Villa Toscana – Ristorante Pizzeria in Berlin

The ambiance is pleasant, typical of an Italian restaurant. Nicely decorated. The food (there were seven of us) was varied. The pizza was great. Unfortunately, the pasta had a very bland flavor. The steak was dry and tough. The service was attentive and friendly. However, for starters and desserts, they tried to force-sell us a mixed platter to share without asking us what we wanted first. Some of our guests come here often and said that it wasn't a brilliant experience this time and that it's usually better. Well, we won't be coming back for a while.

Go in and enjoy...it couldn't be better.....six out of five stars

The food (Lumanche, carpaccio with porcini mushrooms) was once again very delicious. Friendly service and a peaceful atmosphere make the visit a pleasant one – every time. 17.10.25 with family; everyone was very satisfied. The liver and sage sauce was excellent!

We ate there during our Berlin vacation. It looked rather unassuming from the outside, but the evening turned out to be one of our highlights. The servers were super friendly and attentive, and the food was excellent. The calzone was one of the best I've ever eaten. The pasta was also spot on. If we go back to Berlin, we'll definitely come back.

This was my second visit to the restaurant and this time I was unfortunately disappointed. At first, everything was great: the service was good, and the drinks and food arrived fairly quickly. With my meal, I had a small piece of plastic in it, which also had sharp edges and corners. I hadn't noticed it through the cheese, and only noticed it while chewing. When I pointed this out to the older waiter, he took offense and simply said that things like that can happen and tried to explain to me how it got on the pizza. Not courteous. And a rude question about whether I wanted a new pizza, even though I wasn't looking for one and ate my pizza anyway. This unfortunately made the service very poor and soured the overall experience.

Lovely restaurant with a terrace where you can also sit with your dog. The food was very good, the service excellent, and we were completely satisfied with everything.

We had to wait 45 minutes for salad and bruschetta. Upon request, the food arrived, but unfortunately, the wrong salad was then carelessly replaced without a word of apology. It looked unpromising. For us, it was neither recommended nor worth another visit.

This is by no means a typical suburban Italian restaurant; the food quality is far too good for that. The service is also excellent. Unfortunately, the terrace is located directly on a busy street.

It’s a beautiful atmosphere and the food was alright but nothing exceptional. But I’ve waited 45 minutes alone to get my water. And it took another hour and a half to get my food. People that got in later were served before me. And when I asked the waiter about my food, he just shrugged and went back to other costumes.

Excellent olives as an appetizer, and the olive oil tastes great! The penne al forno is excellent!

Typical Italian cuisine. The food is delicious, and the waiters are friendly and humorous. In summer, it's lovely to sit outside, and I highly recommend the ice cream. 👌🏽

I don't think they're Italian. The fish was served frozen at the end. The staff was extremely friendly. The waiter came to the table and added pepper to my food without asking. And he did it several times. I've never experienced anything like that before. Everything was a bit like trying to do it but not being able to do it!!! It's enough for a snack. Unfortunately, nothing more.

The food and drinks are very good value for money. Good coffee, and the service is also quick. The staff could have been a bit more attentive. I would have ordered another one if they hadn't. Parking is a bit difficult in the surrounding area. Right on the main road, you can sit outside in the shade.

Pizza €10.90 = no toppings, tasted terrible A portion of fries €4.50 tasted like old grease, and the portion was ridiculous Salad with chicken strips for €13.90 was the icing on the cake. The chicken was tough; we didn't even give it to our dog, and the portion of the salad was really terrible. I had to restrain myself while writing this review. A waste of money and absolutely not recommended.

We were tourists in Schmöckwitz and stayed at Villa Toscana for our farewell dinner. The staff were very nice, friendly, and cheerful—there were no long waits—and the food was excellent (not just pizza and spaghetti). I had delicious schnitzels with a fruity, spicy tomato sauce and boiled potatoes—simply delicious! The lasagna was also very good (and we make it really well). To finish off, we were treated to a really good grappa on the house—thank you! Tutto Bene!!!!!

