Alle Kellner sind sehr nett und freundlich. Die Atmosphäre ist wie in Italien. Das Essen schmeckt phantastisch! Ich habe eine Lasagne bestellt. Alles war exzellent!

Polar bears like to go here for a late dinner after sports. Good fish, nice waiters. It's much nicer to sit outside than inside (which is also ok).

Great restaurant. Cozy atmosphere with non-intrusive service. Price-performance fits the location. Very diverse selection. Not too much and not too little. If you want to enjoy it, this is the right place. We'll be back.

Unfortunately not recommended as a group. There were 8 of us and - as has already been written in the other reviews - we were constantly being talked into something. The appetizer platter overwhelmed us and we were actually looking forward to more enjoyment. Another group celebrated their birthday loudly and the music speakers were turned up.

I was there with 10 people. So that was really bad service. They were constantly trying to sell us something. That was an absolute sales service. After bringing 10 large platters of appetizers, they wanted to bring us another large platter of meat. All guests were more than full at this point. There was little space left for the main course. So absolutely not recommended for large groups. You can't expect superior service here.

Beautiful and welcoming place. Trained and kind staff. I had dinner two nights in a row at this restaurant and had a great time. Excellent food. I totally recommend it.

Last night we went to this restaurant that we actually really enjoy visiting. We were there with friends and the food was, as always, very good. What we didn't like at all was the atmosphere, there were too many tables for the size of the room (we sat in the winter garden). It was very noisy and the waiters also had difficulty getting to the tables because everything was so crowded. Unfortunately, we had absolute bad luck with the people sitting next to us, who were very loud. It was very tiring to talk. We were very disappointed with the experience.

Vini da Sabatini, what's wrong with you? We've been coming to this restaurant for years - once or twice a year at most, so not regular customers - and have always been very satisfied. Unfortunately, our last visit was a disappointment. We were given a table in the winter-proof outdoor area, which we were initially very happy with. However, when the neighboring table was occupied by people of questionable provenance, we found it difficult to communicate because the ladies had apparently already come into the restaurant drunk and were therefore loud. However, they were greeted as good acquaintances by the service staff. If that's the new regular customer, I don't want to go there anymore! Choosing the wine was also difficult. After we were told that this wine was unfortunately not in stock for six (!) selected wines, we took the liberty of asking which wines they had; that was probably easier. At least we got a wine recommendation that suited our taste, but I would have expected that earlier. Fortunately, the quality of the food is still impeccable, so nothing has been forgotten in the kitchen. Maybe we were just very unlucky on a Saturday night, who knows. If I visit this restaurant again, it will definitely only be on a weekday.

It was super delicious :) we had our Christmas party here this year. Very cozy atmosphere and nice staff. I just don't know if I would repeat it in another round because the prices are already very high and the portions are small. Things worked well in the group and we were offered different things

Good Italian food in a nice setting with friendly staff.

A good acquaintance of mine and myself arrived at this "gabage" of a place around 22:30-ish pm today — still well before its official closure time. First, we asked if they look for a personnel in the kitchen as my acquaintance needs an urgent work and when she was told in a rude manner "No"... I asked to get some drinks, namely two glasses of red wine. To our surprise, we were harshly and firmly rejected and instead were asked to leave the premises in a very racist way using some Italian gestures conveying that we're like a dirt. There were still lots of people eating and drinking there but we were told the place is closed for food and drinks, and we have to leave. We felt rejected without good enough reason (we were polite and calm), and the whole attitude from the personnel "smelled" and "cried" racist as they clearly detected our Eastern European accent which, probably, gave them the 'green light" to talk to us the way they talked. Outrageous! The place was buzzing, yet they told us in an extremely rude way it's closed, we have to leave, and they won't serve us anything, despite official closing time is 11pm on Thursday. Suddenly, the manager of the place appeared, despite previously we were told he was not there. What a coincidence! He must be a magician to teleport himself in seconds when they started an active conflict with us. Wow. Moreover, they called the police and with their help removed us from their "gabage" territory. All we said in a very polite manner was that we'd like to order drinks. However, taking into consideration they didn't like the start of the conversation (re: mini job for my acquaintance), they decided that we are not welcome in there at all, and they have a right to throw outside the customers they simply don't like with the help of local police. Wow. And police, instead of catching the real criminals, came in to take us out of this rubbish hole. They did us a favor. Well, the whole situation is totally unacceptable, and unheard of, and I hope people who would read this message until the end will stay away from this place that is being run by a terrible person ("The Godfather") and his totally rude and racist personnel. Please stay away from this terrible terrible place run by terrible people. No matter how good they might cook. You'll do yourself a favor! P.S. I was in this place before a few times but little that I knew how horrible people are who work there. I'd give them zero points if I could. They need to learn their lesson. Thanks.

