The waiters were very nice. However, not very keen - we sat for too long with empty glasses, even though there were hardly any guests there. The prices have increased significantly compared to our last visit. The food was rich, but a bit too salty. Update December 26, 2022: Super super super!!!! New waiters, new menu... I also think there are new chairs and tables. Very tasty food. Very nice and fast waiters. Gladly again. Update from 2024 and 2025: Still a very nice restaurant, with very nice staff. The food is delicious and delivered quickly. And there is also a great covered terrace and delicious ice cream.

Stopped by here on the way home and wasn't disappointed. Very nice service. Pizzas, pasta and ice cream also tasted very good.

Always friendly, always tasty, always cheap

Unfortunately the service staff was in a bad mood today. He simply forgot half of the order! But that only becomes apparent after 45 minutes!! The quality of what we got was simply not right…unfortunately! Since we were there regularly, we already noticed the singing quality... Conclusion: impossibly slow staff, singing quality and portions became smaller and smaller over time! Small note, the waiter was spoken to by us. Ultimately, this could have been saved because, “Dealing with criticism in a targeted manner is not his strength…”

Overall, pretty solid food. The prices are quite high for Brandenburg standards. Main courses range between €12-18. The service is good, you are well served.

We have been guests there for many years, but we were very disappointed last night and will avoid this place in the future. We ordered for 6 adults and two children. The table was set up for seven people... ok, that could happen, but it shouldn't! It took 15 minutes until we received the food and drink menu - the restaurant wasn't overcrowded. After we were allowed to study the menu, which had been extremely shortened and made more expensive, for about 10 minutes, the waiter who was our layman stood there again and asked for the drinks and food orders. A little later the drinks arrived, but unfortunately not the first portion of the first Hefeweizen of the day was released from the tap. Accordingly, the Hefeweizen was not tasty! The dishes were not a highlight, rather average and no freshly prepared pasta. The service was overwhelmed and superficial. Thank you for almost nothing!

Today we were in this Villa Toscana for the first and probably last time. Location is cute. Food was average. Unfortunately service is zero. Unfortunately, almost everywhere these days: as soon as you've eaten, no one comes and asks if you have any further wishes or would like something to drink. Are we spoiled? Perhaps. But when we go out to eat, we also have a few demands. It was seen that I was writing a negative review. One person spoke kindly to me. I'm happy to exchange ideas. And the conversation went well. Thanks to the Lord. Then the boss came and complimented us out. Zero insight. Zero empathy. Impolite. Sorry, that doesn't work at all. Unfortunately, the shop is the only restaurant in the corner for miles around and therefore doesn't have to stand out from the competition. It's a shame, it would be good for him. So there are always enough guests and you don't have to change anything.

Today I had dinner here with the family. Unfortunately the visit came to a very unpleasant end. Until the meal, the service was quite quick and courteous. But once the plates were cleared, you as a guest were no longer noticed. It's actually common practice to ask the guest whether he would like dessert or other drinks. Nothing. So we sat down. After a while - our glasses had long been empty - we placed them provocatively on the edge of the table. At some point a waitress came and took the glasses without saying a word. No asking if you would like anything else. We had to react quickly and then ask for the bill. We had enough and wanted to pay. After paying, we were actually asked by the operating staff about our dissatisfaction. We described our experience and pointed out shortcomings, but they didn't want to get involved at all. On the contrary, in the end we were called liars. Sorry, but I'm the guest and I'm bringing the money to the restaurant. Unfortunately, this is no longer seen today and people always complain that the restaurant industry is doing so badly. I'm happy to pay a little more sometimes, but if you don't get the opportunity to do so because the service ignores you, then the restaurants can't be doing so badly. In the end we were escorted out of the restaurant in a very unfriendly manner by the boss himself. Some of the service staff tried to listen and accept feedback. The boss didn't care. He grumbled and complained to us. I've never had an experience like that before and we visit restaurants very, very regularly. This will no longer appear on our list. I wish the restaurant all the best for the future, you can only wish the same to other guests.

Very friendly and pretty waiters ^^ We all enjoyed the food - from simple fries to vegetarian dishes to meat - everything was fresh and well seasoned. We had some peace and quiet inside and had a satisfying evening.

