Always delicious, always friendly (almost warm) service. We enjoy coming here regularly.

A family business straight out of a picture book. The food was great and the price-performance ratio was great. I can highly recommend it.

The food was very tasty. Even on Friday evening we got a table without a reservation. Unfortunately, there were very long waiting times until drinks and food were taken. At some point I went in for the bill. The noodles are highly recommended. We'll be back.

We were there for brunch on Sunday. Food was good and sufficient and the service was friendly. Small improvements would be desirable, for example that there is only one toilet for women and one for men. Otherwise we were satisfied.

Very attentive, friendly and patient service (there was a large group with lots of children who were allowed to come spontaneously). Food was very good. Ambience good, we sat inside. A bit old. There is also plenty of seating outside and a large lawn with play areas for children.

We sell the cheapest mozzarella as buffalo mozzarella. The starter was simply beefsteak tomatoes and the cheapest mozzarella minis you can buy. Even the finest culinary art doesn't help. A request to speak to the person in charge was then elegantly answered with a full 25 minutes of ignorance until we had to ask for the bill. Another topic: customers came and waited at the entrance and were deliberately ignored. Only those who could make themselves heard could “sneak” their way into a table. Conclusion: Thank you, dear “boss” for your bad mood and thank you for not wanting to confront the topic. I'm certainly not a Konrinthenkacker, but what the boss delivers there is pretty heavy. By the way, this was the second time I had a bad encounter with the boss there. The first time, the 10 euro tip was actually deducted and set to "non capito".

We were here for dinner, I ordered a pizza with salami, with the special request of adding ham to the pizza. My companion wanted pasta with chanterelles, parmesan and truffles. Unfortunately, my pizza came uncut (I've never experienced it either) and my companion was missing the chanterelles, truffles and parmesan. I returned my pizza to have it cut. I noticed that someone at another table got the pizza that I actually wanted. When asked, he said that he had actually only ordered the salami pizza. My companion had her order corrected accordingly so that we could eat. Apparently your dish was great, but unfortunately my pizza was just so-so, neither good nor bad. The service was also very friendly and apologized for the chaos. I have to agree with some of the reviews here about the ambience: it looks a bit outdated, we should try it out again. I see the problem with this restaurant as 1. more with the kitchen and 2. with the organization. Extra requests should be taken into account and also end up at the right table. Overall it was ok, but nothing more. To be honest, I wouldn't come here again

You can get very tasty stone oven pizzas with a decent topping here. Difficult to manage for a woman and children. Price performance absolutely top.

Went to Villa Monte Christo for the first (and last) time today. The first greeting from the female waiter was still nice and friendly with a hello. Once we ordered our wishes, the fun was over. When I asked for a beer that wasn't so cold (I can't handle it), it was not particularly politely made clear to me that this wasn't possible because everything was in the refrigerator. However, why it is not possible to take a drink out of the refrigerator and briefly put it in warm water is a mystery and incomprehensible to me. This doesn't cost anything extra, just a little accommodating. This hasn't been a problem in the vast majority of restaurants. But the worst thing was that when we ordered our food we were asked how we wanted to pay (cash or card). I've never done something like this in my life, where you have to tell me how the payment will be made before eating without even having eaten a bite. We found that impossible and is an absolute no go!!! Strangely, guests at the next table were not asked this question. What's that supposed to mean? Do we look so untrustworthy??? In other respects, the service seemed rather disjointed and unmotivated. Sorry we're here, we were warm too. The food itself, however, was good and plentiful. There was nothing to complain about. The prices were also reasonable. I would like to expressly exclude the young man who brought the food from the criticism of the service. He was very friendly, nice and as you would expect from everyone. Just that much about the ambience, it was just OK overall (in the garden), but it needs a refresh. The sculptures need to be cleaned and/or painted and the porch needs to be repaired. Despite the acceptable prices and the good taste, I would not recommend Monte Cristo simply because of the unfriendly service. But maybe the lady just had a stressful day.🥴🥱😕

A cozy restaurant, with an exceptionally beautiful flower bed at the entrance. The service was excellent, and the food was delicious, tasty and at the right temperature. To be repeated. A good choice by our hostess!

We received a very unfriendly welcome, according to the motto. "Oh those again!" We weren't allowed to choose our seats and had to go into the cold winter garden, even though the restaurant was empty. Because it was too cold for us there, we were allowed to sit in the darkest corner. Before paying we were asked whether cash or card. The two ladies were really unfriendly and when we asked if they had anything against us, they acted completely clueless. If you are greeted so unwelcomingly and feel unwanted, you don't have to go there anymore. We had the impression that they wanted to scare away the guests so that the shop would close.

Great food, good service, special requests were gladly accepted. We are very satisfied and have been there for the second time. Always happy.