We had a reservation at 8 p.m. Since the table was still occupied, we were told to wait next door in the bistro. We sat there and waited for 30 minutes, no one asked if we wanted something to drink. We had to ask ourselves whether the table was ready because they had apparently forgotten about us. There was no apology. You had the feeling that every waiter was in an incredibly bad mood. The card was presented to us without a word. We had to wait another 30 minutes to order. One of the waiters wanted to bring us bread - we didn't receive it. The starter was really tasty, but the main course of truffle pasta was even worse. The noodles were hard (could have used another 2-3 minutes) and completely salty. A waiter was kind enough to have the pasta “remade” - it was the same plate, they just put more sauce on it. We weren't asked if we wanted dessert or coffee. We poured more wine ourselves. All in all, I can't understand the good reviews at all. There are much better Italian restaurants in Frankfurt with friendlier staff. Maybe you have to be a regular to be treated well, but after the evening I advise everyone against the restaurant.

Super lecker und mit viel Liebe zubereitet, alles sehr frisch und sehr schön angerichtet , auch die Bedienung ist super aufmerksam und sehr freundlich! Berät den Kunden sehr gut, damit man am Ende für jeden Geschmack das richtige findet, sowohl einfallsreiche vegetarische, als auch tolle Fleisch- und Fischgerichte , Preis- Leistung ist auch ok, leicht erreichbar, Parkhäuser in der Nähe, man kann auch im Winter draußen sitzen im Pavillon ohne zu frieren und direkt auf der Fressgasse. Wir können Francesco und sein Team sehr empfehlen!!! Grazie mille, siete bravissimi!!!

Food expensive but good. Service staff treat you like old friends. If you haven't sat down yet, the question comes: what do you want to drink? There was no drinks menu. Neither is an invoice. To pay with a card you should come to the checkout. Then there is only the CC receipt. So there is a wide gap between expectations and reality here. Expensive food with good service can definitely be found elsewhere in Frankfurt.

They had for one week sth special (without menu) we easily ordered sth to eat without looking at the prices, then two pieces of fish, one Bier 62€!! I will never be there again!

The food was ok but there are better Italians in Frankfurt. The atmosphere between the waiters was terrible. The waiters constantly insulted each other, which affected the general mood. We won't be coming back again.

The food, the service and the ambience were a complete disaster. Arrogate, rude service, strange daily menu. Pasta for €20 must be something. Mine couldn't do anything, it was more like Mama Miracoli. We then went to the Bar Celona.

I would like to share my experience to warn other customers about this restaurant. Two friends and I went for dinner to this restaurant tonight. We initially thought the food was expensive for the quality, but the service was good so we just accepted the fact that we would over pay for average food. That was certainly not the issue. The issue was that we ordered an Antipasto Misto (19,50 euros) to SHARE as an appetizer. We got a big platter that we thought was expensive for what it was but, again, the full menu was over priced so we accepted it. What we were not expecting is that, in the end, we were charged 19,50 euros X 3 for the appetizer (1). Yes, almost 60 euros for a plate with three small pieces of mozzarella, 4 shrimps, 4 pieces of smoked salmon, and that was it. Nothing else, We specifically said we wanted to SHARE the appetizer. It was just the typical tactic to rip off the customer. It is too bad for them, because they made this sale, but they will never see us back as customers. We live in Frankfurt since many years and the bad reputation is worth much more than the little money they made on us tonight. The moral of the story: be VERY cautious at this place when you order. I am posting a copy of the invoice in case they dare trying to appeal to remove the review.