Just bad. If you don't have enough employees then anyway. Apparently it's more important to serve a regular guest than to serve a stranger. Then the boss should have said this. Take a seat but it will take time. Why let us wait for 2 stars without a reaction? The table next to us had the menus on the table and they weren't allowed to order. Nice atmosphere, great place but that's about it.

Had dinner with my junior. I was looking forward to the house style antipasti.....what I got for Euro 15.50 was simply a rip off. 1 slice of salami and 1 slice of raw ham...otherwise there was only loveless vegetables on the plate. I couldn't finish 3/4 of the "antipasti" because it spoiled my appetite...the cellar thought it was so okay that he didn't even ask...if something was wrong...a shame

We came in at lunchtime with 2 adults and 2 children and were greeted by a very polite waiter. We had pasta and ice cream sundaes. We were completely happy with our choice of food, and I think the price is completely justified for the quality. In the meantime you had to wait a bit for the waiter, as he also prepares all the ice cream sundaes himself. This wasn't a big deal for us as the waiter was very friendly and still gave us a nice experience. The food was really great, we would love to come back. We sat on the terrace, of course not the perfect ambience due to the street, but that didn't really bother us. Absolute recommendation.

I was extremely positively surprised to experience such good quality in Werneuchen. The salad with grilled chicken was so huge that it would easily have been enough for three people. Absolutely crunchy and fresh and well seasoned. My seafood pizza was really good and my wish for additional salmon was fulfilled. The price-performance ratio was absolutely right and the beer tasted good too. The outdoor decoration was really high quality and appropriate. High-quality olive trees of considerable size are reminiscent of one or two holidays in southern countries. Outside, a very lush and sophisticated automatic canopy provides protection from storms. There are enough parking spaces available. Nice service👍🏻

Very cozy restaurant with good food, very good and attentive service. However, there is a very bad smell in the toilet area which doesn't help the overall impression.

We came here quite often, today definitely for the last time. The food is so-so, but we are very annoyed by the service. Today we ordered children's pizza for our (vegetarian) children, specifically without salami. It came with salami, which can happen. An unpleasant discussion with the waiter followed. The pizza was brought to us a second time, but the salami was only stolen. When we let her go back, the waiter gave us a tirade of insults in Italian. At least it was very authentic.

Unfortunately there was a bit too much fat on the rump steak, otherwise everything was great.

Hmmmmm. We were actually here 10 years ago. The cook had forgotten the spice in the Bolognese. After I pointed out the lack of taste, the service was pretty pissed off. Well currently, there was nothing else open... Ordered pizza 5 times, waited forever for cutlery. 5 times the same opinion: salt belongs in the pizza dough!! This time the honest opinion was received more sportily. Conclusion: WELL PROVEN! lacks spice Maybe the next attempt in 10 years

Our stop at this restaurant was under the motto “bankruptcies, bad luck and mishaps”. Starting with the undecorated 70th birthday table. Other drinks were brought for the first two drinks ordered and this continued throughout the evening. The only downer was the food. When I paid I was given a bottle of Chianti as a gift. And now the crowning glory: This bottle came from 2020 and was "tipped" as the saying goes - i.e. inedible. This has nothing to do with service; That's just pure bullshit.

Wir haben mal bestellt und abgeholt und waren nicht zufrieden. Ich hatte den Eindruck, das das Ausserhausessen weniger Aufmerksamkeit bekommt wie das Essen im Restaurant.

Ich kann es nur empfehlen. Es stimmt einfach alles.

Mobiliar altbacken. Nudel-Pasta-Pizza-Gerichte okay. Fleischgerichte können verbessert werden. Große Auswahl an Eis. Service ist in Ordnung. Kinderfreundlich. Preis Leistung ist akzeptabel.

Essen ist gut und Bedienung ist gut, vorallem nett! Wir gehen gerne dort essen. Ob als Paar oder in großer Gruppe, alles ist möglich.

Habe eine leckere Pizza gegessen.