We were there on a Sunday at 9:10 p.m. and wanted something to eat! According to Google and their own website, the restaurant is open until 11 p.m.! We were turned away very rudely with the words “it’s already 9 p.m.!”

We are really excited about this restaurant. Were there with 10 people, including 1 small child. A bit rustic from the outside, maybe a bit outdated, a bit worn. But completely ok. If you just dare to come in, you can expect a very nice ambience and good service. But the food is awesome. Mega large portions at an absolutely great, fair price. We got our money's worth. Just really great flair at the end. Overall package top. A small drawback, perhaps providing a second/third high seat, but that would be the least of the problems. You also took the mess of the 1 year old super smart. Thanks for that 😉

We were there spontaneously on a Friday evening without a reservation. The restaurant was quite full, but there was enough seating. Before the meals we ordered we received bread and olives pickled in garlic, really attentive and delicious. Our food was incredibly delicious, the service was attentive and friendly, so we decided to spontaneously visit the restaurant again the following day. Even though the restaurant was full on Friday, the ladies remembered us and our food from the day before. This time too, the dishes were very tasty and my special requests were kindly accepted and implemented. We would visit the restaurant again if we visit Bad Saarow again and would therefore recommend it to others.

We got a table on Friday evening without a reservation. It was loud and crowded but despite that, we felt very comfortable. The service is hardworking and very nice. The pizza and also the pasta with pesto were a dream and at these prices. The toilets, where the flush fitting was missing, were adventurous. But despite that, we will definitely come back. Leider keine Bewertung zur Qualität der Speisen möglich. Wir standen mit den Rädern an der angegebenen Adresse im Nirgendwo… das Restaurant befindet sich NICHT in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, sondern in Brandenburg!!

Sehr leckeres Essen, große Pizzen und heiße und leckere Lasagne und Nudeln. Vorher Oliven in Knoblauch und Öl, verfeinert mit Chili. Getränkebestellung war etwas schwierig, zweimal kam anstelle der gewünschten kleinen Fassbrause, ein Bier und dann ein Radler. Naja, gibt schlimmeres. Sehr zu empfehlen! Bei unserem letzten Besuch war es nicht sehr voll (Samstag Nachmittag). Wir saßen draußen unter den Sonnenschirmen bei ca. 31 Grad und es war aufzuhalten. Toiletten etwas abenteuerlich, erfüllen aber ihren Zweck. Großer Parkplatz, hier bitte langsam fahren, da es sehr staubt, wenn es trocken ist. Sieht nicht schön aus auf den Tellern, nach so einer Staubwolke.

Sehr leckere & riesengroße Pizza gegessen. Top Cappuccino & auch dieser sehr groß. Preis angemessen! Alles uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen - top Restaurant!

Wir bestellen häufig und ziemlich regelmäßig dort und es schmeckt immer.

Die Pizzen sind geschmacklich sehr gut. Das Tiramisu ist natürlich selbst gemacht und schmeckt hervorragend. Wir haben da schon öfters unseren Mädelsabend verbracht und immer zwei große Portionen Tiramisu aufs Haus bekommen. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt auch.

Das Essen ist lecker. Die Portionen sind überraschend groß. Preis ist dafür recht günstig. Die Servicekraft lässt sich nicht aus der Ruhe bringen. Aber wir sind ja im Urlaub und nicht auf der Flucht... Trotzdem ist der Service freundlich 😊 Ambiente können wir nur den Außenbereich beurteilen.

Wir waren heute das 2.mal dort vor Ort essen, und wir können nur sagen, super, aber alles. Vom Service, bis hin zum Essen. Diese Lokal kann man nur weiter empfehlen. Wir haben uns dort sooo wohl gefühlt, man merkt, daß dort alle ihre Arbeit mit ❤️ machen. Das Essen wird frisch zubereitet, also gerne wieder, einen dicken Daumen .

Wir waren spontan und ohne Reservierung hier zu Gast und können uns nicht beschweren. Alle waren freundlich und zuvorkommend. Einen Stern Abzug gibt es, weil es leider über eine Stunde gedauert hat, bis das Essen kam, die Getränke vorher leider auch ziemlich lange auf sich warten ließen und die bestellte Vorspeise erst kam, als die Hauptgerichte schon auf dem Tisch standen und unser Sohn schon anfing zu essen, da der gute Duft der anderen Essen einen riesigen Hunger bei ihm hervorriefen. Insgesamt war das Essen gut. Für meinen Mann und mich hätte es gern etwas mehr gewürzt sein dürfen, aber es hat dennoch gut geschmeckt. Preislich gesehen waren es echte Riesenportionen bei den Hauptspeisen!

Sehr freundliches Personal, leckeres Essen und Preis/Leistung absolut angemessen. Getränke Top und Essen war zügig fertig. Extrawünsche wurden 1:1 umgesetzt.