Quiero compartir mi experiencia para avisar a otros clientes sobre este restaurante. Dos amigos y yo fuimos a cenar a este restaurante esta noche. Inicialmente pensamos que la comida era cara por la calidad, pero el servicio era bueno, así que simplemente aceptamos el hecho de que pagaríamos de más por la comida promedio. Ciertamente, ese no era el problema. El tema era que pedimos un Antipasto Misto (19 , 50 euros) para COMPARTIR como aperitivo. Nos dieron un plato grande que pensamos que era caro para lo que era, pero, de nuevo, el menú completo era demasiado caro, así que lo aceptamos. No esperábamos que, al final, nos cobraran 19, 50 euros X 3 por el aperitivo (! ) . Sí, casi 60 euros por un plato con tres trozos pequeños de mozzarella, 4 gambas, 4 trozos de salmón ahumado, y eso fue todo. Nada más, específicamente dijimos que queríamos COMPARTIR el aperitivo. Era la táctica típica para estafar al cliente. Es una pena para ellos porque hicieron esta venta, pero nunca nos verán de vuelta como clientes. Hemos vivido en Frankfurt durante muchos años y la mala reputación vale mucho más que el poco dinero que nos hicieron esta noche. La moraleja de la historia es: ten MUCHA precaución en este lugar cuando ordenes. Estoy publicando una copia de la factura por si se atreven a intentar apelar para quitar la revisión.

Very nice Italian atmosphere in the Abell, and the price-performance ratio is definitely right. Definitely a clear recommendation.

Service and ambience as you would expect Expect an upscale Italian restaurant. Food okay - unfortunately the pasta was cold and tasted okay. The risotto was ok.

The food was really excellent, as was the service. The ambience would have deserved 5 stars, it was just incredibly loud that evening. But we will definitely come back.

In short: Carmelo Greco, only at the cheapest level. The food is just not good and pretends to be more sophisticated than it is. The tuna was just cheap, wasabi from a tube. The truffles were clearly saved and my pasta arrived cold. And even though Dom Perignon is definitely too nouveau riche for me, the vintage is not even mentioned, which based on the price is not only grossly overpriced like every other champagne on the menu, but also varies between magnum and standard size. The service is nice, but not exceptional. Overall, completely disappointing.

If you're not a regular or you look like money, you won't be served but will be fobbed off by the service. You also wait in vain for a nice hello from the boss. Also on the bill, 30 minutes. The food is really very good, but I don't need that at all in terms of service. Underground and my experience on 3 visits, so unfortunately “Not a bad day”

Good food. Ok service. The waiter mentioned that we can’t order from the menu but that there was a set menu instead. The set menu was almost 100 euros per person (no wine or drinks included). The waiter never mentioned this before we ordered. This was also not mentioned during the reservation. Although the food was good, it is nowhere near the price tag. We felt completely ripped off and blindsided.

Never again ! ! The waiter suggested dishes outside the table/menu to the neighboring guests/tables (who ordered later than us or came to the restaurant), which were not offered to us - despite asking! Therefore, the selection of dishes remained manageably small. Starter: very good. Spaghetti alle vongole a bad joke! A few sparse, tiny mussels as the mussel shells were 3/4 EMPTY!! To make matters worse, the al dente pasta didn't have "any bite" but was hard and barely passed raw! The fish and the dessert were mediocre. Wine very good. Espresso: lukewarm! On the bill, 32 euros were charged per spaghetti instead of 24 euros. So a total of 16 euros more!! Disgrace!! Horribly bad, highly UNPROFESSIONAL service!! No words of apology whatsoever! Neither about the criticized, inedible spaghetti (the waiter didn't bring us any new "Al dente") nor about the increased/incorrect billing!!

Our favorite Italian! The food is always very good, the waiters are really nice and accommodating and you can reserve a table at relatively short notice. Additional information for people who make a reservation by phone and have never been there before: I wouldn't like to sit in the "outside area" in winter, where it is really warm but where you can also smoke. Certainly practical for smokers, but rather unsuitable for non-smokers.

Had dinner for the first time today. Highly recommended, the food was very good, service was great, atmosphere was pleasant. Highly recommended, will definitely come again.

