essen gab es dort nichts. Schade eigentlich. Der Kellner war sehr bemüht und sehr freundlich. Die Einrichtung der Möbel hätte ich mir für die Lage und die Preise „luxuriöser“ vorgestellt.

Muss man einfach mal erlebt haben. Schickes Ambiente über den Dächern von Frankfurt. Cocktails sind lecker aber nicht gerade preiswert ;).

Its a little odd place. Its very pretentious while the staff is not up to that level. The atmosphere is a bit strange. They try to have this high class cosmopolitan style.... its like they try to mimic something out of a movie, but did not succeed. You are only allowed to order Cocktails and Mocktails. I personally did not want to drink anything with alcohol or anything artificial, so i asked if they could just give me orange juice.. They refused. They used orange juice in the cocktails, so they did have it. I finally after a lot of talking accepted, when i said i will pay the same as a cocktail... so that was a 13 euro orange juice.... Just because i did not want to drink alcohol or artificial ingredients. The best way to describe the staff is: "Even though a monkey wears a golden ring, it is and always will be an ugly thing". Real high class people dont behave like this staff. They are secure with themselves and will just act human. They dont have to pretend.

Sehr sympathische Lounge. Personal Topp. Sogar die Türsteher waren super freundlich und fleißig, dass möglichst schnell die Gäste Plätze finden. Die DJane hat tolle Chillmusok aufgelegt, die Cocktails waren spitze und bei der Aussicht hat man sich fast wie in New York gefühlt. Danke für den schönen Abendabschluss

Wow Faktor für den Ausblick. Bedienung war nett und aufmerksam. Leider gab es für mich nicht den passenden Tonic zum Gin. Ansonsten grosse Getränkekarte. Es gab Knabbereien zum Gin Tonic gereicht. Atmosphäre gut. Publikum sehr gemischt.

Wir haben uns diese Bar herausgesucht, um unseren ersten Abend in Frankfurt schön ausklingen zu lassen und wurden definitiv nicht enttäuscht. Oben angekommen wurden wir an einen Tisch in zweiter Reihe gebracht, da wir keine Reservierung hatten. Kurz nachdem die Bedienung unsere erste Bestellung aufgenommen hat, wurde uns angeboten direkt ans Fenster zu sitzen, da dort spontan ein Tisch freigeblieben ist. Die Getränke mögen zwar etwas mehr kosten, als in einer anderen Bar, da man die Location im 22sten Stock mitzahlt, bei der gebotenen Aussicht ist das aber definitiv gerechtfertigt. Von Scotch über Cocktails bis hin zu Mocktails wurde alles durchprobiert und mit allem waren wir sehr zufrieden. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und schnell. Sanitäranlagen waren sehr gepflegt.

Tolle Aussicht. drinks waren auch gut, aber ob die Aussicht diese Preise rechtfertigt, muss jeder selbst entscheiden 😉

The view was so cool and the stuff is so nice

The place lost a bit of quality since the old days when there was live piano. Now it has become just another normal noisy bar. Nice views though.

Tolle Location, aber das Cocktailangebot war ich enttäuscht. Lieber einen Euro mehr für die Klassiker. Cocktails waren sonst soweit in Ordnung.

Die Bar ist schön und man hat einen guten Ausblick auf Frankfurt. Das kleine Licht am Tisch selbst fand ich persönlich jedoch zu hell und daher etwas störend Preise mit 16€ für einen kleinen Cocktail sind happig, aber geschmacklich waren beide sehr lecker. Der Service freundlich und zurückhaltend. Für gelegentlich ist das okay, aber ich würde eher nicht regelmäßig hier herkommen.

Der Blick von dort oben ist traumhaft. Sowohl Getränke- wie Speisekarte könnten etwas abwechslungsreicher sein

Fachkräftemangel: Die ansonsten nette Bedienung serviert ohne Tablett und greift die Stielgläser von oben am Rand. Diek sind vergleichsweise wässrig - das inzwischen allgemein übliche Schweizer Preisniveau hier nicht angebracht. Die elektronische Musik fehl am Platz und zu laut für eine klassische Cocktailbar. Aber vielleicht sollte es ja gar keine sein. Das wäre schade bei diesem schönen Ausblick und dem Potential der Location.

Drinks sind einfach total teuer und mit viel Eis. Lecker sind sie aber. Das Ambiente macht es dann aber wieder gut. Echt mal was anderes und ein super Ausblick.

Saßen direkt an der Barspitze und wurden von nem superfreundlich und professionellen Barkeeper mit Drinks versorgt.