Das Ambiente hat sich sehr verbessert, Essen wie immer super lecker. Der Außenbereich ist auch schön. Wir haben uns auch schon oft Essen mitgenommen, die Pizzen sind schnell fertig und lecker.

Wir waren im Urlaub hier. Spontan, ohne Reservierung, mussten wir kurz warten, bevor wir einen Platz bekamen. Unsere Bestellung wurde zügig aufgenommen, obwohl das Lokal bis auf den letzten Platz gefüllt war. Unser Essen wurde frisch zubereitet und war sehr lecker.

Wir kamen aus dem Ferienpark Wendisch Rietz zum Abendessen. Es war von der Reservierung bis zur Bezahlung ein rundum bemerkenswerter Restaurantbesuch. Es stimmte einfach alles! Wir hatten großartiges Vitello Tonnato (sehr authentisch zubereitet), leckeres Brot, ein köstliches Zanderfilet (italienisch interpretiert) und herausragendes Saltimbocca! Derartig sämtliche kulinarische Überraschungen hatten wir nicht erwartet! Wow! Hier wird mit Herz gekocht und angerichtet!!! Wir gingen sehr positiv überrascht und super gesättigt nach Hause! Dankeschön für das großartige Dinner! Bis zum nächsten Mal!

Ja, was soll man sagen Ich hatte eine Pizza mit Parmaschinken und Ruccola ,die sehr gut war. Im Restaurant war nicht viel Betrieb aber es sind gefühlt in der Stunde wo ich dort gesessen hab, 30 oder 40 Pizzen außer Haus gegangen. Ich werde dort definitiv wieder hingehen.Ich bin hinterher noch zu einem Eis eingeladen worden vom Haus ,auch das Eis (Haus gemacht)war sehr gut. Fazit: -definitiv zu empfehlen auch für größeren Gruppen oder Familien.

Schlechter Service - man fühlt sich nicht als gute bedienter Kunde. Wir hatten uns für den nächsten freien Tisch angestellt, den aber dann doch scheinbar bessere Bekannte zuerst bekamen.

Wir waren spontan abends da. Hatten einen schönen Platz draußen. Sehr nette Bedienung, große Auswahl auf der Karte. Und trotzdem sehr gute Qualität! Alles frisch zubereitet- wir hatten die Antipasti für zwei Personen, und waren danach eigentlich schon satt weil diese sehr reichlich war . Haben uns danach eine Pizza geteilt, und genau das war die richtige Entscheidung! Sehr große Pizza und wirklich auch sehr lecker! Wir können das Restaurant uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Sicher ist noch Luft nach oben in Bezug auf das Ambiente.. aber das ist zweitrangig. Wir waren eigentlich in Bad Saarow im Hotel Esplanade und müssen sagen die vier Kilometer lohnen sich wirklich zu fahren.

Die Bedienung - reinste Katastrophe! Ich verstehe nicht wie man bei deutschen Gästen nur ausländisches Personal laufen lassen kann ? Das Essen war leider nur noch lau warm und nicht mehr Grund genug um hier nochmal Essen zu kommen, nach neuen Getränken würde gar nicht erst gefragt. Vor ca einem Jahr war das alles noch nicht so chaotisch. Schade das es sich so verschlechtert hat.!!!

Wir kommen seit der Eröffnung regelmäßig hierher. Bisher war es schon fast ein Zuhause dank der Gastfreundlichkeit des Betreiberehepaares. Leider waren Sie diesesmal nicht da. Wir wurden von der Babysitterin "bedient". Am Nachbartisch wurden zwar die Pizzen gebracht, aber kein Besteck. Nachdem wir vergeblich gewartet hatten, um deine Bestellung aufzugeben, ging ich ins Restaurant , bestellte und erwünschte mir auch Besteck dazu. Wir bekamen, entgegen des üblichen Prozederes, keine Oliven und Brot. Eine gelangweilte Kellnerin kam, um uns mitzuteilen, dass die Terrasse eigentlich zu ist. Mein Essen war unvollständig. Die Babysitterin lies es sich nicht nehmen , mir noch mal pampig über den Mund zu fahren. Wahrscheinlich weil ich mir erlaubt hatte, den "Pausentisch des Personals zu richten. Alles in allem war es ein absolutes Desaster! Sehr schade.

Insgesamt sehr Minderwertige Produkte zum Preis von spitzen Produkte Außerdem werden Produkte angeboten die nicht der Wahrheit entsprechen ( Büffel Mozzarella bekommen haben wir ganz normalen billig Mozzarella )

Trotz Reservierung keinen platz bekommen. Aber nicht so schlimm es gibt ja noch 1000 andere Restaurants in der Umgebung!