Visited this restaurant during Ambiente Fair and the food was really overpriced and not tasty. Starters for 20 Euros with very average presentation, overcooked pasta and boring choices was a big disappointment.. the bill was aprx 147 Euro for two people..

Pizza to take away. Unfortunately I have to give it 2 stars. Dried, burnt cheese, too overloaded, wrong topping on it. The store was relatively empty, but we still waited over 30 minutes. Both pizzas were not cut (can happen). But the staff was very nice. Very unfortunate. Addendum v. 02/06/24 Host reaction: This wasn't what I wanted, but the reaction was there. On December 20, 2023, I received a legal letter forwarded via Google with an accusation of an illegal review because the innkeeper could not assign a customer relationship. I have been given 7 days to make a relevant statement and disclose relevant evidence. This was done, including the pictures and the receipt - good thing I never have cash with me. I can totally understand the checking of the reviews; in the digital and anonymous world it certainly happens that incorrect statements are made. I just interpret this act as an attempt to intimidate people into removing my post. Why? After my statement, there was no response, nor was I allowed to clarify this less pleasant issue with evidence, etc., in writing or in any other form. It just doesn't feel right. If you had responded adequately to my review, I would rate this thing differently - it also works differently! It can always happen that the service deviates from expectations. Nothing that bad. Personally, I like to see how the affected hosts react to a less than pleasant guest experience/review. Because that says more about the hosts than about their guests. It is not uncommon for such an appropriate reaction to increase customers' positive perception of a restaurant or other establishment. What initially appears to be negative can be transformed into something positive if it is done in a customer-oriented manner. Oh well. Unfortunately, your behavior here and the lack of friendly contact have left an unpleasant feeling. I really hope that my experience is and remains the exception, given all the great reviews. Nice, super cozy Italian restaurant. Prices are appropriate for the portions and quality (especially the unexpectedly large steaks), huge wine list and courteous service. Both meat and fish were perfectly prepared to the desired point.

Sonntagabend, das Lokal ist vollkommen ausgebucht. Später uns uns klar, warum. Richtig gute, inspirierte, frische italienische Küche. Die Speisekarte kommt auf einer großen Tafel daher, wo mit Kreide die Speisen aufgelistet sind. Die Ober sind freudlich und aufmerksam und das Essen ist ein Gedicht. Wir haben uns gefragt, wie kann diese kleine Küche so tolle Gerichte hervorzaubern? Wir waren sehr beeindruckt, complimenti!

Tourist trap ! Medium level Italian food , slow service , outrageous prices & rude behaviour of the owner. I’m visiting every year in Frankfurt & to this place I’ll never come back. After we were seated in the restaurant, the owner said it’s not possible to order from the menu tonight because the restaurant is full , he said that they have a set menu that cost 85 euro for a person , They didn’t mentioned it before the reservation and once we were in we didn’t had a power on 20:30 to go to search for another place to eat. I thought that for the price that they asked for , like it’s a 1 star Michelin restaurant the food will be good. But the food is medium level , for this price they served , antipasti to all the table , a small dish of pasta & fish for the main course. The service was very slow , the owner is rude , unfortunately nothing was good in this place. Their are so many good options where you can eat good food in Frankfurt , but it was exhibition week & all places that we know were completely booked, so we booked this restaurant that we found in the Google , we thought if they have good rating so it’s good place, Huge mistake! On the next we eat on our hotel , the Hilton Frankfurt , the food was perfect & the price was half price.

Normally an ok place but today was totally overbooked and we were seated in a side room that was freezing cold. Kitchen was also struggling with the number of guests. Don’t understand why they tried to squeeze the last Euro out of this. Enough alternatives nearby, so will avoid in the future. Really sorry about that this.

Sehr lecker aber leider sehr teuer bei kleinen Portionen.

Restaurant ist Ok! Hatte Trüffel Nudeln leider den Trüffel Geschmack vergeblos gesucht für 25€. Hat alles etwas länger gedauert bis das Essen kam. Also war OK aber nochmal muss ich dort nicht hin. Habe um einiges bessere Trüffel Nudeln gegessen.