After a year, we gave it a second chance because we live around the corner. We were disappointed again, and we were really embarrassed before our visit. The food wasn't fresh, the beef wasn't of good quality, and the kitchen didn't know the difference between medium and rare. Several plates arrived with missing ingredients, and the salad was unkind, like it was delivered... The prices aren't cheap—and price isn't an issue unless the price-performance ratio is completely off. Good wine, friendly waiter

Brilliant pizza in south east Berlin

A truly excellent Italian restaurant steeped in tradition. A little insider tip in beautiful Schmöckwitz. As an Italian, I don't say that often. Great pizza, superb wine, and truly delicious pasta, with the option to accommodate special requests. The whole experience is rounded off by attentive service and truly wonderful waiters. There's a small indoor room that you can rent, and you can also order an incredibly delicious antipasti platter. In the summer, you can enjoy eating outside. Highly recommended. Sehr einladende gemütliche Atmosphäre mit Kerzenständern auf den Tischen und dezenter romantischer Musik im Hintergrund. Ausgesprochen aufmerksames Personal mit schneller und freundlicher Bedienung. Das Essen war köstlich (Bandnudeln mit Garnelen, Knoblauch, Tomaten und Avocadostücken auf dezent gewürzter Avocadocreme). Als Amuse Gueule gabe es schon zu den Getränken Oliven und Brot. Kartenzahlung am Tisch war kein Problem, leider konnte Trinkgeld nur in bar gegeben werden.

Villa Toscana – Ristorante Pizzeria impresses across the board. The ambience is warm and authentic, in the style you are used to from Italian restaurants in Germany. Particularly noteworthy is the quality of the pasta - freshly prepared and perfectly al dente, reflecting the true taste of Italian cuisine. As a special extra, there was an excellent wine and an espresso on the house, which rounded off the culinary experience. The courteous service and the loving attention to detail make a visit to Villa Toscana a completely successful experience. I can recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to enjoy traditional Italian cuisine in a pleasant, family atmosphere.

Nice restaurant in Schmöckwitz. Classic Italian as you know and expect. The ambience is sometimes a little different than you would expect, more like what you can find in other restaurants with different cuisines. The staff is a bit reserved, but friendly and attentive.

Very tasty pizza, the fish was also great and finally an Italian who can offer a reasonable espresso. A real and not the filter coffee blend you usually get. Also very friendly and nice to the children. Super fast service and the food was at the table very quickly. Unfortunately, only the ice cream for dessert had ice crystals. Would probably have been better with the tiramisu

As always with my tests.. Points awarded: 1 appearance As usual, I ordered the seafood pizza to take away. A 32cm pizza. Looks very good! Delicately topped with scampi, a little squid, fresh herbs, cherry tomatoes, garlic and cheese. Very attractive and smells good. 2 taste Delicious! The base is a bit too thin in the middle for me! It drips a bit too much and is not very easy to handle. Otherwise the surface is very good! The tomato sauce has a delicate, spicy taste, the garlic comes through well and the base is extremely seasoned! Unfortunately the squid is not fresh and it shows. Quite chewy and the shrimp are also convenience. But...OK! The whole thing makes it good! 3 ambience A very nice shop! You will receive a friendly welcome! The waiter was dressed in clean, typical clothing and immediately offered me the menu. He was also really friendly with a smile. The only thing...the lady at the entrance behind the counter. She was extremely bored and it showed and could be seen. Therefore one point deducted. She presents the store up front in exactly the same way. You don't want that. To do this I went to the toilet...and that was really a no no no! Even in the anteroom there is an indescribably disgusting smell of urine!! Everything goes away!! Therefore, unfortunately, another star deducted! The location looks very cozy! I could imagine a nice evening there. 4 price €13.90 for a 32cm piece of seafood like this? Yes! I'll do it again and I can recommend it when it comes to food! When the floor is repaired! I'll come back to test it again in a while. 5. Parking spaces Unfortunately almost non-existent. There are parking spaces opposite, but they are too sparse. The restaurant doesn't seem to have any of its own. Otherwise, go down the street and walk a bit. Conclusion: Yes, you can do it. I think if you want to spend a nice evening there, the offering is very nice and the pizza is fresh. I will definitely stop by again and for some time.