Erwartet man so nicht in der brandenburgischen Provinz. Sehr gutes Essen, standard Auswahl aber wirklich gut! Selbst bei vollem Haus, sind die Wartezeiten absolut ok. Preise sind Standard. Man kann draußen sitzen, wobei hier die Lage an einer eher sehr befahrenen Kreuzung etwas stört. Aber eine dicke Hecke und volle Überdachung machen es trotzdem sehr angenehm.

Ich bin auf dem Nachmittag heute mit meiner Tochter und Eis essen gegangen. Der Service ist eher klein geschrieben oder aber der Kellner der für die Terrasse zuständig war, war überfordert. Bis zur Karte lief alles reibungslos. Dann kam er ewig nicht wieder um eine Bestellung aufzunehmen. Man war am Eisstand nach den Sorten schauen, diese waren nicht gesteckt, er kam um die Bestellung aufzunehmen man fragte was für Sorten da sind daraufhin verwies er auf den Stand nach meiner Aussage das keine Schilder gesteckt sind antwortete er er macht es gleich also wartete ich vor dem Stand wieder mindestens 5 min um mir Eissorten für meinen Eisbecher auszusuchen. Die Eissorten selbst waren in ihren Tuppen schon gemischt mit anderen Sorten und sahen sehr unschön aus. Als die Bestellung mit den Eissorten dann am Stand erfolgte kam er kurz darauf zu unserem Tisch um mitzuteilen das keine Erdbeeren da sind. Also wieder umeintscheiden und was neues überlegen. Nach Getränke wurde wir gar nicht gefragt. Also echt sehr mangelhaft heute gewesen.

Service schlecht, nur Essen hinstellen, Getränke auf Nachfrage, Rechnung 2mal angesagt und im Endeffekt reingegangen zum Bezahlen. Aber geschmeckt hat es.

Aufmerksamer Service und wirklich leckere italienische Küche von der Vorspeise bis zum Dessert zum angemessenen Preis. Dazu gibt's draußen auch noch einen tollen Eisstand.

Sehr gutes Restaurant, moderate Preise und fantastisches Eis aus eigener Herstellung.

Super leckeres Essen, ansprechend angerichtet, frisch zubereitet. Auch der Service war sehr freundlich. So schön es auch dort ist, einziger Abzug ist, daß das Restaurant direkt an der Straße liegt. Trotzdem kann ich nur empfehlen, dort einmal essen zu gehen.

Essen und Getränke Ok, Bedienung sauber und freundlich

Ein "Italiener", welchen man durchaus einmal besuchen kann, solide aber keine Sterneküche. Die Portionen sind groß genug zum satt werden und auch schmackhaft. Leider war bei unserem Besuch Rumpsteak nicht ganz so toll. Es war essbar aber es geht durchaus deutlich besser hinsichtlich Garstufe und Anrichtung. Auch das Brot vor dem eigentlichen Essen war sehr, sehr trocken. Im Innenbereich sitzt man schon recht gemütlich. Der Außenbereich mit der Überdachung ist eigentlich auch ansprechend...wenn...ja wenn die B158 nicht in 10m Entfernung an der Terrasse vorbei führen würde und die Autos an der Ampel stets Beschleunigen / Abbremsen oder extra nochmal Beschleunigen, damit man die Ampelschaltung noch schafft. Da man ab einer 5 hinter dem Komma aufrundet, noch 4*, wenn es hier bewertbar wäre, zeigt die Tendenz eher in Richtung 3,5*.

Im großen und ganzen recht schön. Essen war gut aber nicht überwältigend. Preis schon ganz schön teuer.

Der Service und das Essen waren sehr gut. Wir hatten Bruschetta, Schweinefilet vom Grill mit Kartoffeln und Gemüse, Spaghetti Aglio Olio und einen Salat mit Hähnchen und gebratenen Champignons. Gewartet haben wir auch nicht lange. Leider haben wir etwas länger warten müssen, bis der Kellner unsere Bestellung aufgenommen hat. Das Lokal liegt an einer Hauptstraße, weshalb es im Außenbereich etwas lauter ist. Alles in allem ist das Lokal aber sehr zu empfehlen.