Seit Jahren ein sehr guter Italiener mit gleich bleibender gute Qualität. Franco ist der Inhaber und fühlt das Restaurant sehr sehr gut.

Insgesamt ein guter Restaurantbesuch. Der Service ist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Ambiente ebenfalls top. Das Essen war zusammengefasst "ordentlich", die Zutaten gut und handwerklich ebenfalls solide, aber leider nicht ganz dem Preis angemessen.

Leckerer gehobener Italiener! Essen war traditionell aber qualitativ sehr gut! Wir hatten Pasta, Fisch und Fleisch - Garpunkte getroffen und lecker gewürzt. Preise gehoben, aber der Qualität angemessen. Service teilweise etwas langsam, aber insgesamt höflich und aufmerksam.

6 von 5 Sternen in allen Bereichen! Exzellente Weine und hervorragendes Essen, jeder Besuch ist wie ein Kurzurlaub in Bella Italia.

Klare Empfehlung! Im Vini geht es familiär zu. Die Karte ist reichhaltig aber auch nicht zu groß, die Preise sind in Ordnung und die Qualität spitze. Die super Tuscany Rotweine sind preislich etwas zu hoch angesetzt, aber dann trinkt man eben was anderes.

Essen ist überteuert. Es schmeckt gut, allerdings bekommt man gleichwertige Gerichte im Umkreis anderweitig auch günstiger. Schwarze Nudeln mit Krebsen und einer Garnele für 26 Euro. Für Weine gibt es ein ganzes Buch ab 50 Euro bis 1.000. Der Service ist ganz nett, es dauert halt. Statt einer Menükarte am Tisch, gibt es eine Tafel zum Ablesen, die von Gast zu Gast getragen wird. Ambiente: als Nichtraucher sitzt man an der Straße. Der Gartenbereich ist für Raucher. 1 Vorspeise, 2 Nudelgerichte, Dessert, Apertiv, 1 Flasche Wasser und 1 Flasche Wein = 170 Euro.

近所のイタリアンを家族で訪問した。非常に雰囲気が良く、前菜盛り合わせ、パスタ、メインの牛肉、デザートはどれも美味しい。 パスタは量をSmallサイズにする提案があって正解だった。値段は少し高めである。ビジネスディナーにも使えると思う。

Went twice dinner and lunch ..tried fillet steak once and other day went for pizza, both meals were excellent and delicious.. the place is very cozy with very nice nice seating arrangements out door.. Strongly recommended Italian restaurant while in Frankfurt.

Sehr lecker und sehr freundlicher Service, für die Qualität lohnt die Zeit, die man mitbringen sollte.

Wenn man ins Vini geht fühlt man sich sofort wie zuhause. Von der netten und zuvorkommenden Bedienung bis hin zum erstklassigen Essen. Ich war schon unzählige male dort und wurde noch nie von dem Gegenteil überzeugt. Jeder der in Frankfurt wohnt und dort nicht hingeht verpasst einiges.

Es gibt keinen besseren Italiener im Frankfurter Westend. Oder ggf generell. Danke an den perfekten Service und das herzliche, gastfreundliche Team. Wir kommen wieder - immer. Pasta mit Salsiccia ist legendär, aber Fisch u Fleisch einfach alles großartig.

Typischer Westend Schicki micki Italiener. Waren in größerer Runde Geschäftlich essen, daher Service perfekt und freundlich. Geld war zweitrangig, privat wären mir 100 Euro pro Person etwas zuviel. Leider kann man nur 5 Sterne vergeben, sicherlich wäre hier mehr sehr angebracht, würde mal behaupten 5+. Ein kleines aber feines (vom feinsten) Restaurant. Es gibt Tages Menü und Empfehlungen. Ich persönlich hatte den besten Alcachofa Salat und die beste Kalbsleber meines Leben gespeist. Vorher ein Alkoholfreien Apperetiv, einfach Genial, ich trinke keinen Alkohol mehr, ansonsten bin ich sicher das die angebotenen Wein vom besten sind. Über Preise sollte man hier nicht reden, diese sind gerechtfertigt. Natürlich komme ich wieder. Danke für den schönen Abend.