Seit nunmehr 6 Jahren besuchen wir regelmäßig das Restaurant und wurden immer liebevoll und respektvoll behandelt. Die Kinder werden nie als störend angesehen, sondern man hat das Gefühl zur Familie zu gehören. Jedes Essen war bislang ohne Beanstandung, der Service sehr zuvorkommend und die Location- gerade das Außenambiente hat sich in den Jahren immer mehr positiv entwickelt. Die Liebe zum Detail ist erkennbar, die Angestellten trotz täglicher Arbeit, stets mit einem Lächeln im Gesicht. Sie kennen ihre Stammkunden sehr gut und Small-Talk bleibt selten aus. Ich hoffe sie bleiben uns so wie sie sind noch sehr lang erhalten.

Wer auf Ballermannmusik in Ballermanlautstärke steht, ist hier richtig. Wir wollten zu Abschluss des Wochenendes auf dem Heimweg noch eine Pizza nehmen (es ist das einzige Gericht, was so weit okay ist- wenn wir bislang was anderes hatten, war schon mal die Gemüsebeilage verbrannt oder ähnliches). Es war schon etwas kühler, weshalb wir drinnen saßen. Auf die freundliche Bitte, die Musik, die mit Ihren Bässen immer wieder in meinen Magen hämmerte, leiser zu stellen oder aus zu machen, hat der Chef uns ziemlich aggressiv gebeten, zu gehen.

War ich seit Jahren hier gerne ab und an mal essen, so hat mir mein heutiger Besuch den Rest gegeben. Beim letzten mals hin extrem versalzenes Essen,konnte ich heute den Geschmack nach Gorgonzola Soße nicht schmecken. Bestellt waren gefüllte Champis mit Gorgonzolasosse. Auch haben wir die leckeren Oliven *nachgeordert*.. das alles teurer geworden ist weiß inzwischen jeder, aber ich denke man kann den Gast darauf hinweisen und nicht auf einmal 10 Euro extra unter diverses verbuchen. Ich habe dann mit dem Angestellten gesprochen ruhig und sachlich, mit der Bitte, das man das bitte auch dem Kunden sagt, dieser wurde sofort pampig und meinte im Agro Ton,, ich bin nicht dein Sohn. Und ich habe WIRKLICH GANZ RUHIG mit dem gesprochen. FAZIT FÜR UNS... NICHT WIEDER! Es gibt wirklich Restaurants wo man sich deutlich wohler fühlt und das Essen wirklich schmeckt. Uuund das Personal freundlich ist...

An einen Abend dort gewesen Kellner sehr hektisch nicht aufmerksam wie man es vorher gewohnt gewesen ist. Das Gefühl wurde vermittelt das unserer Baby eher störte als willkommen zu sein. Meine Frau hatte Nudeln mit Meeresfrüchten an diesen Abend da sie diese in Italien bei unsern dortigen lieblings Italiener isst hatte sie diese hier bei unsern bis dato lieblings Italiener auch mal probiert. Es hat keine 2 Std angehalten und meine Frau hatte alles andere als eine angenehme Nacht. Überhaupt nicht zu empfehlen.

Wir kamen spontan an einem Freitag gegen 16 Uhr vorbei. Die vorgelagerte Außenterasse war noch fast vollständig frei, wobei einige Plätze reserviert waren. Trotzdem wären wir von dem Kellner fast abgewiesen worden, weil wir nicht reserviert hatten. Hier gab es wohl ein Kommunikationsproblem, da die Angestellten ansonsten höflich und zuvorkommend waren. Nach der Bestellung kam das Essen sehr schnell. Wir hatten beide das Schnitzel Wiener Art, was zumindest mich nicht sonderlich überzeugte. Die Portion war verhältnismäßig klein, aber trotzdem ausreichend und für den Preis angemessen. Das Restaurant liegt direkt an der B158, weshalb es draußen recht laut ist. Insgesamt würde ich das Restaurant nicht unbedingt empfehlen, aber man kann es ohne Bedenken aufsuchen, wenn man in der Nähe ist. Besonders die Eisdiele bzw. Eiskarte scheint sehr beliebt zu sein. Ich vergebe nur 3 Sterne, aber die Tendenz geht definitiv zu 4.
